A partir da primeira posição, o Wu Chi, dobrar os joelhos abaixando os quadris cerca de 20 centímetros. 
Elevar os braços e virar as mãos para fora fazendo com que as costas das mãos fiquem na altura do rosto. 
Esta posição aumenta muito o fluxo de energia no corpo.
