A visit to Oudtshoorn in the Klein Karoo, South Africa is not fulfilled if you did not visit the Cango Caves. Just 29 km from Oudtshoorn at the head of the picturesque Cango Valley, lays the spectacular underground wonder of the Klein Karoo – the Cango Caves. All Aboard Tours and Safari’s took two Denmark friends to these and also to the Cango Ostrich show farm where they have a lot of fun. The ostrich, a large, flightless bird that lives in the dry grasslands of Africa are raised for their feathers and skins in South Africa, Egypt, and California. They form the single remaining species in an ancient, primitive order of birds.

New Jewel in the Garden Route, South Africa.

All Aboard Tours and Safari’s discovered a new jewel in The Southern Cape Garden Route near Mossel Bay and Great Brak River, South Africa. An old farmhouse on the banks of the Moordkuil river was restored and extent into a unique wedding and function venue and accommodation. The restaurant is fully licensed with a wide selection of local wines, beers, spirits and liquors where anyone is welcome. The family on the attached photo gallery which were taken to this tranquil venue enjoyed themselves very much. There is a lot of fun for the kids and while they enjoy themselves, daddy can also test his more adventurous side with his more expensive toys on the well known Moordkuil 4×4 trails established in 2010. Knysna : Garden route : South Africa

Knysna Heads must be the most striking geological feature along the entire southern African coastline. They flank a deep but potentially treacherous channel through which the sea pours in to flood the wide and breathtakingly pretty lagoon at the mouth of the Knysna River.

The Garden of Eden is an enchanting wet forest, near Knysna on the Garden Route. This is one of the most lush and beautiful parts of the Knysna forest and definitely a must-see when visiting this gorgeous region.

All Aboard tours and Safari’s took three ladies from Gauteng to this and all they could said was :”It is out of this world beautiful “ The photo’s that we took at the lookout point on top of the eastern head tells it own story.

Game drive

No – We were not in a game farm. All the attached photos were taken along some back roads in the Mossel Bay rural areas. All the photos were taken during a 3 to 4 hour scenic drive through the most beautiful areas with a lot of Fynbos, blue-crisp Mountains and crystal water. Mossel Bay is a very tranquil town, situated in the southern Cape and is part of the picturesque Garden Route of South Africa.
