Mr. Jeff Higginson, Sr. Vice President for North American Sales visited the Denver market and spoke at the weekly ABB on Tuesday and share a very compelling message at a special luncheon for Agel team members on Wednesday.

Jeff shared some great news about Agel's growth and positioning within the industry of network marketing. In addition he issued a challenge for each of us to become accountable for the growth in Colorado and to follow a simple formula to enjoy success in Agel.

Here is a summary:

1. Invest the next few days creating a specific written plan to achieve your goals in Agel.

2. Become qualified for the Cancun Mexico trip by making a decision about the level you will qualify for and the specific actions you will take to achieve the goal.

3. Make a decision to rank advance to Director or one higher rank if you are a Director.

4. Identify your next potential Director among your personally enrolled members and help them rank advance. Once you have accomplished this identify your next Director and help them duplicate this process.

5. Continue to expose the Agel message and constantly enroll new members.

Here are a few thoughts that I would like to share from my perspective. Success in Agel really does come down to making a decision, the bigger your decision the bigger the results. Jeff prescribed a simple plan that will allow each of us to focus at a micro-level in our business; don't worry right now about how to grow your team to a 100 or 1,000, focus on identifying 1 who want to build to Director, pour your energy into helping them accomplish that and then find the second one and continue down that path.

Agel has recently put two benchmarks ahead of us that you can use to build our teams and accomplish our goals. First, utilize the new "Agel Presidents Club" as a motivator and enroll 10 new team members at the Personal Pack or Executive level and earn membership into this exclusive club. Randy Gage wrote a book titled "How to Build a Multi-Level Money Machine" on the science of network marketing, In chapter 15 he discusses in brief why the Internet is a powerful tool to use to build a dynamic global down line. Let me be absolutely clear; Agel has developed a solid plan to help you build your down line and I would never suggest taking a single idea or strategy away from the concepts detailed in the Agel Business Plan. However; my suggestion is that you add the use of the internet to increase your visibility, automate exposures and target prospects who are actually looking for an opportunity.

Create Your Own Economy and Teach Others How to Do the Same

A week ago I launched another major blast in my AGEL Business as described in detail in the AGEL Business Plan. Almost everyday since I have had amazing conversations with people who are concerned about the status of our economy and how a variety of factors have influenced them and members of their families. As a result, I have a number of new prospects looking closely at AGEL, some who had previously said no to the opportunity. Why are people more open than ever to our message? They see an opportunity to create their own economy by adding to their household income utilizing AGEL as a vehicle. Who do you know that might feel the same?

I want to encourage you to strive to get as many prospects into your funnel as quickly as possible by whatever methods best fit your personality, talents and resources. I discussed the "Agel Weekly Cycle" and "The 10 and 5 Formula" on this week’s Saturday morning team training call, the system is designed to help you build an active thriving team in Agel. This is a simple plan that duplicates as it develops the habit of following three or four targeted events supported by prospecting and inviting on a weekly basis. The result is 10 hours per week of focused productive activity that can be duplicated by your team.

Here is a summary:

Monday - A-Team Leadership Call 1-507-726-3200 11377# 8:00 MST (7:00 PST and 10:00 EST) Randy Gage and Eric Worre among other leaders. TIME INVESTED 1 Hour

Tuesday - the "Agel Business Briefing," conducted by local leaders. Visit Agel A-Team Central at http://www.ateamcentral.com/ and the "Upcoming Events" tab for local meeting locations and details. This is the perfect second exposure for your prospects and try to bring at least one new prospect per week and commit to attend every week to support the growth in your market. TIME INVESTED 1.5 Hours

Thursday - Agel PBR (Personal Business Reception) a low key and non threatening method for sharing the Agel message. Utilize the latest edition of "The Agel Phenomenon" DVD and simply invite guest to your home to watch the presentation. Be sure to arrange up-line support for your meeting, also be sure to utilize three-way calls to confirm your guest. TIME INVESTED 2 Hours

The Value of the 10 and 5 Formula “The 10 and 5 Formula” requires that you have 10 PBRs being conducted by your personally sponsored team members per week of which 5 are in your lesser leg. If you only have 5 personally sponsored team members today; commit to holding two PBRs per week and you will soon have enough new team members to return to the one PBR per week model.

Do the math; 10 PBRs with an average of 4 guest each means 40 quality exposures of Agel in your first generation. If 50% join you will be adding $10,000 in volume to your organization each week. Be sure to follow the set up and up line support for every PBR. Keep in mind that the process of enrolling new members into Agel often involves a process of escalation. Most often prospects need to see two or three exposures to fully appreciate the message and decide to join your team. Be consistent in your prospecting and given enough time your team and income will grow.
