Dois cachorros ficam acorrentados a um portão 24 horas do dia nos 365 dias do ano há 4 anos.

Os cachorros comem e fazem suas necessidades no mesmo espaço minimo.

O cachorro branco fica acorrentado ao portão e a cinza na mesma garagem ao fundo, também acorrentada.

O cachorro branco late insistentemente para as pessoas que param na frente do portão.

As donas pedem para ele calar a boca, e na insistência batem nele com vassoura e dão chute.

As agressões não são corriqueiras mas já vi alguma vezes.

O cachorro fica exposto ao sol de fogo q bate a tarde na garagem, e ao frio gelado da madrugada.

Não há paninhos nem casinha para protegê-lo.

As donas puxam tanto a corrente impossibilitando o cachorro de deitar a cabeça para descansar.

Ele então fica encolhido ou apoiando a cabeça na grade do portão .

Já denunciei a policia q nunca quis registrar o B.O.

Já denunciei a protetoras q enviaram a zoonoses ao local mas a dona do cachorro alegou q ele não fica preso todo o tempo.

E por fim denunciei ao Ministério Público da cidade com provas em mãos e o juiz enviou a delegacia de policia para investigar .

As donas do cachorro não aceitam conversa.

Los torneantes ni siquiera han sido capaces de respetar sus macabras y anacrónicas Ordenanzas que rigen el Torneo. Han matado al toro fuera de la zona que ellos consideran ‘permitida’.

Además, el festejo incumple el Reglamento de Festejos Taurinos Populares de la Comunidad de Castilla y León, razón por la cual el Partido Animalista denunciará al Delegado Territorial de la Junta de Castilla y León en Valladolid, D. Pablo Trillo Figueroa, al que ya advertimos por escrito el mes pasado.

La ley es clara. El Decreto 14/1999 prohíbe en su artículo 19.1 “herir, pinchar, golpear, sujetar o tratar de cualquier otro modo cruel a las reses”, algo que evidentemente no se cumple en el Torneo del Toro de la Vega.

El Partido Animalista estudiará las imágenes obtenidas e interpondrá todas las denuncias necesarias para conseguir que este sea el último año en que se celebre el torneo.

DOG WITH BROKEN JAW IGNORED BY GREEKS TO SUFFER.

GREECE EXPOSED CAN REVEAL WHAT THE POOR DOG WHO HAS A BROKEN JAW AND WAS PROBABLY SHOT IN THE FACE LOOKED LIKE AS A STRAY ON THE STREETS 2 MONTHS AGO

We reported yesterday of the horrific image of a dog with a broken jaw unable to eat or drink and was ignored by Greeks in CRETE has shocked many. Spotted by an animal lover in a cafe whilst drinking coffee, he sat next to others in the cafe who also seen the dog. Nobody cared he was bleeding, Nobody cared he clearly needed help EXCEPT this one man. He immedietly rushed the dog to a vet. The vet said he has a broken jaw and will require surgery. However, the chances to succeed are slim. The poor dog is undergoing surgery.

The surgery was done. 3.30 hours, YESTERDAY very hard .. Everything went well, achieved .. Left in a veterinary ... The doctor said that had holes in the bottom jaw like been shot or hit with a blunt object

Saving Pooh

His name is Pooh, like Winnie the Pooh…

Pooh is just 8 months old.. just a baby, he’s scared and he doesn’t know why he’s in that cage or how long he’s going to be there for.

He also doesn’t know that his family has just paid for his euthanasia and cremation.. Blood’s money.

He’s alive but to all effects he’s already dead. In their minds, Pooh is already a pile of ashes, his death has been assumed, the family left the clinic, they had to go buy books for the kids return to school. I didn’t see any tears. It was a cold and unsentimental decision. I was there. I saw it.

Why is Pooh going to die? Because he has Parvovirus, and because he has been on treatment for two days and as there is no visible improvement.

So, in their minds, they convinced themselves that after two days of sickness it’s going to be too expensive so better cut their losses now. It doesn’t matter to them if Pooh is young and strong, it doesn’t matter if he loves them and would never leave them. What matters is that he may have to spend a week or 10 days in intensive care, and that he may or may not survive, and who wants to pay for a dead dog? So they kill him.

He doesn’t know any of that… and I better not tell him because it’s not going to happen anyway. Pooh will not die, at least not today.

TAKE ACTION against Toro de la Vega 2012

Thirty minutes.... It is the time of the agony the poor bull endured since he suffered the first spear - the bull that someone nicknamed Afligido (Sorry) and, unfortunately, became the victim that ended the festivities of the Toro de la Vega, in Tordesillas (Valladolid) in 2011.

Afligido fell after Oscar Hernández Bartolomé speared him on the left side causing a deep wound. Before, the bull had attempted to escape the persecution by more than 200 people armed with spears, either on foot or horseback.

On the ground, the bull looked at more than fifty people urging that Oscar kills him, according to the rules of the tournament, the first to reach the bull has the right to his life.

But Afligido suffered several spears moreover, those he tried to escape without success.

When he started dying, the people of Tordesillas showed their shame by covering the body of the bull with plastic sheet. They did not want anyone to see the death of Afligido. Aware of the brutality and cruelty of their actions, they were careful that no one could record what happened. A research team of Animal Equality, however, managed to get the facts.

A group of five to ten people then stepped in, the bull still struggling to get up. They cut off his tail while he was still alive.

Afligido, dying and trapped, waiting for the afflicted person in charge of cutting the spine at the neck. But this person did not appear so they tried to kill him, hitting him in the head with various objects. According to a researcher of Animal Equality, they first used a screwdriver, but the bull was still breathing. They used any sharp objects at their disposal, but none managed to end the life of dying Afligido, who under the mat emits a breath.

After half an hour of torture, the bull was finally sticking and died.

His body was dragged and carried to a tractor while attendees, including children, came to see the trail of blood left.

Ms Isabelle Stavras from the volunteer animal welfare group GAF made the following statement after this terrible discovery.

Aug. 21, 2012: An undercover video, filmed by a Compassion Over Killing investigator, exposes rampant animal abuse and suffering inside Central Valley Meat Co. (CVM), a slaughterhouse in Hanford, California. CVM is a major supplier to the USDA's National School Lunch Program and other federal food initiatives.

Like all federally inspected slaughterhouses, CVM is required to comply with federal animal welfare requirements as well as California's animal protection laws. However, COK's whistleblowing video uncovers acts of cruelty that appear to violate both state and federal laws.

After viewing the footage, the USDA shut down the facility, citing "egregious inhumane handling and treatment of livestock."

TRAPPED in a squalid cage all day every day, German Shepherd Jack starved to death inch-deep in his own excrement.

One of his owners, 25-year-old Paul James Brunsden was jailed for 20 weeks and banned from ever keeping an animal again at Dartford Magistrates' Court on Wednesday (August 1).

Jack's co-owner – Stacey Louise Lockhurst - was warned she faced a similar fate.

Judge Michael Kelly said it was "one of the worst cases of animal cruelty I have ever come across."

He added: "This dog was effectively tortured and neglected."

“I can’t think that any human being would have failed to recognise the suffering and distress of this dog.”

“When the top of the crate was removed it was clear the dog was emaciated. There was an inch or more of faeces covering all of the floor except where the dog was laying.”

The judge who presided over this torturous case of cruelty was Judge Michael Kelly. He stated:

“This is one of the worst cases of animal cruelty I have come across.
“This dog was confined in a little cage so small it appears it could barely stand up.
“It was kept there without being allowed out at all for any exercise or freedom and was starved to death.
“You could have released the dog. You could have provided food for it. You were offered help and advice from the RSPCA.
“I can’t think that any human being would have failed to recognise the suffering and distress of this dog.”

Several months before the tortured dog's body was discovered, RSPCA inspectors visited Lockhurst's home and advised that the dog not be kept inside of the plastic crate, offered training advice and even suggested that Jack be surrendered.

Unfortunately for the then 16-week-old puppy, the pair heeded none of the advise.

Instead, the dog was subjected to a dismal existence fraught with torment and agony.

No doubt, the day that Jack breathed his final breath, it was with great relief.

Brunsden has been banned from ever owning an animal again and Lockhurst may face a similar sentence.

The man defending Lockhurst attempted to deflect the blame for this cruelty on the woman's emotional problems and learning disabilities. She has been spending time in a respite center and her sentencing will take place in September.

Regardless, in light of this dog's incredible suffering, there is no sentence which will ever be quite enough.

The amount poor dogs that were rescued this time were 779 dogs. After they were rescued... they were transfered to Nakorn Phanom's shelter in the same day. The dogs looks so terrible, scary, hungry and very weak. After we took them out of the cages from the truck, we found out 18 dogs already passed away because they couldn't stand with their painful, so today (28-July-12) we have the total amount of alive 761 dogs.This shelter now have more than 1,300 dogs at the moment. This is the deceit and hypocrisy of UK supermarket chains and slaughter houses which, whilst trumpeting the ‘Britishness’ of their products, surreptitiously purvey Halal meat to the general public and the Olympic teams.

Halal is the Islamic method of religious slaughter whereby a live animal has its throat slit whilst being blessed in the name of Allah and it can take up to six minutes to die.
