Glen Johnson's 87th minute winner !

The match looked like it was headed for a draw until the former Blues full-back Glen Johnson mastered an 87th minute winner.

Liverpool took the lead through Maxi in the 33rd minute after the visitors started off brightly. Chelsea tried their best but luck did not seem to favour them as Drogba came close to netting a free-kick. However, after Daniel Sturridge came on as a subsitute post half-time, he helped Chelsea equalise.

Both sides attacked and counter-attacked as well as had some defensive goof ups which led to the goals being scored. A draw seemed to the best result but Johnson had other ideas. He brilliantly controlled Adam’s cross and slotted the ball into the corner of Chelsea’s net.

Manchester United's title hopes were dealt a huge blow by 10-man Newcastle United at Old Trafford on Saturday, but Chelsea are back on track as pressure eased on Andre Villas-Boas.

United's defence of their Premier League crown suffered another dent on home soil after a highly debatable penalty decision led to a 1-1 draw with Newcastle. The result sees the champions four points behind neighbours City, having played the extra game.

United had Wayne Rooney back in a strong starting XI also featuring Javier Hernandez, Ryan Giggs, Ashley Young and Nani, but the England man's most telling contribution of the first half was to aim an over-aggressive kick at Fabricio Coloccini.

Rooney then had a big hand in United's breakthrough, although the goal came laced with good fortune. Having sent his free-kick into the wall, Rooney volleyed goalwards, and when Steven Taylor sliced his clearance the ball ricocheted into the net off the unsuspecting figure of Hernandez.

United were then grateful to David De Gea, who pulled off a world-class fingertip save to deny Coloccini an equaliser, but a leveller did quickly arrive. Rio Ferdinand got a large chunk of the ball when sliding in on Hatem Ben Arfa, but the referee pointed the spot and Demba Ba duly obliged amid much rage from the home contingent.

The Red Devils poured forward for a winner, resulting in a red card for Jonas Gutierrez after a second bookable challenge, and only Tim Krul knows how he stopped Nemanja Vidic's point-blank header. There were still plenty more heroics to come though, and former Manchester United man Danny Simpson topped them all with the most staggering of goal-line clearances, before Hernandez had a late strike ruled out for offside.

Ashley Cole plays role in a movie 'Dead Man Running'

Pele , Toto Schillachi's , Cuauhtemoc Blanco also played roles in the movies , and now Ashley Cole's set to do it with Sam Allardyce.

Having already used his massive wads of cash to help back British gangster movie 'Dead Man Running', starring 50 Cent and Danny Dyer, in 2009, Cole is eager to taste the thespian lifestyle for himself and will hit screens next year in a football-based documentary drama called 'Played'.

Ashley will appear with West Ham boss Sam Allardyce and Lille ace Joe Cole who are also reportedly involved in cameo roles.

According to a report in The Sun newspaper the film will be centered on the gripping story of an underhand football agent - played by Football Factory and The Business star Dyer.

"The plot follows a football agent and how he goes about his business while living the Premier League lifestyle. It features a few dodgy scenarios including underhand transfers and sleeping around with different women," a source told The Sun. "They want it to be as authentic as possible, so that's why they were keen to include player and manager cameos."

The film, in which British actor and 'Football Foul Ups' orator Dyer will star, also features some famous football stadiums from around London, including Stamford Bridge and Upton Park.

Wayne Rooney Returns!

Early in the season Wayne Rooney was seen as a fantasy must-have, scoring nine goals in the opening five gameweeks to put him alongside Sergio Aguero as the top-scoring player in the game.

That level of form, in fact pretty much any level of form, has now deserted the Manchester United man. With no goal since netting in the win over Chelsea in mid-September and not even an assist to his name since the Red Devils beat Norwich six weeks ago, Rooney is proving expensive to hold on to.

Rooney's price tag was approaching the £10 million mark a few weeks ago, but after being dropped back into midfield by Sir Alex Ferguson his attacking threat has waned. Even though that downturn in form has led to a drop in price to £9.4 million it is incredibly difficult to keep faith with him. And as he is doubtful for the weekend home game against Newcastle United it would be folly not to sell.

Rooney has already been dumped by 0.5% of managers this week, the most of any striker.

What is quite telling is the few number of players who are actually changing ownership. Only ten players are showing a rise in popularity this week across all positions, which suggests many managers have already used up their 20-transfer allocation or have to protect what they do have remaining.

One player not showing a rise in value who may be a wise investment in place of Rooney is team-mate Javier Hernandez, who bagged the winner against Swansea at the weekend.
