If you want to reduce your risk of another heart attack, one of the best things you can do is get yourself moving again.

Research shows that just 15 to 35 minutes of simple movement, daily fervent housework, and some yard work in combination with more intense exercise 2 to 3 times per week such as running, swimming or other physical activity can reduce your overall risk of more heart attacks.

The good news is that medical advancements have increased the chances of surviving a heart attack. But if nothing is done after surviving a heart attack the continued degradation of overall health is likely to continue.

A few simple things you can do after a heart attack is to ask your doctor when it's appropriate to start moving around again. Once you're ready to start you should be sure to plan a ramped exercise routine that will allow you to work up to more rigorous exercises.

Set short term goals by the week and make sure to provide yourself with small incentives. As you continue your new active lifestyle you'll notice that you have more energy. The best thing about it is your also carving a path for a happy, healthy future.

Get the smart lifestyle

Smartlifestyle provides turnkey home automation and audio solutions. disadvantages) AND BUDGET

The desirability of budgeting

Budget is a document which documents the plan of the business. This may include the objective of business, targets set, and results in financial terms, e.g., the target set for sale, resulting cost, growth, required investment to achieve the planned sales, and financing source for the investment. Also budget may be long term or short term. Long term budgets have a time horizon of 5–10 years giving a vision to the company; short term is an annual budget which is drawn to control and operate in that particular year.

Capital budget
This concerns proposed fixed asset requirements and how these expenditures will be financed. Capital budgets are often adjusted annually and should be part of a longer-term Capital Improvements Plan.

Cash budget
Working capital requirements of a business should be monitored at all times to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to meet short-term expenses.

The cash budget is basically a detailed plan that shows all expected sources and uses of cash. The cash budget has the following six main sections:

Beginning Cash Balance - contains the last period's closing cash balance. Cash collections - includes all expected cash receipts (all sources of cash for the period considered, mainly sales) Cash disbursements - lists all planned cash outflows for the period, excluding interest payments on short-term loans, which appear in the financing section. All expenses that do not affect cash flow are excluded from this list (e.g. depreciation, amortisation, etc) Cash excess or deficiency - a function of the cash needs and cash available. Cash needs are determined by the total cash disbursements plus the minimum cash balance required by company policy. If total cash available is less than cash needs, a deficiency exists. Financing - discloses the planned borrowings and repayments, including interest. Ending Cash balance - simply reveals the planned ending cash balance.

Management of current assets

Credit policy

Credit gives the customer the opportunity to buy goods and services, and pay for them at a later date.

Advantages of credit trade

Usually results in more customers than cash trade. Can charge more for goods to cover the risk of bad debt. Gain goodwill and loyalty of customers. People can buy goods and pay for them at a later date. Farmers can buy seeds and implements, and pay for them only after the harvest. Stimulates agricultural and industrial production and commerce. Can be used as a promotional tool. Increase the sales. The field of finance deals with the concepts of time, money and risk and how they are interrelated. It also deals with how money is spent and budgeted.

Finance works most basically through individuals and business organizations depositing money in a bank. The bank then lends the money out to other individuals or corporations for consumption or investment, and charges interest on the loans.

Loans have become increasingly packaged for resale, meaning that an investor buys the loan (debt) from a bank or directly from a corporation. Bonds are debt sold directly to investors from corporations, while that investor can then hold the debt and collect the interest or sell the debt on a secondary market.Banks are the main facilitators of funding through the provision of credit, although private equity, mutual funds, hedge funds, and other organizations have become important as they invest in various forms of debt. Financial assets, known as investments, are financially managed with careful attention to financial risk management to control financial risk. Financial instruments allow many forms of securitized assets to be traded on securities exchanges such as stock exchanges, including debt such as bonds as well as equity in publicly-traded corporations.

Central banks act as lenders of last resort and control the money supply, which affects the interest rates charged. As money supply increases, interest rates decrease.

The main techniques and sectors of the financial industryMain article: Financial servicesAn entity whose income exceeds their expenditure can lend or invest the excess income. On the other hand, an entity whose income is less than its expenditure can raise capital by borrowing or selling equity claims, decreasing its expenses, or increasing its income. The lender can find a borrower, a financial intermediary such as a bank, or buy notes or bonds in the bond market. The lender receives interest, the borrower pays a higher interest than the lender receives, and the financial intermediary pockets the difference.

A bank aggregates the activities of many borrowers and lenders. A bank accepts deposits from lenders, on which it pays the interest. The bank then lends these deposits to borrowers. Banks allow borrowers and lenders, of different sizes, to coordinate their activity. Banks are thus compensators of money flows in space.

A specific example of corporate finance is the sale of stock by a company to institutional investors like investment banks, who in turn generally sell it to the public. The stock gives whoever owns it part ownership in that company. If you buy one share of XYZ Inc, and they have 100 shares outstanding (held by investors), you are 1/100 owner of that company. Of course, in return for the stock, the company receives cash, which it uses to expand its business; this process is known as "equity financing". Equity financing mixed with the sale of bonds (or any other debt financing) is called the company's capital structure.

Finance is used by individuals (personal finance), by governments (public finance), by businesses (corporate finance), as well as by a wide variety of organizations including schools and non-profit organizations. In general, the goals of each of the above activities are achieved through the use of appropriate financial instruments and methodologies, with consideration to their institutional setting.

Finance is one of the most important aspects of business management. Without proper financial planning a new enterprise is unlikely to be successful. Managing money (a liquid asset) is essential to ensure a secure future, both for the individual and an organization.

STRATEGIES OF "READING AND WRITING"

         READING AND WRITING

Reading strategies

Read (or at least skim) all parts of the reading. Sometimes the cover, title, preface, introduction, illustrations, appendices, epilogue, footnotes and "about the author" sections can provide you with valuable information.

Identify the genre of the reading. What kind of a reading is it? (Journal article? Mass media? Novel? Textbook?) Why was it written? Who does the author assume is going to read this work? (Books about politics written for an audience of political scientists, for example, might be very different from books about politics written for the general public, for historians, or for sociologists.)

Consider the author. What do you know or what can you learn about this person? Why did he or she write the book? What sources of information and/or methods did he or she use to gather the information presented in the book?

Guess why your instructor assigned the reading. How does it fit in with other readings, class discussions, major course themes, or the purpose of the class?

Get out a calendar and plan your reading. Get out a calendar and plan your reading. Plot the number of days or hours that it may take you to complete the reading. Be realistic. It may help to read one chapter of the reading and then revise your calendar—some readings take longer than others of a similar length.

As you read, record your reactions and questions. Any reaction or question is valid, from the specific ("What's that word mean?") to the general ("What's her point?"). Write them down now so that you'll remember them later. These reactions and questions can serve as material for class discussion, or they can be the jumping off point for brainstorming a paper.

Read with a friend. Find someone else who is reading the same book. Set reading goals together and plan to share your reactions to sections of the reading before class, after class, over e-mail, and so on.

Visit your instructor during office hours to discuss the reading. Your instructor will set aside hours when he or she will be available to meet with students. This is a great time to talk about the reading, ask questions, share your reactions, and get to know your instructor. You can do this with a friend or in a small group as well.

Think about what is missing in the reading. Issues, events or ideas that are missing, left out, avoided, or not discussed/addressed in the book might be important. Thinking about these omissions can give you a critical perspective on the reading by showing you what the author (consciously or unconsciously) doesn't want to deal with.

If you know you will have to answer a particular question in response to the reading, read with that question in mind. Sometimes faculty will give you essay questions in advance. As you read the text, refer back to those questions and think about your emerging answers to them.

Writing strategies

Write as you read. Record your reactions informally and briefly after you've read for a while. When you're done reading a section, write for five minutes to capture your personal thoughts, reactions, and questions as you go along.

Keep your notes with your book. Tuck a few sheets of paper or a notepad inside the book to record your ideas as you read.

Share your informal writing with a friend. Trade notes/questions/reactions to the book. Write five-minute responses to one another about the reading. This can be done by e-mail.

Draw while you read. Drawing pictures, maps or diagrams of relationships or important issues that you see emerging from the reading can help you understand them. Be willing to revise or redraw the map as you read.

IMPORTANCE OF GOOD & EFFECTIVE "WRITING AND READING"

Importance of Good Writing and Reading Skills

They are not just a set of basic skills people are taught at school. Developed and mastered, effective reading skills give people the opportunity to learn new information about the world, people, events, and places, enrich their vocabularies, and improve their writing skills.

· Reading enriches the inner world of a person, improves grammar and spelling.
· Through reading people learn to understand different ways of thinking and feelings of other people, become more flexible and open-minded.
· Avid readers not only read and write better than those who read less, but also process information faster. The research presented by the Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology proves that poor readers have poorer short-memory functions
· As a result, avid readers have a broader outlook, are quicker to analyze facts and find connections between seemingly unrelated ideas.
· A reader has better skills for comprehending, analyzing, understanding, responding, and, finally, learning from what he or she reads.
As a result, it is easier for good readers to get used to new and unfamiliar circumstances or ideas. They are easier to communicate with, and have higher chances to succeed in both professional and personal life.

The Importance of Effective Writing Skills

Application essays, CVs, cover letters, and even e-mails often have to represent an individual. In such cases the person’s writing is to form the reader’s opinion about the individual’s personality and abilities.

"SMART READING & SMART WRITING", 'What Makes Writing So Important?'

SMART READING

It is a well-known fact that when there were no televisions or computers, reading was a primary leisure activity. People would spend hours reading books and travel to lands far away-in their minds. The only tragedy is that, with time, people have lost their skill and passion to read. There are many other exciting and thrilling options available, aside from books. And that is a shame because reading offers a productive approach to improving vocabulary and word power. It is advisable to indulge in at least half an hour of reading a day to keep abreast of the various styles of writing and new vocabulary.

It is observed that children and teenagers who love reading have comparatively higher IQs. They are more creative and do better in school and college. It is recommended that parents to inculcate the importance of reading to their children in the early years. Reading is said to significantly help in developing vocabulary, and reading aloud helps to build a strong emotional bond between parents and children. The children who start reading from an early age are observed to have good language skills, and they grasp the variances in phonics much better.
Reading helps in mental development and is known to stimulate the muscles of the eyes. Reading is an activity that involves greater levels of concentration and adds to the conversational skills of the reader. It is an indulgence that enhances the knowledge acquired, consistently. The habit of reading also helps readers to decipher new words and phrases that they come across in everyday conversations. The habit can become a healthy addiction and adds to the information available on various topics. It helps us to stay in-touch with contemporary writers as well as those from the days of yore and makes us sensitive to global issues.

  SMART WRITING

Writing helps you express yourself

Writing prepares you for school and employment (both of which in most cases require a lot of it)

Writing is how much of the world communicates. If you don't write, you cut yourself off from a large community (including this one, incidentally)

Writing can be a great tool to help you know more about the way you think... writing can solidify ideas and thoughts, and allow you to reflect on them better than if the ideas remained evolving in your head.Writing is one of the ways that we translate our thoughts for other people. Some people are better at expressing themselves in writing than any other way, and you thus get a better translation when you read what they have to say rather than hearing them speak.

Writing assists you with other language tasks as well... writing helps you learn how to form language, how to spell, how to ... put together a plot. You learn how to make a logical argument, or how to persuade, mainly through writing. Speaking can help you learn those things as well, but it is easier to self-examine and evaluate how to improve when you have something concrete in front of you, and can revise.

What Makes Writing So Important?

Writing is the primary basis upon which your work, your learning, and your intellect will be judged—in college, in the workplace, and in the community.

Writing expresses who you are as a person.

Writing is portable and permanent. It makes your thinking visible.

Writing helps you move easily among facts, inferences, and opinions without getting confused—and without confusing your reader.

Writing promotes your ability to pose worthwhile questions.

Writing fosters your ability to explain a complex position to readers, and to yourself.

Writing helps others give you feedback.

Writing helps you refine your ideas when you give others feedback.

Writing requires that you anticipate your readers’ needs. Your ability to do so demonstrates your intellectual flexibility and maturity.

Writing ideas down preserves them so that you can reflect upon them later.

Writing out your ideas permits you to evaluate the adequacy of your argument.

Writing stimulates you to extend a line of thought beyond your first impressions or gut responses.

Writing helps you understand how truth is established in a given discipline.

Writing equips you with the communication and thinking skills you need to participate effectively in democracy.

Writing is an essential job skill.

ATTRACTION Vs LOVE

LOVE Vs ATTRACTION

When we first meet someone, regardless of the way or medium that we meet, we are either attracted or not. Attraction, when pursued, eventually grows into levels of friendship and then may cross the barriers we build up, to protect ourselves, and grow into love.

Attraction usually involves an instant decision of like or dislike, based on our own subconscious criteria.

If we meet someone in person, we tend to size them up physically. If we meet through letters or phone conversation or Internet chat, we tend to size them up, over a longer term, by how well they converse and how interesting (or complimentary) they are while we interact with them.

It is true that people can act however they want, be whatever they want to be, over the Internet. But eventually the true person leaks through the cracks and we begin to see their true self. Moral of the story? It’s best to be your real self. You may eventually want to meet the person on the other end of the conversation.

On the other hand, when you do meet the ‘real’ person on the other end, remember that you have grown to like that person because of what’s inside their mind and heart. You have found a potential ‘soul mate’ who thinks as you think and feels much the same way that you feel.
No one is perfect.

We all have our own flaws and shortcomings. The concept of finding the ‘right’ person is good. The concept of finding the ‘perfect’ person is improbable and discouraging, because ‘perfect’ doesn’t exist. The way this person looks, their physical appearance, isn’t as important as their inner looks, or soul. What we see is what we get, and hopefully the heart ranks the highest. We fall in love with someone’s soul, not the shape or size of their body.

And although a certain number of things can be done to improve physical appearance, that shouldn’t be our main criteria or requirement for friendship or companionship. We fall in love with their heart. With their inner self. With their true being. And that’s what matters most.

LACK OF CONFIDENCE Vs OVERCONFIDENCE

Confidence refers to a strong sense of belief and trust in your abilities to achieve what you want in life. The benefits of having greater self-confidence are numerous, allowing you to have more faith in your decisions in life. Having a lack of confidence can prove to be an obstacle to achieving more from your life, but having overconfidence should also be avoided.

Whether you feel that you have sufficient self confidence, or that you have room for improvement, do keep in mind that the key is in striking a balance between your level of confidence, and the life path that you are charting. If these two are not complementary, you may find that a lack of confidence will hinder you from staying on track, whilst overconfidence may prove to be your downfall.

Self confident people are able to determine what they are doing in life, and reach for it with enthusiasm, knowing and placing faith in their strengths and skills to achieve it. Many people seek to improve their self confidence, but it is necessary to draw a line between being confident and over confident. Overconfidence can work against what you are aiming for, blinding you to your own comparative advantages or preventing you from accurately determining if the position you are in is where you desire to be.

Overconfidence also works against you, when you are faced with failures or obstacles when you feel strongly that it should have been straightforward and easily achievable. This results in anger and impulsive behavior, and you may end up souring relationships with your colleagues and close friends. Often, people who are overconfident are unaware that they are, or that they have overreacted. This makes it even more difficult for them to identify if they are overconfident.
A few likely signs that you are overconfident is if you tend to be overly assertive and feel that you are superior to others. You will also find that your friends are keeping their distance, or are somewhat cool towards you, and most people keep a distance from you. If you suspect that you might be overconfident, well done, this is a signal that you are humble enough to deal with your confidence problems.

Constantly keep your pride and confidence in tasks or opinions come in second to logic and analysis. Do not let your confidence cause you to lose your guard, or put in less effort than you should be putting into your work.

Thus, while being confident is desirable, be careful not to over rely on your self confidence or use it as a reason to procrastinate or to cut down on your preparation work.

SMART WAY OF EARNING

EARN TO LEARN

earning while learning is quit common in foreign countries, here isuseful information on earning oppurtunities.
You have to manage your financial affairs deftly while studying abroad. Travel technology includes virtual tourism in the form of virtual tour technologies. Exposure to someone with swine flu could infect you, especially if they are coughing or sneezing. You could also catch swine flu by direct contact with someone who is sick. Parents with sick children should be especially careful with diapers and keeping their hands and households clean. Don't forget to clean toys and other items little ones might put in their mouths!

What can I do to prevent catching the flu?

Good hygiene is the most important part of prevention. Wash your hands, use alcohol-based hand gel, keep surfaces and bathrooms clean. Use a tissue to sneeze or cough – and don't be shy about telling someone to do the same. Using a simple surgical mask when caring for sick children or others also helps prevent airborne spread of the virus.

Can I get swine flu from eating or preparing pork?

No. Swine flu is not transmitted through food. But always be safe when serving pork and be sure the internal temperature is at least 160ºF to kill all possible germs.

Can I contract swine flu from household pets?

You cannot contract swine flu from dogs, cats and other typical household pets (except pot-bellied pigs, of course). There are no documented cases of animal to human transmission of the H1N1 virus. In fact, the only cross-species infection was from a human to a pig.

Can I get swine flu from a swimming pool or hot tub?

Swine flu is transmitted by coming into contact with mucus or other respiratory discharge from an infected person, typically by coming into contact with someone who is coughing, sneezing or not following safe hand hygiene practices.

SWIN FLU INFORMATION

Swine Flu Basics

What is swine flu?

Swine flu is the common name for the H1N1 virus, a new strain of Influenza A to distinguish it from the seasonal flu.

Why should I be concerned? People get the flu all the time.

Swine flu (H1N1) moves fast and is not behaving like a typical seasonal flu. The current swine flu outbreak is the type of virus, H1N1, as seen during the flu pandemic of 1918 when more than twenty million people died. Even though we have advanced medicines today, the risk is still great - particularly for the poor and uninsured. Our country could face outbreaks of swine flu and seasonal flu at the same time, making it more difficult to contain and treat the diseases.

What are swine flu symptoms?

Swine flu symptoms are similar to other strains of flu – body aches, fatigue, headache and chills. However, early reports show that high fevers are less common, while nausea and diarrhea are more common with swine flu.
With increased diarrhea, people should take extra care to stay hydrated – drink lots of fluids, eat clear soups and broths and take fever-reducing medicines. It's also important to be very strict with hygiene practices, especially caregivers who come in contact with bodily waste.

What makes swine flu different from other strains?

In up to 50% of cases, patients didn't have the high fever that usually associated with the flu. In fact, there may have been no fever at all. That means people can be sick with swine flu and contagious for longer periods of time than expected. The longer someone waits to get medical care, the more likely they are to die or get seriously ill.

How widespread is swine flu?

Swine flu is considered a global pandemic. It's been reported in 168 countries worldwide and over 5,000 people have died.

GREAT FOOTBALLER

WOW..! It is a commonly held belief that adults are
smarter than adolescents, adolescents are smarter than elementary school
children, and elementary school children are smarter than preschoolers.
However, how is one able to comment on intelligence? Perhaps there is
confusion in the definition of what smart is.

The definition of smart is to be knowledgeable, which would tend to prove the prior statement true; the old a person is, the more knowledge they have attained. Intelligence, on the other hand, has a different denotation. It is defined as the ability to learn or understand or to deal with new o trying situations, the ability to apply knowledge to manipulate one’s environment.

If one uses this definition, it can prove the prior statement to be false; children for all ages are able to learn and manipulate their environment, arguably, more so than adults. To prove the statement, one must first chose from these two definitions; without clarification, the argument is not clear. By taking the stance that children have as much intelligence as do adults, the researcher must set up a scientific way to obtain proof. To prove this, close observation of groupings of preschool age children, elementary school children, adolescents, and adults
would be required.

Under close study, one may observe how each reacts to
their environment. For elementary school children, the environment that they
affect is much smaller than that which encompasses adolescents and adults.
One would need to watch how each age group learned new things and how they
used what they learned to change the environment around them. That a small
child learns to tie their shoe or make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and
an adolescent learns how to do calculus means nothing. No matter how menial
the task, learning is learning and can be used to prove that the intelligence of
children is equal to that of adults. What does have an effect on intelligence is
environment and natural ability.

To eliminate this variable as much as is possible, one must take a random sampling of each age group to ensure that the average subject will indeed have average results. Once one has gathered data form his or her subjects, they must closely examine the evidence in order to measure the levels of learning and environment manipulation that each age level displayed. If these levels are equal for all age groups or anything different from the sequence given at the beginning of the experiment, then the statement has been proved false.

RADIO FREQUENCY ( R.F )

Radio frequency (RF) is a frequency, or rate of oscillation, of electromagnetic radiation within the range of about 3 Hz to 300 GHz.
This range corresponds to the frequency of alternating current electrical signals used to produce and detect radio waves. The TWT can amplify or generate microwave signals. Two common types of TWT include the Klystron and the magnetron .

In the Klystron, a negatively charged cathode emits a beam of high-speed, high-energy electron s that travel through the cylindricaltube in straight lines to a positively charged anode. A coil is wound around the tube. When the coil is energized with a radio-frequency ( RF ) signal, the electrons in the beam alternately bunch up and spread out. In the magnetron, the electrons move in circles rather than in straight lines. The circular motion, produced by magnets at either end of the tube, allows the electrons to pick up energy over a greater distance.

Inside the TWT, the regions of high and low electron concentration move along or around the tube in waves. When the tube is properly operating, some of the energy from the electrons is imparted to the signal in the coil. The result is amplification of the signal.

A TWT can be made to function as an oscillator by coupling some of the output back into the input. This configuration is called a backward-wave oscillator , because the feedback is applied opposite to the direction of movement of the electrons inside the tube. Such an oscillator can generate up to approximately 0.1 watt of signal power in the microwave range.

A parametric amplifier is a TWT amplifier that operates from a high-frequency alternating current ( AC ) power source, rather than theusual direct current ( DC ) source. Somecharacteristic of the circuit, such as its impedance ,is made to vary with time at the power-supply frequency. Parametric amplifiers are useful because they generate very little internal noise . This makes it possible to obtain excellent sensitivity in receiving systems, minimizing data-transfer errors.

EXTRA

A traveling-wave tube (TWT) is an electronic device used to amplify radio frequency signals to high power, usually in an electronic assembly known as a traveling-wave tube amplifier (TWTA).

The bandwidth of a broadband TWT can be as high as three octaves, although tuned (narrowband) versions exist, and operating frequencies range from 300 MHz to 50 GHz. The voltage gain of the tube can be of the order of 70 decibels.

Simple Living High Thinking

If one is truly serious about achieving the ultimate goal of human life by perfecting his spiritual inquiry, he must adopt a life style that is conducive to the cultivation of self-realizing knowledge. This life style can be beautifully summarized in the phrase 'simple living and high thinking'. Here simple living is in relation to maintenance of the body, and high thinking is in relation to the aim of one's intellectual pursuits.

In order to exist in this world it is necessary to maintain one's bodily existence, but as will be shown in later lessons, maintenance of the body is not progress towards the goal of life. Maintenance just allows one to perform the activity of existing in a particular body, which does not denote any accomplishment of a goal. This maintenance of the body involving mainly our activities of eating, sleeping, mating and defending is not in itself any great feat opr achievement. Even the animals are engaging in these activities of bodily maintenance. The cows also eat, the birds also mate, the hogs also sleep and the dogsalso defend. Simply engaging in theseactivities of maintenance does not actually make one human. For this reason, one who is interested in achieving the real, permanent goal of life does not focus solely on these activities of bodily maintenance, but he rather focuses primarily on the path of perfection. This is why he adopts the process of simple living.

The basic principle of simple living is accepting whatever is necessary for maintaining the body, so that we can use the energized body for higher philosophical pursuits directed towards our pure self identity. One only accepts that which is necessary for existence and does not take anything that is an unnecessary complication to life. In this way, by the process of living simply, one will be able to, if properly directed, arrive at the point of 'high thinking', the actual human essence.

What exactky is the meaning of 'high thinking'? High thinking entils the comprehension of the self as distinct from the temporary material body. Why should such an understanding be considered high? The first reason is because it is the factual reality of existence. Secondly, one's visuion is not focused simply on the low activities of bodily maintenance but on the higher realm of the eternal self. The soul is the actual energy source of the entire body. The soul is constitutionally superior to the dull, unconscious matter. Thus, the understanding of the superior energy, the conscious soul, is higher than the understanding of the inferior energy, the unconscious matter.

What is the source of all happiness? Is it money? Or is it power, name, fame and recognition? Nothing appears to be true as most of the wealthiest, famed and powerful people are no happier than the ordinary people. If it is true, why do we all strive to achieve these material goals to achieve happiness?

The answer seems simple. We always crave for what we do not possess in the anticipation that once we get what we want, we should feel happy. This concept seems to have originated from our basic desire to satisfy our hunger. When you are hungry, you desperately seek food. You feel satisfied once your stomach is full, yet the craving returns after a few hours once the food is digested.

No animal except man has understood this simple truth. Hence man did not feel satisfied after satisfying his hunger as he learned that the craving will come back. Hence he anticipated the future by using his thought, and started cultivating and storing food and grains so that he would be free from the necessity of satisfying his basic need. Once he had taken care of his basic needs, he started thinking high about larger things of life like the understanding of the material world and even thoughts of God or the Creator of the universe.

Jesus said that a man will not live for bread alone. It is because man is the most superior creation of the world and he cannot be satisfied by merely living to eat and reproduce. He eats only to live. The goal of his life is to think high, as high as the thoughts of God.

Then, why most human beings are not happy? The answer seems to be that they fail to follow their nature and seek happiness in satisfaction of their basic instincts just like any other animal. In order to feel happy he has to think high, not only for the human being but also for all the creations of the universe. It is only by developing proper understanding of the world that we can feel happy as happiness can come only if we are able to know the minds of the people and understand the reason for their action. Improper understanding of the world causes frustration since we always find that actions of other people to be wrong and unreasonable.

Scientific Inventions Making Us Lazzy

In one way it is right.

But we have positive and negative in everything. Knowledge tells us how to use a knife or blade in both the ways i.e., positively and negatively but it is left to us take a positive way or negative way. We can use knife as a tool to cut some or as a weapon to protect us to kill some one. Like this science making us lazy is some lives true and but not in others.

I believe that technology was just introduced to us to make stuff easier...back in the day, there were some major issues that don’t even exist today... for instance, communicating with people who weren’t physically present on the spot was never as easy as it is today.

If something was important...there was almost no way it could be communicated to the other end in time...it almost always got late, if it was ever posted...to consider another aspect of technology that has helped reduce issues, we can now learn from a wider range of sources then ever before, with ease. You tube for instance, is a video sharing website, as most of us would already know... you can find all sorts of stuff there, from teachers, to people who guide you through different situations by providing you with tips and helping you analyze your situation...

teachers and other people seeking to educate people can now focus on a wider audience, via chat rooms, video blogging (vlogging), doing live internet shows, or even talking on television and radio shows... if used properly, today’s youth can almost certainly outrun the wisdom of people in the past, as now, the world grows as a whole, all thanks to all this technology around us...it all depends on how the user uses the technology around him/her... playing games on consoles isn’t a bad thing, it just becomes unhealthy when its played beyond the limit.

Almost everyone here would agree its nice to play games on play stations and computers...but when we play the game twenty four hours a day glued to the television screen or the monitor...it gets harmful...its just us misusing the technology that makes us lazier and less capable of physical tasks then before... so its us who should be blamed, rather then putting the blame on technology.
