Blocking Games And Apps Requests On Facebook From A Specific Friend:

Once you clicked on blocking find "Block app invites".After finding it, start typing the name of your friend from which you are getting game requests.

NOTE:Blocking app invites from a friend doesn't blocks your friend it just blocks the game or apps requests from a particular friend

METHOD 2:Completely Blocking A Particular Game.

Follow the first two steps same as above.Once you followed those steps find "BLOCK APPS" ans starts typing the name of the game/app.Once you blocked any game/apps you will not receive any further request related to that app or game.

NOTE:You can unblock game/app anytime you wish to do so.
