90 мл зехтин
2 скилидки чесъм, надробени
1 малка люта чушка надробена
500 гр паста
 Прясно настъргано сирене Пекорино








Сваряваме
броколите в леко подсолена вряща вода докато омекнат и ги изцеждаме добре.
Загряваме мазнината на слаб огън и запържваме чесъна и лютата чушка до омекване
за няколко минути. Добавяме броколите и разбъркваме добре.

Задушаваме го за кратко и почистваме от кожите, след което нарязваме на дребно.  Надробяваме лука и го смачкваме със сол и пиперковата паста и разбъркваме с печения

Зехтин  - ½ с.л. счукан черен пипер  - сол  Начин на приготвяне:  Нагряваме олиото в средно голям тиган и пържим пиперките от всички страни, докато придобият златист цвят. След изпържване оставяме на хартиена кърпа да се изцедят и
