Export Customers with Email Addresses
Under the Reports tab, select Customer Export. On the next screen, go into the drop down box, labeled Customers To Export, and select Customers With An Email Address. The date range and other selection criteria do not apply. For Report Format, choose CSV File For Use In Excel.

Expired Policies Report
This report lists policies that will expire in the specified date range. To generate the report, choose Expired Policies in the Investigative Reports category under the Reports tab.

Edit Policy Date - Admins can now edit the date the policy was added

Policy Amount - Policy amount is now the total, which includes premium, fee, and tax. Mouse over the field to see the breakdown.

Renewal - Support for policies that are not NEW. Simply select RENEWAL from the drop down box when adding or editing a policy.

Hide policy - You can now hide a policy, which removes it from the policy list. This does not affect reports.

NEW! Receipt Edit Report
Managers can use to review all receipt voids and updates to receipt or receipt detail records.

Birthday spreadsheet or labels – select customers and drivers with birthdates falling within the specified date range and print the results on labels or return the data to a spreadsheet. You can choose all customers and drivers, or only those with USPS verified addresses.

Lienholders – can be added to vehicles or to policies (for home coverage). Vehicle records allow a single lienholder, policies can have up to three lienholders. Lienholder data can be maintained from either the Vehicle Add screen or Policy Add/Edit screens.

Custom Fields – Business Name has been added to the customer data as well as two more custom fields. These will show with the other customer data if the custom fields are turned on.

Customer comments – A new customer comment field has been added. It displays in the box with other customer data (if it actually contains any text) but it is not stored as a Note or an Alert.

Customer clarifications – You can add a clarification, enclosed in parentheses, to a customer name and that clarification will not print on labels, thank you letters, or receipts. For example, James Ellison (commercial) will print on labels, thank you letters, and receipts as “James Ellison”, but the reports and spreadsheets, which are only used internally, will show “James Ellison (commercial)”.

Memo Field - A Memo field has been added to policy. It can be turned on and off using the Customer Field Preferences screen and allows users to enter free-form text on each policy. If “Policy Memo” is set to YES, the field displays on the POLICY ADD and POLICY EDIT screens. Also, if there is memo text on a policy, the policy number for that policy will be deep red on the Customer Display screen.

Allow iPhone Access - allow the user to access the Deposit Summary Report for a web-enabled cellphone

Allowed To Switch Offices - employee may switch to another office

Prompt To Switch Offices - receive a prompt to switch offices after selecting a customer from another office

Multi-Office Customer Search - list customers in other offices when doing a search

Multi-Office Reporting - list customers in other offices on reports

Modified EOD (End Of Day) Report so that it can be run from the Reports Menu. From that menu, users can select offices other than their own (when allowed). Also fixed a bug in this report.

Modified EOD Summary Report and Bank Deposit Report to include a new line item - Adjusted Bank Deposit For Credit Card Fees - for customers who set the option.
