"Let every soul concerned (introspection) about what he has done for the day tomorrow (Surat al afterlife ),".( Hashr: 18).
EVERY 1st of Muharram Muslims all over the world commemorated the new Hijri know, the early years of the Islamic calendar. Each turn of the time, day after day until the year after year, usually bring new hope to a better state, the days we went through should always be better than previous days.In other words, the event moved to teach us to be better from day to day. Prophet Hadiths are very popular states, "Whoever today better than yesterday, is one of the lucky ones. When the day is the same as yesterday, it means people lose money, and if today is worse than yesterday, is the wretched ".
At the beginning of the new Hijri year, we can design a life for the better with the move, ie change bad into good behavior.
According to the Quraish Shihab, one of the reflections it is to reflect events hijra of the Prophet Muhammad. Hijrahnya Prophet SAW is a form of optimism and migrated contain values and civilization. When the Prophet migrated to the city called Yathrib, he explained, he then changed the name of his city to Medina, the Prophet and there he began a new civilization and new values are instilled, which are now popular we know as civil society.
The attitude of the Prophet SAW indicated optimism is important to be learning when we face a crisis like that happening today. In addition, togetherness is also one of the keys to the success of achieving change.
It is proved that at the time of the Prophet Muhammad with Abu Bakr was being chased the Qurais, then hid in the cave. later, Abu Bakr was worried about the safety of the Prophet, and the Prophet said, "O, Abu Bakr do not be afraid because God is with us."
Unlike when the time of Prophet Musa, who was also implementing the move. At a time when the Pharaoh to chase him and his people, Moses said, "O my people, do not be afraid because the Lord With Me.". That form of togetherness that the Prophet taught to his people in the event of emigration.

Prophet's hijra event has passed during the 1431 year. But the meaning and spirit of the pilgrimage should remain embedded in the hearts and souls of the Muslims. The Muslims should "emigrate" to leave behind anything that is prohibited by God leads to obedience to Allah, the Prophet Muhammad as the Prophet: "The person who emigrated is that (leaving) nothing that is prohibited by Allah". Prophet is a person of high rank at the sight of Allah, but he also people who most heaviest & his trials. The prophets as well as some other human beings are the noblest & most loved by Allah but those who also is the most widely & heavily tested by Allah SWT. This caravan followed the caravan dg yg righteous Salaf, they are the most who is also his trials & weight when compared to other humans. Imam Shafi'i suffered expulsion from Kufa to Egypt, Imam Ahmad was imprisoned & tortured the years, the & Imam Malik was tortured to break both his shoulder blades.
Then the test of a believer will always increase the height of the sight of Allah & glory, & test the truth of his faith (QS 9/1-2). Some other wisdom from her ordeal is that a believer becomes more mature & robust, as well as the sole trust & surrender to Allah (Qur'an 33/10-13, 22). And no temptation that comes to a believer, unless it's good for him throughout his patience & gratitude, as the Prophet SAW:
"It's amazing the affairs of a believer, if he gets ni'mat so thankful & grateful he was very good for him. And if he is overwritten misfortune be patient & wait it's very good for him. "2 (Muslim & Tirmidhi)
Look at the Prophet's wife, A'ishah who get a very severe test in the history of Islam dg yg vile slander, but Allah SWT said that it is so good for him (Sura 24/11). Imam Ghazali in his Ihya tells the story himself, sangkaannya that he has reached perfection in the patient, then he prayed to God pd exam given at will, then God also testing small dg yg test, ie be unable to urinate, then she began to incapacitate bear the exam, then she began to repent & Allah heal him, then she brought out into the streets saying pd every child who encounters: "Strike the uncle who this stupid boy!"
Exam is a necessity in life, let alone as a believer, heathens get disaster & trouble too (QS 90 / 4), but let us ask to be morbidly exam by Allah, because if HE tests us, then the test is definitely in keeping with our abilities, because He is the Knower, the Wise, but if we who ask to be tested, then the incoming exams may be beyond our ability, because HE Almighty Mighty.
MEANING OF TEST2a. Exam (fitna) is derived from the Arabic word fa-ta-na which means imtihaan, ikhtiyaar, ibtilaa ', which means exams. Adh-dzahaab fatanu sentence means to burn to purify the gold, meaning that gold should be burned (tested) until caught quality. Likewise, the burning of bricks & Laundry & cleaning is done to strengthen it. Similarly, a test for the human soul is given to strengthen & cleanse his sins.
b. Ali ra said: Faith is not the ideals of & nor the human imagination, but it is something heart & stabbed in the righteousness of his deeds.
TYPES OF TEST:22
1. FAMILY AND CHILD EXAM (QS 64/14-15)2· The best example for this is the Prophet Ibrahim & his family, had long been ill to have children (QS 15/54), while older age was given a child was ordered by Allah to be abandoned in the desert barren (QS 14/37), as a teenager after long time no see were commanded to slaughter it (QS 37/102). But all that morbidly thrilling iota of his love for his Creator.
· Another example is the Prophet Muhammad, who is mentioned in al-hadith repeatedly widowed by her family (from the already ill since childhood with a father and widowed mother, grandfather, uncle, his wife, his children) but he remained patient SAW .
· The tabi'in like Farukh who left his wife is pregnant to defend Islam, then his son went on to become tabi'in in Medina that is ar-Ra'yu Rabi'a. Salaf like Imam Shafi'i was left by his father for jihad, but sought the mother remain patient & his son become the number one pd scholars of his day.
· Example family ugliness to trial who is experienced by the Prophet Luth & Noah. A servant who believe, but their wives are most hostile to his message so that even their wives were both enshrined by Allah in the Koran as the figures experts Hell (Sura 66/10). At the trial conditions of evil husband who is as experienced by the Asiyyah bint Muzahim, wife of Pharaoh, who torments her husband to be patient on to become one of the most prominent among women in syurga (QS 66/11)
2. EXAM TREASURE (QS 57/20) 2
· Prophet Sulayman. Opened an abundance of treasures as the most powerful king who, given the ability of subjecting the animals, even Jin, Syaithan, wind as a vehicle, able to understand the languages of animals, but instead he prayed: O my Lord, show me how I'm grateful ni'mat you, & how I worship thee who most ridhai. (Sura 27/19).
· Prophet Muhammad: Got 1 / 5 ghanimah treasure, never got the goat ghanimah as much as two hills, but when dead? Just having a horse, sword & armor who spout pd a Jew. SAW · He once declared:
"By God, who am I scared of indigence is not upon you, but I'm afraid if God will open the door of the world as it has been opened for his ummah before you, then you are competing to enjoy it, as the ummah before you too have been racing to enjoy it, then the world's destroy you, as it destroyed them. "2

4. EXAM IN PENYAKIT2
· Wisdom of Prophet Ayyub as (QS 21/83), was given a very severe test of the disease but remain in the faith that Allah raise his ranks in the world & in the hereafter.
5. Torture EXAM OF PEOPLE KAFIR2
· Wisdom Ashaabul Ukhdud (QS 85/4-8), a young believer who is given a variety of ordeals but Allah saved, so that his death by the king witnessed by the entire population of the city's conversion to Islam, causing the whole town, so the king made a trench around the city & lit the fire and ordered the entire population indisposed infidels to plunge into the trench, so that thousands of people were martyred (more on the book of hadith Riyadhus Righteous vol-II, by Imam Nawawi)
6. EXAM IN RELIGIOUS (QS 5 / 77) 2
° to exaggeration & extreme (ifraath) / reverse to continue to decrease (tafriith) in running the religion.
· Word of the Prophet: "Islam will be carried in every generation by those who just; who always tries to clean up this religion of the deviation of those superfluous, manipulation of those who err, & interpretation of the people who are stupid. "(Ahmad)
· People supererogatory / extreme constantly trying to add to & aggravate this already perfect religion dg enacting various interpretations of religion is losing the softness & rahmahnya so-hard to be religious, violent & without compromise. While people are always trying to pervert the verse or hadith to interpret at will & desires & dg bad intentions destroy Islam from within. And those fools who tried to practice their religion without science & without a powerful arguments that religion is becoming a full dg heresy.

· That the receipt of worship mahdhah requirement is that it must be sincere (QS 98 / 5) & should ittiba '/ there is an example of the Prophet of the beard who saheeh (QS 3 / 31). While the requirement of receipt of worship ghairu mahdhah (mu'amalah) is to be sincere & morbidly contradicting the argument of who saheeh.

Meaning of Tawheed La Illa Hailallah

Knowing the meaning of this noble sentence is one of the very basic principles on the 'Aqeedah of a Muslim. How not, because if someone said the words of monotheism is then he will not be able to carry out the consequences before knowing what it meant and he will not get many virtues of this noble sentence until he knows what it means, practice it and died on it. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

وَلَا يَمْلِكُ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِهِ الشَّفَاعَةَ إِلَّا مَنْ شَهِدَ بِالْحَقِّ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ

"And the gods they worship other than God can not give intercessor` at: but (people who can give intercessor `at is a) a person who recognizes the right of (tawhid) in a state they know (him)." (Surah Az -Zukhruf: 86)
And the Prophet Shollallahu 'alaihi wa' ala alihi wasallam has stated:

مَنْ مَاتَ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

"Those who died in a state mengatahui that really has no right to be worshiped gods except Allah that it will enter Paradise." (HSR. Bukhary of the Companions of Abu Hurayrah)

Therefore, the following is a brief explanation about the meaning of Tawheed this glorious sentence:La ilaha illallah is a sentence consisting of four words, namely: the word (laa), word (ilaha), word (illa) and word (God). As for the language we can describe briefly as follows:
• Laa is a lil nafiyah jeans (Eliminates the existence of any type of noun that comes after it). For example the words of the Arabs "Laa rojula fid of" (There is no male in the house) that negate (negate) all kinds of men in the house. So laa in the sentence is meaningless disclaimer monotheism all types of worship and worship of truth from anyone except Allah 'Azza wa Jalla.
• Ilah is mashdar (basic word) which means maf'ul (object) so that meaningful ma `l uh which means it is ma'bud (who worshiped). Because aliha meaning is' abada so that meaning is ma'bud ma'luh. This is as in the reading of Ibn 'Abbas radhiallahu' anhuma to paragraph 127 in sura Al-A'raf:

وَقَالَ الْمَلأُ مِنْ قَوْمِ فِرْعَوْنَ أَتَذَرُ مُوْسَى وَقَوْمَهُ لِيُفْسِدُوْا فِيْ الْأََرْضِ وَيَذَرَكَ وَإِلَهَتَكَ

"Said the chiefs of Pharaoh (the Pharaoh):" Do you allow Moses and his people to make mischief in this country (Egypt) and leave you and ilahatahmu (worship you)? "Il ahat aka (ilahatahmu) that is worship to you, because Pharaoh was worshiped and not worship. This indicates that Ibn 'Abbas understands that the word means worship Ilahah
• Illa (except). The exception here is the issue that the word is located after the word illa of law that has been denied by laa. For example in the example above laa rajula illa fid of Muhammad, Muhammad (as a word after illa) expelled (excluded) from the law prior to the removal of all types illa men in the house, so that their meaning is not one of those guys in in the house except Muhammad. If applied in the sentence meaning is the meaning of this unity that only God diperkecualikan from all kinds of gods who have been denied by previous laa said.
• Lafadz "God" from Al-Ilah he is disposed to facilitate hamzahnya read it, then the first night diidhgamkan (combined) on the second night it becomes for the one night that ditasydid and the second lam thick spoken as the opinion of Imam al-Kisa `i and Imam Al-Farra 'and also the opinion of Imam As-Sibawaih.As for its meaning, said Al-Imam Ibn Al-Qoyyim in Madarij Salikin (1 / 18): "The name" God "shows that it is He who is ma'luh (worshiped) ma'bud (who worshiped). All creatures worship him with love, reverence and deference. "
Lafadz jalalah "God" is a special name for God alone, as for all the names and attributes of God that others returned to the lafadz jalalah. That's why none of his being called God.Then from the most important matters in mind that this Laa-as already known by everyone who has a knowledge of Arabic-Khobar need isim and as said by Ibn Malik in Alfiyahnya:

عَمَلَ إِنَّ اجْعَلْ لِلاَ فِي نَكِرَه

"Make the practice Inna (menashab isim and merafa 'Khobar) to laa when isimnya nakirah."
Isim laa ilaha is the word, as for khobarnya, this is where the dispute lies the man in the determination. As selected by the Salaf as a whole is that khobarnya (discarded) because that should determine khobarnya to understand its meaning correctly. Salaf and the scholars agree that it is disposed of or bihaqqin haqqun word (the right to be worshiped), with the argument of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says in Surah Luqman verse 30:

ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللهَ هُوَ الحَقُّ وَأَنَّ مَا يَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِهِ البَاطِلُ وَأَنََّ اللهَ هُوَ العَلِيُّ الكَبِيْرُ

"That is because Allah is the right (to worship) and whatever they worship besides Allah then it is the worship of vanity and Allah Most High, Most Great." And like him in surah Al-Hajj verse 62.
So of all the above, we can conclude that the meaning of La ilaha illallah is no gods except the right to worship God. Then the sentence would be monotheism indicates disclaimer / denial / negation of all types of worship and the worship of anything other than Allaah, what is and whoever he was, and establishing that the adoration and worship with all sorts of shapes-both zhohir or inner-directed only to not to other than Allah. Therefore all that is worshiped besides Allah Ta'ala was right has been worshiped, but he worshiped with sleaze, kezholiman, overshooting the limits and arbitrariness. This is the meaning understood by the Arabs-the believer or kafirnya-when they hear the words laa ilaha illallah, as we will explain below Inshallah Ta'ala.
Here are some of the words of the scholars who show true what we describe:
Al-Wazir said Abul Muzhoffar in Al-Ifshoh: "Lafazh" God "after" illa "indicates that worship must (intended) only to Him, then there is no (one) apart from Him who deserve it (worship)" . And he also said: "And including avail of this is you should know that this sentence includes the Kufr to Evil (all that is worshiped but Allah) and believe only in Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. So when you deny the obligation of worship and establish worship only to Allah Subhanahu it means you have to taghout kufr and faith in God. "
Imam Ibn Rajab said: "Al-Ilah are adhered to and not because glorify didurhakai and glorify Him, to feel love, fear, hope and sole trust Him, asking and praying to Him. And all this should not except Allah 'Azza wa Jalla. So who included his being at one of the matters which is the specificity of worship (worship) is then he has damaged his sincerity in the words La ilaha illallah. And him being there to worship (shirk) that its content conforms with many or at least those things are to him. "
Said Al-Imam Al-Baqo `iy:" La ilaha illallah is the negation of the right to make that worshiped other than the King's most noble because actually this science, especially Laa Ilaahaa illallah is warning that the greatest help from the state of doomsday and indeed become a science if bemanfaat, and be beneficial if accompanied with submission and work with its provisions. If not then it is mere folly. "
Said: Shaykh 'Abdur-Rahman ibn Hasan Shaykh Alu: "And this is most often found in the words of the Salaf and the' consensus (agreement) from them. So this sentence shows nullifying the worship of anything besides Allah any position however. And establish worship only to Allah alone. And this is the Tawheed that the Apostles preached and demonstrated by the Qur'an from beginning to end. "
From the above it is known that La ilaha illallah sentence contains two fundamental pillars that must be fulfilled as a condition of acceptance of the creed of a Muslim who uttered the sentence:First: An-Nafyu (disclaimer / denial / negation) contained in the phrase La ilaha. Ie deny, reject and negate all the right to be worshiped idols after all types and shapes of the creatures, both living let alone the dead, both angels closest to God and the Apostle who terutus moreover creature rank in the bottom two.Second: Al-Ithbat (setting) is contained in the sentence illallah. Ie set all well-born worship like prayer, zakat, hajj, slaughtering and others as well as the mind like resignation, hope, fear, love and others. Both of words such as dhikr, reading the Quran to pray and act so well as bowing and prostration during prayer, tawaf and sa `i when the pilgrims and others only to God alone.
So creed a person is not yet true if one of the two pillars of it or both do not happen. For example there are people who only believe in God's right to be worshiped (just set) but also other worship or not worship but Allah, denying (not deny).
Here's mention of a few verses of the Qur'an which describe the two pillars of laa ilaha illallah this:

فَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِالطاَّغُوْتِ وَيُؤْمِنْ باِاللهِ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ باِلْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقاَ لاَ انفِصاَمَ لَهـاَ

"Therefore, whoever is ungrateful to thagut and faith in God then surely he has adhered to a very strong rope knots that will not break." (Surat al-Baqarah: 256).

وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِ إِنَّنِي بَرَاءٌ مِمَّا تَعْبُدُونَ. إِلَّا الَّذِي فَطَرَنِي فَإِنَّهُ سَيَهْدِينِ

"And remember when Abraham said to his father and his people:" I am innocent of what ye worship, but (I worship) God made me, for surely He will give guidance to me. "(Surah Az-Zukhruf: 26-27 )

وَاعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَلَا تُشْرِكُوا بِهِ شَيْئًا

"Worship Allah and do not ascribe him with nothing." (Surat An-Nis a `: 36)
To carry this meaning of Allaah created the jinn and humans and the heavens and the earth as a facility for them:

وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنْسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ

"I only created jinn and man to worship Me." (Surah Adh-DZ ariy at: 56)

هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مَا فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا

"He is Allah, who made everything on earth for you." (Surat al-Baqarah: 29)Therefore God sent the apostles' alaihimush Sholatu was greeting:

وَلَقَدْ بَعَثْنَا فِي كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ رَسُولًا أَنِ اُعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَاجْتَنِبُوا الطَّاغُوتَ

"And verily We sent messengers to every nation (to call):" Worship Allah (alone), and shun thaghut it ". (Surat an-Nahl: 36)

وَ مَا أَرْسَلْنَاَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ مِنْ رَسُوْلٍ إِلاَّ نُوْحِيْ إِلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ لآَ إِلهَ إِلاَّ أَنَا فَاعْبُدُوْنِ

"We did not send any Messenger before you but We revealed to him that there is no God (which is right) but I, so worship ye shall all I do." (Surat al-Anbiya ': 25).

وَاسْأَلْ مَنْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ مِنْ رُسُلِنَا أَجَعَلْنَا مِنْ دُونِ الرَّحْمَنِ ءَالِهَةً يُعْبَدُونَ

"Ask them Our Messengers whom We sent before you:" Are We determine the gods to be worshiped but Allah, the Merciful "(Surah Az-Zukhruf: 45)
And hence also the book of Allah Ta'ala down-his book:

الر كِتَابٌ أُحْكِمَتْ ءَايَاتُهُ ثُمَّ فُصِّلَتْ مِنْ لَدُنْ حَكِيمٍ خَبِيرٍ. أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا إِلَّا اللَّهَ

"ALR, (This is) a book of verses neatly arranged and described in detail derived from the side (God) is Wise, Knowing, that ye should not worship other than Allah." (Surah Hud: 1 - 2)

إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ فَاعْبُدِ اللَّهَ مُخْلِصًا لَهُ الدِّينَ

"Verily We sent down to thee the Book (Qur'an) to (bring) the truth. So worship Allah by purifying Keta `atan to Him." (Surah Az-Zumar: 2)
This was the conclusion of the sentence meaning monotheism great and noble. The meaning is understood by the Companions and the scholars who came after them to this day even the meaning of this is what is believed and understood by the idolaters of Quraish in the time of the Prophet Shollallahu 'Alai wa' ala alihi wasallam such as Abu Jahl, Abu Lahab and much more, as revealed by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala their creators:

If we could choose, have a beautiful face and a personality that is more comfortable but not everyone is blessed with that kind of thing, that's the great justice of Allah, there are advantages and disadvantages of self of each person. And one thing is for sure, everyone behaved according to their understanding, if we are diligent in their studies of religion InsyaAlloh our movements in accordance with the knowledge that we have. Similarly, this also occurs in women who are fixated on physical beauty alone, according to my assumption, they are victims of advertising and less diligent studying religion, so that women born shallow minded, easily tempted and teased.         Thus, aware from the beginning that Allah created us not in vain. We are required to continue to worship Him. Science of religion that we must explore is the science of Ittibaurrasul (modeled on the Prophet) in accordance with the best understanding of the previous generation (salafusshalih), it is a fundamental duty and obligation. If we are knowledgeable surely we will find out that shaving the eyebrows (an-namishah), tattoos (al-wasyimah), hone teeth (al-mutafallijah) or the trend of today such as connecting with a real hair wig (al-washilah) is illegitimate because it works -actions include changing the creation of Allah. The rules of sharia is a complete set of rules and universal, so the desire to beautify themselves should remain guided by the principles of Shari'a, so we do not bring disastrous beauty and wrath of Allah. What is pretty good but not peaceful or beautiful heart but cursed by Allah and His apostle, yet physical beauty will not last long, he just false. There are more beautiful in front of Allah, the Lord of hosts, the beauty of the heart which will affect the noble morality and berbalaskan heaven. Many self-introspection multiply (muhasabah), identify what is still lacking and quickly addressed. Do not follow these steps with the devil we neglect the primary task for polishing the outer skin is not free, it takes time and costs are not small. Among the scholars are developing a lot of opinions about the law of prayer in congregation. Some say Fardhu `ain, so people who did not join the prayer in congregation sinned. Some say fardhu kifayah so that when the existing congregational prayer, gugurlah obligation of others to be prayer in congregation. Some say that the prayers of pilgrims fardhu kifayah law. And there also said the ruling muakkadah Sunnah.
Of course each of opinion that there is truth, because they have berijtihad to meet the true rule of law istimbath. Even if the result is different, of course as this is ijtihad. For there is no lafadz explicitly in the Quran or hadith that says that the prayer in congregation is like this and this ruling.
There are only so many arguments that still may receive different kinds of conclusions. And actually this is very common in the world of jurisprudence, we need not worry if there is an opinion of clerics who were not in line with what we understand so far. Or different from what is taught by our teachers during this.
And here we detail each of the existing opinions and arguments of each, may be useful and add to our knowledge in Islamic sciences.

1. Second Opinion: fardhu kifayahWho says this is Al-Imam Ash-Syafi `i and Abu Hanifa as mentioned by Ibn Habirah in the book of Al-Ifshah vol 1 page 142. Likewise, scholars jumhur both past and the next. Included is also the opinion of most scholars of the school of Al-Hanafiyah and Al-Malikiyah.
It said as fardhu kifayah means is that if there are run, then another gugurlah obligation to do so. Conversely, when no one else who runs congregational prayer, then berdosalah everyone who was there. That's because the congregation prayer that is part of Islamic religious syiar.
In the book Raudhatut Thalibin work-Imam An-Nawawi mentioned that:
Congregational prayer is that the ruling Fardhu `ain for Friday prayers. As for other fardhu prayer, there are several opinions. The most saheeh law is fardhu kifayah, but also some say is Sunnah and still others say the ruling Fardhu `ain.
As for the argument when they argue as above is:
From Abi Darda `ra that Rasulullah SAW said, It is not 3 people who lived in a village or a remote but do not perform congregational prayers, except devil had taken control of them. Let your congregation, for the wolves that eat sheep separated from the flock.
From Malik bin Al-Huwairits that the Prophet Muhammad, Return you to your family and stay with them, teach them prayers and commanded them to do it. When prayer time comes, then let one of you sing the call to prayer and the oldest to the priesthood. .
From Ibn 'Umar. that the Prophet SAW said, the main prayer in congregation is more than praying alone by 27 degrees.
Khatthabi in the book Al-Ma `alimus-Sunan vol 1 page 160 says that most scholars As-Syafi` i said that prayer in congregation was not ruling on fardhu kifayah Fardhu `ain with under this hadith.
2. First opinion: Fardhu `AinWho think so are Atho `bin Abi Rabah, Al-Auza` i, Thawr, Ibn Khuzaemah, Ibn Hibbaan, mostly scholars and schools of Al-Hanafiyah Hanabilah. Atho `said that the obligation to do and not kosher in addition, that is, when someone heard the call to prayer, should he come to pray. .
The evidence is the following hadith:
From Aisha ra said, Who hears but does not answer the call to prayer, then he does not want kindness and goodness do not want it.

3. Third Opinion: Sunnah MuakkadahThis opinion is supported by the school of Al-Hanafiyah and Al-Malikiyah as mentioned by the priest in his book As-Syaukani Nailul Authar vol 3 page 146. He said that the opinion of the most central in legal trouble praying in congregation is sunnah muakkadah. While the notion that the ruling Fardhu `ain, fardhu kifayah or conditions syahnya prayer, certainly not acceptable.
Al-Karkhi of cleric al-Hanafiyah say that prayer in congregation it is Sunnah, but not disunnahkan not to follow except for senility. In this sense among the schools of al-Sunnah muakkadah Hanafiyah about the same as mandatory for others. This means that the same muakkadah Sunnah mandatory. .
Khalil, a scholar from the school of Al-Malikiyah in his book Al-Mukhtasar say that prayer in congregation except fardhu Friday prayer is Sunnah muakkadah. See Jawahirul Iklil halama vol 1 76.
Ibn Juzzi say that prayer in congregation fardhu conducted haraam fardhu muakkadah Sunnah. . Ad-Dardir in the book of Ash-As-Shaghir Syarhu vol 1 page 244 says that praying in congregation with the priest fardhu with and in addition to Friday, ruling muakkadah Sunnah.

From Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet SAW said, the main prayer in congregation is better than praying alone by 27 degrees.
Ash-Shan `ani Subulus-Salam in his book vol 2 page 40 mentions the hadith mentioned above that this hadith is the proposition that prayer in congregation that his legal fardhu not mandatory.

From Abi Musa ra said that Rasulullah SAW said, Those who get the greatest reward is the person who goes farthest. People who are waiting for congregational prayers with the priest greater reward than one who prays alone then sleep.

As a cautionary note should be invited to the righteous people, whether rich or poor, because there are words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, meaning: "Do not associate it with those who believe and do not eat your food but the people are god-fearing ". (HR: [saheeh] Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Hakim 4:128 and 3:38 Ahmad from Abu Sa'eed).

أَهُمْ يَقْسِمُوْنَ رَحْمَةَ رَبِّكَ نَحْنُ قَسَمْنَا بَيْنَهُمْ مَعِيْشَتَهُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَرَفَعْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ دَرَجَاتٍ لِيَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا سُخْرِيًّا وَرَحْمَةُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ مِمَّا يَجْمَعُوْنَ

Bismillah (In the name of GOD)
    By the name of God.         In Iyyaka na'budu wa iyyaka nasta'in, God sent so sincere in doing worship to God and truly hope that relief assistance of God in all affairs. "
(6) Ihdinaas Shiraathal mustaqiim
    Lead us to the straight path.

    Shiraathal mustaqiim, straight path that is clearly not tortuous. Shiraatal mustaqiim, is to follow the guidance of Allah and the Prophet. Bismillahirrahmaanirrahiim

"It means: In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful"

Jar majrur (bi ismi) at the beginning of paragraph relates to the hidden verb thereafter in accordance with the type of activity being undertaken. Suppose you read basmalah when they wanted to eat, then the destiny of the sentence is: "In the name of Allah I ate."

We say (in Arabic rule) that the jar majrur must have links with a hidden word after it, because both are ma'mul. Medium every ma'mul must have 'amil.

There are two functions of why we put a verb that was hidden behind.

First: Tabarruk (expect a blessing) by giving priority to asthma God Almighty.

Second: The restricted purpose, because it put the 'amil limit the meaning behind the work. As you say: "I do not eat with the name of anyone to expect a blessing to him and to ask for help from him other than the name of God Almighty."

Hidden words that we take from the verb 'charity (in terms nahwu) it was originally a verb. Nahwu expert would have recognized this problem. Hence, the noun can not be 'ami'l except when it meets certain requirements.

Then why do we say: "The verb after it is adjusted to the type of work being done", because it is more appropriate to that question. Therefore, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.

"It means: He who has not been slaughtered, then if he shall slaughter the slaughter by the name of Allah" [1] Or: "Let he slaughtered in the name of God" [2]

Verb, namely 'slaughter', specifically mentioned there.

Lafzhul Jalalah (God).

Is the name for God Rabbul Alamin, but God must not be named with him. The name 'Allah' is the origin, while the names of God in others is the tabi '(a branch of it).

Ar-Rahmaan

Namely that has immense affection. Therefore, it is mentioned in wazan fa'laan, indicating keluasannya.

Ar-Raheem

Namely that bestows affection to the servants who wished. Therefore, it is mentioned in wazan fa'iil, which shows the implementation of the outpouring of love has been saying it. Here are two appointment of affection, which is the nature of God's love, as contained in the name of 'Ar-Rahmaan' and love is an act of God, which is devoted affection to the people who cared, as contained in the name ' Ar-Raheem '. Thus, Ar-Rahmaan and Ar-Rahiiim are two Asma 'Allah showing Essence, affectionate nature and influence, namely the wisdom that is a consequence of this nature.

Love that God set for himself is essentially based on the argument of revelation and reason. The argument of revelation, as set out in the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the determination of the nature of the Ar-Rahmah (mercy) of Allah, and that a great deal. As for the argument of common sense, all the blessings we receive and we avoid the calamity that is one proof of God's outpouring of affection for us.

Some people deny the nature of God's love is essential. They define compassion here to the granting of favors or the will to give pleasure or will of a favor. According to their sense of God has the properties of impossible love. They said: "The reason, affectionate nature indicate a propensity, weakness, submission, and tenderness. And all of that is not worthy of God. "

Refutation of them from two sides.

First: Compassion is not always accompanied by obedience, a sense of pity and weakness. We see strong kings, they have affection without it all.

Second: Even if those things is the consequence affectionate nature, it only applies to properties owned affectionate creature. The affectionate nature which is owned Al-Khaliq Subhanahu wa Ta'ala is consistent with kemahaagungan, wisdom and power. Nature which will not be consequential negative and completely flawless.

Then we say to them: Surely common sense has shown the existence of an intrinsic nature of love for Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. The view that we often see in living things, in the form of affection between them, clearly show the love of God. Due to the nature of love is perfect. And Allah is more entitled to having the perfect properties. Then, too often we see God's love in particular, such as rain, the end of famine and other things that show love Allaah.

Funny thing is, people who deny the nature of the ultimate love of God by reason of unacceptable or impossible by common sense, it established the will of god (wills) are essential to mind a more subtle argument than reasonable argument in determining the nature of love for God. They said: "Privileges are given to some creatures that distinguishes it from others by reason indicates the nature of will of god". No doubt it was true. However, it is more vague than the signs of God's love. Because it can only be known by the smart people. As for the signs of God's love can be known by all people, not even the layman. If you ask a layman about the rain that fell last night: "Thanks to whom the rain last night?" He must say: "thanks to the gift of God and his mercy"

PROBLEM

Is basmalah including verse in surah Al-Fatihah or not?

In this problem the scholars disagree. Some argue that basmalah including verse in surah Al-Fatihah, must be read jahr (hardened recitation) in prayer and believes prayer is invalid without reading basmalah, because still included in the letter of Al-Fatihah.

Other scholars say, basmalah not included in the letter of Al-Fatihah. But the verse that stands alone in the Qur'an.

This is the correct opinion. This opinion is based on the texts and a series of verses in this letter.

The basis in the texts, have been narrated in a hadith from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: Allaah says.

"It means: I divide the prayer (ie surah Al-Fatihah) into two parts, half for me and half for my servant. When he read: "Praise be to Allah." And God said: "My servant has praised Me." When he read: "The Most Gracious, Most Merciful". And God said: "My servant has praised Me." When he read: "Lord of the Day of Judgement." And God said: "My servant has glorified Me." When he read: "Only thou we worship and Thee we ask only for help". And God said: "It's for my half and half for my servant." When he read: "Our Tunjukilah unto a straight path." And God said: "This is for my servant, will I turn down what he asks" [3]

This kind of assertion that basmalah not included in the letter of Al-Fatihah. In the book of Ash-Saheeh narrated from Anas ibn Malik Radhiyalahu 'anhu, who said: "I've prayed nights bermakmum behind the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, Abu Bakr, Omar and Uthman radi 'anhum. They all open with a prayer read: "Praise be Rabbil 'Aalamin" and not read;' Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "in early reading and in the end. [4]

Kalām (Arabic: علم الكلام‎, literally "speech" or "words") is the Islamic philosophical discipline of seeking theological principles through dialectic. Kalām in Islamic practice relates to the discipline of seeking theological knowledge through debate and argument. A scholar of kalām is referred to as a mutakallim (plural mutakallimiin). There are many possible interpretations as to why this discipline was originally called "kalām"; one is that the widest controversy in this discipline has been about whether the Word of God, as revealed in the Qur'an, can be considered part of God's essence and therefore not created, or whether it was made into words in the normal sense of speech, and is therefore created.
