Had a nice run with my Dad today, over the moors and out towards Great Hill. It was properly boggy and misty all day, but I had good legs and no problems with my feet. Last week was a fairly flat 20 miles, over easier terrain, but this week we threw in a good amount of climbing, over 2600 feet in total! Heres what it looked like on the lovely stone flags on Great Hill.

We'll be going out again next week and probably upping the mileage while he trains for The Viking Way Ultra and I start to shoot for my first 50 mile ultra. If you have any suggestions for a good one to start with then do let me know!
