&lt;a href="http://www.ilpost.it/2012/01/28/il-nuovo-piano-aeroporti/?utm_source=twitterfeed&amp;amp;utm_medium=twitter"&gt;L&lt;/a&gt;'Enac sta preparando un piano per il Governo per decidere quali aeroporti minori non saranno più sovvenzionati. Si rafforzeranno i principali e si chiuderanno (?) i più piccoli e inutili.&lt;br /&gt;
Detta così sembra profilarsi un vero e proprio terremoto per questo settore che si rifletterà su compagnie aeree e compagnie low cost in particolare.&lt;br /&gt;

Mettendo così in dubbio anche l'affidabilità di chi è preposto all'omologazione di tali navi. &amp;nbsp;Ma in ogni caso aarebbe come se dopo un incidente aereo - al di là della sua gravità - si dichiarassero tutti i viaggi già prenotati risolti e invitando i consumatori a non volare più. Il prodotto crociera resta uno dei più affidabili e così le navi che svolgono questa funzione. Sostenere atteggiamenti come questi significa dare un colpo ad un settore già in difficoltà nell'ambito del quale il mercato delle crociere rappresenta una boccata di ossigeno. Sono a conoscenza di almeno due prenotazioni di crociere da lunedì scorso ad oggi: ritengo che questo, pur nel suo "piccolo" sia un segnale di maturità da parte dei consumatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6426032176467746096-191645218653343925?l=agenziediviaggioturismo.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

La prima cosa in occasioni come questa è il pensiero e la vicinanza per le vittime e per i feriti e per chi soffre per loro. Non è mai facile commentare episodi come questo, ma è naturale, dopo la solidarietà, pensare a come e quanto il mestiere di agente di viaggio dovrebbe essere quello di "anticamera per belle emozioni".&lt;/div&gt;

Poi come in questo caso, ci rendiamo conto che le persone che sono passate dalla nostra agenzia, di cui conosciamo gusti ed esigenze, sono andate incontro ad emozioni indimenticabili ma per la loro drammaticità, perché han rischiato la vita.&lt;/div&gt;

Una tragedia terribile questa che viene anche a cadere in una fase difficile del mercato, dove le crociere, pur con qualche rallentamento, han sempre rappresentato una delle poche certezze, un punto di riferimento dei bilanci delle imprese. Difficile dire come reagiranno i consumatori: sappiamo tutti che queste navi sono assolutamente sicure e anche l'episodio della CostaConcordia, pur con i suoi morti, comunque lo conferma.&lt;/div&gt;

La crociera resta un prodotto con un rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale, che la gente continuerà ad apprezzare. Sicuramente la Costa investirà per rassicurare la clientela e per rafforzare la capacità dell'equipaggio e delle attrezzature che sappiamo già essere oltre la norma.&lt;/div&gt;

E' un quadro preoccupante quello che si sta delineando per il turismo italiano a chiusura del 2011 - dichiara Renzo lorio, Presidente di Federturismo Confindustria.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
l primi dati disponibili evidenziano un calo complessivo di quasi l'8% per il comparto turistico, come anche accertato da Federconsumatori e in controtendenza rispetto alle ultime rilevazioni dell'UNWTO che davano un +4% all'Europa e al nostro Paese.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La spesa complessiva degli italiani per le festivita' e' crollata a 4 miliardi di euro dai 4,4 dell'anno scorso e le previsioni sono per un peggioramento nei prossimi mesi. Occorrono quindi, afferma lorio, immediate misure di rilancio e semplificazione per il turismo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Un settore che costituisce un asset fondamentale per l'economia del Paese sia in termini di contributo al PlL (10%) sia di forza lavoro e occupazione. Serve un piano strategico nazionale condiviso mentre, al contrario, per il settore si sente parlare solo di anacronistici possibili interventi a spese dei contribuenti per intervenire in favore di aziende specifiche (caso Valtur) con paradossali effetti distorsivi e penalizzanti rispetto alle aziende sane che nel mercato resistono e creano sviluppo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Tutte le compagnie aeree, anche quelle non europee, dovranno pagare una tassa sulle emissioni di anidride carbonica ogni volta che atterrano o decollano sul territorio europeo. Con una sentenza originalmente attesa per gennaio, ma anticipata a oggi, la Corte europea di Giustizia ha detto che la direttiva europea sulle emissioni dell'aeronautica civile non viola la Convenzione di Chicago del 1944, né la cosiddetta intesa sui "cieli aperti".

Il Governo certo non è a conoscenza del fatto che nel nostro settore, già in crisi, il margine di intermediazione può essere estremamente basso. Ad esempio la vendita di un biglietto aereo assicura alla singola agenzia di viaggio &amp;nbsp;un margine &lt;b&gt;dell'1%&lt;/b&gt; mentre la commissione che questa deve riconoscere all'esercente della carte di credito è sempre superiore, anche di molto, a tale valore.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #222222; font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #222222; font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;Si rischia quindi una situazione insostenibile con una anche giusta e massiccia in quanto obbligata &amp;nbsp;migrazione da parte dei consumatori verso i sistemi a sicura tracciabilità come la carta di credito, ma anche &lt;b&gt;l'annullamento dei già modesti margini di un settore in crisi&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;che invece gioca un ruolo importante per l'economia del paese.&lt;/b&gt; Voglio ricordare infatti quanto siano numerose &lt;b&gt;le agenzie di viaggio che svolgono sia il ruolo di portare italiani in Italia e all'estero ma anche quello di essere il punto di riferimento &amp;nbsp;per i mercati esteri di turismo rivolto verso l'Italia.&lt;/b&gt; Se aspettiamo che il mercato si autoregoli rischiamo di far tardi e/o che esso trovi un punto di equilibrio di cartello, occorre allora intervenire per accelerare questo adeguamento dei costi per l'utilizzo delle carte di credito da parte delle imprese. Vorrei ricordare che il trasporto aereo di linea in Italia è su circa 6 miliardi di euro di fatturato per renderci conto delle cifre di cui stiamo parlando. Ritengo un grave errore, che si cancelli uno strumento, anche se non perfettamente funzionante, ma che poteva essere soggetto ad un radicale cambiamento d’impostazione e di funzionamento. Il sistema delle imprese turistiche italiane ha assoluta necessità di avere un &lt;b&gt;“autostrada di comunicazione” del brand Italia&lt;/b&gt; nel mondo, percorribile dalle imprese, i sistemi regionali a cui è affidata la responsabilità del turismo non possono portare avanti una comunicazione che abbracci il concetto, &lt;b&gt;l’Italia è un paese turistico, una superpotenza del turismo,&lt;/b&gt; esse per loro missione debbono operare per portare entro i loro confini visitatori. Stabile, invece, il fatturato complessivo generato dal turismo nel nostro Paese, così come la propensione dei nostri connazionali a fare una vacanza all’estero, che concentreranno il loro interesse su mete europee mediterranee o extraeuropee considerate sicure o convenienti in termini valutari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Nonostante la percezione di un quadro economico internazionale e nazionale per molti in ripresa, mentre per altri ancora in una fase di incertezza - con effetti diretti sulla capacità di spesa delle famiglie , è soprattutto sull’andamento dei prezzi in relazione alla qualità del servizio reso che si gioca la capacità dell’Italia di competere con i principali concorrenti esteri, sia sul fronte del turismo internazionale che su quello domestico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Stagnante, invece, la domanda statunitense, mentre in netto calo vengono dati i flussi provenienti dal Giappone, paese colpito dal maremoto e dall’incidente nucleare di marzo. Tra gli altri mercati segnalati spontaneamente dagli operatori, in aumento i flussi provenienti da Scandinavia, Europa dell’Est (in particolare, Russia), Benelux e Austria, come pure da Australia, Corea e Cina. Stabile, invece, il movimento proveniente da Spagna e Canada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Positiva la dinamica anche per il turismo culturale e d’arte e la vacanza al mare e ai monti. Incerta anche la situazione in Grecia, che attraversa una fase economica delicata, con recrudescenza di scioperi che possono avere effetti negativi sui servizi turistici. In aumento anche i flussi verso il Nord America – nonostante l’atteso apprezzamento del dollaro rispetto all’euro - e, in misura minore, verso il Nord Europa (Regno Unito, Scandinavia, ecc.) e Centro-Sud America (Caraibi, Messico, ecc.). Stabile, nelle opinioni degli operatori, il movimento italiano verso l’Europa centrale (Germania, Austria, Svizzera, ecc.), mentre in leggero calo quello verso l’Asia meridionale (India, Maldive, Sri Lanka, ecc.) e l’Oceania. Significativa contrazione, invece, per la domanda che sceglie l’Asia nord-orientale (Cina, Giappone, Thailandia, ecc.) – data la situazione in Giappone – e, com’era da attendersi, per quella diretta in Medio oriente e nei paesi della sponda africana del Mediterraneo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

La "tariffa base" segue una propria regola tariffaria (puo' essere quindi rimborsabile, rimborsabile con penalita'&amp;nbsp;o totalmente non rimborsabile). Le "tasse aeroportuali" viceversa, se non utilizzate, sono&amp;nbsp;sempre rimborsabili ("Carta diritti del passeggero" ENAC ultima pagina) tranne le tasse&amp;nbsp;YQ/MJ.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Documenti di Egyptair, il vettore egiziano di bandiera, confermano&amp;nbsp;invece che tutte le tasse inutilizzate sono sempre rimborsabili. Identica la posizione di&amp;nbsp;Alitalia&amp;nbsp;e degli altri vettori.&amp;nbsp;Le tasse aeroportuali sono&amp;nbsp;dovute&amp;nbsp;solo se il passeggero usufruisce del servizio.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Al fine di ottenere quanto di diritto del passeggero e per contestare l'indebito arricchimento del vettore in questione ho personalmente inviato molte lettere a ENAC per ottenere esplicite indicazioni sulla "fonte legislativa" che&amp;nbsp;autorizza&amp;nbsp;appunto i passeggeri a richiedere il rimborso&amp;nbsp;delle tasse aeroportuali inutilizzate. Grazie a tale preziosa indicazione avremmo completato&amp;nbsp;sotto il profilo squisitamente "del diritto" quanto necessario per ottenere la restituzione del denaro. Tuttavia nessuno ha mai risposto.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Ho anche scritto&amp;nbsp;numerose lettere alla&amp;nbsp;rappresentanza italiana della IATA, l'associazione&amp;nbsp;delle aerolinee,&amp;nbsp;che telefonicamente (mai per iscritto) mi pregava di indirizzare la domanda alla sede di Ginevra in quanto pur riconfermando che l'argomento e'&lt;span class="apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;u&gt;da decenni&lt;/u&gt;&lt;span class="apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;fonte di malumori tra i viaggiatori e vettori&amp;nbsp;non esiste - da sempre - una legge chiara che regoli il rimborso delle tasse inutilizzate. Eppure tutti i vettori continuano a rimborsare le tasse inutilizzate&amp;nbsp;ai passeggeri che ne facciano richiesta.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Ho cosi'&amp;nbsp;scritto alla IATA di Ginevra che, alla quarta lettera di sollecito,&amp;nbsp;finalmente afferma che l'argomento "rimborso tasse" e' oggetto della "politica commerciale" di ciascun vettore aereo. Niente di piu' errato in quanto non si possono&amp;nbsp;confondere in modo cosi' gratuito tariffe e tasse. Le tariffe sono stabilite&amp;nbsp;dai vettori, le tasse viceversa da stati,&amp;nbsp;autorita',&amp;nbsp;societa' aeroportuali ed esclusivamente&amp;nbsp;per il "sovrapprezzo carburante e/o sicurezza" dal vettore.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;In conclusione: nonostante&amp;nbsp;da anni Iata abbia intrapreso al suo interno la strada della maggiore trasparenza nei rapporti tra utente e aereolinee associate sorprende&amp;nbsp;scoprire che&amp;nbsp;sull'argomento tasse&amp;nbsp;aeroportuali&amp;nbsp;- a quanto sembra - nessuno abbia intenzione di porre delle regole.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

E questo è disdicevole. L'Enit deve essere l'ombrello aperto per la promozione del territorio nazionale». Secondo Albonetti: «Si stanno smobilitando le 25 sedi estere che sono il grande patrimonio dell'Ente. Gli addetti ai lavori hanno individuato questi cinque paesi definendoli le economie emergenti più importanti del settore, in un acronimo &lt;b&gt;“Slimma”&lt;/b&gt;. Il report ha chiamato in causa più di mille tra buyer, membri del Wtm Meridien Club ed espositori.
