With this agreement you can advertise with us and do a private sale but we do recommend that you check with your agent first. 	Be aware of the clause ''ready, willing and able to buy'' in your Estate Agents Contract (consumers association www.which.net ). This is a new concept designed to prevent companies like us encouraging private sales. Note that The Consumers Association would strongly recommend that you do not sign any contract containing the "ready, willing and able to buy" clause or indeed wording with the same meaning. Check first!

What we can offer you is a cheaper way of managing the advertising of your property yourself, whilst offering you guidance on each step of the way, for a set advertising fee.

We do not have a high street office with costly overheads, which means that we can keep our advertising costs low. However, we do have high street presence in many local towns and villages where your property will be displayed in shop windows, similar to that offered by the traditional estate agents.

We also advertise in the local newspapers which drives people to our website where they can view our advertisers property details.

People looking for property can also sign up to our newsletter, so we can email out property details to everyone looking for property on our database as soon as new properties get listed on our website.

This method of advertising private property for sale/rent is becoming very popular throughout the country, especially during times when people are money conscious and resent paying thousands of pounds to estate agents when they feel that they can probably do the job themselves.
