Remove blogger navbar in various method

This is instructions how to remove Blogger navbar:
Method 1:
Blogger login => Design => Edit HTML [Do not need to check expand widgets ]

Now Press Ctrl + F and type ]]>

Just above ]]> it, Paste following code as shown in image.

Now Click SAVE TEMPLATE
You done!

Method 2:

This method is very easy just put following code just above <body> code

Click SAVE TEMPLATE.
There will be warning for deletion of navbar.

You must click DELETE WIDGETS.
You are done!
Disadvantages:
1, No Quick edit and wrench tool with just login, You must go to dashboard.
2, No Comment deletion with login.
3, Must go to Dashboard for administrative work.

Method-3:
Place following code within <head> section of your blog.

Method- 4: [This method doesn't form valid HTML]
Replace <body> with following code.

Or

Best method is Method 1 which form valid HTML and most commonly used method.

This instruction helps to install Tooltips in webpages.

Tooltips Code:

In Blogger template
Log in Blogger => Design => Edit HTML => Check (mark) Expand Widget Templates

Find </head> [ To find use Ctrl + F => Search box appear top right side = Type </head> => Hit Enter ]
Paste Following code Just above </head>. [To select all, click inside box => Ctrl+A]

Now click SAVE TEMPLATE

This is tooltips code install in blogger templates. Now you can show tooltips wherever you want in new pages or post insert following code to show tooltips in desire section or location.

You can change Tooltips features:

padding: 5px;
width:400px; ( Tooltips bredth can be modified by changing this number )
border:1px solid #357EC7; ( Tooltips border and color modification )
background-color:#CFECEC; ( Background of tooltips can be modified by changing this color code)

Highlighted with Red: Can be modify according to your desire e.g.If you want to show secret message after:1 minutes = 60,000 [ Replace above red highlighted number with this number to show secret message after 1 minutes.
2 minutes = 2 x 60,000 = 120,000 [ if you want to show after 2 minutes ]
3 minutes = 3 x 60,000 = 180,000 [ if you want to show after 3 minutes] Do accordingly with time interval.
