Kakamega Twins Rejected In New School As Father Reveals The Girls Are Manipulating Them

The famous twins from Kakamega who had the focus of the nation are making news again after they were rejected in their new school.

This was after the girls, who were set to sit for their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams this year, opted to go back to form three because the turn of events may have negatively affected their performance.

The three girls, Melon Lutenyo, her twin Sharon Mathias and their ‘sister’ Melvis Imbaya, who were in different schools, were on Monday rejected by the principal of their would-be new school.

According to the father of Melvis Imbaya, Wilson Luttah, the girls’ plan to join Kongoni Girls’ Secondary School flopped after the Principal turned them away.

The principal did so on grounds that the trio, who had been accompanied by their mothers Angeline Omino and Rosemary Onyango, would distract the rest of the students.

Additionally, the father expressed his displeasure in the way the three behaved claiming that they are manipulating them (the parents.)

He mentioned to People Daily: “This is a circus. They want to herd us like sheep. We were supposed to take them back to their respective schools on Monday but they came up with that weird demand that they want to be in one school so I urged them to proceed.”

Wilson further lamented that the girls are holding the parents to ransom.

This comes after Mevis’s father, Luttah, earlier spoke to journalists confirming that the families had met and agreed to let the girls live together to avoid confusing them – which was what they wanted from the onset.

Previously, Angeline Omina, the biological mother of Mevis, who was brought up with one of the twins, forcefully took her daughter in what was described as a dramatic scene.

Crime scene officer Jennifer Jepkosgei disclosed that there was a suitcase concealed in Citizen TV reporter, Jacque Maribe's ceiling, during the murder trial of assassinated businesswoman Monica Kimani that kicked off on Tuesday.

Ms Jepkosgei revealed the briefcase contained ammunition, spent cartridges wrapped in a white paper and two empty magazines.

.The Citizen TV journalist and her fiancée Joseph Irungu alias Jowie are the primary suspects in the case of the brutal murder of the businesswoman at her home in Lamuria apartments, Nairobi on September 20, 2018.

The crime scene officer, who was also the second witness to the prosecution to take the stand in the murder trial, also exhibited g0ry pictures of the victim's body, moving individuals to tears in the courtroom.

"Photographs numbers 33, 34 and 35 reveal the upper portion of the deceased's body in the bathroom with her hands tied at her back, a masking tape on her mouth, her neck wounds and a mobile phone next to her," she said.

She also showed a blood-soaked towel that she claimed was used in the living room to wipe blood.

Another witness, the pathologist Peter Ndegwa, testified that after her throat was slit, the victim endured serious harm and that she also had blood oozing from her pr1v@te parts.

He said the businesswoman died as a result of haemorrhage because of a serious neck injury triggered by a sharp object. Ndegwa added that the hands and feet of Kimani had been tied together and blood oozed from her nose.

The case is expected to continue on Wednesday and 44 more pictures taken at Maribe's house will be tabled by the crime scene policeman.

On Tuesday, Joseph Irungu, popularly known as Jowie, appeared in court as the murdered businesswoman Monica Kimani's murder trial began.

Jowie, who was charged alongside his former fiancee Jacque Maribe, appeared in court smartly dressed in a well-fitting black suit with a bow-tie .

Jowie's hand could not be ignored as his costly gold-watch glittered on his wrist, according to pictures taken from the trial.

Jowie looked dapper even though bail was refused twice before the trial began. They have lined up 33 witnesses, according to the prosecution, who are set to testify in the murder case against Jowie and Ms Maribe.

It is recorded that the protected witnesses are the ones who, in the case that has since become of national interest, will testify first then followed by many others. George Kimani, the brother of Monica Kimani, and his friend Jennings Orlando will also testify.

On the night of September 19, 2018, when she arrived from Juba, Monica was killed in her apartment in Milimani, where she operated the businesses of her family. Her corpse was found with her throat slit in a bathtub at her apartment in Kilimani's Lamuria Gardens.

According to KTN News and Citizen TV, details of an anonymous letter to President Uhuru Kenyatta claiming there was a plot to eliminate Deputy President William Ruto were disclosed.

The letter allegedly written by an anonymous Cabinet Secretaries is dated May 30th, 2019. The CS claimed other colleagues in the Cabinet were holding meetings to plan malice against the DP.

Health CS Sicily Kariuki, her counterpart ICT CS Joe Mucheru, Trade & Industrialization CS Peter Munya, appeared before the Directorate of Criminal Investigations on Monday as a response to the allegations.

“What is more concerning is the 3rd Agenda. The ‘PS’ told the meeting that the DP must be stopped, but more worrying was the fact that he alluded to a late Cabinet Minister who perished in a plane crash. The PS went on to say that even that particular person was stopped, who does this one (Ruto) think he is,” the alleged letter read.

“Your Excellency, I have an issue with this whole arrangement. In my whole life as a public servant, I have never involved myself in politics, conspiracy and hate campaigns, leave alone plotting to eliminate political leaders,” the CS goes on to defend his reputation.

Trade & Industrialization CS Peter Munya had informed journalists he had been directed by the president to conduct development meetings.

“As a diligent and loyal public servant, I write to you to request to be exempted from these meetings. I do so because the PS says he has express instruction from you to have us take part and implement decisions arrived at,” the letter reveals.

On Saturday, it is claimed that President Uhuru called for a State House meeting after the DP notified him of the plot against him.

Fred Matiang'i, Secretary of the Interior Cabinet, Hilary Mutyambai, Inspector General of Police, Karanja Kibicho, Director of Criminal Investigations, George Kinoti, and Philip Kameru, Director of the National Intelligence Service, attended the meeting.

In the meeting it was revealed that some CSs, PSs and parastatal bosses from the Mt Kenya area had come together to plot against the DP at Hotel La Mada along Thika Road.

In the photo on her Instagram page, the former Papa Shrandura actress lied in a white bathtub with her body covered with only bubbles.

With a flirty gaze, Wibroda teased her fans with some skin, leaving tongues wagging.

The mother of one captioned it: “Watu waoge tafadhali! (Take a shower, guys!)”

The post didn’t augur well with most of her followers – judging from the comments left on the post.

To some, the post was inappropriate.

They accused the actress, who doubles up as a comedian at Milele FM, of losing her dignity.

However, the Sassy comedian wasn’t moved at all as she didn’t take any action thereafter.
