A lot of users told me to make my latest wordpress theme, TypographyWP, with only one sidebar. It wasn’t that hard to modify the layout and css style, so now you can download it and use it on your blog. You can see a live demo on this blog!

XHTML/CSS TEMPLATE

I made a simple xhtml/css template for a friend’s computer science exam and I thought I should share it with you. You can use it for a portfolio or something like that.

From this panel you can select the type of logo you want, text or image, color schemes (blue, red, green, orange, pink), backgrounds, custom link for your RSS feed and the option to edit the title (logo) in two different colors.

• Adsense ready – blends well with your content, increased CTR;

I have a stupid domain name, i can watch movies dot com and I thought I should make a wordpress theme for it. I present you the new wordpress theme called I CAN WATCH MOVIES, included in my freebies category. It looks kinda 3D and has the following options/futures:

• VALID XHTML/CSS
• Widgets ready
• One sidebar
• Tag cloud
• SIFR for the main title (logo) and headings

Here is a new wordpress theme, called “Dating Britney”. It’s a simple theme, based more on typography and simple lines, with a small influence of magazines. It comes in two color schemes, blue and pink, it has two sidebars, both widgets ready and all types of ad spots.

I’ve made another wordpress theme ! This one isn’t so special because I wanted to see how fast I can develope a simple theme and to my surprise, I managed to finish it in 3 hours.

The theme’s name is “technology blog” and you can find more info about it at technology society.

• AD spots – you can add almost any type of advertising banners, from 728×90px to 468×60px; there is a lot of space to test.
• Widgets ready – you can add any widget you like in the right sidebar.
• PSD Files – in the PSD folder you can find the source for the logo; you can edit it with Adobe Photoshop.
• Gravatars – for comments.
• Tags and you can also add a tagcloud in sidebar.
• No sponsored links
• It works fine on Wordpress version 2.7
• The theme has also a gridded version.

They added digg style buttons, one that lets you promote a search result, one to remove a listing and the last one which helps you leave a note/comment. At the same time Google made a smart move, all your votes show up only when you are logged in and also to Google users who take a look in “See all notes for this SearchWiki” section.

Bellow you have a small presentation for Google’s new Search interface.

At the same time I don’t know what measures they’ll take to prevent users from gaming this voting system, because at the moment if you have enemies they can very easy leave a bad note attached to your website. We’ll have to wait and see!

UPDATE: Will Yahoo implement the same voting system for their search system? After all they are in heavy crisis right now.
