But there is no luck or favoritism. There is only allowing or resisting, letting in or keeping out the abundance that you deserve.
As you gradually train your own thoughts into those of positive expectation, as you align with thoughts of worthiness and Well-Being, as you align with your true power by seeking good-feeling thoughts—you will no longer offer resistance to your own abundance. How to Be Free and Let go of Suffering

One of the most helpful realizations is this: When you are suffering (worried or upset in any way) part of you WANTS to suffer. Part of you believes it is helping in some way. The moment you deeply realize part of you wants the unhappy feeling is the moment magic and transformation happen.

I am not talking about a surface thought, such as: “Yeah, yeah, part of me wants to suffer.” I am talking about a REAL knowing: “I want this suffering.” The moment you realize this, the curtains are drawn open and the light returns.

How you do realize part of you wants to suffer? There is more than one way and many teachings point to it. Here are two I find helpful: Start with feeling. Feeling more than thinking will get you to this realization.

Feel into the crevices of your suffering (any worry or upset of any kind) and you may detect a subtle sense of “getting something” or “attempting to get something you want” from the upset. Using suffering to get attention or to get a sense of strength or control are common examples.

Again though, transformation only happens when you truly avail yourself to your wanting of the suffering. This knowing leads to a breakthrough because it makes your suffering conscious. When something is conscious then you KNOW how to stop energizing it. It is automatic. It’s easy. Your suffering pops like a bubble and you expand beyond it.

Another key is this: Part of you already knows you want the suffering. This is an easy thing to realize. In other words, when you DO realize part of you wants the worry or the upset or whatever, it is going to be NO BIG DEAL. It will be like you have known it all along.

For example, I remember walking on the beach once about ten years ago, longing and feeling sorry for myself that I did not have a relationship. “When will she get here!? Where is my soulmate?!” I kept thinking. Suddenly, I stopped in my tracks and I had the realization that part of me likes being alone. “I have not met someone yet because I like being alone.”

It was so simple and so obvious I had overlooked it. Part of me wanted to be alone. That is what it feels like to realize part of you wants to suffer.

The realization comes just by paying attention. It is utterly simple. So make peace with the fact that part of you wants whatever uncomfortable feeling you may have. Part of you wants to GET something from it. We think “pain” is a magnet for getting what we want (approval, attention, whatever it may be). But it is not. It is an opportunity to awaken.

There is always a way out of suffering. You break out of it when you realize you want it. Stand tall in this knowing. Face it head on. The realization of this will overthrow your most long-standing patterns and take you back to freedom and light.

All You Need is You

The ability to fully embrace yourself as you are, to love yourself as you are and to enjoy being surrounded by your own energy is so much more powerful and transformational than you can imagine.

Your innate power for change is phenomenal. Do you have any idea just how many people you have impacted throughout your life?

While some of these encounters were not always "positive", they still may have triggered valuable change through your actions. Yes, even your less desirable behaviours may have helped someone... And that someone may be yourself.

You see, sometimes you need someone else to show to show you the unacceptable, the crude, the harsh, the impolite to help you see who you are, what you stand for, the values you want to embody, what you want in life, how you want to be treated, how to behave... Or you needed your own wake-up call. Instead of despising yourself for that not-so-great thing you just did, you vow to yourself that this is the last time you behaved this way. Feeling the sting of your own actions can help you become the person you have always been once all the illusions are removed.

In other words, sometimes you need to step back in horror when you look in the mirror.

We have said this many times before, you are a powerful agent for change.

The thing is, most of the time, your compassionate or caring actions have more of a snowball effect than an impressive big bang of change.

For instance, you may smile at a stranger on the bug and give him or her a heartfelt compliment, a simple nicety that almost seems trivial.

And that transmission of higher vibration energy can lift that person's mood, and the true positive effects are revealed once that persons steps off the bus and arrives home. Thanks to your mere presence, that person then reacts with more compassion and kindness to a situation at home with their spouse or children, which changes the course of the evening, and perhaps some bigger event down the line.

For you see, most often than not, you do not get to witness the good/positivity you trigger.

Every encounter you have does have an effect. Mind you, not all of them are life-changing if you will, but all of them matter.

And even if others do not react favourably to your light or kindness, do your best to avoid the judgment trap or to lower your vibrations because you feel hurt by their lack of reactions or even their lack of acknowledgement.

Sometimes others have blocking mechanism they may or may not be aware of. Sometimes the effects are delayed - simply because it takes a while for some people to notice a change in energy. It is a question of "sensitivity" if you will.

Your "job" is simply to send your light, your love, your healing, your compassion when you feel inspired to do so, and to give that part of you which is infinite without expectations. It is a very selfless act that can be quite challenging to do at first.

When you do what feels right, what comes naturally for you from the heart, the worst thing than can happen is, well... nothing

Well, for others that is. High vibrational energy may be sent to anybody, and the recipient will accept or reject it subconsciously. If they do not wish to be helped or healed - for whatever reason - it will just go around them like the wind. Their human self may be totally unaware of the light being sent their way, but their higher self is always at work. And it is not that your healing or love was insufficient, it is just that it was not the right time for them. They have their journey to follow, remember that.

Still, whenever you tend to your own light by sending out love, listen to your higher self/intuition, you as a spirit grow, get stronger, more confident, brighter. more clear.

You may get thanked very seldom for the light or healing you sent out. That does not mean you are not being rewarded for your good actions.

Your good deeds happened, even if you are the only one who knows what you did.

Everything you do does return, but not necessarily the way you think/you've been told it does.

Being the best that you can be, no matter how it fits in your society's standards of "normality" or "compliance" is the most powerful thing you can do to change the world... in silence and peace.

Let go of the need to be rewarded or acknowledged for everything (good) that you do. That is just an ill side-effect of that instant gratification society of yours.

The true reward is inside you - your light being revealed and strengthened by your own courage and your willingness to shine... Even if those around you are not used to this type of glow/warmth.

The big reward is being able to stand out and stand up with pride, for having the courage that many of the people around you trapped by the shackles of society wished they had. You make it possible for others to accomplish the impossible.

All you need is you to change the world, one act of light and love at at time...

Neither is correct. The activities themselves are neutral. It is all how you choose to process what you experience. It is what you tell yourself.

This day, tell yourself how fortunate you are to have the tasks you have to perform. Find pleasure in being able to strive and to accomplish. Take time to breathe and to drink in the beauty all around you.

EARTH CHANGES ARE AN EXERCISE IN DIVINE DISCIPLINE

Let me make a few statements regarding the coming Earth Changes. Those alleged changes are nothing more than an exercise in Divine discipline.

Haiti, Chile and other quakes are very real. Yes, that is true. The greater equation is an anthropocentric one. I liken it to a bird whose wings are almost ready to fly.

ALL THE PROPHECIES ARE NOW COMING TRUE

Now is the time where all the prophecies we have been giving over the years come true. Their final failing point only is that the candle wax burns lower than most would think is possible without the flame being extinguished.

Nonetheless, you are ripe and ready for the harvest of consciousness. The earth has cultivated its bounty, and for this we are greatly appreciative of your efforts.

YOU ARE EXPERIENCING PERSONAL EARTH CHANGES

There is something I want to tell you.

Don’t give up hope, because the messenger becomes the message. You are experiencing a shift in yourself that corresponds to these Earth Changes.

In your own way, you approach the Throne of the Divine, and release the constrictions that have formerly held you back from accomplishing the goals you set out to reach long before incarnation.

THERE IS NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THIS PROCESS

Let’s establish a few fundamentals here. There really is no need to worry about anything related to this process.

We have never strayed from the goal of protecting you from the inevitable upsets and inadequate decisions that have so often been made on your planet.

This spell in the woods is a temporary one. While you are trying to find your home, in one sense, in another you recognize that you have indeed arrived in the here and now.

AN OVERWHELMING CHANGE IN PERSPECTIVE

This tsunami so many concern themselves with is not a physical one. It is an overwhelming change in perspective brought on by unpredictable personal events.

And in that sense, we are responsible for fomenting these changes within yourself.

THIS PROCESS IS GUIDED AT THE VERY HIGHEST LEVELS

This process the Earth is now going through is guided at the very highest levels to insure that you will approach whatever level of progress is suitable for you, without ever straying too far, if at all, from the course at hand.

A PART OF YOUR PSYCHE NEEDS TO DIE

As we demonstrated in David’s dream, there is an aspect of your psychological makeup, if you will, that must allow itself to die, or at the very least give way to a greater level of beingness within yourself.

This is the mystery for which so many are unprepared. They haven’t experienced enough humility within their own lives to be honorably certain of the illusory nature of this so-called ‘ego’ – this false sense of self that is built upon illusion and materiality.

I would prefer that we reframe the discussion away from the minor trivialities of each day and its unexpected turmoils, and instead re-orient our focus towards the same spiritual practices that have sustained the masters for millennia throughout the Cosmos.

THE TRUTH IS VERY SIMPLE

The truth is indeed very simple. And with that truth comes the reconciliation of the desires of the divine self with those of the mortal mind, so to speak.

It isn’t that hard to ruin those castles of falsity that the ego mind or personality self, if you will, would erect.

This time around, I have left to you as to how to figure out the straightest and narrowest path to these changes.

Opening yourself to service, and being willing to help others, indeed reconciles many of the conflicts that have otherwise plagued these thoughts and actions.

EACH LIFE IS PRECIOUS BEYOND IMAGINATION

Comets and their dust may indeed contain organic compounds, and the Universe is alive on a level most could not conceive of.

That doesn’t mean that we fail to notice each and every subtle nuance of the dance of consciousness.

Each life is precious beyond imagination, and our goal is to topple those false castles and replace them with that which rings true throughout the millennia.

BE AWARE OF THE PEACE AND STILLNESS OF EVERY MOMENT

It is simpler than you may think to open yourself to this process. It does not require elaborate training or investigative protocols into arcane arts and sciences.

Rather, it is simply an awareness of the peace and the stillness of each and every moment.

OPENING YOURSELF TO RECEIVE INFORMATION

Within the bounty of that moment, there is endless opportunity to open yourself to receive information from higher planes in a clear and understandable manner.

Much of this information comes through in the form of subtle, fleeting bursts of thought that you are accustomed to seeing as imagination.

You may be accustomed to hiding yourself from the Divine – instinctively.

Many of you feel that to go topless, in the energetic sense, is far too naked and exposing.

By energetically topless, we mean letting go of this illusion of privacy, and actually opening yourself to receive direct communication from your own Higher Self – regarding you and your path and what is most suitable for you.

EMBRACE THE LOVE BEHIND INTUITIVE MESSAGES – EVEN THE STRENUOUS ONES

Regardless of the means through which communication is possible, any authentic reception of such data will invariably involve feedback notes on various manners in which you may decide to change yourself for the betterment of your own vibrational ministry, let’s say.

It takes a great deal of practice to learn to accept these dream messages, intuitive promptings, or other such forms of communication with the love that was intended behind them – even when the message can seem rather strenuous, as in the case of an obsessive, repeating nightmare, let’s say.

Every dream contains data that is relevant to your higher quest for knowledge – and they will not pull punches.

You will hear things about yourself that can seem overwhelmingly negative or disappointing. And in many cases, the simple lack of accountability that so many would feel, in the spiritual sense, causes them to shut down or ignore the potential value of these transactions.

To wake up in a sea of water and [be] barely able to reach the surface is the emotional equivalent of what we are discussing here.

IT IS MUCH EASIER TO DENY THE MESSAGES

Ultimately we are aware of the need for this fragmented sense of self that has been constructed to effectively die, and give way to a greater integration of the truth of your Being.

As a sovereign citizen of the Universe, you are entitled to certain inalienable rights. And of course, you have veto power over any intuitive message that would come along.

In fact, it is much easier for you to deny these messages, and undermine their significance by failing to appreciate the seriousness with which they are imbued.

REMEMBER THEY ARE OFFERED IN LOVE AND GRATITUDE

More importantly, however, when you get these notes from the Universe, please remember that they are offered in love and in gratitude to you.

It can seem that so many have said hurtful things to you over your years of life that any such messages of potential significance in how you may change yourself for the better could be seen and construed as insulting.

THE FRAGMENTED SELF SEES IT AS DEATH, NOT INTEGRATION

The fragmented self builds elaborate fortifications against any attempt to be identified and ultimately attacked.

It perceives these changes as an attack because it does not like to go along with the plan of its own projected destruction that will take place within a certain timeline – according to a sequence of events it knows well, instinctively speaking.

YOU ARE NOT BEING WEAK AND DEFERENTIAL TO FOLLOW THE SUGGESTIONS

In the ideal sense, the humility of your Being in the midst of these intuitive suggestions is such that an appreciative attitude and a willingness to investigate these suggestions does not imbue you with the sense of having been weak and deferential.

THE GAME IS CHANGING

Soon you will have new responsibilities to uphold, as the game is changing.

There is no need to compensate for any apparent lack that you may have felt in the past. Let’s look at what you are doing right, as opposed to what you may be doing wrong.

VERY DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN A SENSE OF SELF WITHIN SUCH CHANGES

The fragile nature of identity is easy to lose track of. It can be very difficult to maintain that sense of self in the midst of such overwhelming emotional and spiritual changes.

And yet, the space between thoughts is indeed a fine place to be.

TRY THE SUGGESTED CHANGES ON FOR SIZE

I like that aspect of the journey. It doesn’t involve a marriage certificate having to be signed the minute you decide to humble yourself to the guidance.

You can investigate the changes that are being suggested, try them on for size, see what works for you, and discard the rest if it does not feel appropriate.

WE DO NOT WISH TO CULTIVATE DEPENDENCY

This message is tailor-made to the needs of the many, based upon our observations of those who have heard the messages through this instrument known as David Wilcock.

It is our goal to assist you in your evolutionary process, and we do not wish to cultivate a drug-like dependency on the words of this instrument.

We have noticed that so many are concerned with the frequency with which the one known as David writes.

LEARN TO TRUST THAT HUMANITY WILL NOT GO EXTINCT

This time, the victory that is at hand is your own. It is an adaptation of the deeper meaning of what it is to trust.

Do you really need David’s words to explain to you why each new fear-porn situation, as he calls it, is not going to transpire?

Have there not been enough examples, even in the recent past, such as the alleged swine flu vaccine scare and now that of the Deepwater Horizon / BP oil spill, that you may see how these events are very carefully and precisely monitored so that no actual extinction-level events take place?

THE STAKES HAVE TO SEEM VERY REAL TO GET YOU TO AWAKEN TO COMPASSION FOR OTHERS

It can be very captivating to contemplate the death of lots of people, and that is for a reason.

You are indeed living in an illusion. The terms of the illusion include the fact that life comes and goes, on every level, including that of the human.

This does not mean that there is a callous disregard for your safety and well-being, or that you are swimming with sharks who shall inevitably tear you to pieces at a given time when they identify you.

Quite to the contrary, this world is [part of] a holographic universe whose purpose is to further your own process of evolution by helping you achieve levels of self-realization that would take myriad aeons of time in higher realms to achieve.

The stakes within this illusion have to seem very real.

THE FRAGMENTED SELF CLINGS TO THE MATERIAL WORLD

The fragmented self we spoke of before most desperately clings to the identity of the material world.

Its existence is predicated upon the desire to stabilize and enhance the consistency and the appreciability of the material universe for its own benefit, and the benefit of friends, acquaintances, family and people it identifies with.

SEEING THE DEATH AND SUFFERING OF OTHERS ULTIMATELY CREATES A DEATH OF THE EGOIC MIND

Therefore, when [the fragmented self] is faced with a phenomenon as complex and seemingly troublesome as suffering and death, it is inclined to feel that this desire for consistency and stability has been heavily threatened, if not eliminated.

The fear of the so-called Illuminati or New World Order forces is ultimately a reflection of the egoic mind, if you will, knowing the inevitability of its own destruction.

EGOIC DEATH IS NOT A NEGATIVE

As we have said, that destruction is not a negative event at all.

With the collapsing of the falsehoods and the lies that one so habitually tells oneself comes the opportunity for large-scale transformation on a level never heretofore possible.

YOU WILL SEE THE COLLECTIVE DARK NIGHT OF THE SOUL

You will indeed see the collapse of things you thought stable and secure.

You will stare into the mouth of the dark cave, and wonder what monstrosities may lie on the other side of that portal.

You may indeed find yourself faced with seemingly mortal challenges – both individually and collectively as a whole.

TRANSFIGURATION COMES AFTER LETTING GO OF MANY CONVENIENT CRUTCHES

This [time of seemingly mortal challenge] is not without precedent. It is written into the very fabric of the Universe.

It allows you to be present at the moment of your own transfiguration.

This, of course, comes in the aftermath of the letting go of many strictures and complexities of consciousness that seemed so convenient for you in the past.

THE ELITE TRY TO USE UNIVERSAL LAW TO CREATE EARTH CHANGES

The material world is a feedback instrument for your consciousness.

There is individual and collective free will.

You have watched those we could deem the planetary elite attempting to use the creative power of the mind to foment said Earth Changes and other such violent events by making films and stories about them – in the hopes that all the people seeing and believing these events will in turn hasten their arrival.

NEGATIVE GROUPS TRY TO REDUCE POPULATION – BUT THIS IS HOW PLANETARY AWAKENING TAKES PLACE

It is absolutely correct that these power groups wish to dramatically reduce population on Earth.

They also feel that this is a benevolent action due to the consequences of the so-called “population bomb” – if the numbers were left unchecked.

There are indeed complications involved in any such population boom.

However, those complications are part of the greater picture of the apparent planetary crisis you shall be faced with at the end of an era such as this.

You have not exceeded the boundaries of any such universal plan or initiative.

It is instead extremely consistent with what has come before on many other worlds.

THESE PROCESSES ARE GUIDED VERY CAREFULLY – AND ARE NOT MEANT TO INVOLVE MASS DEATH

The changes that will transpire are not meant to involve mass death and casualties.

There are certain unavoidable losses, from the physical perspective, that will occur.

This is the result of so many hazardous situations that portray themselves to you as palpable threats to your existence.

Please be advised that these processes are guided very carefully, so as to preserve free will – such that no one meets with an experience that is other than most useful for them at that time.

NO ONE IN THE HIGHER REALMS ENJOYS SEEING YOU SUFFER

Remember your soul is outside physical form. It chooses an incarnation such as the one you now have for the purposes of its own evolution.

Everything in this material world that you see around you is ultimately holographic. That being said, no one in the higher realms eagerly anticipates you feeling pain, or being injured, or going through upsetting events.

There is no sarcasm nor sardonic glee in watching you go through your darkest moments as a person.

THE LAW OF KARMA IS IN EFFECT

However, there is what many have termed the law of karma in effect.

This, of course, means that what you measure out to others shall be measured back to you.

THE LAW OF GRACE KEEPS YOU FROM BEING FULLY ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL YOUR KARMA

There are caveats to this law, which the one known as Edgar Cayce called the Law of Grace.

In fact, were you fully accountable for all aspects of that which you know to be an infringement upon free will, the karmic events would be much too severe for there to be any learning value in them.

You would feel perpetually tormented and cursed by bad luck in the vast majority of cases to which we are referring.

EFFORTS ARE MADE TO SCALE YOUR KARMA TO AN UNDERSTANDABLE LEVEL

Therefore, efforts are made to scale the intensity of your experiences to a believable and achievable level – where you can then appreciate what it is that comes your way, and potentially understand the deeper significance of that which has happened.

David has called such events, when they arrive, a “karmic blast”. And for now we will use that term.

WHEN KARMA APPEARS TO HAVE TAKEN PLACE, REMEMBER YOU ARE LOVED

We would humbly request that when you receive a “karmic blast”, you step away from the apparent feelings of judgment and criticism that your mind would be quick to assign to those events, and instead understand and reflect upon the fact that you are loved more than you could ever possibly imagine.

When these balancing events occur, they are administered with a hopefulness that this will finally penetrate the heavily-fortified defenses of the personality self, or ego mind, and get a message through about how those thoughts and deeds that you have created in turn affect others – by then bringing to you the reflection of those experiences through your own lens.

It really is never intended to be punishment, but we so often see great tears and great forlorn emotions arising from such “karmic blasts”.

IF YOU REACH CERTAIN GOALS, NEW ONES WILL MOVE INTO VIEW

Each soul chooses an incarnation for a particular purpose. There are indeed goals that you have set out to achieve, prior to ever taking on this body you now enjoy.

Should these goals be achieved, your Higher Self is more than capable of upgrading the software, so to speak, and bringing in new levels of the curriculum of evolution that may not even have been chosen for you in one lifetime otherwise.

It is not as if you stop growing once you reach a certain level.

THE DEATH IS PSYCHOLOGICAL BUT MAY INVOLVE PHYSICAL LOSSES AS WELL

The death of this distorted personality self is a psychological event, which may also be heralded by certain physical consequences and upheavals in your own life: the loss of a significant relationship, the loss of prestige, the loss of assets and financial instruments, the loss of pride.

Whatever the consequences may be, it is quite accurate to reflect upon the non-random nature of your experiences.

EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON

It is an illusion to assume that things have happened to you without causation in a spiritual sense.

I fully understand how difficult this can be to appreciate, for the mind is conditioned to see itself in an acausal universe.

PRIVACY AND SECRECY IS AN ILLUSION IN THE HIGHER SENSE

It is believed that there is no “glass ceiling” as you go about your private thoughts within your own mind.

Many have utilized the illusory nature of privacy and secrecy to foster this apparent notion of the ‘hidden’ and the unrevealed.

On the other hand, you can shut down these false perceptions very easily, by opening yourself to the significance of each and every moment of your life.

THE LAW OF KARMA WORKS MUCH STRONGER FOR THE POSITIVE

Nothing happens by accident. And the law of Karma works just as well – in fact, much more effectively – in returning and remunerating positive gifts to others as it does in balancing that which is deemed as an infringement upon others.

The counterbalance of positive karma is actually much more significant than any negative backlash you may feel has occurred.

YOU ARE IN A MASTER CLASS OF TRANSFIGURATION

So let’s not kid ourselves about the greater implications of what you go through.

It is not something that leads up to a person becoming similar to David or others with his intuitive talents.

What you are growing into will go far, far beyond that level.

This is a master class.

And the goal is nothing more than transfiguration.

YOU CAN CATCH THE WAVE – AND BECOME INTOXICATED WITH LOVE

You do have the opportunity to “catch the wave” of transformation that flows through your planet at this time, and [it] can captivate you in its good will to the point where you do become intoxicated with love – not in any negative way, but an overwhelmingly joyful remembrance of your true identity as the One Infinite Creator.

In that moment, you have become akin to a gas station.

Others are naturally filled with abundance by simply being in your presence.

There is a positive attitude that radiates from you without there being naïveté.

APPRECIATE THE SIGNIFICANCE OF WHY THESE THINGS HAPPEN

In such cases you are able to see through the seeming pain and destruction of certain experiences that come along, and appreciate the deeper significance of why these things are meant to happen.

THE EXPERIENCE OF A PHYSICAL UNIVERSE INTRODUCES DUALITY

This illusion of a physical universe with stars, planets and voids of space has been carefully and delicately constructed from a single thought – a single identity that is One.

Of course, the experience of a physical universe introduces apparent duality into this Identity.

REMEMBERING YOUR TRUE SELF

However, with this apparent duality comes the shackling of an aspect of the mind to a continuum of incarnations and strenuous experiences in the course of its remembrance of its true self.

Cascading like a waterfall through each and every new twist and turn in the plot, your beingness approaches itself yet again.

For every experience, every environment, every other self you meet is but a reflection of the timelessness and the foreverness of your own identity.

That is the great realization that collapses the mysteries of the physical world.

That is the moment where you no longer see your environment as somehow separate from yourself, or your experiences as somehow separate from yourself.

YOU ARE THE COSMOS

Your identity is the Earth. It is the others around you. It is the planets. It is the Sun. It is the Galaxy. It is the Cosmos. And it is all the different densities within said Cosmos.

Let us be clear that even a single moment of realization of your cosmic identity can be more than enough to brighten up the walls and let a little light in to a room that may at times have felt like solitary confinement.

But you are not confined to a body.

YOU ARE NOT RESTRICTED BY BEING ON EARTH

You have not been restricted by incarnating on Earth at this time – or whatever planet you may be reading this from, or hearing these words within.

Instead, the table has been set for you to come and have a meal that is the harvest of your own labors.

WHAT YOU ARE BEING SERVED IS WHAT YOU HAVE CULTIVATED

Nothing that comes your way is by accident.

It is the result of what you have created.

So like the farmer who enjoys her home-grown vegetables with each meal, your life is akin to a meal. And what you are being served is what you have cultivated.

A LOSS OF STABILITY IS OFTEN NECESSARY TO OPEN YOU TO SPIRIT

If you do not appreciate what life has been serving up, look to that which you have cultivated for insights into how you may seemingly improve your experience.

This does not require exceptional talent or even stability in any physical or financial sense.

In fact, the more destabilized you become, the more open you are to receiving these messages from Spirit within your own dance of existence.

It is in those moments when the comfort and convenience of the physical world are disrupted that you then have even more opportunities to turn within and rely upon that trust.

LEARN TO TRUST THE GREATER INITIATIVE RATHER THAN OVER-ANALYZING

I wouldn’t get too concerned about the stages that you will go through, or what will happen and when.

These are the flailings of the egoic mind in its attempt to control the experiences it shall have, rather than handing over its delicate and fastidious analytical abilities to the much greater trust that can come with an awakening to the initiative that has been brought through to this planet by its very existence within this Cosmos.

You don’t need to over-analyze. You don’t need to judge. And you don’t need to fear.

EVERY EXPERIENCE IS A MIRROR

Whatever experience comes your way, even if it is strenuous and difficult, know that at this magical time in your planet’s history, it is manifested for a specific purpose.

In almost all cases, it serves as the mirror – showing you a slightly, if not greatly exaggerated version of what you yourself have been doing.

EVEN THE VILLAINS WILL EVENTUALLY GO POSITIVE – OR ELSE DISSOLVE BACK INTO UNIVERSAL ENERGY

In order for this illusion to work properly, those who would serve as villains must be led to believe that what they are doing is part of their own cosmic destiny and plan.

And in some senses, that is true.

However, even those who have indulged in the left-hand or service-to-self path shall most likely turn positive – as the other option is, of course, to eventually dissolve back into the background energy of the Universe.

This comes in time, over what you would consider many, many eons – but the shift can be made quite rapidly once greater illumination is attained.

OUR TEACHINGS ABOUT INITIATION WERE GREATLY DISTORTED

Long ago, in your physical terms, we visited your planet and gave certain teachings about the integration of the Higher Self with the mortal flesh.

We spoke in detail about the necessity of the death of this egoic mind and its constructs.

We also offered a path of initiation whereby this procedure could be dramatized in the course of sacred work.

As you probably well know, or have intuited, these practices were not lost – but the compassionate nature of them was indeed filtered away in the apparent violence of that which transpires during the course of one’s own initiation.

It was believed that God, if you will, was a rapacious, destructive force with sharp teeth and little concern for your sorrows as you go through the great churning upheavals of the personality self.

It was believed that chaos was the key to evolution, and the deliberate creation of chaos an essential element of compassionately helping others to evolve to their potential.

WE DID NOT ANTICIPATE HOW SEVERELY OUR MESSAGE WOULD BE CONTORTED

We now understand the necessity for this type of misunderstanding to have arisen, but it does not mean that we agree with such a perspective.

It should be obvious that after many thousands of years, a phenomenon not unlike the telephone game can happen – and many misunderstandings can and will occur.

What we did not anticipate was the degree to which those beings in the Universe who lean towards the negative path would be capable of contorting our message beyond all rational nuances.

We did not anticipate that it would lead to the worshipping of death and chaos as if it were a spiritual path.

THOSE WHO WISH FOR CHAOS HAVE LOST TOUCH WITH THE ORIGINAL TEACHINGS

At this time, there are those active within your planetary elite who very much wish to incite chaos on a planetary level.

In their blood lust, they have completely lost touch with whatever it was they felt this process would do that was positive.

Their own sense of egotism has grown far beyond the ability to self-reflect and understand the compassion with which these messages were originally offered.

MANY WITHIN THE ELITE ARE NOW AWAKENING TO GENUINE COMPASSION

What intrigues us, however, is to observe how many of those who are within these groups are coming now to a personal realization about the greater nature of what it means to be human, and the compassion for others that comes out of that understanding.

To actually worship and embrace chaos and death as if that were the path is to greatly move away from the most natural, organic feelings within oneself – which is the desire to love and be loved in return.

THE TORTOISE AND THE HARE

It seems so simple, and yet much as in the legend of the tortoise and the hare, the calm persistence of love will eventually win out over the seemingly rapid race run by those who believe themselves to be far ahead of the game at this time, in the planetary sense.

There is no need to repeat the lessons for millennia and millennia, but if that is what has been chosen [by those within the elite], then it shall be honored by the Universe.

AN INCREASING NUMBER OF DEFECTORS

An increasing number of defectors are coming out at this time, for they appreciate others on a level where this sardonic glee in their sorrow no longer has any emotional resonance.

THERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH CHAOS FROM THE FORCES OF NATURE ALONE

It was believed that by fomenting chaos, order would result – and that this was a compassionate action.

However, at this time, the transitions your planet is going through create more than enough emotionally valuable experience for others to move through. There is no need for any other forms of chaos to be introduced.

THOSE ON THE NEGATIVE PATH WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO PROCEED PAST CERTAIN LEVELS

With that being said, it is also the case that those who would wish to deliberately create such upheaval will find themselves unable to ever proceed past certain levels.

And thus you do see many plans that have been made, and continue to be made – and literally a religious worshipping of the thought and the idea of that worldwide disruption and chaos coming to fruition.

It is what many of these insider groups cling to like a life raft, as they well understand that in the teachable moments of chaos, there are opportunities to shift the equation and create sudden and explicit changes in how societies run and how peoples may think and conduct themselves.

Yet, these plans will continue to be foiled by a seemingly hidden force. They will continue to just not work out.

There will be upsets and seemingly inexplicable problems.

Expectations, computer modelings will just not work out the way they had been planned.

Somehow, things always change in a way that benefits the collective.

THEIR DOWNFALL COMES FROM WITHIN

The identification and exposure of these negative groups is happening from within.

It does not require any Universal admission from higher forces, stepping in and manifesting before you on a planetary level, to then tell you what has been going wrong and why it must be stopped.

Instead, the transformation is happening now – from within the groups themselves.

There are various factions, and then within those factions there are further sub-factions, and so on – ad infinitum.

The point is that these different factional groups turned against one another because the very nature of these elite super-secret societies is to worship betrayal, and to constantly hunt around the pecking order for one’s position.

There are inevitable and invariable challenges to any perceived hierarchy of authority, and no one can agree upon the goals or the fulfillment or the timelines with which said fulfillments will occur.

LACK OF CONSENSUS CAUSES A ‘DUMBING DOWN’

There is, in a very real sense, a dumbing down that happens as a result of this lack of consensus.

Overall goals are still espoused as being of great significance and value, but there are many, many denominations of faith, if you will, each of whom believe their path to be the right one – and that their ticket shall win the lottery when the time comes.

Of course, we are now speaking to some of those within these groups in this message, as well as others who simply appreciate our perspective, but are not in any way actively involved.

MOST EXTRATERRESTRIALS ARE BENEVOLENT – AND CANNOT INTERFERE BEYOND A MINIMAL LEVEL

It is absolutely true that the vast majority of extraterrestrials are benevolent and peaceful in nature.

It is also true that they operate within, to some extent, a structured illusion of their own.

They are obliged to help and participate in this planet’s evolution by working with so many on a spiritual level as guides, protectors and wayshowers.

That is not to say that they understand the greater inevitability of the change that is happening.

They too need to be inspired by the potential threat that they perceive – that these events may not go in the way that is most beneficial for humanity.

And the charter they must work within at that level does not permit them to interfere with what is going on beyond a minimum level.

AT ‘MANAGEMENT’ LEVEL A GREAT DEAL OF INTERVENTION OCCURS

However, the level at which we operate is a level in which we can indeed manage and transfer planetary populations.

You are free to laugh at this if you choose, but know that there are levels of the game, if you would call it that – this evolution of consciousness – wherein these planetary ascension procedures are carefully guarded and guided.

IT MUST APPEAR THAT NO INTERVENTION HAS EVER TAKEN PLACE

In order to do our job most effectively, we must work from a level wherein it does not seem that anything is being done at all.

Coincidences seem to happen. Things just have a way of working out.

Every time that a destructive event is thwarted, it could be very much analyzed and traced back to easily discernible causes that seem to have nothing to do with spiritual intervention.

That is the nature of how we work.

YOU ARE HELPED ON A LEVEL EVEN THE BENEVOLENT ET’S ARE NOT AWARE OF

There is a level which you do not perceive, which even the benevolent extraterrestrials who help your planet usually are not aware of.

This level does not involve sudden manifestation of ships throughout your skies – at least not until the appropriate moment has been reached.

For you are indeed rejoining a Galactic family of humans. That is one of the greatest metaphysical truths you can approach.

YOU HAVE MANY, MANY FRIENDS IN THE UNIVERSE

How truly well-populated this Universe is with those who would be as your friends!

For they are not “aliens”. They are not other than you. They are your Self, as they are made of the same Consciousness that has imbued this Cosmos with the awareness you now enjoy as you hear these words.

How can they be anything other than very close encounters when they happen?

It is a family reunion. A rejoining with aspects of your Self that you may indeed seem to have lost – but truly were never far away.

TIME-VIEWING TECHNOLOGIES DO NOT SEE THE ACTUAL TIMELINES THAT WILL OCCUR

Even the devices that the planetary elite would use to view through time and see events that have not yet transpired can be easily modified by these higher forces, if you will, so as not to telegraph what will actually transpire.

Otherwise, the game would be spoiled.

WE CALL IT A ‘GAME’ BECAUSE IT DOES HAVE A WAY YOU CAN ‘WIN’

And the reason why we keep referring to this as a game is not to denigrate, in any way, the value and the importance of one’s individual experience.

It is instead to uplift the nature of what you experience with the knowingness that it is all part of a curriculum that is headed towards a destination.

There is indeed a way in which the game may be won, for lack of a better term.

APPRECIATING WHO YOU REALLY ARE

Winning the game involves appreciating who you are.

And that is the greatest question you can ever ask yourself.

To meditate on the truth of your identity, and the vastness of that truth, is to eclipse the apparent significance of all the things the body would like to have –

all the comfort and all the material pleasures it would seek to stack around itself –

and replace those longings with the greater knowingness that in every moment, regardless of how difficult it may seem at the time, this truth of your Identity is right there.

And it comes to you through simply awakening to the purity and stillness of the Now.

SEE ETERNITY IN THIS MOMENT

This moment contains love. This moment contains peace. This moment is eternal.

And even the nature of Time as that which indicates duration must ultimately fall away, for Timelessness is accessible in the moment as well.

No past, no future – merely Existence. But it is not that mere. It is much greater and vaster than most could ever comprehend within the constructs of a finite mortal mind.

THE FINITE MORTAL MIND IS A SPRINGBOARD TO YOUR COSMIC IDENTITY

Thankfully, the finite, mortal mind does not represent the fullness of who you are.

It is a jumping-off point – a vehicle through which you may indeed embrace your cosmic identity, and catch a glimpse of that greater I AM presence that you can step into at any time.

YOU NEED NOT FEAR THE PROCESS

The experiences that are being offered to you at this point are truly monumental. And you need not fear the process.

For in the greater sense, you are the light. You are the love. You are the One Infinite Creator.

This is as it was, as it is now, and as it always shall be. And nothing and no one can take that from you.

TURN WITHIN AND YOU WILL RECEIVE ANSWERS

We stand at the ready, willing to assist any and all who call upon us for support.

While it is good to pray, complement your prayer with your own actions in life to serve others, to serve those in need, to yourself become a provider of service, even when it means you do not have power over others. In other words, yourself, be an example, an embodiment of that which is needed in the world. Then you will find that when you summon Spirit energy, you have a great deal of support, you have weight. Your words will have weight because they are backed by your action. But if you are living one way, and praying for a completely different kind of approach to happen by somebody else, then you will have a difficult time summoning energy. In other words, be that which is needed. Combine that with the prayer, and then you will find that you have the package that is needed to actually summon change. Spirit does not respond well to hypocrisy. It cannot because that would rob you of your lessons. So be the solution, and then summon Spirit to assist.

Protection and Healing from Radiation Poisoning, Neurotoxins, Bacteria and Viruses.

With the earthquake in New Zealand, followed by the earthquake in Japan, it is clear that you have entered a more complex phase of the Chaotic Node.

We wish to impart a method for protection and healing from radiation poisoning as well as other physical conditions. We call this Medicines of Light.

This is obviously related to current events unfolding in Japan, however, as future earth changes unfold, you may face similar challenges in your near future from other locations around the world.

This method will assist you to both protect and heal yourself from exposure, not only to radioactivity, but also to neurotoxins and to mutating forms of bacteria and viruses. From our perspective you can expect to see an increase of these in your near timeline.

The method involves connecting to your Celestial Soul, the BA. This action is to connect to the realms of light that are a part of your being.

Everything that exists in your cosmos can be viewed as a qualification or energetic expression of light—even your densest forms of matter are essentially a form of light.

In this method you connect to your Celestial Soul, holding the intent and expectation that it will impart to you an energetic that protects and/or heals you. You send this intent to your Celestial Soul with the emotional vibration of appreciation or gratitude. This is simply the vibrational resonance that activates this higher aspect of your being.

Once you send this intent conjoined with appreciation or gratitude to your BA, you shift your awareness into your heart chakra, receiving the energetic of healing or protection into the heart chakra. You might experience this energetic as a form of light, or as geometric patterns, or you may feel the sensation of a descent of energy. You may also experience this energetic simply as a thought/feeling.

Once the energetic is received in the heart chakra, it is ready to send.

For this phase you will need some pure water, since water holds this type of information extremely well. Holding a container of water in your hands, through intent, you send this energy that is in the heart chakra down the arms into the hands and through the chakras that are in the center of each palm. The energetic enters the water through this pathway.

We suggest you amplify this energetic by repeating the procedure three times, for a total of three times—two more times in addition to the first. You then drink the water. The water permeates the water element of your body, and the healing and protective qualities eventually enter every cell.

Through this action you are qualifying light, causing it to descend through the central pathway of your body into your heart and sending it into the water element. The consciousness of the water receives this energetic, and when you drink it, the body receives it.

If you find yourself in a situation where you have been exposed to radioactivity you would engage this procedure as we have described it, qualifying the energy that descends from the BA to protect and heal you from any possibility of radiation poisoning. If you have other means to protect yourself, you should obviously engage these as well, but even if you are left with nothing but the tools of your own consciousness, you can protect and heal yourself.

If you have been exposed to neurotoxins you would do the same. If you are in the midst of an epidemic that involves bacterial or viral infections, we advise you to do the same.

As you collectively enter more deeply into this more complex and intense phase of the Chaotic Node, bacteria and viruses will mutate faster. This method will allow you to protect and heal yourself from these mutating life forms.

It is important to understand that you are creating the protection and healing through the powers of your own consciousness. You have direct access to your own light realms. You have the sovereign right to engage the light realms on your own behalf and on the behalf of your loved ones.

If you find yourself in one of these difficult situations we have described, we suggest you take the Medicine of Light—which is the water that you have charged—several times a day, as your intuition guides you.

The physical ramifications of the earthquake activity in Japan and the resulting tsunami are very difficult to deal with. But we wish to shift our attention from the physical to the mental, emotional, and spiritual effects created by such a disaster,

Due to the fact that you are in a Chaotic Node and energies from deep space conjoined with solar flare activity are affecting your energy bodies, you, as a collective, are more affected. What we mean by this is that witnessing the suffering of your fellow humans shatters the heart. There is a recognition that their predicament could easily be yours. This recognition can create an opening in your heart, and it is through the heart—your heart—that higher states of consciousness are realized, and so the earthquake in Japan is, in many ways, an earthquake of the collective heart.

The times before you are not easy. From our perspective, increased earth changes are upon you. But one result of such events is that you are shaken to your roots and the mass hypnosis pauses for a moment. And in such utter and surrealistic devastation, many of you see very clearly that your civilization rests on tenuous grounds. We mean this both literally and figuratively.

And so our advice for this phase of the Chaotic Node is to learn and master the ability to create Medicines of Light for yourself, so that when the time arises, you know how to engage this power of protection and healing that you possess in your very nature. And we suggest you navigate through these times not only with your minds, but with your hearts—and let your hearts be touched, for it is through your hearts that you will ascend the spiral pathway to your own greatness.

What we mean by pure water…

We have suggested using water for creating Medicines of Light since water holds this type of information extremely well. By “pure water” we simply mean clean water. It does not matter what type of water it is. You can even use tap water.

If there is no pure water available…

For rare instances when you do not have access to drinkable water, you follow the procedure we have described previously, but instead of sending the energetic of protection and/or healing from the heart chakra down your arms into you hands and into water, you send the energetic of protection and/or healing from your heart chakra directly into the water that comprises your body. In other words, you do not need any external water at all. Since your body is mostly water, it will receive the Medicine of Light and work with it in similar ways as if you had taken a drink of charged water.

We suggest, however, charging water whenever possible, because this external ritual of intent is the most powerful way to create Medicines of Light for most persons. Since most humans are familiar with taking medicine in a pill or liquid form, this ritual of drinking charged water impresses the subconscious mind and activates deeper levels of your self-healing abilities.

If your only drinking water is radioactive…

Should you find yourself in a situation where the only water source available to you for drinking has been contaminated with radioactivity, and you are forced to drink it in order to survive, we would suggest following two simple steps.

First step: Charge the water with protection and healing from radiation poisoning (before you drink it) just as you would do for creating a Medicine of Light. Drink this water for survival, in as small amounts as possible, knowing it has been charged with protection and healing from radiation poisoning through your own intent.

Second step: Now create a Medicine of Light without water (as we described above) for protection and/or healing from radiation poisoning. With this second step you are charging the waters of your body directly. Think of this second step as a form of energetic insurance.

This step uses the water in your body as the water that is charged. So to be clear: after treating the water you need for survival and drinking it, you send the energetic of protection and/or healing from your heart chakra directly into the water that comprises your body. You are not using any external water for this step. Since your body is mostly water, it will receive the Medicine of Light and work with it in similar ways as if you had taken a drink of charged water.

Throughout the day, whenever you drink water, engage the two steps above until there is no suspicion of radioactive contamination.

We do realize that in such dire circumstances it may be very difficult to transcend the emotions of paranoia and fear, but this is what you must do just for the short time you are charging the water. Remember, no matter what your external situation may be, your Celestial Soul (your Higher Self) resides in the light realms and always brings with it a peace that passes all understanding. In that island of peace, even in the midst of great difficulties, you can find a passage to the emotional states of appreciation and/or gratitude (which activates your Celestial Soul). This is the vibratory realm from which all Medicines of Light are created—regardless of their form.

Tom’s Thoughts and Observations

I have been channeling the Hathors for about twenty years now and started posting their Planetary Messages in February of 2003. And in all that time I have never sensed in them such an urgency to post one of their communications. Usually, I am given several days to dwell on and contemplate their messages before writing my comments. But that luxury does not exist in this moment. They have asked Judi and me to post this particular message as soon as possible, and so I will make my comments brief and to the point.

The central message here is that all human beings have the ability to create what the Hathors call Medicines of Light. And this type of medicine has an inherent capability and potential to protect and heal us not only from radioactive poisoning, but also from the effects of neurotoxins, as well as bacterial and viral infections.

The method is simple and to the point. Since some of you reading this may be new to the whole idea of a Celestial Soul (or BA), let me clarify its location and how to engage it. The BA, or Celestial Soul, is an aspect of your own consciousness that is outside the constraints of time and space. Some of you might refer to the Celestial Soul as the Higher Self. But whatever you call it, your Celestial Soul exists in what the Hathors call the light realms, and this aspect of you is engaged whenever you send it appreciation or gratitude.

Your BA does not have a location in time and space since it is transcendent to both.

But it does have an entry point to your energy field, which is about arm’s distance above your head. If you were to raise your hands over your head and touch your fingertips together, your fingers would be in the vicinity of this entry point. And this is where you place your attention in the first phase of their method for creating a Medicine of Light. (Do note that placing of your hands above your head is only for orientation purposes. You do not actually put your hands over your head when creating the Medicines of Light).

Once you place your awareness in the area of your BA point, you hold in your mind the qualification of light you wish to receive. Let’s say, for example, that you have been, or will be, exposed to dangerous forms of radioactivity and are in danger of radiation poisoning. After focusing your attention on your BA point above your head, hold the intent that the energy that descends from your BA will be an energetic of healing and/or protection from radiation poisoning.

You then send the feeling of appreciation or gratitude upward from your heart chakra to the BA point above your head—as you hold the intent or qualification that the energetic imparted to you from your BA will protect and/or heal you from radiation poisoning.

Next you shift your attention from your BA point to your heart chakra (in the center of your chest beneath the sternum) and then wait to receive the energetic of protection and healing from your BA.

Those of you new to this may need to send the intent or qualification along with the feeling of appreciation or gratitude to your BA several times before you notice a response. But just keep sending this intention joined with the feeling of appreciation or gratitude upward to your BA until you feel a descent of energy. When you feel the descent of energy from your Celestial Soul, shift your awareness to your heart chakra. Allow your heart center to receive this energetic of protection and healing.

You then place your hands around or over a container of pure water and send this energetic received from your Celestial Soul into the water. The energetic of healing and/or protection that has entered your heart center will move down your arms and into the water through the two chakras that are in the center of the palm of each hand.

Repeat this process for a total of three times. Then drink the water.

If you are in a precarious situation, the Hathors advise that you create a Medicine of Light several times a day and drink it according to your intuition.

As the Hathors point out, Medicines of Light have many more applications than just protection and healing from radiation poisoning. You can use these to protect and/or heal yourself from neurotoxins, as well as bacterial and viral infections. Although they did not mention it, I asked the Hathors after they gave this message if the method would work for other physical challenges such as cancer. And they said that Medicines of Light could most definitely be created in the same way to deal with this type of situation—as well as others.

Obviously, if you are dealing with a serious situation such as radiation poisoning, exposure to neurotoxins, and/or epidemics of bacterial and viral infections, you will want to avail yourself of all medical remedies. In other words, this method is not meant to replace medical or public health solutions, but is meant to be an adjunct, something you can do yourself—for yourself.

After giving their message, I asked the Hathors about making Medicines of Light for those who are unable to do it for themselves, like children and pets. They said that you would use the same method, except for the fact that you would qualify the intent for the child or animal you are going to give the Medicine to. For example, if you were creating a Medicine of Light to protect or heal yourself from radiation poisoning, you would send the thought that the energetic you are going to receive from your Celestial Soul is for your own personal protection or healing. If you were going to do this for a child or a pet, you would send the thought that the energetic you are going to receive from your Celestial Soul is for the protection or healing of the being you are going to give the Medicine to, i.e. your child or your pet.

It is here that I would like to interject something. It is far better to teach someone how to create a Medicine of Light than to create a dependency. The ability to create Medicines of Light is an inherent ability in all human beings. It is part of our multidimensional legacy. And to empower someone to do this for him or her self is a service to his or her mastery.

I would personally hate to see this method being used by “healers” to create Medicines of Light for others under the guise that they have some special powers that others do not. This method for creating Medicines of Light is a human birthright, and my feeling is that it should be shared with all persons.

There is much that I would like to share about this simple method for creating Medicines of Light, but philosophical and metaphysical observations will have to wait for another time.

The Hathors are insistent that we post this information and circulate it as quickly as is possible.

I am Kuthumi and I come forward upon the rays of Love and Wisdom to greet you at this time and to bring unto you the blessings of awakening, of integration, of synchronicity and of peace. Greetings beloved ones.

And it is with great joy and pleasure in our hearts that we may gather with you upon this day, as we hold each one of you firmly within the heart of Christ, and securely upon the hands of God.

Divine ones as we gather with you at this time in the presence of the Christ energy we bring to you individual blessing as requested by your soul, we ask you to open your energy to receive these energy blessings in order to assist with your personal processes of healing on which ever level currently required.

Today we assist you in fully activating your third eye chakra of the fifth dimension. The fifth dimensional consciousness is one of a high frequency vibration, it acts instantly and even as you project a thought unconsciously it manifests, that is how quickly this energy works. This is another reason why it is so vital to work with your personal development and awakening process, in order to know as much as you can about yourself in every given moment and at the same time consciously making the effort to reprogramme the subconscious in order to ensure that which is fed by the unconscious is of a high vibration, and not of the old paradigm third dimensional conditioned consciousness.

Beloved ones the pineal gland which emanates frequencies of energy through the third eye chakra is currently undergoing changes within the energy bodies, resulting in this gland re-manifesting its original shape and size. The shape and size it was when you were a child. One of the reasons children are generally more connected to spirit so to speak than adults is because their pineal gland still holds the full presence of their Christed consciousness. As they are affected by projected conditions it does change and when puberty sets in the pineal gland begins to shrink and becomes as it is now in your adult body.

One of the reasons, esoterically that is, why the pineal gland shrinks when one’s puberty begins is because the changes hormonally facilitated through the pituitary gland do not vibrate in unison. The consciousness of the individual is a so-called denser vibration and instead of all three levels ascending to the next level of higher consciousness it becomes distorted and there is insufficient light to ensure the pineal gland maintains its fullness of being. Therefore the more consciously you work in developing your clairvoyant abilities, clairaudient and clairsentient abilities, the more light you draw into your being. This results in enough light to hold the pineal gland, the pituitary gland, the thyroid, the thymus, the thalamus and the hypothalamus glands, all of which are affected by your spiritual development and are also affected by the quotient of light present in your energy bodies at any one given time.

A number of people have found problems manifest in their thyroid gland as their spiritual path unfolds, this is one of the side effects of re-structuring the spiritual anatomy of the light bodies, and the thyroid gland then needs to experience a cycle of so called detoxification in order to rid itself of the limiting third dimensional conditioning that it has stored within itself during the course of the individual’s lifetime. Therefore consciously committing to awakening your higher senses assists you in maintaining physical health as well.

Activating your fifth dimensional third eye will also support you during the next eight years as you shift, as you grow and awaken even further and ascend the spiral of light into the higher levels of consciousness that you are divinely planned to experience. The ability to be receptive to telepathic communication and the ability to telepathically communicate with other human beings and light beings is becoming a vital requirement in this current time of awakening. You see, it is not up to the higher beings of consciousness to descend in order to teach you and present to you what you need in order to evolve. There comes a time where human beings need to raise their vibration and meet these beings of light halfway. That time is now.

The beings of higher consciousness are descending as far as they can and now it is your turn to raise your energy to ascend in order to continue your evolution on all levels. By trusting the process of higher sensory awakening you open worlds of experience and opportunity, worlds of higher wisdom, of highly advanced knowledge that you by divine right are able to re-learn and have access to. The opportunity presented to you beloved ones is to move beyond the boundaries of third dimension, fourth dimension and step completely into fifth dimension.

So now let us assist you in making this a reality, join me now as we journey to the world of Shamballa, into the Sapphire Temples.

Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Breathe deeply all the way to the pit of your belly and as you exhale release whatever negativity or density weighs you down. Continue to breathe in this manner. With each breath in and out acknowledge that you become more relaxed and more centred and aligned with all the levels of your higher self, your higher light and higher consciousness.

Now imagine yourself standing in a magnificent garden, one of such beauty it takes your breath away. Take a look at all the magnificent creations around you. Feel the peace of this sacred place filling you and nurturing your inner child. Begin to walk along the pathway before you and ahead of you imagine magnificent golden gates, closed. As you draw nearer imagine two magnificent dragons on either side of the gate. These dragons are part of the energy system of Lady Kwan Yin and are guardians to the golden gate, which takes you into the world of Shamballa where the Temple of Sapphire Light is manifest.

Greet these Beings of Light. Ask their permission to enter through the golden gates of Shamballa and tell them why you are asking their permission. The gates will open the moment they give their consent. If these gates have opened, step through them.

You are now in the sacred gardens of Shamballa. Slowly follow the path before you and become aware of a brilliant light approaching you, as this light draws closer you will see a magnificent Archangel of Light, also known as Lord Metratron, coming toward you. Greet him and give thanks to him for coming to meet you. He turns around and begins to go in the direction he has come from, follow him.

He leads you to a magnificent Temple made of pure sapphire and the light of the sapphire shines in all directions. This light filters through your bodies, enters every cell of every organ of your body. It dissolves negative, stagnant and dense energy in your physical, emotional, mental and subtle bodies. Become aware of how you are feeling physically or emotionally and just be. Breathe the sapphire light into your body, open your arms and allow it to filter through you. Allow it to wash over you, and allow it to swirl around you.

Lord Metatron now signals for you to follow him into the Sapphire Temple. As you enter the temple give thanks that you have been welcomed into the Sacred Temple and make your way to its centre.

While you are standing in the centre of the Sapphire Temple, all your Guides, your Teachers, all of your Guardian Beings and your Healing Beings manifest and form a half circle behind you, creating a sense of support. Each of these Beings greet you by opening their heart chakra and projecting a ray of magenta light to your heart chakra. Simply imagine these rays of energy entering your heart chakra from the back, filling you up with this magnificent magenta energy.

You are now to look into the eyes of Lord Metratron. As you do so, you will see a third eye manifest in the centre of his forehead, as you do this, an eye manifests in the centre of your forehead. These eyes also make contact with one another. This creates a pyramid of energy. The upper triangle between your third eye and physical eyes represents the higher mind of Father God, and another triangle manifests from your two physical eyes down to the point of your chin, representing the higher wisdom and consciousness of the Mother Goddess.

Focus now through your third eye and imagine that you are seeing everything around you through your third eye only. Now become aware of the spiral of sapphire light manifesting between you and Lord Metatron. This spiral expands until you are fully absorbed into it. The faster it spins, the higher your energy frequencies vibrate until eventually the vibration is so high it manifests in a brilliant white light which merges with the sapphire light. As this spiral continues to spin around you and you are completely filled with and enveloped by this brilliant white and sapphire light, imagine your crown chakra opening and allowing this light to filter into it through your pituitary gland. It makes its way into your pineal gland. Allow your third eye chakra to open completely to accept this light. Imagine this light moving into your thalamus and hypothalamus glands. If you don’t know where they are don’t worry, the energy will find its way.

Now imagine this sapphire and white light moving to the centre of your brain filling your brain with this energy opens all the channels of your higher senses. Now let this white and sapphire light filter down to your neck, and open your throat chakra to accept this energy. Move it into your shoulders and down your arms into your hands and allow the chakras at the palm of your hands, and the chakras in your elbows to open and accept this energy and light. It moves down into your heart chakra, open it and accept it. It fills up your spine and moves down your back. It fills your lungs, your stomach, your intestines, in fact all the vital organs in your abdominal region. Open your solar plexus chakra and your sacral chakra to accept and fully absorb this energy and light. Move it into your hips. It fills your pelvic area, open your base chakra and absorb this energy. It makes its way down your legs, into your knees, open your knee chakras and absorb this light. Down your shins and calves into your ankles, open your ankle chakras and absorb the energy and light. Move it into your feet and open the chakras at the soles of your feet to absorb this energy and light. Then release it into Mother Earth.

Your body is now vibrating and pulsating with a sapphire and brilliant white light. You have now completely activated your Sapphire Sheath; the body of energy and the light that will nurture and maintain your fully active and open fifth dimensional third eye chakra.

Lord Metatron now extends both his hands palms open, and in the centre of his palm of each hand is brilliant sapphire crystal, one blue and one white. Focus your eyes on these crystals. Take note of which colour sapphire is on which hand, in other words through which eye you are connecting with which colour sapphire.

Lord Metatron now asks you to step closer and place your hand palm downwards on top of his and on top of the sapphire gems so that they touch your palm chakras. You are now merging with the light of Lord Metatron and your energy is being imprinted with the sapphire codings of higher wisdom and knowledge as taught by Lord Metatron within his school of higher learning. Every cell of your body vibrates with gratitude as it absorbs this light, the light of wisdom, the light of knowledge. It vibrates with the absorption of the light of inspiration, the light of insight, of clear sight and of foresight.

Now make full eye contact with Lord Metatron again and if you are giving full conscious permission to be initiated into the Sapphire Temple of Shamballa, to receive teachings of light from Lord Metatron and you are consciously willing to commit to working with the conscious development of your higher powers and all the tools embedded in your third eye, then please repeat out loud after me. Your silence will be interpreted as your will not to be initiated into the energy grids that we are currently creating.

Begin now and repeat after me:

I, and repeat your name, consciously commit to honour and accept my higher duties of light in accordance with the higher planes and plans of light as given by Lord Metatron and my soul.
I consciously commit to opening myself to healing the power of the sapphire energy, to heal and release, to dissolve and negate all negative and limiting imprints, imprinted in this lifetime and past lifetimes that have manifested as an inability due to fear, subconscious or unconscious block to fully utilising, developing and mastering my clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient powers, including my ability to communicate and receive transmissions telepathically from the highest beings of light.
I now consciously accept full initiation into the Sapphire Temples of Shamballa and the higher school of Lord Metatron.

Take three deep breaths in through your nose and exhale through your mouth and allow the vibrations that he is emitting to fill you. Feel these energies move through every fibre of your being.

I consciously request that all the Grand Masters and Teachers and the Emissaries of the greatest light and wisdom, the purest love and truth assist me in opening every area of my physical brain required to be open and fully receptive so that I may become fully clairvoyant, fully clairaudient and fully clairsentient.

Take three deep breaths in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Allow the resonance of this energy to move through you and ground itself.

· I, and your name, fully accept the responsability of consciously asking and choosing for all of my third eye abilities to become fully active.

· I commit and agree to serve God, to serve the Mother Goddess, Lady Gaia and the whole of humanity in any way required through the utilisation of my abilities.

· I acknowledge to fully honour and respect these responsibilities and at all times and in every conscious way to be an ambassador and representative of the highest and purest orders of love and wisdom, light and truth.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Lets continue:

I consciously accept, acknowledge and understand that if at anytime I consciously abuse my powers and harm anyone or anything in any way whatsoever that these powers will immediately be disabled and my third eye will resort to a third dimensional frequency.

Beloved ones take a moment now, continue looking into Lord Metatron’s eyes. Search you heart and ask yourself what exactly are you wanting to create in which ever manner you choose through the manifestation of these powers becoming an integrated part of your life on all levels.

When you have this clear in your heart verbalise out loud to Lord Metatron what exactly it is you are choosing.

Lord Metatron and all the Beings of Light who are there to support you acknowledge what you have said and in this moment the white and sapphire gems of light are fully absorbed into your palm chakras and become one with your energy systems. Lift your hands now from the hands of Lord Metatron, and draw them together in a symbol of gratitude. Touch both your centre fingers to your third eye as you bow in gratitude to Lord Metatron and give thanks.

Manifesting now within this presence is a magnificent crowned eagle representing your ability to utilise your higher powers of receptivity to see beyond all illusion; to utilise your gifts of newly found unlimited vision and to use this to help yourself and in so doing helping the rest of humanity to awaken to their same ability. Imagine this crowned eagle on the shoulder of Lord Metatron. This magnificent creature bows before you and the crown on his head stretches out to the centre of the Sapphire Temple. Imagine now the sapphire light becoming visible just above the eagles beak in what would be the place of his third eye. The sapphire ray of light connects directly with yours. This is this creatures blessing and acknowledgement, acknowledging your power, acknowledging your authentic self and honouring the path you have chosen.

Breathe deeply in through your nose filling your lungs with the sapphire energy. Repeat this twice more and on your third out breathe hundreds of sapphire and white shiny butterflies manifest, flying around you, each one bringing a blessing, gift, and a vibration of light that will assist and serve you. A gift and blessing that you will be able to extend to others. Sapphire energy brings butterfly blessings. These butterflies will remain within your sapphire sheath and as you absorb each gift and blessing, so the butterfly becomes one with your energy. This means that when you absorb it, when you have integrated it you are ready to extend it to another. You will pass the butterfly blessings onto the rest of the world until there are billions of energy butterflies filling the energy bodies of Lady Gaia, and will continue until your world becomes a body of butterfly blessings.

It is time now to give thanks to Lord Metatron once again, to give thanks to all those Beings of Light that have been present to witness your initiation and activation, give thanks to the devic presence of the sapphire family. Give thanks to your soul for making the choice to step into the fifth dimensional world of more expanded awareness and more conscious and responsible living.

Lord Metatron’s parting gift to is a magnificent white and blue sapphire gem which he places around your neck, which hangs over your heart chakra. He places the palm of his right hand over your third eye and as you breathe in you absorb your sapphire mandala of energy; your sapphire signature of higher truth.

He removes his hand and with the thumb of his right hand placed on your third eye he activates your fifth dimensional third eye chakra symbol. This is now fully active, and it will be seen and recognised by all Beings of Higher Consciousness. You will be accepted and acknowledged as a Being of Light, actively practising the higher service of light. Give thanks. Place both your hands over your heart chakra and as you draw your hands away from your heart extend a powerful ray of love in gratitude. Turn around and make your way out of the Sapphire Temple. Make your way to the golden gate of Shamballa and as you do so give thanks to the gardens of Shamballa for blessing you with their beauty and pure energy. Step through the golden gates, they will close behind you, promising you access at anytime. Give thanks to the Dragon Beings of Protection.

Begin to draw your consciousness back into your physical body. Breathe in deeply and as you breathe out acknowledge that you are grounding yourself back into your physical body. When you are ready open your eyes.

And so it is then beloved ones that we bless each one of you with the sapphire light and with butterfly blessings. We acknowledge your authentic self, it’s truth and it’s light. Trust in the many invisible arms that hold you, carry and comfort you and know that not ever are you alone for we are all one and we are with you always in all ways. May the light and love of Mother/Father God be eternally present and an abundant source of inspiration, of motivation and of healing, and may all always be well in your world.

On this incredibly auspicious day we were all a part of a fantastic anchoring of the 7 layered trigometric systems of Light which have been created by Lord Merlin and the "New Archangels" of our Galaxy who anchored their energy through the 12 Golden Pillars on the 25th of November 2006 in Johannesburg, South Africa. This system is being anchored for the Soul/Sole Divine purpose of reviving the memories of our orginal truth encoded within our DNA. The "New Archangels" will remove the veils from your Angelic DNA as part of the revival process which in itself becomes your/the 7:7:7 Universal Gateway into the Quantum world of Magic, Miracles & Manifestation resulting in a higher level of quantum energy being accessible.

Kuthumi, with the assistance of the Emmissaries of the 7th Universe conducts an advanced activation of your crown chakra & pituitary gland, speeding up the rate at which higher consciousness & light can be absorbed, integrated and consciously understood. I am Kuthumi and I come forward upon the rays of love and wisdom to greet each of you at this time and to bring onto to you the blessings of transformation, integration, balance and truth. Greetings beloved ones.

Greetings Lord Kuthumi.

And it is with great joy and pleasure in our hearts that we may gather with each of you upon this day as we hold you firmly within the heart of Christ and securely upon the hands of God.

Beloved ones, today’s gathering is one that is not only of great importance on a planetary scale, it is in fact one of great importance and celebration on a cosmic scale. This particular energetic formation has created a geometric vibration which is activating within the system of all organic life a new frequency. This frequency is magnetically attracting to itself the ability to integrate a whole new photon vibration. You are receiving into your magnetic field photon beads filled with golden light, and this in itself is the energetic call to all life within every system of light, that the new paradigm of empowerment has now emerged into the physical world.

The past nine months have been a labouring of sorts, and I’m sure some of you have wondered what on God’s green earth has been happening to you over the past nine months, and in fact you have experienced the pain of labour so to speak. Today is your anchoring of that energy. You could see it as the day of birthing the light of the golden age. There are billions of systems of light gathering around your planet as we speak. This light will remain in its position for as long as is needed to ensure that every willing soul makes their transit into the new systems of energy, which are geometric formations vibrating at very fast cycles per second, which will ensure that every single living consciousness choosing freedom be acknowledged, and be supported in making that journey.

You are also being introduced to a newly created system by Beloved Merlin. I pray he will not tell the whole bunch of you to bugger off today but we shall see. (Something Merlin likes to jokingly say to us every now & then, especially when we ask questions we know the answers to!) The system that he has created is called the Trigometric System of Light. It is a seven layered system which is being integrated into the seven chakras of your physical body. The Trigometric System consists of three new aspects of light linked to the masculine and the feminine self,, which in itself births the third element which you would know as a child. However, this is the golden child aspect of you, the part of you that has transmuted many of your childhood traumas into a new story.

Beloved ones, we ask you to be patient with us today for there is so much that we have to share with you and my favourite pastime is talking, so I trust you have a lot of time in your hands today! This is information that will serve you not only now, and in the immediate future, but for many, many years to come, for you will begin to integrate the understanding of what is in fact being brought to all of you today. Over and above integrating the seven layered Trigometric System of Light, you will also have your angelic DNA activated. This means you have all genuinely earned your wings and each of the angelic frequencies of DNA in themselves embody a winged system. We will give you more on that a little later.

Now, perhaps one of the most important aspects of today’s gathering is what will be integrated into your psychology, your physiology and your biology. Now, the neo-cortex is currently the most important system in your body that we are focusing on. It makes up 90% of your brain, if we can call it this. The neo-cortex is part of your brain that is responsible in a way for the evolution of your intelligence and human beings at this particular point have experienced the most advancement in the neo-cortex specifically. Now, the neo-cortex is made up of six levels and consists of a hundred billion cells. Each of those cells contain, between a thousand and ten thousand synapses. Synapses are connectors and contain at least a hundred million metres of wiring. Now, that in itself is truly awesome. This shows you that what you consist of is truly extraordinary. Now, all of that is contained within a very small space. You could imagine it to be contained in a space the size of and the thickness of a napkin; your dinner napkin.

Now, the neo-cortex is the one that is most affected by your current life style. The number one "enemy" if we can call it this, is the big ‘S’; Stress. Because the neo-cortex embodies the functions of your emotions and many other systems of your body, in order for you to continue evolving as an intelligent being, you need to make sure that the systems in your body responsible for that functionality is able to hold what is coming in and not only holding it but able to transmit those systems. Now, remember I said your neo-cortex consists of at least one hundred million metres of wiring, now all of that wiring is connected to the systems within your body. Your central nervous system is another vital part of the effects that you are going through right now. If the central nervous system is under stress, then everything in your body will be out of kilter. So, in a nutshell, the most important aspect of your focus in this current time line is one simple word, balance, and if you forget everything else we have said today, all you need to remember is balance.

Now, the modern life style has not only made your life to a degree less complicated with all the wonderful gadgets and systems that are now at your disposal, it has also made your life more complicated. Because of all these gadgets to save you time you are not using that time to focus on yourself, you are using that time to get busy with other things. So the busyness is increasing and less and less passive time at your disposal. If humanity’s life style continues as it is, the neo-cortex will begin to reverse in its ability to receive energy and information. This means the pituitary gland will also begin to regress. This means your entire endocrine system will shut down. Now, just think of this, your neo-cortex, your central nervous system and the pituitary gland, if just those three areas of your body shut down, your entire physiology shuts down. There will not be much time to figure out what your gadgets are going to save you time with in order to get more busy! And beloved ones this is why there is so much in this within the modern world related to stress specifically. So either you get "lazy" or you will die. Some of you are dying spiritually already. Now, I say that with humour and with lightness but there is also truth that lies behind it, behind every joke lies part of the truth, I believe!

So, this is the time to re-prioritize your life style like never before, and Lord Saturn is the overseeing body of energy to ensure that you actually do do this. Now, for those of you who do not know Lord Saturn …. good luck! (laughter) Are there any Capricorns in the room? I’m sure you are very familiar with the Saturn energy. So, let us say, Lord Saturn does not suffer fools gladly and believes that everything is a "yes", as long as it is a "yes" that he says is a "yes", and everything is a "no" as long as he says it is a "no" because, of course, he knows what’s best for you! (much laughter) Do not argue that one with him! So beloved ones, what Lord Saturn is doing is bringing to you all the new structures that will best support what you are bringing into your life right now, and all of you have chosen this because you are here today. And for anyone who hears these words in the future or reads these words in the future, this applies to all of you too. So, if anybody cares to leave, best you leave now… if not well, we will chat again in a few months time and see how the systems in your life have changed!

You have however chosen one of the most intriguing, most liberating and most awesome gifts upon this day, because every single one of you participating is now becoming a triple seven beacon of golden light. Every photon inside of you that vibrates through every cell of your body and every photon within your energy field that will be emitting this golden light, is also a frequency of energy which makes up a new magnetic field around you, and this new magnetic field will become a container that will absorb the new frequencies required to ensure that your seven layered Trigometric System of Light is held in place, that your angelic DNA is held in alignment with every other system of DNA that has been activated inside of your body, and that the neo-cortex, central nervous system and pituitary gland remain in balance. This magnetic field will also ensure that you as a conscious being is aware of and alert to those systems that cause imbalance in your life.

Today is the closing of the gateways to the Piscean paradigm. It is the day that you are stepping into the golden age in a completely new way. The reason why I say "new" is because never, ever in earth’s history, in all its cycles, has there been a group of such vast numbers, and I’m speaking of now on a planetary scale, chosen to move into a new system of light such as is taking place today. And perhaps some of you noticed that it is not only the esoteric communities that are taking advantage of the triple seven energy today, there are many other systems and we do believe there is a man who is in a position of power, Al Gore, we believe is name is, also anchoring a very important universal energy today, which is there to bring about the collective consciousness, aligning it with planetary consciousness and every system of life within the planetary consciousness. Therefore, if there ever was a day to celebrate like never before, it is today.

Beloved ones, it is time for us to begin the energy work with all of you and we ask you to just relax your body as all of the new systems of energy are activated. I will guide you through this energy system. I will tell you exactly what is happening. All you need to do is allow it.

Begin by taking a deep breath in and when you exhale relax all the muscles in your body. (pause) Continue taking deep breaths in and with each relaxation relaxing the muscles in your body. (pause) The more you relax, the more receptive you become, the more willing your body is to receive. (pause) Close your eyes if you have not already. Closing the eyes symbolises going within, paying attention to the world that exists inside of you, and benefiting from the energies that come from within in its many forms, its many languages as well. As you continue to breathe in and out, you may begin to feel the temperature increasing slightly. This is the energy that is being drawn into your body feeding every system of consciousness inside of you with new energy. I want you now to invoke the presence of your personal guides and any Master or angel of light who works with you on a regular basis. (pause) Call to your healing angel and we welcome the grand presence of Lord Merlin, we welcome the grand presence of Lord Saturn, we welcome the Divine energies of our Cosmic parents, the Father God and the Mother Goddess. (pause) I ask you to call out to all your Divine aspects that are fully mastered, and extend a light thread to every aspect of you that exists in parallel and alternate worlds so that every part of you receives the blessings of today’s energy.

Your DNA begins to vibrate at a higher frequency and in so doing extending fibres of light that connect to every single person that is genetically linked to you including your ancestors. This energy will extend to every soul who is genetically connected to you, and who is yet to come into physical incarnation. Lord Melchizedek now activates a star tetrahedron made up of 44 levels of golden light. (pause) He draws all these aspects together, your parallel and alternate aspects, your fully mastered aspects and all the genetic connections. And all of this is held within this gargantuan star tetrahedron. The star tetrahedron in itself embodies the systems of energy that ensure that light is filtered into the chakras in a harmonious fashion. It is also a geometric system that has been encoded into the nape of your neck, specifically the first four cervicals in your spine. This ensures that the area known as the ‘seat of your soul’ is kept clear and open to receive the energy from the higher Masters of Light who work with you and who work through you. (pause)

Some of you may now begin to feel the energy beginning to vibrate and some of you might be feeling a little light headed. Do not concern yourselves, just continue to breathe. (pause) Your body is now absorbing energy that it has never, ever experienced in a physical embodiment before. These are energies you are only accustomed to tapping into when you are working in your light body. Just breathe. (pause) The energy around your spine begins to expand. As it expands so your cerebral spinal fluid begins to integrate more and more information, information that is linked to the complete blueprint of the golden age that you’re now stepping into. (pause) As this information is encoded into your cerebral spinal fluid, your brain stem is fed this information through your spinal cord. (pause) Your pituitary gland begins to expand and begins absorbing this light. (pause) As it moves into the pituitary gland, it is fed all the way into the hypothalamus. (pause) This energy vibrates and moves all the way into your neo-cortex and this ribbon like structure soaks up this energy like a sponge soaking up liquid. (pause) Continue breathing. (pause)

Now, the 12 new archangels bring their presence into this space connecting with every single one of you. (pause) The energy increases. (pause) Some of your may feel your temperature now increasing in heat. Just breathe. (pause) If any of you feel your energy is dropping begin visualising the red light of the core of Mother Earth body enveloping you. (pause) Now, in the silence of your mind I ask you to repeat the following words after me:-

"I consciously accept the power and the light of what comes forward upon this day. I consciously open myself to receive the golden frequencies of photon light, and I welcome all the higher aspects of conscious intelligence, spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence, and absorb them into the very core of my being." Continue to breathe in, exhaling fully. (pause)

"I open the seven chakras of my physical body to receive the seven layered Trigometric Systems of Light as created by Lord Merlin." Breathe in deeply as this energy is now pulsated into the seven chakras of your body. (pause)

As this energy comes into your body the Grand Masters of the Great Brotherhood of Light and the Sisterhood of Light gather around this property and begin activating 222 golden ascension spirals. (pause) Each of these ascension spirals will be absorbed into your DNA linked to your 22 Sirian chakras, and will connect the seven layered Trigometric Systems of Light to every functionality on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level within your body system. (pause) As these 222 golden spirals of ascension increase in frequency, each one of you receive an accelerated healing and alignment, and this also initiates the activation of this new sacred site. This is a blessing from the Great White Brotherhood and the Great White Sisterhood of Light making this physical geographic location one of their sacred sanctuaries, where the light they carry will be anchored, where individuals can come to receive communication and reminders of the power that exists within balance. Each of you are light particles within this sacred activation point, each of you absorbing a golden ascension spiral which has been activated within the power centre of your solar plexus. This draws energy from the core of Mother Earth, up into your base chakra, up into your sacral chakra and into your solar plexus. (pause)

This particular sacred site will bring healing vibrations for these three lower chakras ensuring that the conscious systems required to maintain balance are received and understood by all willing souls, souls willing to free themselves of the prison of your busy modern life style, to free yourself from the illusionary free world, and to step fully into your piece of heaven on earth, the golden age of empowerment. Beloved ones, continue breathing deeply and exhaling fully. (pause)

The 12 archangels now move into this group standing amongst each of you and their wings begin to emit a vibration. (pause) Your body is responding to it for it recognises this vibration, the vibration of your own wings unfolding…a sound that you are so familiar with, the sound of the freedom of flight. (pause) As the vibration of their wings create this frequency in the ethers around you, so your angelic DNA begins to unfold like wings unfolding, like a new bud opening to greet the son (pause), and imagine all these angelic chakras that is linked within your DNA, opening, all these wings inside of you activating. (pause) Each angelic chakra embodies a system of information, knowledge and wisdom, and it is delivering to you today your memory of that knowledge, of that information and that wisdom, because in truth beloved ones, all of you have already ascended, in truth there is no journey to attain ascension. You are there already. All that is happening is that you are remembering that you are already an Ascended Master Being of Light. Breathe this knowing into your body. (pause)

For a moment indulge in the fantasy of being an Ascended Master as you perceive an Ascended Master to be. (pause) When you entertain this image, the cellular memory in your body is revived and a recalibration takes place inside of you which brings additional energy to your central nervous system and strengthens it. (pause) And a rush of energy runs into your pituitary gland, and that rush of energy filters into your endocrine system and your entire physiology becomes energised with the knowledge that you are truly an immortal being with the power to choose life in a physical or energetic system. (pause) Now, in your mind as this energy is moving into your body, continue to repeat:-

"I remember my skills as an Ascended Master. I acknowledge I am already a fully enlightened Master Being, and I am remembering this now and will continue to remember every day in every aspect of my life until I am once again fully conscious of who I am, not as a human being but as an interconnected being of knowledge, light, love and wisdom."

Continue repeating in your mind:-

"I remember I am a fully empowered Master Being. I remember my Almighty I Am Presence, for I Am the Almighty I Am Presence."

Breathe this in. (pause) Imagine it stirring to life in your body. (pause) If you cannot feel anything, it doesn’t matter, simply imagine it. Imagine every cell in your body experiencing that illuminating moment. (pause) Imagine every single cell in your body experiencing an individual epiphany of remembrance and each illuminating moment becomes a golden moment, that moment of remembering. (pause)

Now Lord Merlin makes his way to stand right in front of you, so close that you could feel the heat of his energy right against your body, and he expands what you perceive as being the seven chakras of a physical body on his body, and each of those seven chakras connecting with yours. A sacred mergence is taking place and each of these mergences with the chakras begin to create within themselves a Divine Sacred spiral uniting as one, and in this mergence Lord Merlin begins to emit into you the full extent of the power of your seven layered Trigometric System and begins to pump into your chakras the knowledge, the wisdom, the insights and light that lie within your masculine and your feminine self which creates the body of your golden child. Breathe this in exhaling fully. (pause) We notice some of you your energy, your temperature is dropping, this is because your physiology in going into a kind of shock because this is energy you are not used to. Just breathe and everything will be fine, I promise. (pause) Now imagine each of the seven chakras of your body holding what appears like a golden foetus within a golden amniotic sac, and our Divine Cosmic parents connecting to the umbilical cord and it is their consciousness that creates the placenta, and it is their energy that is the food for this foetus.

Beloved ones, from this day forth, you will experience an incredible remembrance, and nine months from this day you will experience the birth of your golden child. In other words, the inner child that steps into being as a whole healed body of consciousness at one with you. During these nine months every aspect of arrested development that has impeded your movement forward will be transmuted through your conscious effort, through your conscious choice and desire to be free of the illusionary free world that you have come to accept as the western way of living. During these nine months you will learn more about yourself than you have in the past ten years. You will reclaim aspects of your power that you have denied for lifetimes, for it is this power that shall disempower every system and every body of consciousness that has ruled the world in the Piscean way. In you reclaiming your power and standing within the true free world, in the world of empowerment, you will all dismantle every system of the false use of power, in other words abuse of power.

Beloved ones, this is the beginning of a new race so to speak, a new race of beings and you are that race. You are now mutating from a system of disempowered humans into a system of empowered beings consciously experiencing a human system of life. What you have welcomed into your life today through receiving Lord Merlin’s Trigometric System of Light will guarantee you the end of the old. You have chosen the direction of your future. This is the time where those who have been sitting on the fence must choose, and for the next nine months this will be the focus. All of humanity will be presented with this opportunity for this is how balance will come into being.

Take another deep breathe in and as you exhale Lord Merlin begins to activate the seven layered Trigometric System of Light in the form of violet flames in all your chakras (pause), and he now places an amethyst crystal ball inside of your crown chakra which immediately becomes illuminated from its core and expands the energy of your crown, and it expands and expands. (pause) This expansion is symbolic of its choice to receive the blessings and intelligence of your cosmos, the cosmos that exists within you and the cosmos that exists outside of you.

The 12 archangels make their way to each of you and begin scribing sacred symbols over your crown chakra. (pause) These sacred symbols are connected to your angelic DNA which creates a system of communication from your inner worlds to the angelic kingdoms as well as the archangelic kingdoms. This is creating a new way of communication from the inside out. However this system of communication is a conscious one and it is through the chakras that you will learn the enormous power that exists within magic, miracles and manifestation, for your angelic DNA, your angelic chakras and the seven layered Trigometric System of Light is your individual portal to the 7th universe, to the emissaries of the 7th universe of which each of you are becoming, where you will experience the vastness of the cosmic quantum consciousness, the universal quantum consciousness and the power that exists within the quantum dimensions that inspire you and direct you within this new way of living as an empowered being of master intelligence. Now breathe that into yourselves. (pause) Every time you breathe it in you are saying yes to it, you are accepting it and as you say yes to this and accept it, the Great White Brotherhood of the Light, the Great White Sisterhood of the Light begin chanting sounds of empowerment, and these sounds of empowerment create vibrations that are absorbed into the pores of your skin and every breath draws it all the way into the very core of your being, and you become a sacred body of golden consciousness. (pause) The more you say yes the easier it is to surrender. Just receive. (pause) The container that you are now begins to become a vessel through which this energy, this information and symbolic frequency is channelled. (pause)

Every single one of you here and now is receiving a raised level of information and a raised level of energy, taking your personal unique channelling ability to a higher level moving all of your connections to your ability to channel out of the paradigm of Piscean awareness and consciousness and into the paradigms of golden light. (pause) All of you are channels and you will find that over the next nine months you discover the power that lies inside of you as this channel. You’ll become consciously aware of your Divine gift and that the time is upon you to use it now like never before. For those of you who have feared the power of your channelling abilities regardless of its nature or how it will be done, you will be held within a golden star tetrahedron where Lord Melchizedek, Lord Merlin and Lord Saturn as well as I Lord Kuthumi, will stand over you for the next 17 days and nights where you will undergo the most advanced and most accelerated clearance of past paradigm shock, trauma and fear related to fully anchoring and empowering yourself as a Divine channel for the cosmic energies, for it is these cosmic energies working through you that will ensure that mass consciousness chooses the golden paradigm of complete and total self empowerment, and empowerment in all its forms. Your time has come beloved ones, your time to shine is now upon you like never before. This means you only have 17 days left to use your excuses and then no more. You are ready for this, I know and I know this because you are here today.

You will experience the removal, the transformation and transmutation of those fear paradigms inside your body. You will experience it physically by what you fear inside of you being reflected as fears in your physical world moving away, doors opening, paradigms literally opening to welcome you into that new way of being. I cannot explain to you how extraordinary and exquisite this time is. All I can do is show you, and the only way I can show you is by you being willing to allow it, to say yes to it and to have full confidence in yourself, to trust you implicitly and to accept and fully embrace that you are One with our Cosmic parents, you are that golden foetus that the Cosmic parents are now nurturing, and in nine months time you are that golden child that shall emerge.

The physical world you are in will undergo that change as well. This is the most important time of preparation for in December 2008, the so called, what I like to call the second wave of ascension, will take place and this is where all of you will take your position as an empowered vessel where every single one of you will be contributing to laying the final phase for what will be the final golden age making itself anchored within a conscious system of evolution. All of you will be channelling, in other words creating, and co-creating what will be life post December 2012, for there is nothing written for that time, there is very little in the form of prophesies for that time simply because you are the prophets, you are the master manifestors of the magic and miracles that will be your life and life in general post 2012, and this life does not have to wait until post 2012 to come into being, it will be now if you say yes to it.

So beloved ones Lord Merlin is now ready to bring you the next level of energy which will expand your crown chakra. Use your imagination to absorb that light into your body and with every filament of light you absorb into your body it is being channelled through you and absorbed by Mother Earth’s body so that every chakra in her body responds to this light. (pause) Take a deep breathe in now and as you exhale the seven layered Trigometric System of Light is now fed into Mother Earth’s body and this is anchored in every chakra of her body all over the planet. (pause) Every breath you take oxygenates the violet flames of the Trigometric System. (pause) Every breath you take oxygenates the flames within Mother Earth’s body so all life is blessed with this gift. (pause) Now your body needs some time to absorb these energies. Lord Merlin will oversee this recalibration as I continue to speak with you. Keep your eyes closed and just focus on oxygenating your body. (pause)

Beloved ones, the balance you will now see is in truth the most important aspect of your conscious focus. Balance in your life style specifically. This is the time when east and west are being fully fused, for the meeting of east and west is where true balance meets and unites. You are being weaned from the habit of relying on gadgets, gadgets that do not free you to balance your life style, that create more time for you to get busy. However, you do have the opportunity to utilise the modern systems of technology to truly give you time for retreat. I have said before that rest time, retreat time is vital. When you retreat you are treating yourself in any way or form that is needed. You repeat the retreat because you need to continue to re-treating yourself. A minimum of two days a month, two full days and two full nights, the ideal would be four for then you are nurturing and supporting the four lower bodies, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Without you taking that time out to retreat, your body will become toxic from stress again and you will fall out of balance and find yourself being spun around, feeling unfocused and ill because the stress depletes the neo-cortex, it depletes the pineal gland and the central nervous system which means your entire physiology is depleted, and then you are unable to function which will result in illness and disease.

Everything in life and around you is changing beloved ones. All the organisations that demanded specific behaviour from you, organisations that have set laws in place that are not in alignment with cosmic, universal and galactic truth will unravel, and it is you who is bringing in those truths by listening to that voice within, listening to all the frequencies of communication taking place that manifests from within, and even though it comes from within it can catch your attention in the external world through symbolism, through sound, through sight, through taste and through smell, so use all your senses.

Marriages and a number of relationships are disintegrating at the speed of light, the reason being that, that was the most distorted institution that was created. The laws do not support the greater good of the individual. Marriage as you know it was based on the Piscean paradigm of control, of limitation and imprisonment. The new way of relating is fully active now and all of humanity is learning about these systems. So many people have been left broken as a result of guilt, as a result of the pain of perceived betrayal, abandonment and trauma. These experiences happened because people are separate from themselves, people have believed there must be another in their life to complete them, to validate their self-esteem, their self-worth and therefore must become their possession, must deny their natural instincts to love more than one and look only to one. This does not mean that you can never be faithful to only one. What is does mean is that the distortions around that has caused severe damage, so that when a human is attracted to love another, yet by human law has been bound to one person, the guilt and the trauma that manifests as a result is what is so destructive. It is within the human power to love every single human being on the planet. It is within your power and you are not just you, there are many aspects of you out there and you are going to be attracted to those aspects and you are going to want to physically unite with some of those aspects at times, however the emotional maturity of humanity is not at the level yet to understand that monogamy is not the only way to live, that is does not mean that they are unworthy of a persons’ love if that person is inspired to love another, and another, and another simultaneously. This is going to be the greatest challenge for humanity right now, to see that love cannot be stifled by a few vows made in front of another mortal man.

Now, I need to elaborate a bit more on this because this is part of the balance system and it is an important question that is within the minds and hearts of millions of people on your planet at this time. When you meet and fall in love with someone you are at a particular period in your evolution. Every five years your entire system undergoes a change especially on a mental and emotional level. Spiritually changes are happening all the time. If the couple do not undergo the mutual rearrangement of their life style, their attitudes, their belief systems and their perceptions to facilitate and accommodate that change, conflict becomes the nature of their relationship and that dynamic causes more and more damage. It was never taken into consideration that souls may choose to complete a contract with one another which may last a few weeks, a few months, a few years, sometimes a life time. That was never considered which is why we say the old paradigm institution of marriage does not support the greater good of the individual, because there have been laws set in place that should you choose to walk away from your commitment, you will burn in hell because you made a commitment to God to love and obey, through thick and thin, through sickness and health, for richer or for poorer even if he beats the crap out of you, yes! Sometimes she does too, we have witnessed that.

Beloved ones, this is the time for you to think and feel for yourself. Does it make sense to make a vow to a person today that you will spend the rest of your life with them when you don’t even know what is going to happen in your life tomorrow? You can make a commitment to that person to remain with them as long as you both choose, that is completely different and this is where balance will be brought into being. The reason why I say this is because individuals will become and are becoming more empowered in their inner sense of power. You are learning that your happiness does not depend on anyone else but you. You are remembering that everything begins and ends with you, therefore whether you have a partner or not should not determine whether you are happy or not. So think about this and this will filter into many other areas of life, for this is one of the greatest steps in understanding why you are in the relationships you are in, not just relationships with a life partner, all relationships. Is it co-dependent? What need is it feeding for both of you? Is it abusive either emotionally, mentally, verbally, physically, energetically? As I said, this is your time to think and feel for yourself. When you go within and get that answer for yourself, you will be able to make the changes that need to be made and it is in this particular arena that Lord Saturn will be guiding you.

So, beloved ones, some of you are not oxygenating in your body properly. We can see the energies are becoming unbalanced. Breathe in deeply exhaling fully. (pause) Now take your attention back to focus on Lord Merlin. (pause) While you are focusing on this, if you are ready and willing set the intention in your heart that every area of your life that is out of balance be revealed to you consciously, under grace, in perfect, harmonious and miraculous ways. (pause) Ask that you be guided, supported and directed consciously with regards to what action needs to be taken to bring balance into all areas of your life, under grace, in perfect, harmonious and miraculous ways. (pause) Ask Lord Saturn to reveal to you the structures that imprison you and to facilitate the removal thereof under grace, in perfect, harmonious and miraculous ways. (pause) Now, inside your heart I want you to repeat 22 times the affirmation "Balance is my choice". (pause)

Call upon the element of fire. (pause) Imagine the flames all around you and these flames burning through the veils of illusion, all the illusions that keep you in any state of imbalance. (pause) I want you now to imagine Lord Saturn coming to stand behind you. You can feel the heat of his energy against your back. (pause) Very gently he places the palm of his right hand over your neck area and the chakra of his right hand opens up and a powerful surge of energy comes through filling your brain, moving up and down your spine. (pause) Your skeletal system is the structure of your body. This energy moves into your anatomy, the structures of your body, the structures that are reflected in your life which impact on your anatomy. Lord Merlin is feeding the functionality of your body, your physiology, so Lord Saturn and Lord Merlin create this powerful body of energy around you supporting your anatomy and your physiology, and your structures and your functionality, which will bring about every change needed now and during the next nine months to ensure that your transition is completed, that all Piscean paradigm residue is transmuted freeing you to be a human being on earth as you are in heaven.

Now, being a human being on earth as you are in heaven does not mean you are to behave in a saintly fashion, for that would be denying you your truth. Being a human being on earth as you are in heaven means following your truth, living spontaneously, honouring what you believe to be true, in other words doing whatever you deem the best in the moment, honouring your life and that of all others. Being a human being on earth as you are in heaven means you will laugh at life, you will embrace all your idiosyncrasies. You will allow yourself to be silly, to be childlike, to be serious if needed, allowing yourself to laugh, to cry, to cry and to laugh and to never sit in judgement of yourself or another, to own your life as your creation, to play with it accordingly, recreating it, adding, subtracting, refurbishing, renovating just like you would a home. By acknowledging your life as your Divine creation you have the power to alter it at any time you choose. When you sit in blame of another contributing to your creation or interfering with your creation, you disempower yourself, you inhibit your ability to change that creation, you inhibit your ability to choose balance.

Take a deep breath in now as Lord Saturn places the palm of his left hand at the base of your spine activating another powerful surge of energy into your base chakra which moves into the earth and up your spine simultaneously, and this now grounds you fully on earth as you are in heaven. (pause) Those of you who fear being on earth, we draw your energy through the energies of Lord Saturn to anchor you, for you cannot create in the physical world if you are not grounded in the physical world. You cannot draw from heaven what you need on earth if you are not grounded to the earth. Your base chakra is your earth element, your earthing element, and in order for you to create the life you desire and you deserve, you need to function in the physical world, you need to be on earth, you need to be here and conscious, you need to participate in life. By doing this you are fully empowered to create absolutely everything you need and never to go a day of deprivation. When you are finding yourself experiencing lack, if you find yourself not experiencing the flow of life be it financial or otherwise, then you are ungrounded. Root yourself back to the earth and command that all that is yours by Divine right come to you for there are equal amounts for every single human being on the planet. There is absolutely no limitation in the world of Spirit.

Now, open you entire system to receive the infinite abundance of Source, for this is the energy of magic, miracles and manifestation. This is the power of the quantum cosmos and it is yours to tap into, it is yours to take from for it is in a continual state of replacement. (pause) Now filter this infinite Source and its abundance systems of absolutely every creation to fill into every area of your life, (pause) and now I Kuthumi, weave a new transmitting energy between your base chakra and your crown chakra, one that shall be superimposed over you connecting to Mother Earth and to the Cosmos. (pause) So it is that upon this day you have received what you have asked for. Every prayer that you emit is heard, every intention you set is acknowledged, every request fulfilled. It is your fear or limitation that prevents you from receiving and hearing therefore by living a balanced physical life, which includes emotional balance, mental balance and spiritual balance. You will receive everything your soul desires and requires to ensure a fulfilling human life, to live your life comfortably, to have all your physical needs and material needs as met, and in that space you will continue to master what you need to on an emotional, mental and spiritual level. You were never meant to be distracted by physical lack or loss, so you can create a comfortable physical environment so that you can focus your attention on mastering what you have chosen to master on emotional, mental and spiritual levels which will automatically become a part of your physical reality. You will now go forth as leaders of the new world assisting those who still do not understand the workings of the new ways. You will guide them, you will teach them. You will do this by doing it for yourself; leading by example.

Lord Merlin and Lord Saturns energies now combine like the spiral of the double helix strand of DNA. (pause) Six of these double helixes now manifest inside of you, three symbolising Lord Merlin’s energy, three symbolising Lord Saturn’s energy and these powers will work together. (pause) While you are standing in this powerful system of energy, we ask you to ask yourself some very important questions, questions that will help you determine which structures in your life are working for you or not, and the very first question is ‘Am I happy?’ (pause) Where ever there is a no, ask yourself ‘what am I unhappy about?’ (pause) What ever it is that you are unhappy about is a structure that no longer serves you, one that is not working for you, and this means because you are conscious of it you are now in a position to take action, to change it and with these systems of energy in place you will be supported to change it. The energy of Lord Saturn is there, committed to you, and his commitment and promise to you is to ensure that you will not fall into the illusion of any excuse that will convince you that you have to stay in the discomfort of a comfort zone that lives in the world of imbalance.

Lord Saturn and Lord Merlin will show you the way out of those systems. You must however be willing to step out of denial, to take action and to believe, to trust that you are stepping into truth, into balance and into that which will nurture your life, a life you will flourish in. These are very simple question you can ask yourself daily which will reveal to you the structures no longer serving you, and if you find yourself having difficulty breaking out of those structures, then ask yourself "What fear is this false structure feeding? What illusionary belief system is this structure keeping in place?" In other words, what are you getting out of it? Many times humans will rather feel pain on a continual basis to remind themselves that they are alive rather than risk the fear of breaking out of the old way, should we say risk loosing that fear because it is what helps them feel alive. That fear has become an identity. So we trust enough that you know beyond any shadow of doubt what area of your life will undergo change, which structures will be dismantled, and knowing in your heart that it is ok for this to happen because you are being taken to a place that nurtures you, a place that reflects your truth, a place that is in fact your free world.

So beloved ones, our Cosmic Parents now begin to shower blessings upon you. These blessings are absorbed into the structure of your body physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, absorbed into the magnetic frequency of your energy field. (pause) Lord Saturn and Lord Merlin will remain connected to you in this manner for the next seventeen day and seventeen nights. Our collective energy and the collective body of energy that has been created today with the Archangels, the Great White Brotherhood and Sisterhood and every other being of light whom you are connected to will hold you for the next nine months ensuring that the golden child is born fully conscious of its master status. Embrace this very empowering time of getting to know yourself better and discovering the truths about life.

It is time now to give thanks for all that you have received. Feel your body becoming fluid and merging with all these energies, and this fluidity flows through every aspect of your life on every single level of its existence as well as your parallel and alternate realities. Everything and everyone connected to you energetically and genetically will undergo very similar changes and this is another way you will bear the light and walk as a leader making way for those to follow.

Give thanks to yourself for choosing this role. (pause) Give thanks for every single opportunity you have had in your life time to recognise your power. Sometimes that has come through the choice that you made to be born into an abusive relationship with your parents. Their abuse has revealed to you what your strength is. Resilience perhaps is one of them. The strength to know what you want regardless of what everyone else is telling you. Their ignorance has given you the gift to seek truth and in so doing you have found it. Every obstacle, every limitation, every pain, every hurt, every betrayal, every trauma has given you the gift to know more about yourself and about life, to recognise your strengths. Think about it, if some of those things did not happen, would you be where you are now? Would you know what you know about yourself now? So instead of wallowing in self pity, instead of crying the "woe is me" tune,drop the little chip on the shoulder and celebrate those abusive parents, rejoice the abusive partners for they gave you the greatest gifts of you life time. They showed you how strong you can be, how strong you are. They helped you tap into your power and your potential. So this is the time to write a new story, the story of the gifts that came from your woeful life, from the sorry state that you have been in for however many years, for that beloved ones becomes your key to freedom, your key to the cosmos because no past experience has any power over you to prevent you from moving forward, and in giving thanks for the gifts you have received, you are free. So take time to write a new story, the story of your life as you choose it to be.

Take another deep breath in. As you exhale just release any tension in your body and now allow the triple 7 energies to fully be integrated into every system of your body physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually and acknowledge that you are a Divine portal to the cosmic quantum world of magic, miracles and manifestation. (pause) Acknowledge that you are a Divine channel and an Almighty co-creator. (pause) Now, take a minute to bless the Earth just as you have been blessed. (pause) Visualise these blessings reverberating out all around you to bless every human being on the planet just like you have been blessed today and extend these blessings to every living form of life in existence. (pause) Give thanks to every single one of your fellow brothers and sisters who have chosen to walk the path of liberation. (pause) Honour every one you know and don’t know who has chosen to step out of victim consciousness and choose empowerment. (pause) Give thanks to every light worker on the planet who has chosen to stand together making days such as today possible and the extraordinary blessings and gifts that they are. (pause)

And now for some of you this might be a reluctant thank you, but thank yourself for choosing to incarnate as a human being on earth at this time because if you did not beloved ones what was happening today may not have happened. You agreed to work towards this and you honoured that agreement and for that, we thank you which is why we also stand by ever so closely ensuring that you are not ever alone, reminding you how deeply you are loved and that there are always invisible arms carrying you and comforting you. There are many rewards so to speak, for your effort coming your way, the blessings for your "40 years in the desert" so to speak.

Beloved ones, may you wallow in the power of light, may you be blinded to the darkness by the light that comes to you, may you express tears of joy knowing that the light you have chosen is a Divine one and it is one with purpose and always has been, and that it is now time for you to get into the program of your life and live it to its fullest.

Begin drawing your consciousness back into the physical body ensuring that you ground yourself fully into your physical body.

As this is happening we ask you to place the palm of your left hand over your base chakra and the palm of your right hand over your crown chakra and to bless these chakras with whatever you choose and to acknowledge as above so below. Acknowledge that you choose to live your life on earth as it is in heaven, base and crown. (pause) Now move the palm of your left hand to your sacral and the palm of your right hand to your 3rd eye, and bless these chakras acknowledging that you choose to be receptive and to co-create through the inner vision and inspiration that comes from within, and through your inner vision you can trust therefore surrendering to the flow of life. (pause) Move the palm of your left hand to your solar plexus and that of your right hand to your throat blessing these chakras in which ever way you choose, acknowledging that your voice is your power, that you are an empowered powerful being with the right to voice your truth, the right to speak that truth and to be heard, that the power of your voice is one that can heal, one that can set you free and a tool of power that will never be used to harm another or to abuse in any way what so ever. (pause) Finally move both of your hands to your heart chakra blessing this chakra with what ever it is you choose and in so doing acknowledging that you are capable of loving every single human on the planet, every single organism of life in existence. Acknowledge that in fact the entirety of your make up is love and being denied love or being prohibited to love is not the norm, it is your divine nature to respond and to love, it is your divine nature to open and receive love. So it is and so it shall always be.(pause)

Now wrap your arms around yourself and love yourself. As you hold yourself in the presence of love so we hold you, we hold all life. Again we thank you.

Destiny and Density

Life is the vehicle through which our soul assists us in completing our healing work. Through this process we experience life as destiny until we can find a higher path for our energetic expression. The path of density is within the third dimension so its initial presentation will be in the energy of fear because that is the foundation of the third dimension. So is it any wonder that the words destiny and density are so similar?

When an energy is dense it vibrates at a low frequency, it is heavy, feels thick, is hard to move through it and it is sticky. This is why we say we feel ‘stuck’ when we have a problem that we can’t seem to resolve. We are within an aspect of our destiny whose energy is low and without the knowledge that a higher vibration is required to move us through it, we can stay stuck for a long time. Our destiny has moved us into density and is waiting for us to shift into a higher gear.

If your car has ever been stuck in mud or snow, you know that trying to get out by pushing the gas pedal just spins the wheels. Something needs to go between the wheels and the ground in order to get the car ‘unstuck’. That’s the same way we get through density, something needs to come between us and our destiny in order to move forward. Now that we know this, what do we do? What can we put between us and the density of our destiny to shift the course of our path?

Destiny is our soul’s healing call and our status is either stuck in density or free of it. When we’re stuck we try to move and spin our wheels because we have to work smarter, not harder. We can’t push our way out of the destiny path and we know that because it’s the first thing we try. But there is a fast way out of density (and destiny) and that is by using our light and inner resources to shift our energy. Then we can literally fly out of our destiny path and into a more fulfilling, higher vibration. The question to ask is “what do I want instead of this” and that opens the door to new possibilities that will move us out of density and destiny and onto the path of creation.

Are We Making a Difference?

One of my Facebook friends posted a comment that asked whether we could know if we were making a difference. I replied that we can’t know what kind of difference we are making, if any at all, because the desire to make a difference and confirmation that it is happening are not simultaneous. We have to set our intention to be the difference we wish to see in the world, allow our efforts to support that intention and move forward, whether we see results or not.

If we want to create peace in the world, which most of us do, and we work hard to accomplish that, why isn’t it working? We hear about violence and discord every day. Change is happening but the results come slowly. As the saying goes, “it takes time to stop a train”, and the faster the train is moving, the longer it takes to stop it. If we set our intention for making a difference, get confirmation that it is not happening and then stop, discouraged by our lack of results, we have to look at our expectations and the level of commitment we have to our cause.

Making a difference in the world starts with each of us in our own personal lives. We can’t look at others to gauge our success because then we have the ego involved. What are we doing in our own lives? If we want peace in the world, are we peaceful within ourselves and with the people in our lives? If we want a more loving world, are we loving to ourselves and those around us? It is impossible to ask the world to be at an energetic level that’s higher than ours and we will be aware of what resonates with our own vibration. If our attention is drawn to discord and non-loving people, we need to look within for the solution.

We make a difference every day, by being in integrity, loving, kind and thoughtful to ourselves and to others. We enable great shifts in consciousness by keeping our thoughts in alignment with the peace, joy and love we want for ourselves. And we make a difference every time we set our intention to make a difference because that, by itself, creates an energetic opening that allows more light to shine on the world. So don’t ask whether you are making a difference; instead, ask what kind of difference you want to make and then do it in your life and you will do it for the world.

Uriel’s Message – Live Where You Are

The presence of your physical body in each moment is in perfect alignment with your healing path, the destiny you have created for your life, the soul intention for this lifetime, your karmic history and life purpose. Within each moment there is a specific energetic vibration you resonate with and it is in harmony with your place in the world. This is where you live; it is your experience of life, where the path you are on meets the journey that is your lifetime and when you are not fully in your life in this moment and place, you are not living.

As your awareness of alternate paths, dimensions, realities and even universes is awakened, you have opportunities to experience many different life paths. This is a shift that can happen within a moment but you cannot live with the expectation that this can and will happen, denying yourself the joy and peace you believe is available to you at higher dimensions or vibrations. There is joy and peace at every level of awareness and if your awareness is in a different time or place, you are no longer grounded in your self, your life, your experiences and your path.

Within each moment is a perfect experience that holds the answer to every question, the completion of every lesson, the fulfillment of each dream. If you long for the future while cursing the life you have in the present moment you are not in touch with your power. While you may feel powerless in a situation, the power you need is there for you but you are not connected to it because you feel it is somewhere else. A situation does not rob your of your power; you give your power away to the people, circumstances, situations and events that make you feel powerless. To reclaim your life and begin living again you must reclaim your power and live where you are in each moment.

The purpose of your life is to remember who you are and that is part of each moment. Your divinity, soul essence and light are always part of you, no matter what circumstances you are facing. Each moment is a powerful one, if you live where you are. Remember that life is occurring within and all around you in each moment. Your life is not in the future, some other dimension or at a different vibration. It is happening as you created it, in the right place and at the right time. Anything can be transformed when you remember to step forward from the place where live, which is where you are right now and set your intention for each thing you wish for in this moment, which helps create it in the next.

Shifting the Female Energy

Last week we discussed how young Indigo men are shifting the male energy through their relationships with their fathers. This week I was going to write about how young Indigo women are helping with that process and I realized that their role is much more complicated than shifting the energies because there are some of dynamics within these relationships that have to be considered, that include both parents, individually and together. Indigo women have to learn about their own power and manage the power and emotion dynamics of their relationships with their fathers and mothers.

Overall, Indigo children have a good or bad relationship with one or both parents. Young men tend to be close to their mothers and distant from their fathers (which has more to do with the father than the son). Young women tend to be close to their fathers and have an adversarial relationship with the mother, or they can be the acting adult in the family and have challenges or be disconnected from both parents. They are here to shift two aspects of the female energy, the dominated, fearful female and the warrior, dominating female. Both energies are ancient aspects that are ready to change, but it is not easy, which is why it takes an Indigo to start the process.

The dominated female energy is needy, afraid and controlling in a manipulative way. The warrior, dominating female is aggressive, afraid of being controlled and controls through force. Both are afraid of power and resist powerful people. Older Indigo women had mothers who exhibited these energies and they were often distant from their mothers, who they could not connect to and their mothers could not connect to them. This was the starting point for the next generation of Indigo women.

Younger Indigo women, many of whom have had the benefit of being raised by Indigo mothers, have the task of shifting the female energy to where it can be comfortable with power, teaching others to use their power in beneficial ways and shifting anger, fear, neediness, aggression and control into higher vibrations. They’re up to the task, even if it does seem an impossible one at times. Their best course of action is to lead through their power with compassion, demonstrating their fearlessness through love and using forgiveness to open the door to understanding. They may or may not get the results they want but all they can do is set an example and allow others to follow at their own pace.

The Akashic Records On: Physical Beauty

Why do societies and individuals measure beauty according to conventional standards that not everyone fits? How can we move away from societal pressures and find a way for everyone to be proud of their physical features and find self-love just the way they are?

The key to this question is in your relationship with yourselves. This is actually the key to everything. This is the key to Enlightenment and this is the key to being able to access your Akashic Records. You are being called to revise your relationship with yourselves. You are being called to reclaim a way of seeing the world that is based on loving yourself rather than looking at yourself from an imagined outside perspective and assessing yourself in externally.

The way that your relationship to physical beauty has evolved, especially in parts of the western world but, really this exists at some level in all of society is based on self-consciousness. And self-consciousness is something that develops naturally in the course of childhood development. A natural part of a child's psychological development includes a time when they cannot conceive of another person's perspective. Children, before they reach the age of self-consciousness, they see the world from their own eyes. It does not yet occur to them that other people see things differently than they do because it does not fully occur to then that other people are entirely separate from them.

As children grow, evolve and eventually recognize the separation that exists between themselves and others, at least in the human form, then at some point along the way it occurs to a child that other people have a different perspective than they do. That plants the seed of self-consciousness and what happens after that is at some point along the way, as long as a child is developing in a healthy way, it occurs to the child that other people can see them -- that a person standing in the same room can look at this child and see them in a way that the child had never thought of before. It occurs to the child that they are being watched. This is a useful and healthy part of childhood development, but with societal messages that include much criticism, judgment and societal standards for how you should look, how you should act, or how you should feel -- that externalized point of view becomes an incarnation of societal criticism.

As a child considers the point of view of others, she takes all the societal criticism she has encountered and she sees it in the perspective she imagines another person to have. For instance, if a child has been told that in order to be good she must be quiet, and then when that child develops self-consciousness and realizes another person is watching her, she imagines that other person is judging her according to how quiet she is and therefore how good she is. It is not inherently true that a good child is a quiet child, and it is not always true that any given person is judging that child. But, the child takes those messages and puts them together and develops an imagined external perspective. That imagined external perspective, what she imagines other people see in her, becomes a way by which that child disciplines herself. All the messages she has encountered that tell her what she should be become a feeling she has that someone is always watching her and judging her. Therefore, the child starts to feel as if her goodness depends on how others might see and think about her. This is how you begin to lose your sense of self and get lost in seeking external validation for your beauty and for your own knowing.

As you find yourselves as adults feeling beholden to looking a certain way according to societal standards, you have gotten so lost in that externalized perspective that it is difficult for you to come to that place of inner love. There are too many leaps to take in order to come back home to yourself that you cannot really find your way. Be gentle with yourself here. This externalized perspective, this self-consciousness, is very carefully choreographed by different societies in order to make citizens behave in certain ways. You are not dealing with a simple thing here, you are dealing with a mechanism that has been in place in societies throughout the world for hundreds, if not thousands, of generations to make you feel bad and behave accordingly.

It is no small feat to come up against this inside your mind and heart, and yet the answer remains relatively simple. You must begin to see the world from your own eyes and stop imagining how the world sees you. One step toward doing that is to begin to train your mind to think differently about every situation you walk into. You might need to start with doing this once a day and eventually you will do it all the time. The way to start is to plan one event you will be attending – a class, a meeting, lunch with a friend –anything. Plan one event where you will practice this. Decide in advance so you can be prepared for it. When you arrive at that event, before you walk in, decide that every time you wonder how people see you or every time it occurs to you that everyone is looking at you, you are going to take a breath, try to ignore that thought and immediately focus on what you are seeing. You are going to ask yourself the question, "What do I see now? What am I noticing now?” Look around and see everything from your own perspective. Do not let your mind be occupied by what you imagine others see. Keep asking yourself, "What do I see? What is my friend wearing? What are the colors in the room? Is it hot or is it cold? Do people look happy or sad?" Just keep asking yourself every question you can think of in order to keep looking at the events around you from your own perspective.

This is the way you begin to train your mind, slowly but surely, to not get so lost in the imagined perspective -- the things you imagine other people are seeing or thinking about you. Once you have mastered this to some degree, then you can start to do it more often throughout the course of your day. Eventually, as this becomes an easier thing to do, it becomes easier to stay on track with your own perspective. At that point, it is time to cultivate a genuine joy and celebration for your perspective. To take the time to take the light in what you see and what you are sensing. You will begin to get lost in the pleasure of noticing the colors, noticing the smiles on people's faces, noticing the insights you have as you pay more attention to how you see things. You will have insights into what people are really feeling. You will start to care more about them because you will be paying more attention to them. This becomes a celebration of yourself and your unique perspective.
As you relish all the things you see and all the things you notice that the feeling of joy and celebration resonates with the feeling of love. Eventually you begin to love how you see the world. You will find that you love going out in the world and exploring it. That feeling of love eventually occupies you. This is the experience of self-love. It is feeling love so consistently that you love yourself and you love everyone around you.

This is a slow process. You have much to heal and many habit to change. It takes practice, so take each of these steps and give them several weeks or months. You must retrain your minds from a very early age to cease the self-consciousness and the inner critic that has reign there. Instead, become occupied by the joy of noticing everything, of participating in everything and enjoying your own perspective of the world.

The Light Frequencies for 2011

Beloved Family of Light, how joyous and wonderful it is that the Earth has completed the transition that began at the time of the Grand Cross alignment in 2010. At that time, you knew that major changes were occuring in your world as the Planet began to realign herself for the final phases of her shift into the Fifth Dimension and the New Timeline. By the time of the Solar Eclipse on the 4th of January, the Earth will be fully aligned with her new trajectory and her new frequency, which will ensure that she will arrive on time in December 2012 for her rendezvous with the Galactic Timegate and her entry into "no time" or the "infinity frequency".

Indeed, Beloved Ones, the shift that has been made in the last months of 2010 was primarily about Time and your Perception of Time in relation to your lives on Planet Earth. The shift into the Fifth Dimension of Light is a shift into a Higher Frequency of Consciousness. The energy at this level vibrates at a higher and more accelerated rate than at the Third Dimension. But, and here we ask for your attention, for there is a paradox here that is important to your experience of the New Reality. In the Fifth Dimension of Light, accelerated frequency is experienced as slower time! In the Third Dimension, the new frequency is experienced as faster time and things seem to be moving too fast.

The Earth herself has now shifted fully into the new Fifth-dimensional Timeline, but as an act of Grace, she is allowing the Third-dimensional Timeline to continue and to co-exist with the new timeline up until 2012. The population of Earth thus has time to adjust to the new frequency and timeline. Both will be available as options until mid 2012, when the old Third-dimensional timeline will be collapsed as the Earth begins her journey through the 2012 Timegate into the the "No Time/Infinity Frequency" or the zone of Infinite Consciousness. At this time, all on the Earth will begin preparation for the giant leap of "conscious evolution" into the New Age of Light and Peace.

Beloved Ones, you have been the pioneers for this shift, and now we ask you to become aware of how your perception of time will be crucial to your personal shift in the next eighteen months. You will learn to know when you are in the old time paradigm heading for a dead end, and when you are in the new time paradigm and on the path forward. On the old timeline, you will experience the acceleration of frequency as a feeling of time passing too fast, of being stressed, rushed, and anxious, with too much to do.

On the new Fifth-dimensional timeline you will feel as though everything has slowed down and that there is plenty of time to accomplish what is necessary. You will feel calm and peaceful, and you will know that all is in Divine Order in your life. You will experience a sense of Abundance and Wellbeing, no matter what your financial situation might be. And, you will have a sense of the possibility of miracles in your life as you move forward on the adventure of life on Earth.

Grounding into the New Timeline

Beloveds, it is important that you ground yourselves into this new Timeline and allow your Light Body and your Physical Body to become accustomed to these new frequencies and vibrations. For, your body will be vibrating energetically at an increased rate, but you will experience life more slowly.

Initially, you may experience some inner confusion, your body may feel unco-ordinated and heavy, you may feel clumsy and out of synch with yourself. You may also experience anxiety, disturbed sleep patterns, exhaustion, dizziness and nausea, as your body deals with the new time frequncies. These temporary symptoms are what we would call "motion sickenss" as your body adjusts and recalibrates on the new frequencies.

Know too, Beloveds, that your Physical Body is also in this process of shifting and aligning to pass through the 2012 Timegate into Infinite Time. So, we suggest that you nurture your body with love and care and that you ensure that you live a balanced life. Release any old dramas that remain from the past and enter fully into the energy of Love and Forgiveness. And, on a daily basis, ensure that your Physical and Light Bodies are aligned with Divine Will.

In order to achieve this, we will offer here a daily activation and meditation that will be helpful. This is similar to the last meditation that we offered, but it has been upgraded to adapt to the new energy shifts that you will work with from the Solar Eclipse completion on the 4th of January. Begin by simply focussing your energy into the Heart and breathing deeply. Know that in the Fifth Dimension, your consciousness is anchored in your Heart. Experience that reality as a deep sense of Unconditional Love and Connection to All That Is. Feel also the deep Peace that is part of that Consciousness.

Then, allow that energy to move downwards through the solar plexus, the sacral and the base chakras and down into the Earth Star Chakra, located within the Earth just beneath your feet. Feel how you are now anchoring your energy into the Earth, into the New Crystalline Grids of the Fifth Dimension as they connect with your Earth Star Chakra. Now, let that energy move further down to connect with the Crystal Heart at the center of the Earth. Here you feel the deep and unconditional Shekinah Love of the Earth Mother coming up to you, through the Earth Star Chakra and into your Heart. Hold that Love in your Heart, and know that you are deeply Loved and Nurtured by the Earth Mother, and that you are in Alignment with the Divine Will for the Earth, as expressed through the evolution of the Planet into Multi-dimensional Reality.

Now, let the energy move up your body, through the Throat, Brow and Crown chakras, and up into the Soul Star Chakra that is located just above the head. Here, you connect with your Soul and your Higher Self, your I AM presence as it anchors into your Physical Form. Here you can also connect with your Purpose for being here now, and with your Divine Essence. Feel the Unconditional Love and Beauty of your Soul as you align with your Higher Purpose for this lifetime. It feels wonderful and filled with brilliant and radiant light. Now, let that energy move upwards through the Dimensions of Light to the Great Cosmic Heart of All That Is. Here you feel the Infinite Love of the Source for All that Is. Draw that pulsating and radiant light back down into your Heart and hold it there.

Now - you are aligned with Divine Will, for yourself and for the Earth. When you are in this alignment, you will find it a simple matter to be grounded into the Fifth-dimensional Timeline and to experience the energies of Peace, Calm and Abundance. Life will become Simple and Clear as you follow the Divine Guidance that will come to you on this new Timeline of Grace and Love.

Manifesting Peace in the New Earth Timeline

Beloved Family of Light, we would now speak to you a little about the energy of Peace that is so important at this time.

Peace is not just the absence of war and conflict. Peace is rather a distinct energy that radiates Unconditional Love and Compassion and Acceptance of All. It is first an inner energy that must be cultivated in the Heart, before it can be experienced in the outer reality.

Beloved Ones, we know that you have worked hard in the last years to heal all those inner conflicts and angers that have prevented you from coming into the experience of inner peace, and now many of you are living in that inner joy and peace and so are able to be anchor points for these energies on the New Earth.

We ask, Beloved Ones, that you continue to work for that beautiful state of inner peace and lightness, that you may share these energies with others. The key to this state of inner Peace is to have your consciousness anchored at the Heart, and to live always in a state of conscious awareness and forgiveness. be ready to forgive and release at all times, and become conscious of when and how you fall out of the state of inner peace. In this conscious state, you will be able to maintain your inner Peace for longer periods, and so to create that energy of Peace and Love around you. This energy will be a seed point for the manifestation of the New Earth and the New Earth Timeline. Each person who achieves this becomes a Master of Light and is able to begin to manifest the New Earth on the New Timeline in their lives right now.

Beloved Ones, by the time that you enter the 2012 Timegate, there will be many of you who will be Masters of Light and Time, and you will be the navigators that will guide Humanity through the Timegate and into the New Reality. It is now that you are asked to begin to work intensely with these skills and abilities, so that you may truly fulfil the purpose for which you came to the Earth at this time.

Living an Authentic and Soul-Full Life

Beloved Ones, you may indeed ask, what does this mean in terms of my day to day life? And we would answer that in this New Timeline your life will become more "authentic" and filled with the energy and Light of your Soul and your Divine I AM presence.

You will become aware of the flow of your Soul Light in your daily life, and you will hear those directions and suggestions that come from the Higher Sources. You will learn to trust these directions and to flow with the synchronicities and desires and miracles that occur on the flow of the creative partnership between the Higher Self, and the Ego Self as Master of Light. That is what it means to live a "soul-full" life, where each day is filled with the passion and light of the guidance of the Soul and the Higher Self.

When you live in this way. Beloved Ones, then your life becomes and authentic expression of Who You Are on all levels. The Higher Self, and the Ego Self, work together in a wonderful partnership that ensures that you experience peace and joy on all levels of your being as you begin to manifest the New Earth Reality in your own life.

And so, Beloved Family of Light, in this year that lies ahead, you will be learning and experiencing in a wonderful way. The most important date for you in this year will be the 11th of November, when the 11/11/11 Stargate will provide the final recalibrations of the Earth for its journey to the Galactic Plane alignment on the 12/12/12 and the Journey through the Timegate on the 21/12/12.

So, Beloved Ones, we wish you much Joy and Love as your Journey continues in the Year of 2011.

While it is good to pray, complement your prayer with your own actions in life to serve others, to serve those in need, to yourself become a provider of service, even when it means you do not have power over others. In other words, yourself, be an example, an embodiment of that which is needed in the world. Then you will find that when you summon Spirit energy, you have a great deal of support, you have weight. Your words will have weight because they are backed by your action. But if you are living one way, and praying for a completely different kind of approach to happen by somebody else, then you will have a difficult time summoning energy. In other words, be that which is needed. Combine that with the prayer, and then you will find that you have the package that is needed to actually summon change. Spirit does not respond well to hypocrisy. It cannot because that would rob you of your lessons. So be the solution, and then summon Spirit to assist.

Shine Your Light Everywhere

Question: Can our positive intention to send light to bless the planet ever be distorted in such a way that it inadvertently has a negative effect?

No. Light is light; dark is absence of light. Light can never contribute to darkness. Light simply makes the presence of light be. Darkness will always attempt to confuse light, to tempt the light to stop shining, as it were, to become muted.

Bring your hearts to everywhere that love is needed. Bring your gifts to everywhere that life is happening or where life could happen. Bring your candle to every dark street, every park, every ocean, every beach. Bring your candle. There is no fear of your star making there be more darkness in the world.

But if you find yourself giving your efforts to something that is not serving others, that is not serving real need, that is not serving something bigger than itself, then you can find a way to bring your light to something beyond that thing, because your light is not meant to be contained. It is meant to be shone in all directions, in all moments, as stars do.

Love Is The Answer

"Best practise anyone can do is to ask themselves in every situation - what would Love do in this moment? Then doing it"

Nothing in this existance is more important than Love. I really mean Nothing.

Love is the beginning and the end. Alpha and the Omega. Yin and Yang.

Love is the answer to every question and the need behind asking them.

Love is Everything. Love is infinite. Love is and always will be.

When you are not acting out Love, you are just deceiving yourself and missing all the fun that comes with it! Unconditional Love is the highest truth. So it comes to a choice between living in the truth or living in an illusion. We gotta remember to Love and practice living in it as much as possible and by that alone we will be free from the illusion that states there isn´t enough Love to go around or that we have to be or do something to receive/earn it.

Know that you are perfect as you are. Know that you are worthy of being Loved the way you trully are and know you are definitely able to gift Love to others at any time :)

For you are Love, I Am Love, all is LOVE! Period. We have just forgotten it and in reality there is never a lack of it, only a presence of an illusion stating that it´s missing. So when you finally open up your Heart and release your breaks that have been holding you back so long - you will become your truest self and you shall find the Love inside yourself you had been searching so diligently. At that point you don´t need to search it from outside of yourself anymore, but you can be that shining Light of Love to others who are looking for it :)

The moment when everyone (or even most of us) realize that we have the Love inside us and there is no real reason to look for it outside of us anymore - the world will transform completely to a Heaven manifested on earth. A paradise of unimaginable proportions. So it is, so shall it be, so mote it be! <3
