<p><strong><a href="http://www.brownfieldnetwork.com/gestalt/go.cfm?objectid=29DF40F0-0B23-EF83-4DA8C8665CAC673A">Wet pattern for much of the Corn Belt</a></strong><br />The 6- to 10-day outlook for March 18-22 calls for wetter-(snowier)-than-normal weather from the
mid-Mississippi Valley to the northeastern U.S., including the Nation's heartland.</p>

<p>The most recent findings are in Lincoln and Warren counties in Missouri and Suffolk County, Virginia. The incidence and severity levels are low. Scouting has ended in many northern growing areas, but the search continues in southern sections of the U.S. soybean growing region.&nbsp; Overall, there have been 285 counties and parishes in 19 states reporting rust, with 253 of those on soybeans.</p></div></div>
