si bineinteles,fara abuzuri...asa ca ,din tarta mai sus prezentata nu taiati felii precum a mea de mari ,asta a fost doar pentru prezentare!:)&lt;br /&gt;
tarta de fata este &amp;nbsp;foarte concentrata mai ales ca grasimi &amp;nbsp;decit carbohidrati,cel mai usor de facut pe lumea asta,rapid si cu succes mare la iubitorii de ciocolata.tot ce trebuie sa faceti este sa aveti in casa un aluat cu unt preparat ,eu iarasi am cumparat &amp;nbsp;o foaie de aluat brisee dar puteti folosi si un aluat foietaj tot atit de bine),pe care am inghesuit-o intr-o forma de cca 25 cm si am intepat-o din loc in loc,pentru a nu se umfla la copt(puteti &amp;nbsp;sa o acoperiti si cu hirtie de copt pe care sa puneti boabe de orez,fasole,etc. pentru acelasi efect),copt care a durat pina cind s-a rumenit(in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 celsius,am lasat-o cca 10-12 minute).apoi am lasat-o la racit si am scos-o cu atentie din forma.in ea am turnat crema ganache,facuta din 400 ml smintina 30%,400 grame de ciocolata 50%cacao,1 lingura de unt,1 lingura de miere,1/2 fiola esenta de portocale.procedeul de obtinere cred ca il stiti,se poate desfasura in doua feluri,ori aduceti smintina la punctul de fierbere ,o turnati peste ciocolata si celelalte ingrediente imediat si amestecati cu telul pina se dizolva ciocolata complet,ori puneti la foc mic toate ingredientele si amestecati continuu pina la omogenizarea lor.&lt;br /&gt;
odata crema turnata,tarta se lasa in frigider la intarit minimum 4-5 ore.sau pina a doua zi,daca o preparati seara.poza mea e facuta cam devreme,tarta era in curs de...dar a doua zi a fost perfecta!:)&lt;br /&gt;

ingrediente pentru o forma rotunda de cca 25 cm:&lt;br /&gt;
2 fructe kaki (denumite si persimmon,sharon)mai mici,taiate felii,&lt;br /&gt;
4 oua,&lt;br /&gt;
400 ml lapte,&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 fiola esenta de rom,&lt;br /&gt;
50 grame unt,topit+extra pentru uns forma,&lt;br /&gt;
100 grame zahar,&lt;br /&gt;
130 grame faina.&lt;br /&gt;
tapetam forma de copt cu unt si asezam feliile de kaki pe fundul ei.intr-un bol batem lejer ouale cu un tel,adaugam apoi faina si zaharul pe rind si omogenizam ,sa nu avem cocoloase.adaugam untul topit,esenta de rom si apoi laptele caldut,omogenizam iar si turnam continutul bolului peste feliile de fruct,incet ,sa nu le deranjam.dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade celsius pentru cca 40 minute ,pina ce clafoutis-ul este rumen si coagulat.se lasa la racit si apoi se poate servi simplu sau pudrat cu zahar.dar kaki au fost atit de dulci incit nu l-am mai impietat si cu zahar!&lt;br /&gt;

va prezentam&lt;a href="http://alison-trials.blogspot.com/2011/09/pseudo-pizza.html"&gt; aici&lt;/a&gt; una din  variantele de pizza pe care le puteti incropi in citeva minute  cind aveti comenzi ferme din partea micilor "teroristi " din preajma voastra ,  pentru incarcarea bateriilor epuizate de activitatile de peste zi  sau chiar pentru voi,cind cheful de gatit va cam ocoleste...ieri am reusit sa fac si o poza la varianta deja promisa,cea cu ardei copti , feta,menta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;nimic special,doar:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- o foaie  de aluat de pizza  obisnuita , o lipie sau un  aluat  cu unt,daca aveti la indemina,cum a fost cazul meu ,un aluat brisee cumparat(nu aruncati cu pietre,please,mai comitem si din astea,oameni sintem:) ),&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2-3 linguri suc de rosii asezonat cu piper si oregano,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2-3 ardei capia copti,facuti fisiute,patratele,cum doriti,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-150 grame de feta,facuta farime,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-frunze proaspete de menta.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;se coace aluatul la 200 grade ,cca 10 minute,pina cind se rumeneste.cind este caldut,se badijoneaza pe toata suprafata cu sucul de rosii asezonat  si peste acest suc de adauga farimele de feta si ardeiul copt,neuitind,la sfirsit,sa decoram cu frunze de menta.cam asta a fost tot,va urez pofta buna !enjoy!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
