喜歡也需要慎重的說三次, 呵呵呵..



您對外頭售賣的糯米雞有何看法呢?

自己最怕遇到的應該是油膩問題吧, 糯米雞已經不是什麼健康料理,&amp;nbsp;

加上超油膩會是非常罪惡的一件事, 所以自己弄可以吃得比較安心..











自家的糯米雞, 我注重賣相也強調好味道

所以食材的排位擺法很重要, 香菇, 雞肉和臘腸的排法是必須有呈現感

倒扣出來時得亮麗呈現所有材料的色澤, 那才算過視覺那一關



再來, 味道, 咸, 甜, 香必須齊全, 所以辛香料肯定不能少

簡單分享, 鸡肉拌料方面我會以薑末提香, 糯米方面我會以炸蔥蒜來提味

整個組合蒸煮出來肯定給你大大驚喜!! ^ ^
