Our dad had a 40lb bail in the barn that my cousin Orlando found washed on shore in Key West Fl where we were born and raised. I stole a huge sack from dad and we rolled 72 joints with the 100 pack case of Zig Zags he had hanging on the wall. It was Spring Break and we smoked all 72 joints in 7 days in a tent in the back yard. I’m still trying to get as high as I did in that first week and although I’ve come close I don’t think I ever made it quite to that point again.

That was 25 years ago, this is my 25th year smoking herb minus a few times I was on probation and forced to quit. Smoking herbs has led me to some of the best times in my life and introduced me to some of the finest people to have ever lived.

As I sit here in Florida where I can go to prison the next time they catch me with herb I once again realize I am living in the belly of Babylon and the time has to come to move on.

I’m going to California with an aching in my heart!! I want medical marijuana and no more fucking pigs busting weed smokers.I want to smoke weed, eat weed and even drink weed until I die a happy stoner.

It has so many features I do not know where to start. I wrote this entire blog post using the voice translation services which are built right into the phone.

My second thought was that maybe I’m just crazy and far to cynical but then I read a second story about how bad this crash was for NASA and then I came across this line at the end of this article in the NY Times:

House Republicans are pushing for broad cuts to federal science agencies, including NASA, and some lawmakers have suggested it’s time for the space agency to abandon climate change research altogether

As soon as I read that line I knew that not only did they take out the satellite so it would never do it’s job but they also took huge steps towards ending Federal funding of climate research altogether. It was a genius move on their part and a far larger conspiracy than I had ever imagined. They don’t want us to know how damaged the environment is and they certainly don’t want our money going to something useful like environmental research when they have so many bombs and warships to build.

Now, you might say what’s my proof and of course I have none but ask yourself why the manufacturer, Orbital Sciences Corp had three successful launches on the exact same system and NASA is the only one with two failures. Is it because NASA is inept and unable to assemble the pieces they bought from Orbital Sciences or was was the satellite project sabotaged so that Corporate America can keep poisoning our environment?

Maybe I am crazy or maybe it’s true that our government is so corrupt they’ll crash a $424 million satellite just to save their supporters in Corporate America.

A NASA satellite designed to study aerosols’ influence on climate and measure solar energy failed to reach orbit this morning. The crash marks the second time in two years that a NASA climate satellite has failed to launch.

Today I shed a tear for the people of Egypt for rising up against oppression and more important to me personally, I shed a tear for the power of the internet and the realization of a dream come true that dates back to 1995 when I took an introduction to computers course at the Florida Keys Community College. I met an 18 year old punk kid who claimed to have made $100,000 in the past year building websites for companies and we talked about the power of the internet with my teacher Sam Hijazi. I distinctly remember the moment when I realized that at some point in the future all global citizens could unite in peace outside the grip of governments, religion and crooked cops like my father and those pigs on the Key West Police force and they would do so through the power of communication on the internet. This new World Wide Web was awesome and would some day break down all barriers to open exchange of ideas like peace and harmony. I realized then it would lead to a revolution of the people as we learned from each other what our brothers and sisters around the world knew about freedom, personal power and most important they would know that what we all wanted was peace on Earth. The internet would create a peaceful revolution that united the world in harmony like a Coca Cola commercial and it was only a matter of time before it happened.

The ideals of American freedom would surely cause a people oppressed, like my forgotten bloodline in Cuba who had suffered for so long under the Communist Government and Fidel Castro, to stand up for their rights and fight the powers that control them. I have known a lot of Cubans who came over on rafts and boats who fell in love with America and in many ways became more faithful Americans than others who had forgotten how important freedom is and the sacrifices that have been made for us to have so much. I remember the day when a Cuban refugee just fresh from the Krome Detention Center walked into the new jumbo Winn Dixie in Key West and he fell to his knees in tears because he had never imagined there could be so much food in one place. It was a very powerful and emotional moment in my life when I came to truly appreciate being born American. I saw the same reaction when we invited a poor Jamaican youth to eat with us at a resort that served so much food to the youth that he cried for his family who had never seen so much for one meal. As an American I have never truly understood how stifling an oppressive and corrupt government can be and how important freedom is to the health of a nation and of its citizens. For all the problems we have in America we still are the shining white house on the hill albeit a bit tarnished in the eyes of those who expect us to aid them in becoming free and instead we bomb them into the Dark Ages with weapons that cost more than everything they own. War, if not for true freedom, is a crime against the people and we must unite with all oppressed people in the fight for universal freedom and democracy.

I remember way back then that some day in the future the world would rise up against oppression and tyranny and unite for peace because deep inside each human lives a kind spirit, fundamentally good but trapped in a world gone mad with power, greed and corruption. The people of Cuba would one day stand up and instead of fleeing the island on a hunk of styrofoam in fear they would fight back and take over and change the way things were at home for themselves and for the future. As I grew older and that change in Cuba never came about I often wondered how they could live so poorly and not do anything about it. I thought these people must be too weak or too dumb to fend for themselves and so by way of evolution and the natural order they deserved their fate. If they didn’t care enough to do something for themselves why would I care to do anything at all?

Moving to Jamaica changed that when I came to understand the pervasive power of American culture and the destructive power of our consumerism and our perverted entertainment media. I never understood just how powerful and distorted our media was and how damaging and misleading music, movies and video games could be to impressionable uneducated children from underdeveloped nations. I have mentioned an enlightening conversation I had with K’naan, a youth from Somalia, about Jamaican youth and the corruptive nature of thug music which glamorized violence and had such a profound affect on street children from Africa to Kingston and all parts between. I realized then that in the Biblical sense I was bred in Babylon and the beast of capitalism and the corrosive nature of money had killed the minds and spirit of a global generation. The rasta man was right, Babylon is here and we as American citizens have a choice to be a part of the problem or a part of the solution. I chose to be a part of the solution and I understand my role as a soldier for peace in the war against the poor. My duty is to raise the next generation of leaders who will rise up from the ashes of the revolution like a phoenix for the people on the path of righteousness.

All global leaders must fear for the true dawn of the internet revolution has arrived! Social media for social injustice is transcending all borders through the power of peaceful demonstration and protest by the oppressed. There is no turning back for the people of Egypt and the future of freedom for all humans. People of the world must unite not as members of a state or some corrupted religion but of a species bound to the same small world which so delicately teeters on the brink of disaster. Unchecked growth and wasteful use of limited resources has depleted the planet and weakened the ecosystem which is so inextricably linked in what must be called the original World Wide Web or the chain of life.

It wasn’t my heritage in Cuba that set themselves free but the people of Egypt instead who after decades of control and obedience chose to stand up to their leaders and in just 18 short days found themselves on the path to a new life as a free democratic people through the power of the internet and the incredible passion of a small group of people who shared the ideas on social networks like Facebook and Twitter.

Wael Ghonim is a real revolutionary! As an employee for Google and organizer of the protests this man working for the best employer in the world was able to mobilize the masses with the use of social media. He was able to inspire a revolution when after his release from jail for organizing the protests he defied the leaders of Egypt and declared he would risk his life in pursuit of democracy and freedom. Wael lit a fire in the people of Egypt and as a true noble leader he now realizes that his job has been done and others are to take on the next stages of Egyptian independence. Wael calls this Revolution 2.0 or the internet revolution and in doing so he realizes the vision I had 15 years ago for peace through online collaboration. Wael is a hero and a leader of the new generation of globally aware citizens. No matter what else he ever does he inspired millions from around the world to support him and the Egyptian people in their quest for democratic freedom.

There are many obstacles in Egypt and our duty as benefactor of a free society is to nurture the democratic process for every free citizen. The difficult part has only just begun and Americans should unite with the people of Egypt to stand against oppression for all people. Freedom is a basic human right, not a dream but a reality for a lucky few. It is we the free who must embrace all others trying to achieve what we already have. Peace is unavoidable if we intend to survive as a species. We must stand united against tyranny and opression. Think globally and act locally.

There are many in this world who deny that Jesus is real and of course that’s ridiculous. To deny the existence of Jesus Christ is to deny 2000 years of recorded history by all religions and the faith of billions upon billions of us. Even if you believe that Christ never walked the Earth we must all admit that he lives in the hearts and minds of billions of people around the world and exists at least as an ideal if not a dream.

All “True Christians” believe that mankind was created in the image of God and they believe in the return of Christ after his death and ascension into heaven. Devout Christians are nazirite as well which means they have taken the vow of Numbers 6:1-21:

In todays society the Christian faith and all religions for that matter, has been overrun by diversions, deceits and the outright lies of  men who desecrate the word of God. The word of man has usurped the word of God and nature is paying a heavy price for it. Christians believe that God created the earth in 6 days and rested on the 7th which was the Sabbath.

Sadly many Christians of today now follow the rule of man and practice the Sabbath holy day on Sunday which in Biblical times was actually the first day of Gods work and not the true Sabbath. They do so based on the word of man given through edicts from the Roman Catholic Church and Emperor Constantine in direct defiance of the first of Gods Ten Commandments.

I am not a Christian, nor a Muslim or a Jew. I ascribe to no religion. I believe that all religion has been corrupted by the sin of man. I ascribe to the Laws of Nature and the belief that all living things are related and interdependent. I have no faith in man the sinner and destroyer of life. I have no faith in apparitions or a Father who art in heaven but whom shall chose not to speak to his children. I do not believe in an afterlife because this life is the only one I can remember so what really is the point of living for something you will never know. I live in the here and now for the future of my children.

I am dread not because Christ was a dread but because dreadlocks are natural and through them flows the power of my karma much like the power of life that flows in the blood of Christ. I am rasta because my Jamaican bredren have embraced I and I as rastafarI and not because Bob Marley was so damn cool but because he was a prophet, a healer and a saint in my eyes. I know that “Everything is gonna be alright” not because Bob said so or because Jesus is going to save me but because I have faith in myself and it is my life mission to make sure that everything be alright.

The Bible was written by intelligent men who understood the need for guidance. It was written by man and is therefore tainted with the sins of man but in it are the words of wisdom and a way to live a life of happiness. In my eyes I am my own God and my children are my Christ and they were born to heal the world. It is my duty to bring unto this world the next generation of healers and leaders as is the duty of every Father who wants to know the beauty of heaven.

Many have asked how I can be so blessed to have such a beautiful family and my answer is simple. Stay true to the path of the righteous and beauty is all ye shall know. Love the ones that others will hate and let peace be your guiding light.

For all you shaven headed Christians who worship the word of man on Sunday I ask you to do the research on your own faith and realize that your God and his son were more tolerant than we. Understand that Jesus was a pacifist and he never struck a blow for his own faith. Ask yourself why more people have been killed in the name of Christ than  for any other reason and realize that it was actually done in the name of man. These perversions of faith are sins to be paid for in hell so repent and pray for guidance not from the words of men but purely from the word of God. Be true to the 10 commandments and you too shall know the beauty of life and be blessed as you cannot imagine.

All ye of faith and belief in Christ. Do you shave your head? Do you worship on Sunday? If so do you consider yourself a real Christian or a follower of the lies of man?

All I can say is WOW!! This is the most amazing discussion I have read in years. That may seem like an overstatement but being so closely tied to this story and not realizing just how big it is has been a shock to me this morning.

My name is Alfred Moya and my step father is David Fallon, 2nd son born to Joseph “Joe Dump” Fallon. Dad and I were both born and raised in Key West. I live in Ocala Florida today as do a number of my extended family members such as my Uncle Richard, Joe Dumps oldest son, and Richards children my cousins Devin and Allison.

Awhile back it dawned on me that all of us lived here in Ocala because of a dog named Joe Dump. Last time I saw Allison we were enjoying parents day with our children at the local elementary and I mentioned to her then that this all happened because of a dog. She was too young to remember or understand but I have vivid and clear memories of how Joe Dump changed my life forever.

Grandpa Joe was a backhoe operator for the local landfill in Key West Florida back in the late 70′s when it was still relatively flat. 20 years later it is the highest point above sea level in the Florida Keys. I remember visiting him at the dump and riding on that backhoe with him and I remember him giving me gifts of items he had collected in the trash. On one particular day he gave me a bag filled with fake food items like fruits and a plastic steak. It was weird but it was his way of showing that he cared. The dump is located next door to Gerald Adams elementary school and on a good day you can smell the ocean and not the garbage burning on the other side of the fence. On a bad day kids stayed insde because the dump was on fire and the smoke covered the schoolyard in stench.

I remember the Joe Dump history differently than the news I read in this article. From what I and my mother remember Joe Fallon and his wife Grace moved to Silver Springs and Ocala AFTER he sold Joe Dump the world record setting champion greyhound for $60,000. From some of the newspaper articles posted here it seems that Joe still owned the dog while living here in Ocala. I’ll have to check with Dad later to find out more details but as we remember he used the $60,000 to buy the farm and move away from the Keys.

I remember visiting “Pa Joe” and “Ma Grace” at “the farm” which was actually located in the Ocala National Forest in the early 80′s during summer break. I remember that he had 12 acres with a pond on it and he raised greyhounds in kennels that covered the property. Being born and raised on a small island like Key West was a world apart from life in Ocala. I remember the first time we had to go to the feed store for supplies and we drove more than 40 minutes from the farm to the feed store. I seemed like a ridiculously long journey just to buy dog food when you consider it takes about 10 minutes to drive around the entire city of Key West but Ocala was a HUGE place with large open spaces and beautiful forest views.

I have very fond memories of life on the farm. I remember feeding dogs like Sassi Sandi who was named after my cousin Sandi D and if memory serves me well she was the same dog that loved to kill rattlesnakes that strayed into in her pen. I remember raising rabbits for training the dogs and sadly I remember the burn pit where sick dogs would be “put down” by Pa Joe and his double barreled shotgun. I remember playing tackle football in the rain in the fields full of cow patties and years later hunting deer in the Ocala National Forest with that same double barrel and Pa Joes hunting dogs.

Pa Joe was a dog man and his home in Silver Springs reflected his passion. The house was covered in dog memorabilia and the primary reading materials were dog racing magazines and race books full of stats and news on the greyhound industry. The TV only picked up one channel with the antenna attached to the house so the dogs and cows were the only form of entertainment for us other than hikes in the forest.

Regardless of when he actually sold Joe Dump there is not doubt that without that dog I and my family would have never moved to Ocala. There is no doubt in my mind that living in Ocala after Key West is what made me into such a unique individual and there is no doubt that my life would have been very different if not for a greyhound named Joe Dump. I genuinely appreciate the articles and photos posted in this thread and I will be sure to send a link to my Aunt Phyliss (Joes Daughter) and Grandma Grace plus all of Pa Joes grandchildren. It warms the heart to know that so many people were touched by Joe Fallon and his dog Joe Dump and discovering just how important they were to all of us.

The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have nothing to do with 9/11 and the evidence to invade was fabricated. There were never any weapons of mass destruction and we knew that from the beginning. Colin Powell lied to the UN in order to gain support for an illegal war. The war on terror has everything to do with destroying America and the last remaining free nation in the world.

In the past 10 years we have become the biggest joke in the world and the most hated nation on earth because of the lies we believed and our blood lust for revenge against a crime which was no doubt planned or at the very least supported by our very own government. Bush and Cheney orchestrated 9/11 and sent us to fight an endless war that can never be won against a faceless enemy. Islam did not attack us but the war has become religious and hatred for Muslims has never been so high in a country that takes pride in religious freedoms. We have lost more of our freedoms and our way of life has been changed forever. American citizens can now be held indefinitely and with secret evidence in secret courts and no one can say anything. I am an enemy combatant by pure definition because I do not believe or trust those who lead us. I think they are leading us astray and we as Americans have lost sight of what is important.

For those of you who think I should renounce my American citizenship and leave this country please let me remind you that our forefathers were committing treason when they signed the Declaration of Independence and without that treasonous act we would all still live under the kings rule. It was an act of treason that set us free and I believe it will take another act of treason to free us again. Dissent has been the American way and our one true freedom since the Boston Tea Party and I am proud to have been born in this great nation with a free will and mind. I am not proud that we allowed corporate greed and politics to take over our great nation and usurp the power which should always lie in the hands of the people but I will die to defend this land and our freedom.

It’s been a weird time the past few months as the approach to my 40th birthday and the birth of my 3rd child Kaya have brought up lots of memories, thoughts and ideas. I have been going back over my life and considering things I wanted to do but have yet to accomplish and which of those I can still do and which I may as well forget about. There are still many things I need to do and take care of so I’ll be a busy person for the next year as I restructure my life and try things differently until my 41st birthday. This next year will see the greatest changes I have ever experienced and I will consciously make different decisions in a year long social experiment with my life to determine what works best for me and how to make the most of this one life we get.

As an example of things I must accept chances seem slim that I will end up a financially wealthy person unless my luck changes but I’m ok with that. Money comes with some nasty problems and I’m used to the ones you get when you are born poor. My good friend Wayne Moritz from International Bikes in Fort Lauderdale told me long ago, “keep the problems you got because other problems can be much worse”. My wealth goes beyond financial and few will ever be as blessed as I have been in my life. I have the most beautiful family and friends that a person could ever imagine and I am content to keep them.

There are many things I have always wanted to do but never took the time to do them. I never jumped from an airplane, swam with sharks or climbed a real mountain. I made a promise to my kids not to risk my life until they are grown up and with the birth of Kaya it will be at least 18 more years before I can take those risks but I can live with that. There are many more things in this world I can do. I would like to do more traveling but that’s hard with a newborn baby so right now we’re planning out the next adventure but sitting still in Florida. I’m thinking that we’ll go beyind the Caribbean to Central and South America on our next adventure but only time will tell.

Growing up I did a lot of shall we say dumb shit and my body has paid a heavy price for the pleasures my mind has enjoyed. I have used and abused myself and at 40 I have decided it is time to make some radical changes in my life. I am going on a health kick and a straight edge vegan lifestyle after eating so many chickens for the past 10 years and not an ovo lacto vegetarian like I was before but a pure vegan with the use or consumption of no animal products. This will of course take me some time to achieve but I feel it’s necessary to purify my mind and body so no more meat, seafood, eggs or cows milk for the next year. Of course there will be a few exceptions and especially so in the beginning because I need to reinvent my diet so at least in the beginning I will be eating bread which of course has milk and eggs and I will also be eating honey which some ethical vegans shy away from because it is an animal product but I feel it is better than alternatives like corn syrups etc. I am dropping all refined, processed and unnatural foods with a focus on more natural grains, fruits and vegetables. My goal is less about weight loss and more about an ethically healthy lifestyle. The planet needs more people to care and supporting the local fast food chains isn’t helping our Mother Earth.

I have quit smoking weed which may well pose the most difficult for me to manage but is probably the most important move I can make now that I am living in the Incarceration State of Florida. I have used up all my get out of jail free cards and my next arrest will result in guaranteed prison time. As natural as it may seem to us potheads smoking herbs is not natural and although there are no proven health side effects the legal repercussions here in Florida are ridiculous. I may change this if we move to California as I have wished to do for years now. If I can get a job offer on the West Coast I will bail out of Florida in the blink of an eye and get my pot smokers card but for now I will be ganja free. As much as I love it I want to try things clean and sober for a year and smoking weed does make me lazy and I have work to do for the family and our future.

I broke rasta creed and shaved my beard into a goatee for a fresh new look. My rasta faith is intact but navigating Babylon is difficult when you look unclean and my family I have needs here that require I blend in a little better. The goatee keeps my beard length which makes growing it back pretty simple when I am ready to do so. They say I look like I shaved a decade and 20 pounds off but it was only 4 or 5 inches long and 4 years old. I have shaved a total of 3 times in the past decade or so, once when my grandmother passed, once for the last time I went to court and yesterday afternoon for a fresh new look.

I am going to become more active in the community and online more often to share and chat with my friends and family. I have come to realize how powerful my online network has grown to become and my goal over the next year is not to make more friends online but to better connect with the ones I already have. Nine years after the most horrible attack on American soil in our history I have never been more convinced that September 11th was an inside job executed by the highest levels of our elected government and planned by a nefarious cabal of global elites that quietly influence and thereby control the entire planet with their “silent weapons” of social control mechanisms like money, religion, languages and education.

I realize how crazy a statement that may seem to the uninformed who have not spent years researching “9/11 Truth” and the global controllers but it does not take long at all to realize that we are powerless in comparision to those who actually run this planet and they seem to me to be hell bent on total control and world dominance with an end game of population decimation. There are at least 40 reasons to question the official story of 9/11 and anyone who thinks 19 guys with box cutters did this on their own is either in denial of the facts that we are being controlled or simply ignorant of the fact that we are.

The failures of government during 9/11 pale in comparison to the complicit behavior of our elected leaders and there is little reason to doubt that these attacks were orchestrated to instill fear and anger in the people of America so that we would gladly enter a senseless and unending “War on Terror” that is now set to last the lifetime of my children and beyond.

The Bush family has been a force in American politics for generations. Prescott Bush was charged by the Federal Government for supporting Hitler and the Nazi eugenics program of racial extermination. George Bush Sr can be traced to the assasination of JFK and drug smuggling from Central and South America. George W Bush Knew about the terror attacks before they happened because the attacks were a clean up job to sort out the mess and witnesses to Bush crimes against humanity in the Middle East. Bush Sr and Rumsfeld handed Saddam Hussein the weapons of mass destruction which we never actually found because he already used them on his own people and Bush Jr went to war with Iraq for the sole purpose of cleaning up the mess which is why we held extraordinary renditions and incarcerated innocent people at Gitmo in order to maintain the push for war and to whitewash the Bush Legacy in the Middle East.

In the past 9 years we have lost more freedoms and rights in America then the total of the previous 200 years and in the new America we can be arrested with no evidence, tried in secret courts and sentenced to death for thoughts or ideas. America become the biggest bully, most feared and most hated nation and there is little doubt in the minds of religious zealots that America is Babylon on Earth and the prophesied end of times are upon us. All of this has evolved into a religious war that will only serve to tear us apart even further as our fellow humans follow the religious leaders who seek guidance from apparitions and figments of their own imagination.
