Kalau tengok flashmob kat Youtube mesti terpegun gila. Like woah awesome!! Macam mana semua boleh ikut menari sama rentak?! The awesome flashmob for me is during Oprah Winfrey concert. The latest flashmob that got me uuuuu’s and awwww’s is when the guy want to propose his girlfriend. Yang satu kampung flashmob depan perempuan tu haha. They got married at that exact moment. Like, whattttt? Meriah wo kalah London parade hehe..

So back to the story, Ciklily la yang ajak kita berflashmob di Curve. I pun setuju sementara nak tunggu next event. Nak tengok juga cara orang start flashmob. Must be awesome! This flashmob was made to create people’s awareness to live healthy and prevent obesity. We have to place LEAP (living everyday actively and progressively) deep in our heart jieh! Jangan bila dah makan nasi lemak, pisang goreng, nasi kandar, cheesecake lepas tu duduk senyap2 satu tempat. Memang obes la jawabnya. Rule of living healthy is so simple. You eat healthy, you exercise. You eat fatty food, you exercise more. Moderation is the key ;)

You know that sudden urge you get when you go to a restaurant regularly and you are bored with the same dish that you ordered? Well say hello to me because I’m always at that phase haha! Being the non adventurous eater, what I do is I order the same dish that I love which at some phase, IT’S BORING!

I want to try other dish. I have to be brave with the outcome. I have to!

So this is what I got

Vegetarian Lasagna ey? Haha.. I never taught ever in my life that I would order something from the vegetarian menu. Like whutttt?? Me don’t eat veggies, me eat meat! LOL. At some point you gotta eat healthy. And healthy food is not that bad at all. All you have to do is have that lil curiosity and go with it. Kalau lucky dapat la lasagna sedap macam ni weeee.

Next time pergi Secret Recipe korang tau la aku nak order apa kan haha. So predictable -_-
