En estos momentos la Empresa no ve razonable lo firmado inicialmente, aunque entiende que es lo legal, pero solicita al Comité una nueva negociación de este punto.&lt;br /&gt;El Comité insiste en que es lo que se negoció en su día. Aun así, el Comité comunica a la empresa que estudiará la posibilidad de presentar una nueva propuesta más realista y acorde con la situación actual.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;- Ayuda estudios 2021.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se pagará con la nómina de noviembre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;- Jornada laboral intensiva.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se propone a la Empresa la posibilidad de realizar la jornada laboral en horario continuado (jornada intensiva) hasta las 15 horas, complementando las horas con alguna tarde.&lt;br /&gt;La Empresa no lo ve viable, pero abre la posibilidad de negociación de reducción del horario de comida para acortar un poco la jornada. El Comité valora positivamente la propuesta y la llevará a estudio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;- Incremento de dietas y kilometraje.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La Empresa ve la posibilidad de incremento de estos conceptos en torno a un 5%.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;- Devolución SEPE.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La Empresa solicitará a los trabajadores con deudas importantes a la empresa por la devolución del SEPE que ingresen el importe debido.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;- Nuevo sistema de fichaje.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nos informan de los nuevos sistemas de fichajes aparte de la tarjeta (que tenderá a desaparecer):&lt;br /&gt;- Huella digital.&lt;br /&gt;- En ordenador.&lt;br /&gt;- Mediante aplicación (para viajes).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot;&gt;Nos informarán cuando vayan a ser efectivos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Ruegos y preguntas.-&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.- El Comité solicita que las contestaciones a las peticiones de reunión sean respondidas con mayor brevedad, y que no pasen semanas en contestar.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot;&gt;2.- Se plantea a la Empresa la posibilidad de realizar teletrabajo y que valore, entre otras opciones, aplicarlo en las tardes de junio, julio, agosto y septiembre.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; Para valorar este asunto, la Empresa se fijará en la situación del sector público.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por otra parte, el &lt;b&gt;miércoles día 24&lt;/b&gt; se reunió el Comité de Empresa para tratar el tema de las vacaciones durante el ERTE, acordando que se presentará a la empresa la siguiente propuesta:&lt;br /&gt;- Permanecerán como periodo de vacaciones los generados por días trabajados:&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; * 2020.- enero a abril, 10 días, menos tres días consumidos = 7 días&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; * 2021.- variable. Ejemplo: septiembre a diciembre= 10 días&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Los días generados por el ERTE se propondrá que a partir del 2022 todo el personal tenga dos días de libre disposición no recuperables.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En esta reunión se decide presentar propuesta a la empresa para disminuir el tiempo de comida a 30 minutos y así poder adelantar la hora de salida.
