Immediately he chucks his Taproot discography out having heard the new lords of heavy music in a Bleeding Through album sampler. Soon, too, would he find an outlet for his ridicule. Soon, too, he realized he could be the arbiter of insults. Soon, too, he would realize he wasn't good at that either. Still, the man persisted with his most grandiose idea yet: if he could have the most total posts, his stature as significant in any way would be presumed. He took to the metal website's message board with idiotic rage and an eye on first place. Eventually his top spot was challenged thus he began to practice what was nothing more than thinly-veiled spam.

And the man grew old as a decade passed, and continued his bad artwork and shit posts. And he found a lass resembling a rag doll drowned in bleach whose cervix was sealed shut by venereal disease. And he worked 12h shifts computer programming at minimum wage. And he sweat beads of Mt. Dew and backed up sperm brought by impotence. And like a capitalist's greed, he was the biggest winner in an innately broken system. And as a king in his mind, and a diabetic potato in reality, perched upon his throne, or as to some it's known, a broken stereo, he stood hero to a story none would read, and sat heir to a joke of a life without a punchline. I am a bitter old fuck who hates music. So I sit at home and listen to this crap all day and reminisce how great things were back then, when my typical daily activities aren't limited to only stroking my thick hairy schlong. I hate gaining weight on a daily basis because when I don't go on the dance floor, I have rolls after rolls of lard piling up my stomach. My favourite hangout is at my local coffee shop and the bar right across the street where I attempt to pick up hoochie mama's to no success. I love obscure no name screamo bands from foreign nations that are members of the European Union. Like who the fuck cares, really. Screamo sounds like a bunch of retarded children dissonantly banging on their drums as fast as they can as their guitarist jams their dicks up the cable input and violently penetrate the shit out of the instrument while their epileptic vocalist asks for the strobe light to be on during the whole entire process so he can react in a way that would make him require professional medical attention. Although that's not exactly how these two bands sound though. They're painfully melodic and catchy. So I was posting albums today and in complete oblivion that it was Valentines day. That was until I logged onto Facebook, and realized what bitter fucks all the lonely souls are because they bitch about what they don't have on this specific Hallmark trademarked day. Meh, I can say I'm probably a Forever Alone kind of guy as well (no shit, I mean have you fucking read anything else I've ever written anywhere?) But rather being disgruntled about it and feeling sorry for yourself, I can honestly say I don't care. Some days when I listen to this album I do feel like I miss the old days when getting girls were so fucking easy because everyone were underaged bitties and you didn't even have to try to have them ending up in your bed. But you obviously took it for granted because you were too young to cherish the advantages you had with your looks and youthful vitality. I don't think it's depressing or morbid at all. Every time I listen to an album like this I feel the need to smoke a joint and completely pass out into a perpetual coma, which is hilarious considering I don't smoke weed at all. It helps to lessen the dosage of sleeping medication I need at nights. Best of all, it regulates my menstrual cycle so I'm not emotionally eratic all the time. I think this band is out of Ottawa or something. How you even pronounce these fucking town names in Canada is bewildering to me. This is some ridiculous militant straight edge band from Reno, Nevada. Maybe not as militant as their allies xBarcadiax but still cynical as fuck. Most angry straight edge bands would deny that they're militant but then one glimpse into their lyrics, Myspace, and their bullshit preaching at shows would suggest you the complete contrary. Dead City Hardcore? I used to listen to this band all the time back in high school, and they helped me get through the day. The lifelessly depressing lyrics gave me something to relate to in a time when I felt like I had nothing else to rely on. The man sang about Jesus Christ, which is fine but I didn't buy too heavily into that shit. But listening to this album nowadays just makes me sad. We all know Josh took his own life a year or two ago, leaving behind a kid and an ex-wife I believe. I know I talk about stupid shit on this blog all the time to keep myself and the audience mildly entertained but I'm gonna have to pause for a minute. Because every time I hear about someone taking his own life I feel as if I'm on the verge of losing it myself (much like the Mathieu guy from Beheading of a King more recently). It's quite a sensitive topic for me because as much as I hate people and the world, suicide should never be the solution (even regardless of how much some people simply deserves to just fucking die). I know details can be complicated in these sorta situations, but I wonder where their local hardcore scene were to support these people in the time of need. I wonder where Jesus Christ and their prayers went. This album was simply fucking amazing and it's very ironic that for all the people he's helped/saved with the music, he could barely save himself in the end. My condolences to Josh's families and friends for this loss. This band was nothing short of legendary at its times. I know they taught you in high school to never judge a book by its cover. But that's what my fucking website's all about and if you keep coming back then I must be doing at least something right. With that being said, this album art is as fucking ugly as sin. So it speaks a great volume about the music on the CD. Although I failed every grade in high school, it wasn't difficult for me to pick up a protractor and pin it to the middle of the paper before going apeshit with drawing circles. This is essentially what this band did with their album design. That's amazing you fucking handicaps. They must have taught y'all well in special ed. It's funny because if you read the poster, you can tell there's a six day delay between the album's release nationally and internationally. It must be 'cause it took extra time for the customs at the shipping and receiving borders to stare into the mesmerizing symbol as they try to de-encrypt the Mayan-like symbol for any potential Illuminati significance which may threaten national security. Wings of Scarlet kicks so much fucking ass. But that's because we all know that I'm a huge sucker for early 21st century metalcore. The days when you could actually log onto hxcmp3.com and check the newest hardcore craze before the whole domain was bought off by that fucking faggot stereokiller.com site which it is now. Earlier metalcore actually had its own style than compared to what metalcore is right now. Much of the earlier metalcore was recorded on crappy drum quality because presumably the level of technology wasn't as sophisticated as it is today. I'm also not sure whether the drummer of this band used a clicker or metronome, as it was the case with much shit back then. But this shit was so fucking good. This band could have easily gotten mainstream for they were just as decent as As I Lay Dying was back in the days. But they didn't, and broke up instead. Thus they will forever remain as one of the legendary acts of earlier 2000's metalcore. This is the case with many bands of metalcore. If As I Lay Dying broke up after their EP or first LP, those records will then be printed in vinyl and be forever cherished as a legacy. But some metalcore bands made it out to the mainstream and are now subject to ridicule. But truth be told, I'm glad this band broke up after first LP. It's a little disappointing but if their musical career got further, I would have found everything about 'em despicable. It's funny how your old fans work, isn't it?

Here's another spazzed out screamo crust album for you, the sophomore release from Love Lost But Not Forgotten. Don't ask me what the album title means, I have no fucking clue. I don't speak screamo fag memes. It sounds like some foreigner trying to write a poetic Facebook status while still in ESL. I bet some girl rejected those emo faggots again and went fucking another jock when they were suppose to have a date at the band practice. What I liked about these weird screamo bands (City of Caterpillar, Pg 99, Neil Perry etc) was just that it was so distinctively different from metalcore back in the days when metalcore was making a rise. But at the same time this shit was highly unlistenable and kind of got my my nerves because after a while of playing on repeat it sounds just like noise. It's got weird ass jazz interludes that would put a smile on the faces of black civil rights artists in the cultural revolutionary era. Anyways, as metalcore climbed its way to mainstream back in 2004/2005, this genre sort of went extinct as far as I can tell. But it's an interesting album definitely worth a listen. It's just unfortunate that you're a stupid fucking judgmental faggot.

So my last review of this faggot band's music gets me awesome publicity and uproar on their piece of shit Facebook page. This is great for the attention I've been craving for all my life being a fat loser overly picked on in high school locker rooms. Therefore I will continue to review all their albums because of my uninhibited gay love for them, being the repressed homosexual I am, you fucking faggots. It's a painful chore because I am not even going to get started on what the fuck this album cover is. It looks like the hairless drummer got too hungry after playing a show in a reclusive hickville and decided to cannibalize the whole entire band. How fucking grotesque and savage. After all they're like, anti-life or something right? Go figure. It would be a nice design concept if it didn't look like it was drawn by some fourteen year old Marilyn Manson fan on a Microsoft Paint that ran on Windows 3.11. That's not a surprise obviously because their production value is just about as worthless as the cover art itself. Looks like the band's been running on limited budget ever since 2008 because they cannot afford a vocalist either. That's another thing that really bugs me about this band. They don't have a fucking vocalist. So the fat ass guitarist has to scream into a mic stand while playing his faggot guitar. I wonder if it's because they can't afford one due to lack of market for the shit music they play, or is it like because there's no way four people can fit in a touring van? If latter is the case then you guys should fill the fat fuck up with helium, tie him to a rope in the back of your van and drag him around like a blimp. Don't forget to put an XXXL shirt of your band's ridiculous name on him for promotional purposes on highways. Awesome Good Year blimps are hard to find nowadays, this guy would be perfect. Anyways, I think this band would overcome their budget deficiencies if he simply did a porno video with the scrawny bassist, and make it completely viral. In a way, this self-titled 2001 screamo release is sorta phenomenal. But in other ways, it sounds like complete shit. My personal opinion of this band lies somewhere in the very middle of the two contrasting views. This music scared the shit out of me when I was in grade nine because I simply didn't understand what the fuck it ultimately was: a bunch of fancy emo kids screaming about suicides over broken relationships and other failures in life pertaining to the interaction with the opposite gender. But they make it so fucking intense you can't help but to pity them. If you wanna blow your brain out over some girl in high school that fate didn't plan for you to be with anyways, go ahead and do it. But to compose a miserable record on all this depressing shit is ... meh, art, I guess. Do whatever the fuck you want. Just keep the shotguns out of band practices or you may start some weird suicide cult with other emo kids in screamo bands.

I have not a single clue where Deathwish Inc finds all these crazy bands but this is some seriously violent down-tempo mosh shit. I used to sit on the fucking subway with this album blaring into my ears and sizing everybody down like there were gonna be impending fights. These guys are absolutely fucking brutal. Though I've never seen them live I can just imagine kids getting their jaws separated while fighting the invisible forces of ninja. Anyways yeah enough with my gay words. The only reason why it's so intense is because there's definitely a prevalent core elements in there but it's not very generic or contrived... and to label this album 'metalcore' is to label yourself a fucking dumbass piece of shit. Let's hope these douchebags don't break up like The Carrier is going to, since we previously discussed about how much Deathwish Inc probably sucks as a label. I'd say this album is definitely one of the best in 2011. Blasting this shit in my room's like sending a sonic wave for another earthquake in Haiti. Jesus Christ, Jacob Bannon, pick up your fucking pace. All these bands are outdoing Converge and they sound like they barely had any music lessons.

The Carrier honestly kicks so much fucking ass it's not funny. Coming straight out of North Shore, Boston, these guys play some furious straight up melodic hardcore. Last time they toured with Comeback Kid, I recall the whole venue being a complete shitshow. With that being said, it's a pity that this band's on a 'final tour' prior to breaking up. It seems like all half decent bands are doing it these days just to deliberately let down their fans after working for years to establish the fan base itself. And they all attribute it to stupid reasons that could be easily overcome by getting a label that has its shit together. So if you faggots want what's widely accepted by the common consensus out there, then you wouldn't be coming to my website and reading my verbal diarrhea. Although there is something completely undeniably hypocritical with some of you straight up hardcore kids: can any of you stuck-up assholes honestly deny ever liking metalcore at a certain stage in your life?
