PINEAPPLE EXPRESS

Some are calling it the raunchier, more stoned big brother to SUPERBAD, but
this new high-action comedy from the unstoppable force of Judd Apatow and
Seth Rogen is getting an extra jolt of style from director David Gordon Green (GEORGE WASHINGTON, ALL THE REAL GIRLS), the smartest and funniest man to ever rise from independent film to studio comedy.

Rogan, who co-wrote and stars here, plays nowhere-heading pothead process server Dale Denten and fellow FREAKS AND GEEKS alum James Franco stars as Dale's perma-high pot-dealer Saul. When Dale witnesses a murder and the murderers witness Dale witnessing them murder, Dale and Saul gets swept up in an epic cat 'n mouse action/stoner/buddy/gang-warfare riot that never comes down from its high.

This film also features a major supporting role from our new favorite FOOT FIST funnyman, Danny McBride!

ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW
SEE OUR ROCKY HORROR SIGNATURE PAGE, WITH DETAILS ABOUT THE LIVE CAST!

ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW
D. Richard O'Brien 1975 100 min. Rated R for polymorphous perversity

All-American couple Brad Majors (Barry Bostwick) and fianceé Janet Weiss (Susan Sarandon) decide to visit their old professor. Unfortunately, their car breaks down outside a sinister house, and they are forced to stay the night. Inside the house Brad and Janet find a world filled with subversive sexuality.

The film itself is filled with great tunes and a slightly loopy plot. So it's just like your common-or-garden musical in that way. Where the film really takes off is in its subversion of sexual mores as Brad and Janet break free from their normality.

Richard O'Brien created "The Rocky Horror Show" for the London stage, and in addition to writing duties also shows up as butler Riff Raff. But the film belongs to Tim Curry as cross-dressing scientist Frank N Furter.

And if you've seen it so many times that you're tired of singing along, you can gain new thrills by seeing it at the cinema and entering the world of audience participation. Dress up! Shout at the screen and enter conversations with the characters in the film! Many claim that audience participation is the essence of the Rocky Horror experience, and the film itself merely an excuse for this mayhem.

Will it appeal to everyone? Certainly not. But for those willing to experiment with something a little bit different, a little bit outré, "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" has a lot to offer.

Prop bags will be available from the cast for $3 a bag or $5 for two. Prop bags contain:
newspaper, glowstick, rubber glove, noisemakers, toilet paper, party hat, cards, and condom

And just to throw in some extra spice, come out to these special themed nights for a slightly altered dose of Rocky mayhem:

The biggest Rocky shows of the year...leading up to HALLOWEEN!

THE DARK KNIGHT

Not only is Batman back, he's darker and cooler than ever. Check out the trailer. How about THAT? Yeah!!!

Hollywood made one of its best decisions ever when it gave Christopher Nolan the keys to the Batmobile in 2005. Welsh-American-Psycho Christian Bale is just the ticket as the Dark Knight - who is again a lean, tormented, driven avenger and not some guy who looks like one of Madonna's backup dancers.

BATMAN BEGINS was exactly what we needed. The savage and hallucinatory battle of Man v. Self and Bat v. Scarecrow changed the dynamic of the whole series and made us extra excited about Nolan's flight plan for the new DARK KNIGHT. On top of it all there's the late Heath Ledger's portrayal of the Joker as a grotesque grease-painted bastard with a serious grudge.

THE ROCKER

From the director of THE FULL MONTY and starring The Office's Rainn Wilson!

The story of a failed drummer who is given a second chance at fame. Robert "Fish" Fishman (Wilson) is the extremely dedicated and astoundingly passionate (not to mention sweaty) drummer for the '80s hair band Vesuvius, who is living the rock n' roll dream until he's unceremoniously kicked out of the band. Twenty years after his rock star fantasies are destroyed, just when Fish has finally given up all hope, he hears that his nephew's high school rock band A.D.D. is looking for a new drummer. They reluctantly make him their newest member, giving him a chance to reclaim the rock God throne he's always thought he deserved, and taking the young band along for the ride of their lives.

TROPIC THUNDER

Ben Stiller. Jack Black. Robert Downey, Jr. Comedy fans can start drooling immediately at the thought of these three funnymen joining forces in TROPIC THUNDER. The men star as a trio of actors whose filming experience in southeast Asia gets a little too real as they must become as tough as the characters they play to get out of a crisis.
