Softopper, The reputable Manufacturer of the Softopper retractable pickup truck topper is selling Bimini tops for the popular line of Macgregor 26 Sailboats.

 Brothers Bob and Larry, the owners of Softopper, both owned Macgregor 26x Sailboats and found a demand for a high quality but lower cost Bimini top.

 These bimini tops are now in production. The frames are constructed using 7/8 inch Aluminum Marine tubing with black nylon fittings and of course Sunbrella marine fabric is used for the covers.They are currently available in Pacific Blue, (as shown) and Black. Other colours may be available in the future.

 The Softopper Bimini is designed to be versatile and user friendly. It can be used in the standard overhead position, retracted all the way to the back, retracted and held in the 45 degree position, and held in the 90 degree position so you can open and close the captains chair without having to hold the bimini out of the way. The adjustable added support bars make all this possible. It can be easily removed and left assembled or it can be disassembled in a couple of mins. and stored in it's Boot Cover (included) and stored below deck. 

It will fit the Macgregor 26X and 26M motor sailers and the older 26S and 26D sailboats.

Be sure to specify exactly what boat you have as the mounting hardware included is slightly different on each boat.

 Additionally as an added feature there is a small mesh pocket sewn into the underside leading edge of the top where you can temporarily store sunglasses, wallets and iPods or MP3 players.

Velcro is sewn around the entire inside edge of the bimini to accomodate future removable side panels for weather protection.

 Important Note: The frame breaks down much smaller then much more expensive bimini tops which also saves you money on shipping.

2000 Hunter 170 and trailer. 
Fresh water boat.  I am the second
owner and bought it from a guy in upstate NY who bought it for his
grandchildren.  Always covered and in very
good condition.  Everything you need to
be in the water and sailing included. 
You barely notice it’s there when trailering and with a bit of practice
can have it off the trailer and under sail in about 30 minutes.    This is an unbelievable boat.  Great for beginners but with an experienced
hand you can make this thing really perform. I regularly keep up with boats
twice the waterline during Wednesday races. 
Seating for 6 with open transom. Kick up centerboard and swing up rudder

These ARE NOT hull cracks that have been a problem with infamous 1998
year.  Only other “ding” is about a 3
inch scuff on the front of the centerboard where it dragged the sandy bottom in
Sarasota last year on Spring Break (only salt water this boat has ever seen).

I am not new to sailing or selling boats and have every
intention of keeping my sailing karma clean. 
I will never be anything less than completely honest about the condition
of the boat and will answer all questions truthfully.  I will take additional pictures upon request

 1974 SNARK SUNFLOWER SAILBOATNO REGISTRATION REQUIRED IN GEORGIA!!!Seven screws are missing from the plastic fore deck. The crack in the photograph is located on the bottom of the boat beneath the transom. Also small, effective 2" diameter repair was made in a small spot on the starboard side (can't even see it in the photo when only 15' away).   This Snark Sunflower model #226-61193 is 11' Long and weighs 50lbs.  The boat has a weight capacity of up to 350lbs.  The boat is similar to the Super Snark but gives you a covered fore deck, over 20% more sail area for greater speed, a few inches more width and freeboard, and the option to add a center seat.  The boat floats even when capsized making it even safer.  The sunflower is a great way to have fun on lakes and large ponds.  MAKE ME AN OFFER!!!
