Sakit punggung jika guna bra salah saiz

JAKARTA: Mungkin tidak ramai wanita mengetahui fakta ini, lebih 80 peratus daripada kalangan mereka di seluruh dunia tersilap saiz pakaian dalam khususnya bra atau coli.

Akibatnya, wanita terbabit menghadapi masalah sakit punggung atau tulang belakang dalam jangka panjang dan apabila dibiarkan berlarutan padahnya mungkin bertambah kronik.

Dr Magiliene Rosalina berkata, seorang chiropraksi (ahli terapi penyakit tulang belakang), menggunakan bra yang kurang tepat atau tidak sesuai menyebabkan kerosakan kekal terhadap payudara.

“Bila bra terlalu ketat, payudara anda akan ditekan sehingga menghalang peredaran darah dan itu boleh menyebabkan kegatalan kepada penggunanya.

“Namun, apabila terlalu longgar pula, payudara anda akan kendur kerana tiada sokongan secukupnya, justeru penting untuk menggunakan bra yang tepat setiap hari,” katanya ketika rancangan bual bicara ‘The Right Support - Sorella’.

First time dengar lagu ni memang rasa loya tekak. Nasib baik tak dengar sampai habis bila dia sebut aishiteru, kalau tak dah muntah darah LOL.

Yes aku memang tak boleh tahan asap rokok. Selain busuk, bila secara paksa rela (second hand smoke) bau asap rokok yang membuatkan tekak rasa perit, tindakan refleks akan membuat kita bengang dengan penghisap rokok. How inconsiderate are they? Yes irresponsible.

This is my way of saying Tak Nak! and Busuk!

For the sake of your own health and other people’s health (family, kids, friends), can't they say #taknak for once? Smoking kills didn't they know that? It’s a fact that you can’t change. Furthermore, I have asthma. So people who smoke near me, will get that 'look' from me. Like so what? I don't care. I care about my health more than you.

Did you know that some smokers realize and accept that smoking is bad for their health but they still cant get enough of it. I will not tolerate smokers, thank you.

Dr M: ‘I was the most feared PM’

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 20 — Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad today admitted he was considered Malaysia’s most-feared prime minister, and attributed this to his character and personality.

“What is my legacy? I was the most feared prime minister,” Dr Mahathir said during a special gala dinner celebrating his 86th birthday here.

“When Tun Hussein Onn appointed me as deputy prime minister, some were saying how could this ultra-Malay be chosen as deputy prime minister?” he said.

The former prime minister later added that the most enduring mark of his tenure as PM was the absence of communal violence.

“The legacy I am most appreciate when I was PM was that there was no racial riots... even under a Malay extremist like me,” he said candidly.

Dr Mahathir said he had learned to take criticism in his stride, and advised other politicians to do the same.

“Politicians have to accept the fact that they can be criticised. They have to stomach it; I do. Sometimes I even criticise others,” he said to bouts of laughter from the audience - Yahoo! News

You got that right! I grew up during his legacy and from what I remember, his leadership, vision and mission was unbeatable.

I was looking for a new casing for my ipad. Yeah yeah I just bought the casing like 5 month ago. The thing is, my ipad has found a new owner. My dad. Yeah my dad borrowed my ipad, dah jadi hak milik. Kot? Yang bestnya, I pulak yang tanya some of ipad's function dekat dia. Awesome kan? Yeah.... -__-

So yeah, (sorry if my yeah is annoying, yeah..) my casing dah jadi macam belacan! Rasa nak menangis bila tengok, kesian ipad terkeluar dari casing pastu koyak sana sini. Drama. So nak sedapkan hati my dad cakap, "Nanti abah belanja casing baru". YES! Itu yang aku nak dengar! YEAH!
