پاکستان ایک ایسا ملک ہے جس کی سرزمین ہزاروں سال پرانی تہذیبوں، عظیم سلطنتوں، علمی مراکز اور تاریخی واقعات کی گواہ رہی ہے۔ موجودہ پاکستان کی تاریخ صرف 1947ء سے شروع نہیں ہوتی بلکہ اس خطے میں قدیم زمانے سے ہی ترقی یافتہ معاشرے آباد رہے ہیں۔

🏛️ 1. موئن جو دڑو — ہزاروں سال پرانی تہذیب

سندھ میں واقع موئن جو دڑو دنیا کی قدیم ترین شہری تہذیبوں میں شمار ہوتا ہے۔ ماہرین کے مطابق یہ تقریباً 2500 قبل مسیح کے آس پاس ایک ترقی یافتہ شہر تھا۔ یہاں پکی اینٹوں سے بنے مکانات، سڑکوں کا باقاعدہ نظام اور نکاسیٔ آب کا حیرت انگیز انتظام موجود تھا۔

موجودہ خیبر پختونخوا میں واقع ٹیکسلا قدیم دور میں علم و تعلیم کا ایک اہم مرکز تھا۔ یہاں فلسفہ، طب، مذہب اور دیگر علوم کی تعلیم دی جاتی تھی۔ ٹیکسلا کے آثار آج بھی پاکستان کے شاندار تاریخی ورثے کی نمائندگی کرتے ہیں۔

🕌 4. محمد بن قاسم اور سندھ

712ء میں محمد بن قاسم سندھ پہنچے۔ ان کی آمد برصغیر کی تاریخ کا ایک اہم واقعہ سمجھی جاتی ہے اور اس کے بعد سندھ میں اسلامی حکومت کا ایک نیا دور شروع ہوا۔

پاکستان کی سیاسی فضا ایک بار پھر تناؤ کا شکار ہے۔ رواں ہفتے سابق وزیراعظم اور پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) کے بانی عمران خان کی طبی حالت اور اُن کی اسپتال منتقلی کا معاملہ سب سے بڑی سرخی بنا رہا، جبکہ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ چیف الیکشن کمشنر کی تقرری پر حکومت اور اپوزیشن کے درمیان تعطل اور پی ٹی آئی کی جانب سے ستمبر میں متوقع احتجاجی تحریک نے بھی سیاسی درجہ حرارت بڑھا دیا ہے۔ ذیل میں پاکستانی سیاست کے حالیہ اہم ترین معاملات کا جائزہ پیش کیا جا رہا ہے۔

سپریم کورٹ کا حکم اور عمران خان کی اسپتال منتقلی

منگل کے روز سپریم کورٹ کے تین رکنی بینچ، جس کی سربراہی جسٹس شاہد وحید کر رہے تھے، نے حکومت کو ہدایت دی کہ عمران خان کو دو دن کے اندر راولپنڈی کی اڈیالہ جیل سے اسلام آباد کے نجی اسپتال شفاء انٹرنیشنل منتقل کیا جائے تاکہ اُن کا مکمل طبی معائنہ ہو سکے۔ عدالت نے اپنے حکم میں یہ نکتہ بھی واضح کیا کہ کوئی قیدی محض قید کی وجہ سے انسانی سلوک اور ضروری طبی سہولت کے حق سے محروم نہیں ہو جاتا۔ اس سماعت کے دوران عمران خان کی بہنیں علیمہ خان، نورین نیازی اور ڈاکٹر عظمیٰ خان کے علاوہ خیبرپختونخوا کے وزیراعلیٰ سہیل آفریدی بھی عدالت میں موجود تھے۔ اسی روز نورین نیازی کو رواں سال پہلی بار عمران خان سے ملاقات کی اجازت بھی دی گئی۔

حکومت کی نظرثانی درخواست اور رات بھر جاری رہنے والی کشیدگی

حکومت نے عدالتی حکم کے اگلے ہی روز اسے "امتیازی" قرار دیتے ہوئے سپریم کورٹ میں نظرثانی کی درخواست دائر کر دی، جسے رجسٹرار آفس نے کاغذات نامکمل ہونے کی بنا پر واپس کر دیا۔ اس کے بعد جمعرات کی شب اسلام آباد کے سیکٹر ایچ ایٹ میں واقع شفاء انٹرنیشنل اسپتال کے اردگرد غیرمعمولی حفاظتی انتظامات کیے گئے، جہاں تقریباً 800 اہلکار تعینات کیے گئے اور اردگرد کی سڑکیں سیل کر دی گئیں۔ پی ٹی آئی نے اپنے کارکنوں سے اسپتال سے دور رہنے کی اپیل کی تاکہ علاج کے عمل میں کوئی رکاوٹ پیدا نہ ہو۔

عدالت میں جمع کرائی گئی جیل انتظامیہ کی رپورٹ کے مطابق یکم اگست کو پمز کے ماہرِ امراضِ قلب نے معائنہ کیا تو بلڈ پریشر میں اتار چڑھاؤ، دھڑکن کی بے ترتیبی، سردرد اور بےچینی کی شکایات سامنے آئیں، جن کی ایک وجہ اہلِ خانہ سے کم ملاقاتوں اور اخبار و ٹی وی تک رسائی نہ ہونا بتائی گئی۔ 10 اگست کو طبی بورڈ نے روزانہ سیر، جیل کے معمولات میں نرمی اور خاندان سے زیادہ ملاقاتوں کی تجویز دی تاکہ ذہنی دباؤ کم ہو۔ آنکھ کے عارضے کے علاج کے بعد بینائی معمول پر آنے کی بھی تصدیق کی گئی۔ حکومت اور پی ٹی آئی کے درمیان علاج میں مبینہ تاخیر پر الزام تراشی کا سلسلہ بھی جاری ہے، پی ٹی آئی شفافیت نہ ہونے کا الزام لگاتی ہے جبکہ حکومت اس کی تردید کرتی ہے۔

سیاسی درجہ حرارت: ستمبر مارچ، سی ای سی تقرری اور جماعتوں کا رابطہ

اس کے علاوہ قومی اسمبلی کے اسپیکر نے حکومت اور اپوزیشن سے چیف الیکشن کمشنر کی تقرری کے معاملے پر مل بیٹھنے کی اپیل کی ہے، کیونکہ اس اہم عہدے پر تقرری میں تاخیر کو سیاسی استحکام کے لیے نقصان دہ قرار دیا جا رہا ہے۔ خارجہ محاذ پر بھی حکومت نے بھارت میں تعینات امریکی سفیر کے کشمیر سے متعلق بیان پر امریکہ کو باضابطہ احتجاجی مراسلہ (ڈیمارش) بھجوایا ہے، جو ظاہر کرتا ہے کہ داخلی سیاسی چپقلش کے باوجود خارجہ پالیسی کے معاملات بھی متحرک ہیں۔

سیاست سیاسی لوگ کرتے ہیں یا پھر ایسا کہا جائے تو زیادہ اچھا ہے کہ سیاست عام آدمی کا خیال نہیں رکھتی لیکن جو خود سیاسی ہو جاتا ہے وہ عام آدمی کو استعمال ضرور کرتا ہے اپنی سیاست کو چمکانے کے لیے کہیں پر اپنی پارٹی کا نام ہی عام آدمی پارٹی رکھ لیا جاتا ہے اور کہیں پر پیپلز پارٹی رکھ لیا جاتا ہے اور یہ سب کچھ عام آدمی کے جذبات سے کھیلنے کے لیے ہوتا ہے کیونکہ ایک عام آدمی سیاسی ہو یا نہ ہو ایک سیاسی آدمی کو سیاست میں جمع رہنے کے لیے عام آدمی کے ووٹ کی ضرورت ضرور ہوتی ہے

بچپن سے سیاست کے لفظ کو کبھی بھی مثبت انداز میں نہیں سنا یا سن بھی لیا تو دو دوست جب ایک دوسرے سے ناراض ہوتے تو ایک دوسرے سے کہتے کہ بھائی، تو نے میرے ساتھ سیاست کی یا پھر تُو اتنا سیاسی نہ بن۔ باتیں ہلکے پھلکے انداز میں ہو جاتی تھیں، لیکن بچپن سے ایک چیز دیکھی کہ کسی محلے میں اگر کوئی سیاست میں حصہ لے رہا ہے تو وہ کوئی غریب آدمی یا اچھا آدمی نہیں ہوتا تھا۔

یا تو وہ محلے کا سب سے امیر آدمی ہوتا تھا یا پھر اس کا تعلق کوئی اچھے لوگوں سے نہ ہوتا تھا۔ وہ بندہ سیاسی بن جاتا تھا اور عام آدمی کا تعلق اُس سیاسی آدمی سے رہتا تھا۔ یا تو اُس کو اُس سے مالی طور پر کوئی فائدہ چاہیے ہوتا تھا یا جسمانی طور پر عام آدمی سیاسی آدمی سے تعلق رکھتا تھا تاکہ محلے میں وہ بتا سکے کہ اُس کا تعلق مالک صاحب سے ہے یا بٹ صاحب سے ہے۔ اسے عام آدمی کی زبان میں سیاسی وابستگی بھی کہا جاتا تھا۔

سیاسی وابستگی کوئی خاص بات نہیں، ہر ملک میں ہوتی ہے۔ کوئی بھی عام آدمی کسی نہ کسی پارٹی کے ساتھ ہوتا ہے یا اسے ووٹ دیتا ہے۔ ہمارے ملک کی بات کریں یا اور بھی ممالک میں ایسا ہوتا ہوگا، لیکن جب ہم اپنے ملک کی بات کریں تو یہاں سیاسی وابستگی سے آگے بھی سیاسی لوگوں نے لوگوں کو اپنی تیز زبان سے اور اپنی باتوں سے متاثر کیا ہے۔

اور لوگ وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ ان سیاسی لوگوں کی باتوں سے اتنے متاثر ہو جاتے ہیں کہ بات سیاسی وابستگی سے شخصیت پرستی تک پہنچ جاتی ہے۔ اور ایسی کیفیت کے بعد لوگ اپنے لیڈر کے بارے میں کچھ بھی سننا اپنی لیڈر کی توہین سمجھنے لگ جاتے ہیں۔ اور ایسی کیفیت یعنی شخصیت پرستی کی کیفیت تک پہنچنے کے بعد باقی سب دوسرے لیڈرز صفر ہو جاتے ہیں اور آپ کی اپنی شخصیت ہیرو بن جاتی ہے۔ ایسا کیوں ہوتا ہے؟

ایسا کم لیڈرز کے ساتھ ہوا ہے لیکن ہوا ضرور ہے۔ کچھ لیڈرز سیاسی ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ مذہبی بھی تھے لیکن کچھ نے مذہب کا استعمال کر کے اپنی سیاست اور ووٹ بینک کو چمکایا اور کچھ نے کچھ ایسا بیاینیہ عوام کے سامنے یا ایسے کہا جائے کہ اپنے بھولے ووٹرز کے سامنے پیش کیا کہ وہ شخص ایک سیاسی لیڈر سے عوام کے دل میں اپنی جگہ بنا گیا۔ وہ کہتے ہیں نہ، درست وقت پر درست فیصلہ بہت اہم ہوتا ہے یا پھر ایسے کہا جائے کہ درست بال کو پک کر چھکا مارنے والے کو ہی یاد رکھا جاتا ہے۔

میں تو یہ کہتا ہوں کوئی بھی سیاسی لیڈر اُس وقت تک ووٹ ہی نہیں لے سکتا جب تک وہ زبان کا میٹھا اور اُس کو زبان کا صحیح استعمال کرنا آتا ہو۔ کب کیا اور کب کہا کیا بولنا ہے یہ ایک سیاسی لیڈر کا کمال ہوتا ہے۔ اب بات سیاسی وابستگی سے شخصیت پرستی تک کب اور کیوں پہنچتی ہے۔ میری بات تو یہ ہے کہ میرے خیال سے اُس لیڈر کی پرسنالٹی، اُس کا اپنی زبان پر عبور، اُس کی قسمت کا صحیح وقت پر اُس کا ساتھ دینا، اور سب سے بڑھ کر

اس نے جو بیانیہ سیٹ کیا ہے وہ عوام کے دل اور دماغ کو متاثر کرتا ہے۔ میں کسی بھی لیڈر کا نام نہیں لیتا لیکن ہمارے ملک میں کئی لیڈرز نے روٹی، کپڑا اور مکان کا بیانیہ دیا اور کسی نے نیا پاکستان کا بیانیہ دیا۔ شعلہ بیانی کے ساتھ ساتھ کئی لیڈرز نے اسلامی ٹچ بھی دیا۔ ہماری ایسی بھولی عوام کے لیے جو ہمیشہ سے دین کے نام پر کٹنے اور مرنے کے لیے تیار رہتی ہے، اسلامی ٹچ بھی ہماری ایسی قوم کا کمزور نقطہ ہے۔ بہرحال جو بھی نیا لیڈر یا پرانا لیڈر آتا ہے اور چاہے وہ لیڈر وردی میں ہو، پھر سب کی سنو، لیکن سب سے اہم ہے جس لیڈر سے مرضی محبت کرو، لیکن اپنے لیڈر کی محبت سے اوپر پاکستان کی محبت کو رکھو کیونکہ یاد رکھو پاکستان ہے تو ہم بھی ہیں اور ہماری پہچان بھی ہے۔

میرا یہاں ایک نظریہ بھی ہے کہ ایسے لوگ اپنی چکنی چپری باتوں کی وجہ سے اپنے آپ کو نمایاں کروا لیتے ہیں اور کہیں نہ کہیں وہ دوسروں کو کم تر بھی کر دیتے ہیں۔ اور یہاں پر دوسرے لوگوں کا ذکر بھی ضروری ہے

جو لوگ صرف زبان استعمال کرتے ہیں وہ لوگ کھردری (براہِ راست) ہوتے ہیں اور زیادہ تر لوگ ان سے دور رہنا پسند کرتے ہیں کیونکہ زیادہ تر لوگوں کو ایسا لگتا ہے کہ ایسے لوگ براہِ راست فیصلے کرتے ہیں اور بہت جلد اپنا تحمل کھو دیتے ہیں اور بغیر سوچے سمجھے جواب دینے کی وجہ سے وہ دوسرے انسان کی توہین کر دیتے ہیں چاہے بعد میں انہیں دماغی طور پر سوچنے کے بعد اپنی غلطی کا احساس ہو جائے، لیکن لوگ ایسے لوگوں سے گریز کرتے ہیں۔

افسوس اس بات کا ہے کہ آج کا دور ہمارے ملک پر راج کرنے والے یا وائرل ہونے والے کہ لیں یا نما‏‏ئا ہونے والے کہ دیں وہ لوگ ہیں جو نہ تو چرب زبان ہیں اور نہ ہی کھری کھری سنانے والے ہیں۔ آج کل جو لوگ نمایاں ہیں وہ جَرَنلسٹ ہو یا سیاستدان ہو یا پھر اسلامی عالم یا دین پر بات کرنے والے ہوں، ایسے لوگ چرب زبانی تو بہت اچھی کر ہی لیتے ہیں لیکن بد زبانی میں بھی ان کا کوئی جواب نہیں ہوتا اور ایسے لوگ زیادہ تر اپنے فائدے کے لیے استعمال ہو رہے ہوتے ہیں، ایسے لوگوں کو ایسا غرض نہیں ہوتا کہ وہ اس معاشرے میں کسی کو کوئی سبق دیں۔

وہ لوگ جن کا اصل مقصد خود کو نمایاں کرنا ہوتا ہے، اس لئے وہ بدزبانی، بد تہذیبی اور یہاں تک کہ حد سے گزرنے میں بھی کوئی عار محسوس نہیں کرتے۔ وہ گالی گلوچ بھی کرتے ہیں صرف خود کو نمایاں کرنے، شہرت حاصل کرنے اور ممتاز ہونے کے لیے۔ ایک دفعہ کی بدزبانی مجبوراً ہوسکتی ہے کہ آپ کسی کی زیادتی پر آواز اٹھا رہے ہوں، لیکن جب بات مسلسل بدزبانی اور گالی گلوچ کی ہو تو آپ سمجھ جائیں کہ سامنے والا شخص اس چیز سے کوئی غرض نہیں رکھتا کہ وہ اپنی تہذیب، اپنی اقدار اور در حقیقت اپنی فیملی کو کچھ سمجھ رہا ہے ۔

وہ شخص ارادتاً یا غیر ارادتاً یا تو استعمال ہو رہا ہے اور یا پھر خود کو نمایاں کرنے کے لیے بدزبانی اور گالی گلوچ کا استعمال کر رہا ہے۔

ایسے لوگوں کو ایسا لگتا ہے کہ وہ سچ بول رہے ہیں اور ہمیں سچ بولنے کا کہا گیا ہے۔ اسلامی نقطہ نظر سے بالکل صحیح سوچ رہے ہیں کہ سچ بولنے کا کہا گیا ہے لیکن اپنے بارے میں، دوسروں کے تو عیب چھپانے کا حکم ہے۔ ویسے بھی اگر کوئی آپ کے ساتھ برا سلوک کرتا ہے اور اتنا برا کرتا ہے کہ آپ یا تو ٹوٹ جاتے ہیں یا ٹوٹنے کے بعد باغی ہو جاتے ہیں، پھر بھی آپ چاہیں کہ اپنی تعلیمات، خاص طور پر اسلامی تعلیمات سے دور نہ جائیں یا نہ سوچیں یا کہیں کہ وہ برا ہے۔ اس لیے میں یا گالم گلوچ یا بدزبانی کا مرتکب ہوں۔ آپ کا اخلاق، آپ کی زبان اور آپ کا کردار اللہ کے سامنے پیش ہونا ہے اور اس کا الگ پیش ہونا ہے، تو بھائی یہ دنیا عارضی ہے، آپ اگلی دنیا کا خیال کریں۔

باتیں بہت کہہنی ہیں۔ کچھ لوگوں کو ایسا لگ رہا ہے کہ وہ باغی بن کر یا بد زبانی کر کے اپنا یا اپنے ملک کے لیے کچھ بہتر کر سکتے ہیں۔ یقین کریں اُن کو، جن کے بارے میں آپ ایسے الفاظ یا کردار شو کر رہے ہیں، اُن کو فرق نہیں پڑتا۔ در حقیقت، آپ کو، آپ کی فیملی کو، اور در حقیقت جو الفاظ استعمال کرتے ہوئے آپ نے اپنی ویڈیوز ڈالی ہیں، تا قیامت، جو بھی آپ کے ایسے کردار کو اور زبان کو دیکھے اور سنے گا، آپ کو گناہ ضرور ملے گا اور ملتا رہے گا۔ تو گزارش یہ ہے کہ زبان کا استعمال ایسا کریں کہ آپ کی شخصیت نمایاں بھی ہو اور بد اخلاقی بھی نہ ہو۔ ہاں، جو آپ کے یا آپ کے ملک کے ساتھ کر رہے ہیں، تو ایک ذات اللہ پاک کی بھی ہے۔ اُس پر بھی کچھ چھوڑ دیں، دیر ہی سہی، جو صحیح ہے، اُس کو اللہ پاک کامیابی سے ضرور نوازے گا۔

Today I want to write about a person whom people have accepted as their leader, as a guide. This leader's followers are also strange. As long as anyone from their own party is standing with this leader and supporting them, they are devoted to Imran. But as soon as they are removed from their position, they also become traitors and rebels... 2. Imran Khan Went From Famous Cricket Captain to an Iconic Pakistani Politician

Prime minister Imran Khan made history in the world of politics and sport when he went from a cricketing hero to prime minister and then ousted opposition leader.

Imran Khan, born on October 5th, 1952, in Lahore, became one of the greatest cricket players when he captained the Pakistani team to its first World Cup title.

His celebrity status didn’t end there. Instead, he entered the realm of philanthropy and later, politics. He then worked his way up to becoming the 22nd prime minister of Pakistan, serving between 2018–2022.
