If you want to learn how, see this slow-mo <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLCCpeZEI1Q" target="_blank">video of kipping MU with false grip</a>.  I recommend everyone master this method BEFORE trying something more advanced like swinging MU without a false grip &#8212; which is a more violent movement which may have correspondingly greater risk of tearing shoulders &amp; wrists if you haven&#8217;t yet developed good stability on the rings.<br />

<p><strong>MAY 14th</strong>: Injury clinic with Lonnie from 5:30 &#8211; 6:30 pm.  Sign up in the gym.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">MAY 16th</span><span style="color: #ff0000;">:</span> POSE</strong> <strong>Running</strong> clinic will be held on Wednesday from 6-7 pm.  Rob Watson is an L1 &amp; Crossfit Endurance certified trainer and will run the clinic.   Please send an email to <a href="mailto:kathyaprice@comcast.net">kathyaprice@comcast.net</a> if you will be attending.  Free!
