人之所以痛苦，在於追求錯誤的東西。與其說是別人讓你痛苦，不如說自己的修養不夠。如果你不給自己煩惱，別人也永遠不可能給你煩惱。因為你自己的內心，你放不下。

當你快樂時，你要想，這快樂不是永恆的。當你痛苦時你要想這痛苦也不是永恆的。你什麼時候放下，什麼時候就沒有煩惱。每一種創傷，都是一種成熟。活著一天，就是有福氣，就該珍惜。

若能一切隨他去，便是世間自在人。如果你能每天吶喊二十一遍「我用不著為這一點小事而煩惱」，你會發現，你心裡有一種不可思議的力量，試試看，很管用的。因果不曾虧欠過我們什麼，所以請不要抱怨。當你手中抓住一件東西不放時，你只能擁有這件東西，如果你肯放手，你就有機會選擇別的。人的心若死執自己的觀念，不肯放下，那麼他的智慧也只能達到某種程度而已。我的財富並不是因為我擁有很多，而是我要求的很少。

巴黎橘園美術館

1914-1926／睡蓮／莫內

莫內生於1840年的巴黎，早年是以諷刺畫作得名，就是那種把人頭畫的跟老鼠頭一樣，鼻子很堅挺的漫畫，1860年莫內去當兵然後得了貧血症而回家，回到巴黎後進入畫室創作，但是當時經濟困頓，也進入不了藝術沙龍的主流，1874年展出的印象日出這個作品，被藝評人罵得一文不值，還以印象派來譏笑這些畫家。1890年後莫內有能力買了一棟房子，就在巴黎的近郊布置他的園藝世界，也在此創作非常巨幅的畫作。

The Police Action

Mr. CHUNG was finally released. According to the court, he was proved no guilty after the photo that he had accused to posted on the web was verified as no obscene article. However, no compensation was given for his 8-week impirsonment. Chung did not say anything after the Police claimed he would face another charge for default.

The Police did not comment on this case but denied for a faulty charge against Mr. CHUNG even the photo was verified as no obscene article. They explained the case was serious in nature and should be put on charge in the 1st instance even those photos had not yet been verified by the concerned Department. On the other hand, the head of Custom and Excise said they would do in the same manner as the Police.

The action taken and the explaination given by the Police and the Custom and Excise are alarming as it totally voilates the equality of human rights in front of the law. People could be detented or put into jail for some times before a charge is or is not being established. It also means that the law will be executed based on the way to persume people are gulity.

Taking an extreme persumption of someone who has uploaded a `Hello Kitty' photo on the web but judged by the Police of obscene in nature, he will be put on charge and may not be bailed out for a certain period. Of course, everybody knows that it is only a joke and supposes not to happen in Hong Kong. If you do not say no to the Police in this case, it will not be a joke anymore.

Therefore, I strongly oppose what the Police had done to detain Mr. CHUNG but on the other hand beg your support not to post the photo anymore.

Where is Kira?

After Gillian's press conference on 11.2.2008, no more new nude photo was being posted on the web. Where is Kira? Is he planning to release the 13-minute sex movies? Or is he going to stage another battle against EGG and the HK Police? Or he has just received a plentiful amount of money from 羊獸性...............

The timely action taken by EGG to let Gillian speak to the public implies that the scandal is over. I dare say Kira won the battle. It is because both Kira and EGG had come to term before the press conference. Soon after the publication of Vincy YEUNG's nude photos, it left no room for EGG to remain silent as 羊獸性's niece became another victim in this scandal. EGG had to pay Kira a plentiful amount in order to stop the scandal. That's why Gillian felt so happy in the press conference.

On the other hand, 羊獸性 will demand the appearance of poor Edison who deserves punishment legally and illegally.

As the scandal is over, no more photos will be posted and we can sleep early tonight my dear friends.

Nude Photos

12 days after the 1st nude photo being posted on the web, Gillian finally spoke to the public. She admitted that she was silly and naive in the past. She also felt sorry to the public for any inconvenience so caused. The speech ended up in 1 minute but she did not say anything about the photos. Despite her appearance is supported by some of her fans, there are still many of them felt ashame of what she did.

Several years ago, Gillian bursted into tear after being shooted on changing clothes by paparazzo at the back stage and vowed she had never taken any nude photos. However, she said nothing at this time. It means that she is nothing but a liar.

Being a young star, she understands that she is the role model to her fans and every single act is influencing. Therefore, taking such nasty photos is by no mean unforgivable and it inevitably gives her fans a negative value of sex.

Her partner, Charlene have nothing to do in this scandal but suffers the most not only in term of money but the image of the group `Twins'.

It seems there is only one way out for Gillian - to quit and leave Hong Kong to a place where nobody knows who she is.

人生是不可逆轉的

從物理學的角度來看，時間是不可逆轉的，過去已經發生的事，也是不可逆轉的，一個杯子被打破了，即使你修補的再漂亮，它也已經不是之前那個杯子了。因此，不要執著於過去的事情，也不要妄想時光可以倒退。就算曾有美好的經歷也不要執著，否則，就會像前面所說的狗追影子，去渴求那已不存在的東西，而這些渴求，正是所有痛苦的源頭。

我想很多人都有類似的經驗，感覺自己被騙錢、被騙感情，或是懊惱如果當初做另一個決定，現在一定會更好，一心想回到當初做決定的時間點，希望能阻止事情發生，那麼現在就不會那麼痛苦難挨。

其實，即使能讓你回到當初的時間點，你的抉擇依然會是同一條路，沒有經歷、走過那段時光，你就不會發現它的好與壞，就像那些有暴力傾向的丈夫，每次打完太太，心情平復後看到太太身上的傷，雖然會拼命道歉，悔恨自己做錯了事，並發誓下次不再犯，但等下次心情不好，他依舊會出手打人，只要想法不變、觀念不改，縱使時間能讓我們倒轉，結果還是一樣的。

過去那些跌跌撞撞、慘不忍睹或是美不勝收的畫面，只是要讓我們開悟用的，經歷過那些事情，你才會知道要改變，才會去珍惜當下，也才會學到觀念要轉彎，不經過那些事，你不會衍生出智慧來，也不會反省自己，這些智慧和反省，正是人和動物最大的差別。

你的「愛」，往往讓對方變成殘廢？

愛是一種幻覺的產物，尤其是期待愈高，要求愈完美的愛，愈會讓被愛的人變成殘廢，因為，沒有人可以完全符合你的要求。因此，你要求愈高，對方的自主性和人性就愈不完整。

例如：太太要求先生不能做這、不能做那，完全要依太太的想法和價值觀去過日子，等於是訂做了一堆手銬腳鐐和項圈給先生戴。時間久了，先生也將不再是個完整的人，而是被你飼養的殘廢寵物。

曾在報章雜誌看過，有父母怕小孩長大後沒工作，不能自足，竟狠心砍斷小孩的四肢，讓他成為真正的殘障人士，每天推他上街去乞討、要錢，天真的認為，社會人士都很善良，看他可憐，會施捨錢給他，從此不會餓肚子，這麼做是愛他，豈知這樣是害他，剝奪他創造美好人生的自主權。

覺醒的人不是不能有愛，反而是懂得什麼才叫做愛，他知道愛不是去控制、占有別人，也不是去改造別人，而是尊重對方的因緣和個性，彼此互相照顧、成長，而又不被世俗的愛的錯覺牽絆，兩人擁有愛，同時也擁有自由和獨特性格。

愛人要愛的自然、不做作，沒有期望的愛，無私的愛，如《金剛經》所說：「不住相布施」，不覺得自己在照顧誰，在愛誰，只是發出於內心，單純的只想讓對方幸福、快樂，不抱持有回報的念頭，因只要有這念頭，貪嗔癡就會跑出來，愛就會變成恨。

所以，不管是男女之間、親子之間、朋友之間的情愛，要清楚認知對方也是人，是自主的個體，有自己的想法、觀點，緣分促成我們相聚在一起，以互相學習、修鍊的態度來相處，一同完成這世所要做完的功課，你的愛才有價值。

Mushroom of a Garage

One sunny afternoon in 1993, I was on duty at Lei Muk Shue Fire Station. Soon after I had finished some paper works in the office, I heard a big`BANG' from outside. Whilst all of us were figuring out what was happening, some people screamed and slapped the station front gate hardly. After we opened the front gate, a black mushroom cloud was found hung over a garage opposite our station. 3 men were severely burnt. The whole garage was engulfed in blaze.

We then rushed to the garage front and took those men away from the hot blaze. 2 of my men were holding a jet and trying to put the fire out. Suddenly, there was another explosion inside the garage which forced us to retreat.

At last, the fire was out. 4 sets of oxygen and acetylene cylinders which used for welding were burnt. The garage was finally shut down after 3 months and turned to a fast food shop.

Industrial Fire with 2 lives claimed

As far as I know, Lei Muk Shue Fire Station is one of the busiest stations in the New Territories. About 15 years ago, when I was only a young Officer in my early twenty, I used to jogging at the station drill yard after dinner. In a mid-autumn night after dinner, I was jogging at the drill yard as usual. The fire alarm rung suddenly and we were requested to attend a fire call at 7/F of an industrial building at Tai Yuen Street.

When we arrived, the whole floor was engulfed in blaze. 2 men were sitting at the window and yelled for help. My men and I then took the position and ascended the ladder quickly to the men. Unexpectedly, an explosion blew the men out of the window with their heads tore off from the bodies. We were shocked when one of the head was fallen well in front of us.

The fire was finally put out and I could hardly fall asleep that night as the scene appeared in my mind when I closed my eyes. May the 2 men R.I.P.

我們都戴著有色眼鏡在看這個世界，尤其那些我們覺得美好的事物，其實也都是內心所投射出來的幻覺，無論我們的投射和自欺或自我催眠有多強，這些美好的事物，終究有我們看不見或想不到的陰暗或醜陋面。

其實，世間萬物根本沒有美醜之分，美好是我們創造出來的，醜陋也是我們定義出來的。任何美好的東西，在你只有醒一半時，會發現它的陰暗面；只有當你全醒了，才能發現所有東西都只是原來的樣子。美醜、好壞或善惡，都是我們貼上去的標籤。

其實，這都只是我們自己頭腦裡想出來的模板，就像麵包師傅把揉好的麵團，一個個放上烤盤中，進烤箱烘焙，如果烤出來的外觀顏色比其他的深或淺，就被打入瑕疵品，不能上架販賣。

難道那些烤壞的麵團就不是麵包嗎？當然是，只不過外觀不同，如果探究本質，它們不都是麵粉做成的？

我們常用比較的心態，去看世界上的人事物，並依照經驗，判斷優劣、成敗、得失、對錯等，但是二分法的結論，讓得我們的心境總是隨著外在環境起舞，只要別人的話、眼神、動作、態度不合我們的意，我們就起煩惱，心中就有所不平，就無法活在自在快樂中。
