For anyone wanting to live like a millionaire the concept of time becomes extremely significant. Master the art of time and you could quite literally spend every minute you desired doing something that required as little effort as you thought fit but earned you the most you could earn!

And so, while still in this fantasy, every minute that you desired not to work, you could instead pursue your favourite pastimes…practise your golf swing…go to the gym…play a round of pool..drink iced tea or whatever your favourite drink is by the pool…you get the idea?

But no, we decide to spend our lives in traffic jams, we wait for endless trains that never come and we go to to those pointless meetings, you know the types? The meetings that you get invited to that have no purpose in your life! The meetings where you sit quietly for an hour while other people talk!

If you think about it, the concept of time is a weird construct. Time rushes past our ears like a freakin’ freight train, dulling our minds and tricking us, making us believe that we have no control over our very brief existences. If you analyse it though, that is completely wrong and the truth will set you free…

In reality the older we get, the less there is to experience in this world of ours. Everything becomes familiar and known in our lives and with that familiarity comes routine and with routine comes the freight train of time, rushing by faster and faster with each passing year. Each passing year also becomes far less significant as we get older, probably because it has become a smaller part of our lives, well proportionally speaking anyway.

No Time Left!

Do you know the statement…”Where did all the years go?” I have heard many older people say this line, especially Grandparents who see their grandchildren growing up, or you may ask yourself the very same question while paging through an old black and white photo album from your childhood, of good times past.

Do you remember the summers as kid? The summers I remember as a child used to last a lifetime by comparison today. I think that perhaps it is because as kids we just did not understand routine the same way that adults did. Also, remember that much of what we saw as kids, we were experiencing for the first time. I think that is why time seemed very slow back then.

So how do you experience more of what you had as a kid? I think that this is sometimes our biggest problem as adults, we do not know how to have fun any more! We are always working, always trying to earn more money, well, I say go and have more fun.

My challenge to you and everyone who reads this post is to go and try as many new things as you possibly can from this point forward, really challenge yourself to experience the life you have in front of you: go out and do something that you have really wanted to do for ages but never got around to doing, find a way. It could be as simple as going snowboarding…learning French or some other foreign language…go to Las Vegas and spin a roulette wheel…go snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef…a parachute jump…or taking your family to Disney World…and then all you have to do is relax, enjoy and watch the years stretch out in front of you!

This post has come about because of a post I read earlier this evening around recruiting and the fact that once the person has been signed in to your business that the recruiting should not stop! I cannot agree more!

When the person is a prospect or a lead, we will attempt to get them into our business by ensuring that they have a full overview of what our business can offer them in search of their “why”! We will do a presentation, a 3 way call, webinar, or even a home presentation to make sure that they have understood what we have told them. After that the decision is theirs, I will not chase them and I am sure that anybody who has read Magnetic Sponsoring, if you have not go there now and get it, will understand what I am talking about!

Anyway, I am not intending this post be a long ramble but rather a discussion evoking hot topic of conversation! LOL.

So, we have done our job and presented everything that can be and explained everything that can be and now we either accept payment or we move on! I think sometimes that people forget that we are still in the recruiting process. While we do not chase the person, if they have not made an active decision one way or another, they are still a prospect, just one we do not spend any additional time on until they are ready to make a decision, be that a Yes or a No!

Here is my discussion point, if they say “Yes” and sign up, as their upline and mentor, what do you do? In my view, the recruiting process has not stopped, I am sure that most of you will agree with me? So what do you do?

What happens in a typical company, is that you get an induction. Usually health and safety related but also to familiarise yourself with your new place of work. Somebody will show you where the various areas in the business are, toilets, welfare, canteen etc. Now granted, running your own business is quite a bit different to being an employee, but if it is your business, don’t you want your new colleagues to succeed. Won’t showing them the ropes increase their chances of success and yours? I refer to them as your colleagues, because essentially if they are in your team, you will leverage their efforts to grow your business as your upline does with yours.

Do you walk them through the back office, explain what is what and where they need to go. Do you provide them with contact details so they can call or email you if they have questions, which I am sure they will have? Do you send them to a team training site via email, and leave them to do their own induction?

I realise that running your own business requires a level of personal responsibility that most employees do not exhibit, but at the end of the day we are running a people business and this is about getting people in your business off to as fast a start as they could possibly get, which in turn will grow your business.

I would love to hear from you as to what your methods are for dealing with new members in your downline?

Who can resist the endearing and lovable Australian Koala? With a design that changes yearly, it is easy to understand why the Silver Koala is a favorite among collectors, both young and old alike.

Enjoying its sixth year in production, the Australian Silver Koala was first introduced by the Perth Mint in 2007.

The obverse design of the coin, which remains constant, portrays the crowned profile of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II of England. Surrounding Ian Rank-Broadley’s iconic image of the Queen are the inscriptions ‘Elizabeth II,’ ‘Australia,’ and the coin’s ‘1 Dollar’ denomination.

For 2012, the reverse image was designed by Perth Mint artist Aleysha Howarth and depicts our cuddly marsupial sleeping on the branch of a eucalyptus tree with its forelimbs dangling off the sides. Primarily a nocturnal creature, the koala is inactive or sleeping for up to 20 hours a day.

Minted in one troy ounce of .999 Fine Silver and graded MS70 by ANACS, the 2012 Australian Silver Koala is minted in a stunning ‘reverse-proof’ finish, which is the opposite of US proof coins. The background of the coin is frosted while the images themselves are rendered in a dazzling mirror-like finish, allowing them to catch the light beautifully. These highly sought-after coins are part of an extremely limited mintage from the prestigious Perth Mint and are sure to become an excellent addition to your collection.

Weight: 31.135g Diameter: 40.6mm

Thickness: 4.0mm Composition: 99.9% Fine Silver

A Little Info about the “UN-BEAR-ABLE” Bear

Though often called the koala bear, this gentle creature is not a bear at all. Koalas, like their neighbors the kangaroos, are marsupials and have a pouch. Newborn koalas, are called joeys and spend up to 7 months in their mother’s pouch continuing to develop.

They are found almost exclusively on the eastern and southern coasts of Australia, and nowhere else except for zoos.

Koalas live on a diet composed almost entirely of eucalyptus leaves which are toxic to most animals. This steady diet of highly indigestible, low protein eucalyptus leaves results in an extremely low metabolic rate and explains why the koala is active for only a few hours a day and spends much of its time napping or resting.

Numis Network is currently open for business in the USA, Canada and officially launched in the United Kingdom on 1 November 2011.

With the current economic doom and gloom, people are now looking to for ways to make money and Numis Network does offer an incredible opportunity.

Here are the facts that you should study BEFORE considering joining Numis Network:

1. This is the only company in network marketing dealing in gold and silver assets. This truly is a ground floor opportunity.

2. It’s new and growing. Imagine getting into a company where there are only a few thousand people, with a huge potential of growing into the millions.

3. Numis Network is the only company that offers a 5 year 100% buyback guarantee. This is unheard of! The announcement literally shocked the entire industry. Can you imagine the company buying back your coins for 100% of the amount you paid, if you decide to leave after 5 years?

How would you like to get a coin like the Silver 2012 Koala every single month. I have my coin!

When will you be receiving yours?

If you would like to find out how you can, go Here Now!

The over 50′s age group is growing fast; according to the National Statistics Office.

In 2002, there were more than nineteen million people in the United Kingdom over the age of fifty. So, in four decades, from 1961 at 16 million, this figure had jumped by 24 percent. But the really scary thought is that projections have this figure expanding by a further 37% by the year 2031, when we will almost be at the 30 million people over the age of 50.

The other challenge to this is that over 50′s are staying alive for longer. Get this, every ten years or so, our life expectancy actually increases by a figure of 3. If you take a 65 year old man in 1995, his life expectancy would have been about 83 years old, but in 2005 this figure increased to 86 and by the year 2015 this old guy should make it all the way to 90!

Right, okay, I get it enough about statistics lessons, what is the point? Well the point is exactly this: We are all living longer lives, but fewer and fewer of us are actually saving for our retirement! IFA web portal – www.unbiased.co.uk says the following: “The UK faces a savings shortfall of £66 Billion pounds, which will threaten the future financial security of almost two thirds of the population, which is approximately 29 million adults!”

The following came out of their 2008 study in to the savings habits of British men and women:

Nearly half of people in full time employment fail to save every month!

Over 50% of people have less than £1,500 saved.

Only one in eight people (12%) have a savings pot of more than £20,000.

Over a third of people in the UK have been unable to save in the last three months.

A third of people have no savings at all.

77% of those on below average wage need to save more.

57% of those on above average wage face a shortfall.

The hardest age group to save, not surprising really is the 15 – 24 bracket, 44% of them have been unable to save anything in the last three months.

Men tend to be more active savers than women with 42% saving every month compared to only 39% of women.

UK Savings Decline

But wait, hold the bus! We are in the Uk and we have the state pension to rely on? Really? Somehow I don’t think that the state pension is going to cut it, last I heard it was about £95 per week for a single person and about £150 a week for a couple. That is a whopping £4,940 and £7,800 per year respectively. You are really going to live like kings and queens on that money! Suffice it to say, not sure how you will maintain your current standard of living?

Okay, okay, I am not trying to scare you, I am simply trying to point out the facts of the matter that we all need to save more. But I realise that is not the easiest thing to do in this current day and age, so just how do we do that? Well, I tell you, how would a few hundred pounds a month extra suit you, what would that do for your lifestyle and your savings account? What about a few thousand? All is possible with a home business! You can run it part time to start with from home, with very little start up capital and it really can be as big or as small as you want it to be!

I am currently looking for people who have more desire and a will to succeed than excuses. If you think that you are one of those people, I invite you to look at the information HERE, fill in your details, please leave your phone number as well as your email address and I will get back to you!

How many of us have bought or do buy anything online either once off or regularly? I am sure that most of us if not all of us have at one time or another bought something online. Now it is one thing to purchase a book from Amazon or a pair of shoes off of Zappos, but it is quite another to purchase a training program from a site that will charge you for monthly access.

What about that site that you purchase 12 months access at a discount of up to 40% if you pay all 12 months up front? Have any of you done that? I have and I am sure that there are many Internet Marketers that have done the same. What about auction sites? Looking for premium domain names to get your next business idea off to a fast start. You need a good domain name, something that has a page rank and traffic already. Most of these sites also operate on this principle of gain access now for the next 12 months, but beware as this is a continuity program!

Do you keep a track of all your subscription based expenses, not only the monthly ones which will show up on your bank statement every month but also the ones that you pay for at the beginning of the year? I didn’t, until now! Do not get caught out! You will get charged!

Have a list of subscription services that you subscribe to, be it email autoresponder services, website hosting services, coaching programs, anything really. As soon as you sign up, add it to the list with a signed up date and the expiry date if it is for example a 6 month web design course. Do the same with all upfront payments for 12 monthly access, make sure you add a date in your calendar when the access will expire or when your renewal date will be. Make sure you give yourself at least two weeks notice, because some sites will renew your subscription up to 10 days prior to the expiry date.

If you want to make sure you do not get re-billed and you would like the site to remind you, make sure you go in to your back office once you have signed up and paid and cancel the recurring billing option. Some sites will not have this option in the back office, you will then need to email customer support, but I have found this with most sites to be a painless experience.

Do not leave it, because it will bite you in the ass! You will have money leave your bank account that you never planned, your cash flow will be screwed and you will then be hard pushed to get your money back, most times you might as well just say cheers! If you are quick enough and polite enough in your email to support when this does happen, you can actually sometimes get your money back, but not always. If you plan in advance you won’t have to worry about this happening to you, so you can sleep soundly at night knowing that your money is where it should be!

We are all aware that Google cares about “The User Experience”. If you don’t know and you own a website, then you should know that Google search is all about giving the user what they are searching for, presented with good content and a good user experience.

Well yesterday, Google announced a change to the algorithm that returns the search results. Basically what they are after is that the user is presented with good quality, solid content and not hit with a multitude of adverts before they get to the content. What a lot of sites have been doing recently is presenting ads above the fold to the user when they land on the webpage and the user is then forced to scroll down below the fold in order to get to the content that was displayed in the search.

What this in effect does is irritate the users who have come to your page and ultimately this will be reflected back to Google who will get really annoyed and your site will then find itself penalised by the new algorithm. What Matt Cutts from Google says is that having a normal amount of ads on your site above the fold will not get you any penalties but bombarding users with ads will!

It was also stated that the algorithmic change will only affect about 1% of searches, which you think in the scheme of things is tiny, so why bother making any changes? Well, if you think that there are billions of searches performed every day, only a 1% change will be huge, so you ignore this at your own peril!

Lets be clear here, Google want you to succeed, but they do not want you to succeed at the cost of the user experience which is of paramount importance. You can have ads on your site, just do not overdo it! Provide good quality content which improves the user experience, brings you repeat traffic and you will not have to worry about the changes.

I have read on quite a few places on the web that people have been expecting another change and it was only a matter of time. People are sick and tired of being held hostage by the big “G”. To be honest, this was a similar situation with adwords a while back, everybody got penalised. The next shiny new toy came around in the shape of Facebook advertising and people moved on. With SEO it has always been about providing content and good content to the users who visit your site.

Why would you want to trick someone in to purchasing or signing up to your list, what value does that add and what long term viability does that give you, none. Provide the good stuff and you can never go wrong!

You can see Matt Cutt’s original posting here: Google’s Algorithm Change

Over the last few weeks, probably more like 7 – 8, I have been working pretty damn hard. I have a lot of projects on the go, several websites that I am currently developing, I have my network marketing business, I also have a local service business that I am working on growing big time in 2012.

I have recently discovered another niche product group that I am looking at getting under way shortly with my wife and of course I still have my job, but not for much longer!!

So suffice it to say that I am currently burning the candle at both ends and have been for some time now.

Wiki Answers describes it as: “Burning ones candle at both ends is often used about someone who’s working too hard with too many things, and as a consequence has to stop before he’s “done”. It typically means that one is staying up too late at night and getting up too early in the morning in an attempt to get more things done.

A candle is intended to be burned from one end to the other only. “To burn the candle at both ends” implies that someone is simultaneously doing two things which are inconsistent or in conflict with each other (such as a married person carrying on a secret affair). The beauty of this metaphor is the visual image of a candle burning from both ends, consuming itself as it burns; and the danger of being burned.”

Well, nature has a way of telling us that we need to slow down and take a break. I developed some serious tooth ache and it seems that a filling I had put in many years ago had now decided to crack on me. I have experienced pain before but never anything like this, I can now sympathise with anybody who has had toothache. The problem was that I did not stop or even slow down. I worked harder, once the initial pain was over with a few pain meds.

I then developed flu last weekend, flu like I have not had in 10 years. I was bedridden over the weekend, and all I could hear in the background was my wife saying “I told you so.” And she had been telling me to slow down for quite a while now, but I did not listen. How many of you out there are doing the same, burning the candle at both ends? How many of you are ignoring those tell tale signs that are telling you to take a break, slow down?

I have not been putting in enough time with the kids or the wife recently, all I do is work! I am quite sure I am not alone in my endeavours? Most entrepreneurs generally work harder than your average citizen, but then again, none of us want to be average do we?

What this little episode has taught me, is that there is time for work and there is time for play! When it is time for work, I work my backside off, and when it is time for play, I go mountain biking with my two boys! Life is too short, you gotta enjoy it!

I will, however when I work be working smarter than I am now. My schedule will be getting a lot tighter and more refined as to what and when I do things, I have purchased a timer and set blocks of time, typically in hour blocks, work hard for that hour and then ten minutes break. Do the same for another hour and then have a longer break, probably about half an hour and the back at it for another two hours.

I find this way, I get a lot more productive and I am much more relaxed as I know at the start of each day exactly what I have to do and by when I have to do it!

Are you burning the candle at both ends and if so, when last did you take a break?

There is just no way around it. If you want to build a successful business then you must market it and get your name in front of your customers. While there are numerous free ways in which you can market your business, sometimes these methods can take a while to work.

Paid advertising is often the quicker and easier way to get your sales message out to the masses. The types of paid advertising you do will vary according to what your goals are. However, here are few ideas on the types of paid advertising you can do for your business.

The Different Banner Ads

Website or Banner Ads– There are currently over a billion websites online. Most of them support themselves by offering advertising space to people who want to promote products, services, or information.

In this economy, you can often find affordable advertising venues which get your site seen by the people you want to do business with. It is important that you find websites that target that same market you are. For example, if you sell health and wellness products than it is best to advertise your business on sites in that industry. A search on the internet using relevant keywords should pull up a good number of websites to advertise on.

Pay Per Click– This is a particular type of advertising that is mostly associated with search engines like Google and their Adwords program. However, in recent times you are also able to utilise the growing presence of Facebook and their advertising platform to drive traffic to your offer. With this type of advertising, your ad is shown in rotation with others usually associated with a specific search term. In the case of Facebook advertising, ads are shown based on demographic qualities that you have selected in your ad setup.

FB Demographics

However, you pay only when someone clicks on your ad. How often your ad is shown and sometimes its position is determined by, what is called, a bid amount. This is the maximum amount you are willing to pay someone if they click on your link. PPC can be an effective way to market your business. However, it is best to do as much research into it otherwise you could end up wasting a lot of money.

Mobile SMS – Text messaging is hot and there are several advertising companies online that specialize in ad campaigns for this particular platform. Since it is so new, it is almost guaranteed that your business will attract attention. However, it can also cause a ruckus if not handled properly. Again, do your research and make sure you work with a reputable company that is able to position your business in the most profitable way possible. There many other ways to advertise your business. Research them all to find the ones that will work best for your business.

Text Link Ads: If you are trying to increase your search engine rankings to leverage organic traffic you should consider buying some text link ads. While those text links can also generate direct traffic the biggest benefit you will have is an improvement on your search rankings, specially if the links are placed on authoritative and relevant websites. There are several places to buy text links, including specialized companies like Text-Link-Ads and Text Link Brokers or online forums like Digital Point‘s market place.

Text link

Sponsored Reviews: Buying sponsored reviews is a good way to kick-start a website. They will bring backlinks, traffic and RSS subscribers. There are many market studies confirming that “word of mouth” is the most efficient way to capture people’s attention, and that is just what you get with sponsored reviews. You can either pay a low price (sometimes as low as $5 per review) to get a large number of reviews from small sites or you can focus on large players (which can charge several hundreds of dollars for a single review) that are authorities on your niche. The best way to purchase sponsored reviews is through sites like SponsoredReviews.com, ReviewMe or PayPerPost.com.

I recently watched this video on youtube, featuring Giovanni Ruffin (Running Back for East Carolina University) & the voice by Eric Thomas, otherwise know as the “Hip Hop Preacher“. His website is HERE, please feel free to go check it out! When you watch the video you will hear the following words! ”When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you’ll be successful!”

Giavanni Ruffin is a running back who played his college football for East Carolina University. I think that this video has to rank extremely highly when it comes to the topics of inspiration & motivation. There are not many videos like this one out there that literally encompass the spirit of hard work and determination as this one video does!

“When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you’ll be successful!” Never a truer word was spoken. I think we can all agree with this statement! Why then do we not follow this principle? You cannot overstate the importance of hard work and fulfilling your dreams. This is essentially what we stand for; capturing your dreams, whether in the gym, athletic field, in business or in life.

“I’m hungry and determined,” Ruffin told Who’s Next Football. “When you start from the bottom you always want more. I’m one of the hardest workers you’ll ever meet. I hate losing and I love to win. Every day, I take the necessary steps to become better for the team and for myself.”

Giavanni Ruffin

When you are done watching this video, you will then have an understanding of what type of person and athlete Giavanni Ruffin is. Besides running an impressive 4.4 40-yard dash time, Ruffin may possess some of the more unique qualities found in a football player: a never-ending determination and a never say die attitude. There is nothing shallow about him. He lets his actions speak louder than his words.

“A never ending determination and a never say die attitude.” These are qualities that we all need to display if we are to succeed at the task that we put ourselves to. It doesn’t matter what task you apply yourself to, if you quit halfway through, you will never be successful. As much as what you have seen in this video about an athlete mastering his craft, is what you need to be like in order to master your Network Marketing business!

We are after all in business. It is hard work! Put in the effort, learn and apply yourself and you will be successful. But you have to work at it, it will not come to you in the night all by itself. You have to go and get it! Eat and sleep your business. And anyway, who needs sleep, work your business, you can sleep when you are dead!

“When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you’ll be successful!” I wholeheartedly agree with this statement, Do You?

Too many people ask this question: “So what is the best MLM home based business in the industry at the moment?” This to me says “Dilemma”, because if truth be told, this is a rocky road that you put yourself on when asking this question. It is as if by asking the question and then possibly joining “The Best Business”, that they will instantly be successful. And when they are not, and realise that there is actually a lot of hard work and sweat ahead of them, they quit and head for the next hottest thing in the market!

What I would like to do before I try to answer that question is to try and lay down some evaluation criteria. This will provide some basis to the question at a later stage and also what you may find is that the question in and of itself is either really simple or not so, much depends on you!

The first question must be: Why would you consider a home based business anyway?

Wikipedia describes: “A home business (or “home-based business” or “HBB”) is a small business that operates from the business owner’s home office. In addition to location, home businesses are usually defined by having a very small number of employees, usually all immediate family of the business owner, in which case it is also a family business.

Home businesses generally lack shop frontage, customer parking and street advertising signs. Such businesses are sometimes prohibited by residential zoning regulations.”

The home business market is ginormous and within it there are many different segments and niches. I consider, however, that a MLM Home Based business opportunity to be the best choice of vehicle with which you can create a sustainable income from home. A MLM Home Based Business opportunity truly uses the power of leverage. This is done regardless of creed, technical aversion, age, colour or even business background, this is why I revere this business model so highly!

Wikipedia describes: “Multi-level marketing (MLM) is a marketing strategy in which the sales force is compensated not only for sales they personally generate, but also for the sales of others they recruit, creating a downline of distributors and a hierarchy of multiple levels of compensation. Other terms for MLM include network marketing, and referral marketing.

Most commonly, the salespeople are expected to sell products directly to consumers by means of relationship referrals and word of mouth marketing. Some people use “direct selling” as a name for MLM, although MLM is only one type of direct selling, which started centuries ago with peddling.”

Pyramid Scheme

Some people confuse MLM with “Pyramid Schemes” which were very prevalent during the 90’s. A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves promising participants payment or services, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, rather than supplying any real investment or sale of products or services to the public.

Some of the benefits to starting a Home Based Business are:

The Ability to work from home or anywhere you choose in the world

Wide range of products and services to suit anyone’s personal preference

When we get right down to it, an MLM (or as I prefer a Network Marketing Business) is in effect a “Business in a Box”. You get all the forms and documents pre-made for you right out of the starting gate.

All you need to do is become the Director of Marketing for your business and share and expose your products to the market so as to generate interest and get those all important sales rolling in. You will then earn commissions from all sales generated, additionally you may earn leveraged income from the people you recruit. This really at the roots of it all is a very simple and easy to understand business. And for many around the world today, they are creating prosperity and wealth in their lives by leveraging the power of the Network Marketing business model.

So this is all well and good, but I want to work for myself and I have no clue as to what to look for in a Network Marketing Company? How do I determine which company is right for me?

Here is a short list of evaluation criteria that I have used in the past. Please note, I say in the past! I am with my current company for the long haul, I will not be changing any time soon. Nor should you, once you have chosen yours!

Please note that these are my criteria and may not fit in with everybody’s idea of what to select a company on!

The Product! This for me is the first line of selection! Now, don’t get me wrong, you do not have to love the product but you have to at least feel some form of affinity towards it. You must be able to get in line and defend it’s honour if needs must! Ensure that whatever you choose that you can honestly stand in front of someone believing in your product! [Please note, you can alter the selection criteria however you see fit, you do not need to start with the product first if you feel that leadership is more important!]

Timing. This for me would be my second selection. There are many companies out there that have been around for many years and everybody knows who they are. This can be a good or bad thing depending on where you are in the world. But, every now and again a company is created and is from the very start, a Network Marketing Giant in it’s respective category. There is a lot of money to be made for those that can identify these opportunities because the rewards can be had just simply because of where you are positioned in the company, not because of any specific skills one may have.

Leadership. The Network Marketing arena and for that matter the internet itself is a constantly changing garden. There are technological and social improvements being made every day. Does your upline have a handle on all these trends? Does he/she keep abreast of our changing world? Are they positioned to take advantage of all the modern day tools and resources such as the internet and online lead generation? And more importantly, do they keep their team abreast of these changes and work with them to grow their own respective teams?

The Compensation Plan. There are so many Network Marketing companies in business today and with them a myriad of varying compensation plans. each and every one will be different even though some of the inner workings may be similar, each one will work to a different set of qualifying criteria. You will need to do some in depth research on your chosen company so as to understand the various income levels, what bonuses there are and when you can get them and are there any profit sharing pools?

The Competitive Landscape. Network marketing or MLM, however you choose to call it is an extremely large, extremely competitive industry and for every NM company selling some form of juice or vitamin supplement, you will find another ten all selling a similar product. This will just make it more difficult, but not impossible! Competition is a good thing, it means people want your products and services. The reason I add this in last is because some of you will consider this higher on the list than I have listed it, but as I stated earlier, every person will use this criteria list in their own way.

So, I hear you ask, what is the best MLM Home Based Business? Well, this is what I believe!

I have been involved with Network Marketing and the MLM Home based business industry for as long as I can remember. 1996, I seem to recall as my first foray into this industry. I have done household products, shampoos and conditioners to vitamin supplements and cleansing products. I have done electricals, none of them really agreed with me.

Now, don’t get me wrong, some of the vitamin products were very good and I took them every day, but they just did not resonate with me like my current company does.

Let me digress for a moment. Approximately 18 months ago, near the beginning of 2010, I came across a well known course called “Magnetic Sponsoring” by Mike Dillard. This little book completely changed my stance and my vision of Network Marketing. It allowed me to see for the first time how success within this industry was actually possible. It showed me that a continuing education was absolutely essential and indeed vital to my success.

I did some serious due diligence before I joined my current company, in fact I studied them for over a year before I joined, primarily due to the fact that they were not actually in the country when I first found them. So what did I look for?

I had to like and believe in the product. I had to want to actually buy the product for myself. Did the company use the internet and the many tools that are available online? What I liked was that the company were very flexible in their approach to online marketing and what could be done by the company reps. This appealed to me.

I needed to believe the leaders of the company, believe in their honesty, integrity and in their marketing skills to be able to mentor and train me in my own successful business. The likes of Chris Kent, Ray Higdon, Jake Kevorkian and David Wood are very big reasons why I chose to join this company.

Another reason was that this company was only two years old at the time and just launching in the UK, so a real ground floor opportunity. Killer product, killer timing, ground floor. You cannot ask for a better reason than this!

The comp plan needed to be a killer and with the “Coded Matching Bonus” that this company offers, it is! You can generate up front cash quickly, and the long term residual income possibilities are quite sublime.

So, what am I talking about? Numis Network of course! Gold and Silver Numismatic coins.

I decided on Numis Network for several core reasons:

The product is one I absolutely believe in considering the times we find ourselves in. There is high demand for gold and silver right now, people want to buy and with the Numis 5 year guarantee, there is literally no rejection. And best of all you are accumulating gold and silver assets.

The leadership team is phenomenal. They are people you want to work with on a daily basis. They will teach you how to build a six figure business. They are open, honest and available. Believe me I know, I have had breakfast with Chris Kent, did not expect that!

The compensation plan is truly to be seen to be believed. Earning a six figure income is achievable. There are so many different ways to earn through this comp plan.

After all the companies I have been with, let me tell you something, when I say that I would rather end up with a garage full of gold and silver coins rather than a bunch of juice bottles. And I have in the past ended up with a garage full of juice and vitamin bottles, all of which ended up in the garbage!

There is currently no other company marketing this type of product in this format anywhere in the world. Truly ground floor opportunity.

Numis Network is my Network Marketing company of choice, and while Network Marketing or even indeed Numis may not be for everyone, with the right amount of application, hard work and consistency, anyone can make a success of this business.
