Beauty starts within right? What better way to fuel your inner beauty than with a juice cleanse.

When I got the chance to review a JuicyTox Premium cleanse I jumped at it. I've done juice cleanses before, and i really like the results that it brings. Im already on slimming world too, so for me it wasn't something i was using for weight loss, it was purely a cleanse to get my body to feel as good as it could, i have over indulged recently and maybe had one too many nights out, and lets face it i could really do with removing any toxins from my body.

In the premium cleanse you get 6 juices a day so your drinking one every 2 hours, which you think might be a lot, but trust me your counting down to each one of your juices.

You also get 4 ginger shots, 4 lemons and a selection of pukka cleanse, detox and night time teas.

The cleanse lasts 4 days and you get two delivery's to ensure that your juices are always fresh. I done the cleanse from Wednesday until Saturday.

They have a variety of cleanses too, some with 4 juices so you can really tailor the cleanse to you and what your body needs.

So whats in each of the juices?

Drop Veg Gorgeous x2 (Green) - Cucumber, celery, pear, pineapple, lime, spinach and kale.

Bright Eyes (orange) - Carrot, apple, orange, lemon and ginger.

Spicy Lemonade (Black)- water, lemon, lime , cayenne pepper , agave nectar and activated charcoal (one of my faves, tastes like good old fashioned cloudy lemonade )

Sweet Beats (red) - Beetroot , pineapple, lemon, carrot and lemon

Cashew Mylk (Cream) - Water, dates, cashews, vanilla, cinnamon , agave nectar and sea salt (another fave that i looked forward to every evening)

The plan is above, honestly that ginger shot wakes you up, no need for your morning coffee at all ( Caffeine is a no no for this cleanse )

Surprisingly each of these juices are extremely delicious, even the green ones. My favourite juice had to be the spicy lemonade with the activated charcoal and the last one of the day which was cashew mylk which was the thickest of the lot and really filled me up. Im not crazy on nutty flavours but that was delicious.

I did have my lemon water throughout the day especially to stop any hunger pains that i did have, and had way over my 2 litres a day, i can honestly say some of the days i physically couldn't fit all the teas in, I didn't enjoy the detox one, that's because i hate the flavour of aniseed but the night time and cleanse teas are yummy.

Okay , honestly i was hungry, and day 3 i could have died for some food, but that's to be expected, I cut out all food and was living on juices for 4 days. I never woke up with any headaches and i think that's to do with all the water i was having, plus i had the most amazing sleep on this cleanse, 12 hours every single day. I think that contributed to the no headache situation.

The first day i found i was extremely tired, i think that was due to the mammoth workout i done the day before, all day i couldn't keep my eyes open, i couldn't wait to get to bed and i was by 7:00pm that evening fast asleep. Only on the first day that i was pretty grouchy and i think that's to do with tiredness and hunger.

I made sure that when i was on my lunch break i was on my own so i didn't have to watch everyone eating, and of an evening id ask my boyfriend and family to have eaten before i got in so i didn't have to look at them eat too hahaha

By the end of the cleanse i felt amazing, i had so much energy and i felt like my concentration was improving. My skin was so so spotty, i really wish i would have took a before and after picture for you guys but in 4 days all my spots had disappeared and my skin looked so healthy and lit from within. I felt more alive if that makes sense, not sluggish at all, and really wide awake and ready to tackle the world. Plus overall i lost 6lb in the 4 days, although i said i wasn't in it too loose weight i was apprehensive and excited to see the results. On the last day I showed my boyfriend my stomach and he couldn't believe the change in it. I have included a before and after picture below.. if your not okay at looking at my stomach then please don't scroll down >.< (it isn't the best)

So there you have it, i honestly would recommend this cleanse to anybody, especially if you want to beat the bloat, a pick me up or some TLC to your body. Its perfect for that after Christmas bloat, before holiday or any sort of event you have going on.

NARS- velvet matte skin tint SPF30

Hello my loves,

We all know that Nars is a brand that's really up there for me, i can honestly hand on heart say that Ive not tried a product that i haven't loved. Everything that i have tried has given me exactly what i have wanted from it, and this little beauty is no exception to the rule.

When i first heard that Nars had brought out a matte skin tint, ive got to be honest i wasn't all that bothered. I'm more of a full coverage kinda gal, but there was something about this that when i was swatching in beauty bazaar i knew i just had to have it,

I have oily/combination skin that's no secret and as the months have warmed up my skin has become even more oily which im in a constant battle with.

I am drawn to matte finishes but the beauty blogger in me cant help myself in trying other types either. You would think that with me being oily that i wouldn't pick up a dewy foundation, but i do and i actually really like them too.

Anyway less of the rambling, hotter weather means Alex has oilier skin, therefor i need a base that will combat the oil but also conceal my redness and any blemishes too,

I was slightly skeptical with this not being a full coverage foundation, and the word tint scared the crap out of me but im so so so glad i picked this up.

This honestly is the perfect summer foundation, it covers just enough for me to still feel pretty confident and builds up really really well, id even say to near enough full coverage, and so much more than what i was expecting when it comes to a skin tint.

Its so natural looking on the skin and it really does keep my oily areas at bay.

My skin looked flawless all day long, its like an Instagram filter in a bottle, with transparent blurring powders to instantly enhance the look of the skin

I love that this has skin benefits too like having rose fruit extract in to tighten pores over time. Vitamins C & E and the broad spectrum SPF 30 to protect against free radical damage. I love products that help the skin in the long run too,

It stayed put all day too which is exactly what i need, im not one for topping up my makeup throughout the day, I do it in the morning and that's that until i get home that evening.

I will be bringing this foundation on holiday with me, as it does look so natural on the skin but it also has an amazing SPF 30 in. Protecting my skin as well as covering, that's just perfect for the warmer months, plus its a doddle to apply too, quick and easy , that's exactly what i like, especially when im on holiday, i like my afternoon naps waaaay to much, so the easier the better for me. You could even use your fingers too

Its the perfect no make up makeup, matte and looks flawless and like i said before im so glad that i bought this now.

I am the shade Groenland in this, im usually Santa Fe in the sheer glow if that helps anybody wanting to pick their shade. NW15/20 in mac

Charlotte Tilbury - Cheek To Chic - Sex on fire

YES this is another review of my Charlotte Tilbury Stash, but im changing it up abit in this post and talking about her makeup products instead of her skincare.

This gorgeous blusher came in the signature look that Charlotte HERSELF picked out for me (yes i still cant get over/believe it.. ) . Its from the Bombshell look

Now onto the blusher, Its a mixture of two shades, a really nice mauve in the centre (the pop) and then a pastel pink around the edge. The aim of the game here is to SWISH your brush around the outer edge and then pop it in the centre colour. That way giving you a lovely flushed cheek but with some structure into it. Personally depending on my mood i swirl my brush in both colours , tap off the excess and apply to the apples of my cheeks.

This shade is so versatile as it can be worn summer and winter and also day and night, its a proper English Rose colour.

The longevity is amazing too, plus you all know i could die for the CT packaging. The blusher itself has light flex technology which captures the light , then readmits it for that luminous look. As you can see from my swatches this light flex technology is hardly visible on the skin, but once you have applied you see it for yourself.

Top - Outside ,Middle - Pop colour , Bottom - Both shades mixed together

Charlotte also does this blusher individually so you don't have to fork out £145 just to get your hands on it. Which makes it a more affordable £30.

I would love to try more of her blushers, but picking another one would be so hard.

Forza -Shake It Slim

Hello my loves,

something different here on my blog , but something i thought you would enjoy reading.

Recently i was given the opportunity to review Forza Supplements Diet Shake it slim meal replacement shakes. I jumped at the chance, especially with summer coming, all the reviews i had read and celebrity endorsements such as Stephanie Davis, who i really quite like especially as she's a fellow scouser all 2 days of it. Plus I've got some things coming up that i could really do with loosing a few pounds for.

Im in such a rut with my diet, as you know i workout regularly and follow slimming world, but after years on slimming world yo-yoing, i feel like I've just came to a standstill, plus my motivation has really decreased.

Once i received this opportunity i just knew this was the kick start that my diet really needed. A shake about.. quite literally.

So after a couple of days this starter pack arrived though my front door, sounds silly but i couldn't wait to start it, plus i seen it as a challenge, i wanted to test myself to see if i could really stick to just 2 shakes and a healthy meal a day..

In the starter pack you receive enough sachets for 7 days worth. I Received 5 chocolate, 5 strawberry and 4 vanilla.

Each shake is high in protein and packed with 22 different vitamins and minerals.

So for weight management you replace one meal a day and then a healthy lunch and dinner. Alternatively for weight loss substitute two meals a day and have one meal.

The best thing about this was that unlike other meal replacement shakes, you just mix it with water. For that reason it just makes it so convenient especially for on the go.oh and the awesome shaker, it blends everything together so quick and easy without the clumps .. whooooo

In the morning i would start with a lemon water to get my body going, and then onto the coffee which a sipped while getting ready. I would then take two sachets to work with me for breakfast and lunch , although you can choose at what point you want to have the shake, but i really look forward to a nice dinner when i get home.

Once at work, i would use the ice cold water fountain and fill up my shaker with 300ml of water , add the powder and shake away. It doesn't take long at all to shake it all together, it comes it out with no clumpy powdery bits either which i am sooo thankful for. I hate when that happens.

Anyway... with having this when i got to work, it would then see me until dinner time at 12.. now at first I found myself from 12 until home time feeling extremely hungry, so i would grab a piece of fruit and a hell load of water (water is the key for this diet) to get me through until i could get home and eat. Luckily all my meals are prepped for the week ahead so its pretty convenient for when i get home.

After the first few days, my body seamed to get used to it and i didn't feel as hungry

For my dinner, i would just have a slimming world meal ( you can find an abundance on the internet) so i knew it was all freshly cooked, but unfortunately calories aren't counted on slimming world so I didn't count them either.

If you do however count the kcals then its 204 in each shake and you can easily log this with my fitness pal and keep yourself in check.

As for the shakes themselves... they are delicious. I was so apprehensive to taste these and was quite worried that it would taste vile and id hate it but i shouldn't have worried.

One thing to note is that these shakes are very very very sweet, the vanilla shake tasted like icing from a cupcake. Now that's not an issue for me as i have quite a sweet tooth, but i know its not for everyone.

Chocolate was my favourite flavour, like all of them it was creamy, milky and tasted heavenly. I felt so naughty drinking it and couldn't believe that it was only 204kcals.

I was worried about strawberry as im not really a strawberry flavoured type of gal, but again it was delicious, so creamy and didn't have that overwhelming artificial strawberry flavour that you can get.

On the plan i lost 4lb which is incredible for me, i didn't have any naughty food or alcohol during this and drank so so much water

Honestly i would recommend this diet and even after the 7 day trial had finished im making sure that my three meals are all healthy and no crazy snacking in between ( my downfall).

Plus if you have a little browse on their website, its full of amazing supplements, not just for weight loss either. Worth a nose and quite reasonably priced too. I've currently got my eye on the fat burners pre workout T5's and hydratrim to help me with weight loss and aid with my workouts. ahha i have a bit of a list now, but its because i know it will work.

Even with the 4lb gone, i feel so much better in myself and in control with my diet, and i will defiantly be buying another pack before i go on holiday and to Glastonbury

Charlotte Tilbury - Multi Miracle Glow Balm

Hey, whatsup , hello..

So after the poll that I ran on twitter, you guys decided you wanted to see reviews of my Charlotte Tilbury Stash.

It might only be the second post, but I'm loving talking about her products. Don't get me wrong there are a few things from her collection that I'm really not keen on, but for the most part they are awesome.

This isn't an exception to that rule. The Charlotte Tilbury Multi Miracle Glow cream is just a skin saviour literally.

This Miracle product is 3 in 1, A cleanser, a mask and a body balm. As usually it has an abundance of amazing ingredients to help with anti ageing, hydration and plumping the skin for a more youthful complexion

To cleanse you massage it onto a dry face, wet hands and then it goes milky on the skin. Its actually a really good cleanser and quite deep cleansing too. I still take my makeup off before hand and then use it to second cleanse. Did i mention it smells heavenly too? The signature CT Scent.

For a mask, my favourite way to use this , I put a little on all over, (honestly a little goes a long way , just like her other skincare products) its quite a gloopy/ oily consistency that you can just tell is super hydrating. I leave it on for about 10 Min's or overnight depending on how I'm feeling that day. When I'm ready to take of i wet my hands and let it emulsify allowing it to also cleanse my skin too.

Another use for this miracle product is for it to be used as a balm, i use this on any very dry areas on my skin such as my heels of my feet, my ankles, elbows and cuticles. (and even my skins and arms for my glowy look for nights out .. shhhhhh ) Giving my skin that tlc that it needs.

Its so fuss free that you don't even need to think about it when you use it.

It leaves my skin looking super plumped up, hydrated and ready to take on the world. It really helps my hormonal blemishes and adds a really youthful finish to my skin, with that lit from within glow.

Again a product that i would be lost without, and a definite repurchase. My skin just loves me when i use this and like the goddess skin mask , when i have slept in this i wake up and really have that wow factor.

Mini Drugstore Haul

Hello my loves,

Just a quick one today, but something i love to read so i thought that i would share it with you.

I was out shopping and took a little trip into Superdrug, this can usually be quite deadly. For once i was able to refrain myself from going overboard. I actually went in for the nail varnish after seeing a few of you rave about it and its shade. I thought it was the perfect spring/summer colour. So i walked in, picked it up but then the 3 for 2 offer over all cosmetics in store caught my eye.

Truth be told ive had my eye on a few drugstore goodies for a while, so i decided to take this offer up and get a few bits along with the nail varnish.

Heres what i picked up, im yet to use them yet but if you would like to see any reviews then please comment below :)

I picked up Revlon Colorstay for combination/oily skin in the shade buff , it was currently on offer from £12.99 to £9.99. I've heard so much about this so i was really glad that i picked it up. Its a velvet matte finish.

I also picked up the L'Oreal False lash sculpt mascara £9.99. Again this is another product I've seen all over the blog world since its launch. Im really struggling to find a good mascara at the moment. So any recommendations send my way please :) . Im really hoping that this does the job and makes my lashes flutter like no other.

Lastly was the L'Oreal Colour Riche nail varnish in the shade 114 Nude Demoiselle £4.99 , like i said before this was the one thing that i was after. Its a soft pinky nude that im hoping will carry me through the warmer months .. think dupe for Essie Fiji.

Charlotte Tilbury - Goddess Skin Clay Mask

Hey My lovelies,
You may or may not have seen that a few weeks ago I was invited to meet the makeup queen herself Charlotte Tilbury. Read about it here

On that amazing day I was gifted so many items from her line which you will see in the blog post linked above, that in all honesty i nearly passed out. Before the event I loved CT products but didn't have any skincare whatsoever from her line.
Since then I am such a HUGE fan of her skincare. Not because I was gifted it, but because it is actually really really good.

So a few weeks on after using all the products i asked on twitter if anybody would like to see reviews in the next coming weeks.
At the time of writing this everyone had selected the "Hell Yeah " option on my poll so here i am with the first instalment of my CT Collection.

Im starting with the goddess skin clay mask, for me now this is a must for any days where my skin just needs some TLC or before a night out as it creates the perfect base for any makeup look.
First thing is first, the packaging.. oh there's one thing we can say about CT is that the packaging of her products is on point. Honestly that rose gold/copper detailing on all her products just lures me in.
This is no different with its sleek tube and rose gold detailing and lid. It just screams luxury and sits amazing on any vanity like all of her other products.

The Goddess Skin Clay Mask is nothing like a clay mask that you have ever known before, it doesn't give you that really tight clay mask feeling but does take out all of the impurities, and in the end gives you skin like a babies bottom. Its so soft and smooth and your skin just looks radiant, youthful and a lot more pulled together. When i put this on , then finish with her magic cream and wonderglow primer my skin just looks amazing, to the point where i wont wear a scrap of makeup. That's a bold move for me because due to acne and the fact im still spotty now at the age of 25 i have a lot of old scars left over. So every day i wear some sort of base to conceal these problem areas.
Like i said before, after using this i feel much more confident in my own skin, sounds silly but it honestly takes the years off.
The last time i used this was just before a night out with the girls, so please excuse the fact my hair is in pin curls in the picture.
Once I took it off, my skin just looked more awake and ready for anything, my makeup application was flawless and my makeup lasted all night and never clung to any dry areas that i have (although that could be due to other factors not just the mask). So after a night of drinking probably way to many cocktails, the next day i can say i didn't feel the best at all :( but to my amazement my skin hadn't suffered. Usually when your hungover your skin just lacks lustre and dehydrated, but not with this, i woke up and didn't look that bad at all. Hallelujah. The next day is when i think this mask really comes to life.

I gave my mum the full CT pamper evening when i first received the products and i personally think it made such a difference, and her little lines that she does have (not many ) where really softened.

So what's in this miracle mask then ?

All of that crammed into a little tube that you only have to put on for 10 minutes? AH-MAY-ZING

It is pricy , and like many of you im just used to drugstore facemasks that I think still work wonders on my skin. It is a lot to pay-out i think, but really really worth it and might be something to add to a birthday present list. I think for how it makes my skin look and the ingredients in it that it is worth it, Especially if you are using it just for special occasions like i am then it really will last a long time. Plus a little goes a long way, you don't have to have a thick layer for this baby to work. A thin film is just enough to get all the benefits from it

Tarte - Tartelette In Bloom Palette

Hello my loves,

A couple of weeks ago, I seen on twitter that Tarte Cosmetics had started to ship to the UK, Tarte is quite hard to get hold of in the UK unless you go to QVC, so i decided to have a little browse on their website and see what goodies I could get myself.

Tarte isn't a brand I've ever used before but I've heard so much from other bloggers and youtubers that i knew it was a brand that i wanted to get my hands on. I love that Tarte is also a cruelty free brand and that the ethics behind the company are amazing. Have a read here

I knew for a long time i wanted to buy a Tarte palette, but I just couldn't decide which one a and really did I need another Neutral Eye shadow Palette. After reading reviews online and my personal eye shadow colour preference, I went for the Tartelette In Bloom Palette.

The pink and brown hues just really stuck out to me and when i seen the shimmers I just knew it was a match made in heaven.

This palette contains 3 shimmers and the rest are matte, to me they are all pretty wearable and a good all round palette that can take you from day to night in an instant.

How beautiful are the colours? I love how this palette smells, sounds weird but as soon as you start to use it , the smell of vanilla hits you. Its delicious.

The shadows also are part of the Amazonian clay collection , it has mineral pigments too which help to soothe and soften the skin.

The swatches and pictures just don't do it any justice at all, the shadows are so highly pigmented and buttery, blending is an absolute dream. The longevity of the shadows is amazing too, like i said above you can really go from day to night with this palette and the good thing is its quite small so easy to travel round with. Plus it holds a pretty big mirror so you can easily see what you are doing when your applying.

This is going on holiday with me defiantly.

I did say to myself when I was thinking of buying this, do i really need another neutral eye shadow palette? Like isn't my naked palettes enough? . I bought it anyway and im so so so glad i did because honestly these colours are nothing like i own and i can create really nice easy to do looks on my eyes with it.

Elle B Make Up Artist - Makeup Masterclass

Have you always wanted to know the tricks of the trade? Contouring? Strobing? the key to a flawless base? baking?.. YESSS?.. Well look no further

Last night i was invited to make up artists Elle B's makeup masterclass.. with years of experience, celebrity clients and being trained by Kim Kardashians makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic Elle certainly knows what she's doing.

As a beauty blogger and makeup obsessed gal , i feel like i know my way around makeup products and what works for me, I have built up quite a large collection over the years and still growing, but still i feel like I've got all the gear no idea when it comes to applying it.

I watch you tube videos and try and create the look, but to no prevail.

As soon as I received the invite i jumped at the chance. This was a 3 hour intense masterclass showcasing all of the makeup artist secrets that we have been dying to know.. she also let us in on some of Mario's favourite products.

Her first look was creating a flawless Kim Kardashian inspired look and the second look was more of a natural every day look. Once you see the photos below (no filter needed) you will see just how amazing Elle is at her job and has such talent.

She started off with prepping the skin ready for makeup, she lets the moisturiser sink in for a few seconds and then dabs off the excess with a beauty blender (A trick that i will definitely be doing in the future) this helps with making sure your foundation doesn't slip and slide around your face throughout the day. Then with a stoning stick highlighted the high areas of the face.

Next she went on to show us how to get that flaaaaawwwless base, this included foundation application and concealing those pesky under eye bags.

My favourite part was the contour and highlight section, i don't know about you but I'm all about getting those cheekbones to really pop, maybe I'm guilty of going a tadge heavy every now and then. So it was great to see all the steps that she puts in to give you that really put together look. I've always wanted to know how to do this professionally and how i can adapt it to my face too.

She also showed us how to create the perfect brow, the baking technique which was pretty interesting to be honest. I had all the products she was using for this and i was using them all wrong haha. Typical..

She then moved on to talk about eye products, blending and that perfect flick.

Elle's makeup knowledge is amazing and she knows so so much about her products too.

Charlotte Tilbury event in John Lewis - Meeting Charlotte Tilbury

Hey my lovelies,

I really wanted to share this experience with you all. Last week if you follow me on twitter you will have seen that i received a really exciting email. I honestly couldn't believe what was inside ..inviting me to her press event in John Lewis Liverpool. I squealed with excitement and couldn't believe that this little blog, my space on the Internet had been chosen to meet my idol and queen of makeup.

Initially the invite was a little vague. Just said to be at John Lewis partner door where i would be escorted into a room to meet and greet CT .

I honestly thought we would just be around her newly launched counter that is now in John Lewis Liverpool. Listening to her while she stood at the front of the counter and we got to speak to her for a few minutes as i knew she was doing something like that later on in the day.

I was completely wrong...

I went to the door and waited while the others arrived. There was only 4 bloggers and the rest where all from magazines. 15 of us in total.

I was so so so nervous and had so many thoughts going round my head. It was so nice to meet everyone especially two other bloggers Sam and Katy. They made me feel so welcome and not so alone.

When we where escorted to our room , told to take a seat anywhere and help ourselves to any food and drinks. That's when i began to realise that this was more than just an counter experience, but a one on one event.

The room was displayed amazingly with each of her 10 key looks on the wall and the table laden with every item in her line. I was in heaven.

Sam, Katy and myself managed to get seats right at the front, with that the incredible Charlotte Tilbury walked in shook hands with us all and she noted that i had her makeup on which i could have just died when she said it , then she sat herself right next to us.

She talked us through each of her products and what her brand stood for . Which to be honest i could totally relate too.

She to me is amazing and with over 20 years of experience under her belt and a list as long as anything with all of the famous faces she has painted, so she knows her stuff 100%

In September 2015 she launched a film called project confidence, giving new mum Alexis her confidence through the power of makeup.

Due to the success of this Charlotte and John Lewis released a second film in the project confidence series that was aired to us on the 10th March 2016. This time around she was asked by bride to be Claire to transform her and her mother in law for her wedding day. Of course with the extensive knowledge and makeup magic Charlotte knows she was able to not only do this for her but give her all the products to recreate this on herself for her big day. It was inspiring to watch and im totally about her saying "Give a woman the right makeup and she can conquer the world" Can i get a hell yeah.

I'm a total advocate for that as sometimes just a sweep of eyeshadow, or in my case eyeliner and eyebrows I'm ready for anything... COME AT ME

I also love that as of yet I've never tried anything that i don't like from her brand.Its all been super good quality, amazing longevity and an ingredients list to boot.

After the talk and all the product testing , she picked out a look for us all. When she said this i thought she meant a makeover. I was wrong , out of her 10 looks she picked us all one and in our goodie bag we where gifted all of the products to create this along with sooooooo many items from the line with her magic cream, magic eye rescue and the magic night rescue cream.

I was given the Bombshell look which is inspired by Marilyn Monroe, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Scarlett Johansson.

Hey there lovelies,

A fabulous friend from work recently went to NYC, on her travels she picked me up some beauty bits that we cant get here in the UK. We both LOVE makeup so i knew she would pick me up some goodies that ive been lusting after.

One of the things she got for me is .. well you guessed it the ABH Glow Kit in the shade Gleam. Ive only ever tried the ABH Dipbrow pomade (her recommendation too), but i had seen so many posts from US bloggers and instagram featuring the ABH Highlighters and they just looked so perfect, and defiantly on the WANT list.

Im abit of a Highlighter Junkie, and it has been known that i can go abit OTT and end up looking like a discoball.. but that doesn't bother me one bit. The more the better in my opinion haha.

Anyway, as soon as she came back she gave me this (amongst other things) and i squeeled in delight. I immediately swatched them and i knew then that i was in love and that nothing in my current makeup stash could compare.

She picked the shade gleam for me because im very fair in skin tones and pale isn't even the word. The lady at macys said that for pale skin this was the best shade to go for. She was right, it suits my skintone perfectly.

The packaging is just beautiful, the product comes with a sleave over and then you take that off and the product is underneath. its so shimmery , but not that horrible grainy shimmer you can get on packaging. it really does have the GLOW.

You get 4 shades in the Glow kit
In this particular kit you get Hard Candy which is a brown/pink shade with flecks of gold, it looks great if you have a tan or just want to use it as a blusher. Think Nars Orgasm just a few shades darker.
Next is Mimosa, a bronze highlight shade that is perfect for that golden goddess look.
Starburst- A light pink champagne colour that like all colours catches the light perfectly.
Lastly is Crushed Pearl, in my opinion i don't think they could have picked a more suited name.
Its a true champagne colour that looks amazing on the inner corner of the eye and the brow bone too.

I like to mix starburst and crushed pearl on my sigma highlighting brush and just go to town on my face :)
They are just a dream to blend over the skin and stay all day. which is perfect and nice that i don't have to keep re - applying for my desired affect.
They give you the most amazing lit from within look and not one bit chunky or chalky. Especially for days when you need that inner goddess to come out.

Although I love a strong highlight, they can be so natural too for days maybe i don't fancy going all out.

If and when these come to the uk or if you can source them from the US then buy buy buy. I feel fabby when this is on my face and fully confident that my highlight is on fleek.
A good thing to note is that the pan is refillable if you need to stock up or remove to another palette you can easily do that.

Well i give these highlighters a 10/10.. amazing

Well hello there my little loves,

January is nearly over and we are well into the new year, but i wanted to share with you something that ive been using to keep myself motivated and stop me from snacking on my usual very unhealthy snacks.

We all do it, Start our diets on Monday, eat super healthy throughout the day and then when we get home from work/college/uni we just sit in front of our TV eating all sorts of crisps and chocolates. (no... just me then)

So it was nice to be able to find something that when i had those urges i could just pop into the kitchen and make a healthier choice that what i would usually have picked

Healthy Nibbles reached out for me to test their healthy snack box, all of which are vegan friendly. Im not a vegan so i don't know the ins and outs etc.. but it always makes me feel better when I use beauty products that i know haven't been tested on animals and eat food that are also kind to them too. Boxes can be customised too for gluten free, vegan , paleo, low gi and just general well being,.

That's what i love about these boxes is that you don't have to be vegan, following a paleo diet or gluten free to enjoy there contents and believe you me they are super tasty.

I love the idea of this, and i wish more companies used brands like healthy nibbles in the workplace. Imagine going to a vending machine knowing that whatever you selected was going to be good for you. AMAZING.

The snack boxes are another amazing concept and that's what i was sent, right to my door. They are also in the middle of working on kids boxes too which i think is so good getting the little ones involved.

Anyway here is what i received and what i thought about each snack.

Beautifully presented in a cardboard box , carefully wrapped in tissue with a little note in giving me an idea what was inside.

I received 6 healthy snacks in my box, i took a few of them to work with me so that when everyone was having lunch i was able to pick up one of these delicious snacks and i wouldn't feel left out or craving that bar of dairy milk.

I received this lovely clipper tea in lemon and ginger, I've got a cold at the moment so im drinking this right now as i type and its delicious the lemon and ginger are not overpowering one bit which is nice.

This blissful berry bar was delicious really berry flavoured. I had this for breakfast and would defiantly purchase more of these.

Usually im not crazy on chocolate and peanuts mixed together, but this pack of chocolate coated almonds changed my view on this completely, again super tasty.. Well done planet organic.

These smoothie bites where really weird. At first i couldn't quite make it out what they where, they're like little squares that when you put them into your mouth they taste exactly like a smoothie that you have blitzed up in your processor. Again really nice and stopped me from heading into my kitchen for some late night unhealthy snacks.

Munchy seeds.. I love seeds but don't eat them often enough . This had a mixture of sunflower, pumpkin, hulled hemp, sesame , rapeseeds, and soya seeds . Tasty and filling

This was my favourite item in the box, its dark chocolate so if your not keen on that then you wont like this, with an orange flavour but in the little pieces of chocolate is little bits of raspberry. It is quite a strong dark chocolate but that never stopped me one bit from eating it in one go hahaha SOO tasty

I absolutely loved my box and im so glad the lovely people over at Healthy Nibbles send me this over. I love the fact that i have been able to try a whole host of new brands, and also put myself to the test to see if these guys would curb my late night cravings. Which im glad to say they did. Im a lot more mindful now of what food im shovelling in to my body . Especially when there are so many other great healthy options like this.

Lush sale haul

Hey Hey Hey,

Who doesn't love lush cosmetics? Especially their holiday collection .. Especially half the price?

Im a HUGE fan of lush but this year i never had a second to get myself into my local store to buy any new goodies. Every time i did the store was super busy.

I know i could buy online but i like going in, picking up a basket and filling it. After sniffing every item in there haha.

Cant deny that lush is a little bit overpriced i think. For something that you could only use once.

This year i decided to pick up some bits in their boxing day sale..

Okay i had to refresh the page a good couple of hundred times but i managed to get what i wanted in no time at all. I cant believe all the tweets that lush where getting. Its just a bath bomb at the end of the day.

I wouldn't have been phased at all if i wasn't able to get anything.

I placed my order and within a week it was at my door step in all its glory. There's some bits i have already tried but a whole load of new goodies that im so excited to add into my weekly pamper routine.

Just because Christmas is over doesn't mean that i cant enjoy a Christmassy themed bath most nights ;)

Anyway less off me blabbering on.. Heres what i picked up:

My goals for 2016

Hey there my lovelies,

Just a quick one with my goals for 2016.

Im not one for making resolutions and just take every day as it comes. This year though.. well the past few months I've been thinking about ways i can make my life and myself a little more positive.

So for 2016 I've decided a few changes need to be made and i need to start focusing on my life and where it is going abit more.

Be More Positive....
Learn to drive
Get back to my lowest weight.. loose about 3-4 stone
live life to the fullest and take chances
travel more, don't want to over stretch myself with this but need to see more places
workout 2-3 times a week.. get back into yoga
don't care what others think
drink 2L of water a day
post more on my blog, change from so much beauty to some fitness posts too. Healthy food, workouts etc..
Learn to love me :)

Only a few but the first one is the one i aim for the most as i think if im more positive then i think all the other points will naturally come.

We are all guilty of sticking to what we know and not branching out. Lets change this and be more proactive in 2016

My Christmas Bucket List

Hello my lovelies

Long time no see, I've been just abit all over the place recently, and now i have a spare minute to myself i thought i would get in the festive spirit and share with you guys my bucket list for all the things i want to do over the festive period.

Im all about friends, family, cosy jumpers, mulled wine, loads of warm cosy layers and amazing memories

I AM SO EXCITED for Christmas this year, mainly because i have boxing day off work too which hasn't happened in nearly 7 years :) i cant wait to just stay in and watch Christmas movies, programs that i have missed from the day before and eat some left overs. One thing i WONT be doing is heading into the city centre to shop.. seriously it should be all about family, relaxing, chocolate and some leftover turkey, in fact you may even spend boxing day a little hungover. No need to spend this day fighting the crowds in stores for a bargain. Do it from the comfort of your own home on the internet in some big fluffy Christmas PJ's.

I love this type of post, i like to see what others are doing and also get some inspiration of some of the things i could be doing myself. So if you have done this post then please link it below. I might even have to edit this over and over after seeing other things that i might want to do :)

In no particular order

Go to a Christmas Market, myself and my boyfriend have all ready made plans to head over to Manchester for their markets. We went last year and it is just so Christmassy. Really gets you even more excited for Christmas, Although this year instead of eating from one of the stalls we are going to book into Tattu and eat there. The menu looks so yummy. Obviously mulled wine is involved here :)

Have a festive night out with the girls , a yearly must for myself and friends, We have a meal and drinks and have a lovely catch up.

Christmas Jumper - Again with my friends we meet up all wearing something festive, usually a jumper and some Christmas earrings.. the tackier the better. Sit with a lovely hot chocolate looking at all the Christmas lights outside.

Go to a Christmas carol concert, oh I've actually never done this and i think it would be so much fun to do. Might even belt out a Christmas carol or two myself.

Make a gingerbread house - This is something that i would love to do with both my family and boyfriend. Again dressed super festive.

Decorate the tree/house - Pretty self explanatory i do this with my boyfriend, my mum and sister in our house and in my grandparents house too.. with a lot of Christmas songs playing....

Listen to every Christmas song possible - Magic is my channel of choice for any Christmas songs.. my fave is all i want for Christmas

Watch Harry Potter- I don't know what it is but watching Harry Potter just gets me in the festive spirit so much. In fact myself and my other half have started watching this.. Oh i wish Hogwarts was real, and i think id be sorted into hufflepuff too

Go Ice Skating- My hometown of Liverpool has a ice rink every year so no doubt ile be dragging someone with me to go round that. Hopefully i can leave the sides haha

If we had snow in Liverpool.. well enough snow to be able to play with it and create snowmen then the possibilities would be endless.

Id love to go to Iceland too and see the northern lights in the future and go to the Harry Potter studios and see the great hall at Christmas

Beauty bazaar - Art of style

Hey there,

You may or may not know that last week i was invited by the lovely people at Harvey Nichols Beauty Bazaar in Liverpool to their Art Of Style event that is in conjunction with the Liverpool Tate.
This was inspired by the current Jackson Pollock : Blind Spots exhibition
Jackson Pollock is widely considered one of the most important and provocative American artists of the twentieth century, who's work has made an immense contribution to abstract art.

Beauty Bazaar in association with the Tate are delivering a celebration of all things art and beauty. Customers can book in for daily artistic appointments with amazing brands such as NARS, Tom Ford colour (My choice) and Shu Uemura as well as contemporary brands such as Bobbi Brown, YSL, Laura Mercier and Benefit.
Its so good that Beauty Bazaar are doing this as it allows for consumers to combine inspiration from the movement of Jackson Pollock and the creative skills of the colour artists at Beauty Bazaar.

They have daily themed activity and events such as , 'The art of strobing ', 'The art of sculpting', ' the art of complexion' and 'the art of lining allowing you beautiful beauty fans a chance to experiment with all these amazing technologies and techniques .. i mean come on who doesn't like to play around with makeup.
The monthly theme closes on Wednesday 30th September. Beauty Bazaar will host their Art Of Style evening where customers can enjoy complementary cocktails, artistic makeover and live music.
The campaign started on 1st September 2015 and is running for the duration of the month. Whats great is that even if your not from Liverpool it will run across all of the Harvey Nichols UK stores including Dublin.

Honestly this palette is just so so beautiful and i have been creating the most beautiful Smokey eye looks with it.

Multi-masking - The Drugstore Edit

Happy Monday People,

Its been a while since I last posted and I've got to say i have really missed it. If you don't know I've been away for 2 weeks in Portugal, I stayed in the Algarve and spent most days enjoying the sun, eating all before me and drinking every night.

It was an amazing holiday and I can honestly say my skin has seen better days, what with the alcohol, greasy food and also my lack of makeup removal.

I did pack skincare minis but when i was swanning home at stupid o'clock , makeup removal was the furthest from my mind. I quite often opted for face wipes ( i know, please don't hate me hahah) which is just not a good enough cleanse.

As soon as i landed on British soil i couldn't wait to give my skin some TLC and take it back to how it was before my holiday.

I had a series of skin issues which needed tackling so instead of loading my skin with loads of products one after the other which i was sure would give me breakouts, I decided to do it all in one step.

My Skin was super dry , congested and clogged and could do with abit of brightening and exfoliating.

This Multi masking is making a debut and it makes so much sense to treat the different areas of your face with the mask that is going to match its needs.

I realise that this would have been more of a dramatic picture if i was to use different coloured masks, but this is my drugstore masks and they unfortunately look all the same so you will have to take my word for this :)

My masks of choice :

My dry areas (Cheeks) - Superdrug Vitamin E Moisture Mask £2.59 an absolute bargain and works really really well at restoring your skins hydration and giving it that plumping, youthful effect.

For my congested and blemished areas ( Chin and forehead) I used my absolute favourite acne busting face mask Quick Fix Facials Anti Blemish Mud mask, This works wonders and i sometimes use it just on my spots and have been known to sleep with it on (Wake up and spots are gone).Seriously this stuff is amazing and only £4.99.

To Exfoliate and draw out the blackheads on my nose surrounding areas i used the Soap and Glory no clogs allowed mask. This stuff leaves my face feeling super refreshed and polished. It really helps with those pesky blackheads that often appear on my nose. This has little beads in it and it also turns blue. As you work this onto the skin it heats up and really gets down into them grubby pores. It totally detoxifies and helps with oil control too. I often use this just to exfoliate my skin and leave it with a healthy glow. Pricier than the other two at £11.50 but totally worth it.

I sit and wait for these masks to work their magic and it has made such a difference to my skin treating the different areas of my face with their different needs. It makes total sense right? Don't know why I didn't think of it sooner.
Thankfully my skin has now recovered and back to its glowing self, could do with a few more overnight hydrating masks but its getting there.

My favourite SPF - La Roche - Posay Anthelios xl SPF 50+ ultra lightfluid

I don't know about you guys but SPF is something that ive recently been concentraiting on and making sure that i add it to my skincare routine.

Since going for a facial in Beauty Bazaar where they took pictures of the deep layers of my skin that showed me the sun damage that I have. It has really made me think twice about leaving the house without any SPF on.

The pictures showed me the damage that i already have and how over the years if i didn't start using SPF how my skin would look.
This honestly shocked me because im not a sun worshiper and never sit out in the sun and always thought that the SPF 15 in my Day Cream and Makeup was enough.. I was wrong.

Although the damage isn't that severe its defiantly something that i want to change. The woman who done my facial told me that working in a place with strong lighting (A Store, Office based jobs ) can really damage my skin too and that is why even though im not in the sun a lot but i am exposed to lighting that i need to add a stronger SPF into my skincare.
So i will be using this all year round.. Remember an SPF is not just for summer and sunny days

After tweeting about it and doing my research i picked up the La Roche - Posay Anthelios xl SPF 50+ ultra light fluid. I decided on this one mainly because i knew i wanted an SPF 50 but also the ' ultra light ' part drew me in. I knew i never wanted a thick and sticky sun lotion on my face.

You just give this a shake and apply a blob to your cleansed hands and rub all over where you want covered. I usually do my face, neck and chest being careful to not miss any areas out.

I love how lightweight it is and it kind of acts as a primer for my makeup. I am oily and even though i never picked the matte formulation this doesn't make my skin shiny and my makeup doesn't slip underneath it. I try and wait 10mins before I apply makeup too. It absorbs quickly and doesn't have that sun lotion texture or white cast that you can get with a sun lotion. Especially with it being factor 50 i was worried that it would be like paint.
Im so glad that i purchased this and i will be having a look at others from this range and im so glad that SPF is now a step in my skincare that i never will miss out.

Im going on holiday at the end of the month (eeeek..) so this will defiantly be in my holiday skincare stash.
This also comes in a BB cream which i think is amazing and might have to pick that one up too especially for lazy beach days for that little bit of coverage and protection. Infact there is a whole load of products in this range, from fake tan, to baby SPF, spray, lotion, oil, after sun, A matte anti shine formulation, a compact and even a stick. The choice is endless and you should find something to fit your needs.

Make Believe Fake Tan

I'm sure we are all aware by now I'm totally 100% obsessed with self tan. I'm not one to go and sit out in the sun , other than the fact that its harmful i find it just so boring even on holiday i can only lie on the sun lounger for 15 Minutes tops. I have skin the same shade as milk and I'm really quite fair. I like using tan to just take the edge off, make me feel more confident or just to look super sun kissed. I'm not afraid to go dark either.
So when the lovely team from make believe tan got in contact with me to try out a few of their products i jumped at the chance.

With the summer months upon us false tan is the best way for a safe sun kissed look.

They sent me a spa and polish exfoliator, the dark tanning mousse and the self tan mist.

The smell of the products is just Devine. Totally holiday smell sort of tuti fruiti.
The exfoliator isn't so grainy that it is too abrasive i just rub it all over the body to prep the skin ready for tan application. It leaves my skin so soft and smooth . I also use this in between tans to keep my tan fresh but also to stop build up and that horrible scaly skin that can happen with using false tan.

The Tanning mousse is just so easy to apply too. Just a pump or two for each section of my body onto a tanning mitt, and in circular motions I apply it. Again the smell is just amazing and it develops into a nice even natural glow, not at all orange either. I love that it has argan oil in to really nourish the skin because usually i find that self tan can really dry out my skin. Its really convenient too because this tan develops in 2-4 Hours (YAY)

I use the spray tanning mist in-between tans to keep up the glow, just a little spritz all over the skin and rub in with my tanning mitt. Again this has that gorgeous fragrance and develops within 4 hours. This tan is the darkest tan yet that make believe do. So sometimes ile only use this if I'm going on a night out just to amp up the darkness.

overall I'm really impressed with this tanning kit, especially the smell, it is honestly the nicest smelling self tan that I have ever used.
At the moment I've got my eyes on the dead sea salt spa and polish it looks amazing and also the luminize skin highlighter.
I love that these products are all paraben free too and so so affordable. At the moment they have a few special offers on and the highlighter that I've just mentioned is currently £2. So for that price its defiantly worth purchasing.

SlimFastChallenge - The Results

Hello and welcome back,

Some of you may or may not known that a couple of weeks ago i started the slimfast challenge. Since then ive been tweeting like crazy (If you don't follow me on twitter i can be found here ) I also done a blog post on my initial thoughts and why i was doing it.

So the challenge was 2 weeks of following their simple 3-2-1 diet plan. 3 Snacks , 2 Shakes and 1 600 kcal meal

I absolutely loved it, it was so easy for me because i got to fit 3 100 kcal snacks in an because it was included in the plan i didn't feel as bad eating the Slim fast Chocolates and crisps. Surprisingly i was always full too
I wasn't 100% keen on the premade to go shakes as i found i could taste the sweetener quite bad, but doing your own with the powder and the milk was delicious and i looked forward to it every time.
You can swap your shake to a meal bar and i found them even more tasty especially the Chocolate Peanut one.
In the morning i would either have my banana shake or a berry meal bar which was so yummy.
I would also pair that with a cup or tea or green tea.
My lunch i would have a shake, loads of water and then 2 of my snacks
Tea time would come around and id usually have stir fry and then one of my snacks for desert. I never felt hungry and because i was still having my chocolate and crisps i never felt deprived. If i was struggling for ideas the slim fast website has loads of recipes that you can cook up yourself.

Snacks never made me feel deprived

Overall i was really impressed with the plan and how tasty all of the products where. I loved all of the snacks, the shakes and meal bars. To the point I've gone out and bought my own tub of powder and a whole load of snacks as they are just so so yummy.

After following the plan religiously i lost a whopping 6lb i couldn't believe it. I've been just having one shake a day now and eating for my other two meals and I've lost an average 2lb a week since then. Obviously my meals are all healthy and my snacks have been within my calorie limit.

I would recommend this to anybody who just wants a little boost towards their weight loss goals, and would recommend it for a few weeks as its not designed for a long period of time.

MAC Is Beauty - Beauty Bazaar - Harvey Nichols

Hey guys,

So I just had to update you on the event that i went to today. Yet again MAC have brought out another new line that is just amazing.

Its very much based on 60's glam and that extravagant eyeliner. It has a very pastel look, which I just adore.

Last week i went in and picked up a few pieces from the line because I love anything pastel and it just all looked so pretty.

I received an email from a lovely lady from the Beauty Bazaar in Liverpool asking me if I would like to come down and attend the event.

This included a explore of the new MAC is beauty line, a makeover and a manicure. All while i sipped some cocktails and ate some cute little cakes.

The first floor of Beauty Bazaar had been transformed into the ultimate MAC salon experience. Complete with hair demos and nail artists.

The décor was to die for, all pink everything with a whole load of big hair and rollers (Totally into both of these)

I learnt so much about not just the line but also many other Mac Products. It really gave me a chance to ask all the questions I had about products but also to try them out and see how i liked them.

Emma, the lady who had invited me told me that i would be in good hands and she wasn't wrong, i was first introduced to the miracle makeup artist Jemma who works in Liverpool's Beauty Bazaar MAC Counter, who then escorted me to the first floor and sat me down in this amazing chair... May i add that i NEED this chair in my life.. How cute is it please?

Jenna then sat me down and went though what sort of look i would like to try, she gave me a introduction to the MAC is beauty line and then proceeded to get to work on my face.

Can i just say she has such good makeup artistry skills and completely transformed my face. She knows everything about MAC and also about application too. I learnt a lot an its also made me really excited to experiment more with my makeup that i wear now.

I honestly felt like a star getting my nails and makeup done, it was nice to get them done for once because i always do my own, they have a little tabloid that was made for the line and its quite funny so if your near a MAC store then pop in and pick one up.

Lashes she first prepped them with Prep and Prime lash and then Haute and Naughty Too Black mascara

I absolutely love this look, its really out of my comfort zone especially as im usually such a Matte skin and neutral eye type of gal.

The green really makes my eye colour pop.

Jennas eyeliner application is on FLEEK, she just blended away telling me step by step of the products she was using and why she was using them. She showed me each brush that she was using and at the end asked me if i had any questions, but throughout the makeover i was picking her brain over applications and shades, i also got her to show me how to contour because i wanted to scrub up on my technique and she did :).. All in all i was in Jennas Capable hands for about 1hr and a half which was just brilliant.

Urban Decay NEW Naked Eyeshadow Palette

So Urban Decay are bringing out another eyeshadow palette for their Naked line.

As soon as I seen this press release I got somewhat excited. I have all the Naked Palettes and use them all just as much as each other, I am a sucker for a neautral shadow.

I'm also a huge fan of the smokey eye, day and night ....

Now I probably don't need another neutral palette but I defiantly will be purchasing when it launches here in the UK.

Well hello lovelies,

Bit of a different post today but something I am extremely excited about..

When slim fast tweeted about the opportunity for bloggers to join the challenge I had to sign up,
Im in a constant struggle with my weight, My weight has really been getting me down for quite a while now, I lost 4 stone and was so happy.. I thought that because I was at my lowest weight and felt so happy I could let my old eating habits creep back in which has resulted in me gaining 3 1/2 stone of the 4 that I lost. This really gets to me and makes me so sad, Its one of those where no matter what you wear you feel disgusting in it. I started back on a healthy eating plan about a month ago and have lost 7lbs up to now but the clothes still have abit of a tight waistband.

I have a holiday booked for July with my other half and a whole load of friends and family (55 to be exact) Every year we book it and every year I promise to be a size 12 or at my goal weight of 9stone (totally unrealistic) Every year I pull out last years clothes and realise that none of them fit and have to go and buy a whole new summer wardrobe.
It seriously has to stop. So yeah... I signed up in hope that it will give me the kick start and weight loss that I want. I think once I see that I can do it then even after the 2 week challenge I wont give up.
The plan seems really easy to follow and requires hardly any effort from myself just a little old bit of willpower (Which ive seriously got right now)

Today I received a HUGE Parcel from Slimfast full of goodies for a challenge that they have set up. Its a two week challenge where you follow a really simple 3-2-1 plan. So that's 3 100 kcal Snacks, 2 meal replacement shakes and 1 meal that's of 600 Kcals (800 for men).
Slim fast have sent me everything that I could ever want to kick start this weight loss plan. I came home to a package with a tub of powder to add with milk for a delicious shake, a few on the go shakes, quite a lot of meal replacement bars which I think will be handy for in the morning when im dashing out the door for work or on the go, and a whole load of their own savoury and sweet 100kcal snacks.

Some of the flavours I received in the shakes that im quite excited to try are:
Mocha
Summer Strawberry
Bannana
Chocolate

The meal replacement bars sound delicious too with the choice of Summer Berry, Chocolate Crunch and Chocolate Peanut. Like i said before these may be so handy for my breakfast and lunch, plus they are handy for in your bag too if you are out and about and you don't want to pull out a bottle of slim fast shake from your bag, you can be discrete about your weight loss too :)

So as well as having two meal replacements a day you can also have 3 100kcal snacks as I said before, they have sent me a selection of chocolate bars that sound so yummy.. Chocolate delight, Chocolate nutty nougat to name a few or you could pick from a load of savoury options such as Cheddar Flavour bites, BBQ flavour tortillas and sour cream and chives pretzels.
Im thinking of having my 600kcal meal for my tea, and if you sign up on the website there is a whole load of delicious recipes

I think im going to be using these snacks mid morning or as a sort of after tea desert
Im sitting here at the moment so excited to start . (A Thursday , oooooh im breaking all the diet rules here hahah). I cant wait to see the results and i will be updating you guys at the end with my results and let you know how all the bars, shakes and snacks tasted, then if your like me stuck in a rut or for whatever reason want to loose weight then you can see my results and go out and get your own products and do the plan too. I wonder how hungry im going to be and if i will be temped to eat more but im going to stop myself from doing that and see the plan out fully and properly.
