You know what I love about cloth diapering? I’m never bored. And I never have to worry about money burning a hole in my pocket!

Despite my complete satisfaction in using Kirkland’s Environmentally friendly detergent, I always have this guilt for not using something from a WAHM.

There is something so special about supporting a family, not to mention the pride in using a product that you know was made in the kitchen with the help of the whole family.

When I saw that a “neighbor” had created a natural laundry detergent and one that was perfect for my hard water, I knew I had to try it.

Rockin’ Green Detergent is lovely. The scent is not overwhelming, but perfectly pleasant. Before using Rockin’ Green I thoroughly stripped my cloth diapers. I wanted to make sure to get an accurate assessment of how this detergent works in the long run.

So far I am pleased with the performance. I always encourage the use of hand-made products. This is one you won’t be disappointed with.

Before I tell you more about Rockin’ Green I have to tell you a story. Kim, the GADbaby mama, also sells Green Acre Designs (GADs) cloth diapers. I always assumed that Kim was the creator of GAD.

Why? Because she has done an amazing job of establishing herself as the GAD website. It wasn’t until I clicked on her “contact us” page that I discovered she was simply a lover of GAD cloth diapers.

As a WAHM that runs an internet business and is very familiar with internet marketing, I must say Kim has me impressed. Not to mention, GAD cloth diapers are arguably the best pocket diaper available and that has me coming back to her website many times a week (to window shop of course ).

If you haven’t tried a GAD pocket cloth diaper, you are missing out on the trimmest pocket I have ever used. They fit like a glove and now you can even choose a luxurious bamboo inner!

GIVEAWAY!! Kim has generously offered a chance for one reader to win a GAD cloth diaper in their choice of insert and color! (details below)

Below is a description of Rockin’ Green Cloth Diaper Detergent taken from the GADbaby website:

Does your rock hard water have you down?

Are you sick and tired of battling with stinky diapers?

Then Rockin’ Green should be on your cloth diaper playlist! It comes in 2 rockin’ formulas and tons of sweet fragrances, which is music to anyone’s ears.

Choose from:

* Soft Rock: A mellow tune that is great for the sensitive little ones in your life.

* Classic Rock: This is the sound that started it all. Our original formula is great for diapers and regular clothes. So use it on everything!

In one of these yummy fragrances-

* unscented
* fresh linen
* baby powder
* cherry almond (this is the one I have…YUM!)
* vanilla lavender
* monkey snacks
* lemon
* cherry lemonade
* brown sugar

This diaper detergent was born out of necessity and perfected over many months. It’s made of all natural stuff, which is good for the planet, and is great for sensitive kiddos that have trouble with conventional soaps. Best of all, it is totally safe for cloth diapers, so you don’t have to worry about repelling.

Got hard water? We got you covered- this stuff was designed to bust through the minerals and grime and leave you with clean smelling, sparkly diapers.

Here’s what a few lucky testers had to say about Rockin’ Green:

- I’m amazed and thrilled that your detergent didn’t break my baby out! My diapers have never looked better!

-I just want to tell you that after many many washes with your detergent I can’t bear to use anything else! It is fantastic for our water and gets my dipes so so so clean. Much better than anything else I have used. Thank you! And if you ever think you are going to stop making it please let me know so I can make a LARGE order.

- I love, love, love the detergent, so I will be back for more. It was like a cloth diapering miracle! Now, what the heck do I do with 30lbs of unused Country Save?

-It is fabulous. It’s wonderful!! I need more!!

- I liked it! Used the last of it today and want more.;)

- Clean diapers, no stinkies and no extra rinses. Liked it a lot!

-So much BETTER than my old routine! It will be much easier on my front loader. I won’t have to strip the dipes all the time anymore.

Instructions:

There are very few WAHMs that crank out the number of successful products as Erin of Sustainablebabyish.

Each of her bamboo and wool cloth diaper items performs at the highest level and is made with the highest quality materials.

This year Erin partnered with Trees for the Future to offset the carbon generated in the production and care of every sustainablebabyish organic cloth diaper.

When you purchase a sustainablebabyish cloth diaper, a tree is planted in Southeast Asia.

We know choosing cloth diapers keeps disposables out of landfills. Now, our choice to use sustainablebabyish cloth diapers also reduces greenhouse gases and helps reforest the planet.

I love that Erin isn’t just out to make a buck (nothing wrong with that, we all have to eat!) but she’s truly trying to leave the world a better place in her lifetime.

When I heard that Sbish had released a snapless-multi (sized) fitted cloth diaper I got a little…okay, a lot…excited. I quickly hopped on over to www.sloomb.com to check it out. I let you in on my initial first reaction- disappointment. I thought, “this looks just like the BSRB nighttime diaper and I do NOT like that one at all!”

But, I didn’t let that stop me. I contacted Erin and asked her a few questions. Top on my mind was how wide the crotch was on the Snapless-Multi. The narrowness of the BSRB nighttime crotch area is the major reason I do not like that diaper. She quickly got back to me with a measurement wider than I assumed (yeah!). The Snapless-Multi has a crotch width of 5 1/2″-6″ depending on where/if the fitted is folded.

So I told her to send me one so I could put it to the test.

Once it arrived, I opened the box to see a PIN! *insert Psycho music here* I fear the pin. In defense of the pin, it is a nifty thing with it’s retractable cap but it’s a PIN!

I know, I’m being a bit melodramatic here. If I can drive a big, honkin (the Texan word for massive) Suburban surely I can work a pin through fabric without causing blood to pour from my precious son’s abdomen…hehe I’m making myself laugh and getting sidetracked.

Back to the Snapless-Multi. It’s bamboo so of course it was soft and lovely. I washed it up and put it on the shelf. And it sat there. Until one day I was bored and wanted to try out the pin. You know the kind of boredness that often comes upon a homeschooling mommy of 4

Surprisingly, it wasn’t too bad. With a little practice I could maybe have gotten a tight fit. Other than my poor pinning job, the Snapless Multi has a fantastic fit. It is a tad bulky, but that may be because I added an extra (comes w/ 2) doubler for nighttime and folded down the top about an inch.

The subsequent times I used the Sbish Snapless-Multi I used a snappi. The snappi works great and I was happy.

Now to performance. I have only used the Snapless-Multi at night. Every time Sterling has worn this diaper to bed the next morning (12hrs later) it is dry-damp on the outside. Since this is a fitted cloth diaper it does need a cover.

I usually use a thirsties or Imse Vimse cover, but also use an sbish soaker (see picture below). A size small thirsties fits okay but just barely. Imse Vimse runs huge so no problem there!

I have nothing negative to say about the Sustainablebabyish Snapless-Multi cloth diaper. Especially not about the price! At only $18 you could easily create an inexpensive, high quality stash.

Please visit Sustainablebabyish anytime by clicking on the banner in the top right corner of the blog.

Close your eyes…

Remember the first time you laid eyes on your newborn baby?

Remember her smell?

Remember the inescapable force that kept your lips pressed to his peach fuzz head?

Now imagine that no matter how hard you tried, no matter how many tests, no matter how many painful injections you endured you were never able to reach the ultimate utopia of motherhood.

Imagine watching all your friends weep tears of joy as they witnessed first after first. Trying to share their elation. Trying to withhold the tears. Trying to not make it about your “failure”.

I can’t imagine this heartbreak. Pregnancy has come easy for me, however discretion does not. At my 10yr high school reunion I was 32 wks pregnant with Paisley. Me and everyone else there asked a friend when her and her husband were going to have children.

The assumption was made that they were just “living it up”, traveling the world, enjoying their freedom. Almost 3 years later I discovered how wrong I was. My friend had in fact endured years (YEARS!) of infertility treatments with no success.

When I learned of her adoption pursuit and the financial goals they had, I immediately knew that I could help. God has blessed me with this amazing blog and 1 1/2 yrs ago He gave me the endurance I needed to write the Ultimate Guide to Cloth Diapers.

For the month of July (at the earliest I reserve the right to continue!) my husband and I would be honored to donate ALL proceeds from ebook sales to Not For Crybabies.

I want to thank my new friend Jen Varty for writing such a wonderfully informative blog post on G Diapers. I couldn’t have written it better myself!

G stands for Great Diaper

Genius, grow, grassroots, green, gentle, and genuine are some of the “G” words imprinted on the inside of a gDiaper. Some of you may use them, some of you may have heard of them, but for those of you who have no idea, gDiapers are a revolutionary diaper that offers a biodegradable, flushable insert.

The system consists of a gPant (which are made of cotton and come in very cute patterns and colours such as Go Fish Blue, Girly Girl Ruffle, and Grasshopper green), a waterproof snap in liner, and the insert, a “flushie.” The flushie was designed to be flushed down the toilet (after ripping the sides, dumping the insides and giving it a swish with the special stick), or wet ones can be composted and they break down in 50 to 150 days. Or you can also throw them in the garbage because they contain no plastic to keep them from decomposing.

I got hooked on gDiapers while I was pregnant with my son. I decided from the moment of conception that I wanted to do cloth. I spent nine months learning everything I could about every kind out there. Good thing he was 11 days overdue, because there was a lot to learn. My diaper stash consisted of a bit of everything including gDiapers. When my son was a week old I started using cloth. I quickly found out that gDiapers were my favourite. At 8lbs they fit my son well. Instead of using the flushies, I trifolded an infant prefold and used that. It cut down on my laundry, because the cover and liner can be reused for multiple changes as long as it doesn’t get damp or dirty. They were trim compared to other diapers and fit well under his clothes. I sold the rest of my diapers and bought more gDiapers.

Our small stash of gDiapers contained just orange and vanilla pants, those are the two colours that come in starter packs. To spice things up I went to the local fabric store and purchased some Dylon. I dyed two of the pants blue (see below). To dye the waistband I used kool aid. They turned out great. My friend tried dying one of hers pink. I have seen people add embroidery to their little g pants, or tie dye them, the possibilities are endless.

A good stash for gDiapers would be 4-6 covers (I alternate between 2 a day and keep 2 spares in the diaper bag), 4-6 liners (you can wash these in the sink quickly and they dry before the next change if they happen to get dirty) and at least a dozen prefolds, home made inserts or gCloth (just released this week). With a dozen prefolds I was washing everyday with a newborn. I have made inserts with microfiber towels with fabric sewn on the top as another cheap alternative. I use the flushies when we go out. I get joy out of flushing an insert with a super-sucking toilet, like at McDonalds. I have never flushed one at home because our toilet is a bit sluggish and we are on septic, I don’t want to risk a clog.

I have been using gDiapers for just over 4 months now. I am no expert, but I am glad I found this system and I support gDiapers 100%. We have only had a few leaks in the very beginning.

I think we had leaks for one or all of the following reasons,

a) I was doing them up too tightly (this breaks the seal, just close the Velcro where it falls, don’t pull it tighter)

b) The prefolds not being fully prepped (it takes multiple washes for them to reach full absorbency)

c) My son didn’t have enough “chunk” on his legs to make a good seal.

If you’re getting leaks I would recommend making sure the diaper isn’t on too tight, the liner is making a good seal, the liners haven’t been in contact with vinegar or gone in a dryer, the liners aren’t too old and have lost their elasticity. If you have tried all these things and you are still having problems, give the friendly people at gDiapers a call, they are there to help.

With all this talk about leaks I just have to say that I have never had a leak using a flushie, just when there has been cloth inside. The flushable insert is super absorbent. If you have a heavy wetter or will be going a long time before the next change you can cut an insert in half and double up on the top half or the middle depending on whether you have a boy or a girl.

The gDiapers system works great for our family. We can save money and use prefolds at home, but we are also busy and love to go to the cottage or camping for the weekend. Instead of a bringing a giant wetbag with me and having dirty diapers with us during our trip I take a package of the flushable inserts. I pack 4 gPants, 6 liners and some flushables. Then when I go home I don’t have a ton of dirty diapers to wash and my shelves are full of clean prefolds ready to use. Using gDiapers fits in perfectly with our busy and hectic lifestyle.

Learning to put on a gDiaper takes a bit of practice, but really isn’t that hard. First off snap in the liner, and then insert either the flushie or your cloth option. Make sure it makes a “u” shape in order to get a good seal. Lie your baby on top of it (make sure the “g” is at the back, however they do work the other way around). Do up the Velcro where it falls, and make sure the liner is inside the leg crease and has created a good seal. Now your “g” is on your ready to go.

The Top 5 Reasons Why I Love gDiapers

1) The customer service is excellent. Whenever I have had a question I have gotten a phone call back the same day or an email. They are all super friendly and love to help.

2) The ease of switching between cloth and flushable depending on if we are at home or out and about.

3) How trim and easily the diapers fit under clothing, especially newborn clothes.

4) That even if I throw the flushable insert in the garbage, I know it is not going to sit in a landfill for the next 500 years.

5) How cute it makes Luke’s bum look! Below is a picture of Luke and his girlfriend Cadyn (born 11 days apart) Luke is in a small G and Cadyn is in a medium.

Just before I end this I thought I would discuss the issue of poop, because no matter how cute or good for the environment it is, if it doesn’t catch poop it’s pointless right? Luke is exclusively breastfed. Therefore he has those runny, explosive poops. About 75% of the time we get poop on the liner. Not a big deal, unsnap it and either throw it in the pail with the dirty cloth (if that’s what your using) or wash it in the sink and it will be dry in no time. We have only had a few poops ever make it onto the cover, and never had it get on his clothes. Looking back on my disposable days with my daughter, I remember the “up-the-back” explosions and I am happy to say we have never had anything that the gDiaper couldn’t catch. Even if I have to wash the liner and cover, I don’t have to wash an outfit.

If you have never heard of gDiapers, I hope you have learned a lot. If you have heard of them but felt a little confused, I hope this has cleared it up for you. If you have been on the fence for a while, I hope this has convinced you to give them a shot.

If you want more information, or want to look at the cute selection of diapers visit www.gdiapers.com

Yes, disposable diapers contain disgusting gel crystals.

Yes, disposable diapers are horrible for the environment.

Yes, disposable diapers are a waste of your hard-earned money.

But, honestly blowouts are THE most annoying aspect of disposable diapers.

We just returned from a week long vacation at the beach – hence the long break in blog posts. I opted to take disposable diapers to the beach because I was led to believe there was no washer and dryer.

I purchased the most natural disposable diapers I could find and prayed my son would not suffer terribly from this decision.

After one day of sitting at the beach and being completely covered in sand, I was glad for the convenience of disposables…until he pooped.

Baby poop is runny. In cloth diapers containment is handled through gussets, elastic and absorbent fabric. In a disposable the flimsy leg elastic and non-existent waist elastic pretty much ensures that the runny poop is going to go all over you.

We all love a mental picture right? Picture me sitting at the table, watching the ocean waves roll in when all of the sudden I hear *pop*. I had felt Sterling using the restroom and assumed I was hearing a gas bubble.

No. Unfortunately, it was the sound of the runny poop popping out of the disposable diaper onto my skirt, leg and ground. Lovely.

I really despise disposable diapers. Suck is a horrible word, but one that adequately describes these horrible convenience items.

Needless to say, I was very very anxious to get home and put a cloth diaper on Sterling. The first one I grabbed was my favorite- a bumgenius organic all-in-one (moonbeam to be exact ).

I love an occassional break but when convenience comes at a messy cost it’s just not worth it.

In addition to this video they also have a general how-to use Apple Cheeks cloth diapers video.

Since working with the size 1 Apple Cheeks cloth diaper I have been able to get a better fit on Sterling. I haven’t weighed him in atleast a month, but just guessing he’s around 15-16lbs. I have also played around with using the shell as a cover by laying in the insert. This has worked out well for quick assembly

Crafty I’m not. But, give me a big enough motivator and I’ll give it a try.

Bum Genius aplix after about a year is horrendous. Motivation? Yes.

If you have tons (or just one) of aplix Bum Genius cloth diapers and would like to convert them to snaps, follow these simple instructions.

(here is the original link) These are not my words but copy/pasted from a highly crafty (you have to be in my mind to jump into this project) and persistent (inserting this many pics in a post is a pain!) mama.

Time: about 30 mins, faster for subsequent dipes (because of your template)
Tools: Snap pliers or press, snap parts, pencil, ruler, 1 piece paper, stiletto/tailor’s awl (pliers come with this pointy tool), unpicking tool of choice, scissors.

Where to buy snap pliers: As far as where to buy the pliers they can be bought through the Notion Supply Coop on Yahoo Groups. The owner of the Coop is Serena.

Using an unpicker or your preferred method of unpicking, remove the aplix at the front of the diaper. Personally, I think the best way is to break a stitch every 4-5 stitches and every single stitch where it is double stitched (top left corner). It should then just come off really easily. You’ll then want to pick all the bits of loose thread off.

Next, cut the end of the tab off. This makes unpicking the tabs much easier – they will come apart. You can do a bit of manhandling here as the stretchy tabs can take more abuse (i.e. ripping the darn thing off with force, rather than carefully unpicking)

Here’s the tab, all unpicked!

Now you’re going to make a snap placement template for the front. This will make is much faster to do lots of BGs. You won’t have to measure the placement each time! So first, trace the outside edge of the front and cut it out.

Mark your snap placement. I put them every 2cm so they are quite close together for maximum adjustability. Place two snap caps on your template to check they aren’t too close!

Use your stiletto (awl) to poke holes through your template at the snap points.

Place template over the front of the diap and mark placement of snaps with a pencil.

Put your hand inside the dipe and use your stiletto to poke holes through the fron of the dipe but *not* through the inner layer! Be very careful as your stiletto is sharp and you don’t want holes in yourself!

Take your snap cap and put it up inside the dipe and push the prong out of on of the holes you made

Add the socket

Place in snap plier, making sure the cap fall into the die squarely. You’ll actually have the inner diaper fabric between the die and the cap. so your layers will go : die, PUL, cap, PUL, socket, upper part of plier. Press it hard!

Here is your nice, smooshed snap. Repeat for all of the holes on the front

Go through the same steps (template, mark, poke, press) for the tabs, making sure the cap goes *on the outside* and you use the other part of the snap (don’t know what this is called) instead of the socket

Sit back and admire your work!

I’ve been through many phases since beginning this cloth diaper journey in 2005. Prefolds and covers, to pockets, to All In Ones, to fitteds and wool, back to Pockets, then All In Twos (which is where I’m at now).

I always have fitteds on hand for backup, never use prefolds and don’t really enjoy stuffing pockets.

But, sometimes a cloth diaper has a feature that you simply can’t resist…no matter what system it is.

Rumparooz pocket cloth diapers have one of those perfect features. True, “ain’t-nothing-getting-past-these-walls” gussets. No other diaper comes close to Julie’s design.

The inside is lovingly referred to as the “Poop Scoop”. That is exactly what it is though. It’s contoured and conjures up images of an ice cream scoop. What comes out of baby stays in the diaper. What a novel idea!

After trying out the new G2 design I told Julie I took many pictures trying to get a tasteful shot of how well the Poop Scoop holds in poop. I love her reply, “dont be shy – I get LOTS of *dirty* pictures in my inbox from satisfied mommys lol.”

All this chatter, where’s the review?

I tested out an Velcro G2. Upon first look I thought “no way will I like these tabs.” But after using it I realized that, although they seem stiff, they will hold up a lot better than other aplix tabs (bumgenius for example).

The stretchy tabs have been improved to not be so stretchy. I can get a perfect fit around Sterling’s waist and from the following video, so can my 7yr old daughter Haley.

Rumparooz G2 is a one-sized pocket cloth diaper. I began using it on Sterling at about 13ish pounds. Because every child insists on being vastly different than the others, Sterling has an extremely long rise. (I compare this to Paisley who has the world’s shortest rise and could where a bumgenuis organic aio on the smallest snap at 2.)

Sterling wears his Rumparooz on the medium setting although I am thinking I need to move to the large setting. Don’t let Sterling’s long rise fool you. The Rumparooz G2 is in fact a one-sized diaper. The majority of children will easily wear this diaper from birth to potty training.

Besides the Poop Scoop, my other favorite feature is the laundry tab. I know, silly. But, I like how it isn’t a piece of velcro but a nice soft piece of material. No rubbing on baby. And they stay put in the washing machine.

I have mentioned in previous posts that I do NOT desire to pull out inserts. Therefore, I toss the diaper w/insert into the washer hoping it will come out. After many washes, the insert has come out every time (I have a top loader).

Included with every Rumparooz G2 purchase comes a 6r soaker. The 6r is a microfiber soaker that adjusts to many sizes and absorbencies (6 different combos!). I have not used the Rumparooz at night but with extended day use have not had any wicking or leaks.

The Rumparooz I have is a beautiful aqua but the prints Julie has (and will have) are amazing! I love that her prints are different than the popular prints I see floating around. Be sure and check out the monster!! So cute! I have had the Bastian and Jack in the past and these prints are super cute in person. Click for coming prints.

Overall, I highly recommend the Rumparooz G2. I haven’t had any issues with it that I can put in the “con” category.

Although I am not a lover of microfiber for the long run (like 1+ yr), it is a super absorber and trimmer than other comparable absorbency materials. I suggest replacing microfiber inserts every year at the most and avoid the stink and leaking issues that can occur.

Rumparooz cloth diapers, like Gro Baby, are produced in China. These WAHMs have worked very, very hard to ensure that their production facilities in China are FAIR, CLEAN, and HAPPY! By sending production overseas they are able to bring excellent cloth diapers to you at an affordable price, at the same time allowing their family to make an income.

In the near future I will be introducing you to lil’ Joey. This is the cloth diaper that is going to take over as the leader in newborn cloth diapering! If only I had these when Sterling was born!!

When I started this blog in March 2008, one of my first posts was “My Top 5 All-In-Ones“. As I read over that post I am amazed at the changes cloth diapers have undergone in the past year!

Cloth diaper makers have seen the demand for an easy, affordable, and absorbant All In One cloth diaper and answered back.

After thousands of hours of cloth diaper use I have compiled a list of my favorite All In Ones (or All In Twos). I will list them in order, starting with my top favorite.

#1: BumGenius Organic. Are you tired of me saying over and over that I love this diaper? If I could make my stash one diaper it would be BumGenius Organic AIO. And to be even more specific they would be snaps and only in the “new” colors. Sterling even has a Zinnia (pink) that he proudly wears.

What makes BumGenius Organic AIO my favorite? They are trim, absorbent, onesize, organic, and good color choices. What else could a cloth diaper user ask for? Here is a past review I’ve written: bG Organic w/ snaps. I have one with aplix that I have had for a long time and although it still works the tabs are curling and very pilly.

#2: Sposoeasy. Who can argue with simplicity? The simplicity of Sposoeasys are what make them my #2 cloth diaper. They aren’t perfect (laundry tab area still bugs me) but they’ve always performed at 100% for us. No leaks, super trim, dry fast and affordable.

I have 3 brown and 2 black and when diaper laundry is done they end up being the first used. There is nothing to be added or done to a Sposoeasy (unless you lay in one of the doublers). No rise adjustments, no stuffing, no folding or situating the soaker. Just lay under baby and fasten. I have only used the aplix version of the Sposoeasy AIO cloth diapers.

From the Sposoeasy website (www.bluepenguin.biz):

The SposoEasyTM is simply the best all-in-one diaper with natural fabric on the market today: the trimmest, softest natural cloth diaper out there!

It was developed over more than six months and provides leak proof leg openings with no bindings to leave red marks; an adjustable fit at the waist with either aplix or snaps; a quick-dry attached doubler that easily accommodates a second or third doubler for night diapering; and a soft knit PUL exterior shell that is available in seven colors or white. There is no other diaper out there that provides all this and natural, 100% cotton next to baby’s delicate skin.

Designed to be trim, leak-proof and comfortable for baby, the SposoEasyTM comes in three different natural fabrics: cotton, unbleached cotton, organically grown cotton and an antimicrobial hemp. Extremely functional, the SposoEasyTM doesn’t lack for style! Available in either aplix or snap versions, there are also seven colors (sage green, chocolate brown, aqua, black, lilac, raspberry pink and buttercup yellow) or white from which to choose. Please note that there are slight variations in the hue of the white soft knit PUL exterior shell. This is completely normal and is not an indication of any problems with the diaper.

#3: Gro Baby. The new kid on the block that quickly became a leader in the cloth diaper industry. I have 6 Gro Baby shells w/ numerous snap-ins and I use them all in a couple of days.

I love being able to tear out the wet insert and snap in a new one. I will reuse the same shell if it isn’t really wet. If I went too long between changes I’ll toss the wet shell to the side and use a dry one. It’s not unusual to see a Gro Baby shell laying on my bedroom floor or the living room. Our changing station is either the bed or floor

I use the Gro Baby cloth diapering system at night with confidence. When I do, I use a Gro Baby booster. As I stated in my Gro Baby review, the velcro material, inner mesh and snap ins are all amazing!

I have preordered the soon-to-be released vanilla snaps Gro Baby from my friend Leslie, owner of Cloth Diaper Superstore. They have a release date in June. I can’t wait!

#4: Bum Ware Quickdry All In Two. Bum Ware is the only diaper in my list that I am not currently using. I used this diaper with Paisley and sold it when she potty trained. The Bum Ware Quickdry All In Two is very similar to the Sposoeasy as far as simplicity. Bum Ware has a super strong aplix closure and I really like the unexposed aplix tabs.

Features:
Sewn in soaker AIOs are designed to be as easy to use as disposables.
No soaker stuffing, no covers, no problems!
These are made to be EASY!
Hook and loop fasteners for a perfect fit.
Serged for superior durability.
Hidden elastic around the legs to keep everything in.
2 inner body layers of cotton flannel.
Four layer flannel soaker pad or contour snap in soaker, your choice.
Polyurathane laminate (PUL) outer.
Fold back laundry tabs to prevent diaper chains.
Fully washer and dryer safe.
Each diaper comes with a 4 layer flannel contour doubler

#5: Softbums PerfectFit All In Two. Softbums cloth diapers have an awesome toggle leg adjustment. This feature in itself makes it one of my favorites. I love that it adjusted perfectly to my newborn and could be easily readjusted to fit my 2yr old.

*For detailed information on Softbums perfectFit AI2 read the intro and review I wrote a couple of months ago.*

Cloth diapers continue to get better and better every year. I can’t even begin to imagine what the industry will have for us a year from now!

I’d love to hear what your favorite All In Ones or All In Twos are. I’m always getting cloth diapers sent to me for review (I have a couple en route!) and I never know when I’ll get the next big thing!

**If you are interested, check out the “cloth diapers for sale” category. I’ve listed some wool items and hope to get some diapers posted soon. I will have measurements up hopefully tomorrow.

This will be the only post and I will update it as things sell and I have more to add. Many times I won’t have anything listed.

Please check back periodically as there will not be an email broadcast letting you know that it has been updated.

If you see something you are interested in post a comment and I will get back to you.
