This is a 1993 Catalina Yachts Capri 14.2 daysailer  complete with 1993 Magic tilt galvanized boat trailer.  We are selling this sailboat on a brokerage basis and representing it completely as is and at no reserve.  The boat looks to be complete with two sails, mast, boom, rudder and swing keel.  The starboard side of the hull sustained some damage due to an impact and has been repaired with a marine-tex type filler.  We noticed that an approximately 2 foot square area has gel coat cracking from being deflected.  We do not know what is under the filler but we do know that the previous owner was still sailing her this way.  There is also a small area on the stem that has been repaired and the edge of the rudder will need a little work as well.  Other than the damaged areas the boat seems to be in very nice shape. The sails look to be in very good condition.  The trailer is very roadworthy and recently made a 150 mile trip with no issues.  The tires, springs and bearings are in good shape but we are not sure if the lights work as we did not try them.   We have included 55 large pictures below the add to help you decide its value.  The boat is located in Old Saybrook Ct,06475 and is available for inspection anytime.  We can deliver the boat for $2.00 per hauled mile if you need.  This is a no reserve auction so the high bidder will win the boat.  Please bid only if you can follow through with this transaction.  If you have zero feedback we reserve the right to cancel your bid unless you contact us by phone first.  The boat will need to be paid for and picked up within one week of the auction ending unless you have made other arrangements with us. We have the previous owners titles and paperwork for the boat and trailer in hand and ready to transfer.  The auction will end on Tuesday night at 9:00pm EST.  Please feel free to contact us by e-mail or at (860)510-2623 with any questions.  Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
