After 10 years of playing the feisty surgeon Christina Yang on Grey's Anatomy, Sandra Oh will be leaving the hospital soap opera.

"It’s been a great privilege to play the character of Cristina Yang on GAand I am both sad and excited to see where this, her final season will take her,” Oh said in a statement. “It was an emotional and deeply creative decision for me and I feel fully supported by Shonda and the writers. It’s so rare in an actor’s life to be able to explore and grow a character so fully, so completely. I am profoundly grateful to everyone at GA for the opportunity."

Say What?? It's hard to envision a future Grey's Anatomy without Christina, who has been such an integral and centripetal part of the show since day one. The question that remains is how exactly are the writers going to write her off the show? The creator of the show, Shonda Rimes, provided some insight to this dilemma "This year is going to be bittersweet for us — we’re both going to savor every moment of Cristina Yang and then we’re going to give her the exit she deserves. And when Sandra walks out of my door, Grey’s Anatomy will be once again be forever changed" So it doesn't seem that they are going to kill her off the series but rather a dignified exit (phew!).

So where does this leave Grey's Anatomy? The ABC show has seen some drastic changes over the years it's been on the air. They've lost original and beloved actors like Katherine Heigl, Isaiah Washington, T.R Knight and along with them many viewers. There is no doubt that Sandra Oh's exit will result in a decrease in ratings. Grey's Anatomyhas been around for so long that its audience is mainly compromised of an entrenched fan base. The loss of such a major character will definitely mean a loss of some hardcore fans. The writers need to focus on taking the show in an entirely new direction to renew interest.

'THE NEWSROOM' RECAP: NEWS NIGHT WITH WILL MCAVOY (SEASON 2, EPISODE 5)

So much went on in last night's episode that I still legitimately have no idea what happened.

Bonnie and Clyde of Prank Callers

The episode kicks off with breaking news of a bombing in Syria; Will simultaneously receives a phone call from his father — a call that later proves to be an emergency.

We then find out that Sloan has gone all girls-gone-wild on us and is apparently in deep stew for having posed for some naked photos, which obviously were leaked. This is such an unrealistic subplot line on Sorkin's part. Sloan is way too smart for this; it's not believable that she would dilly dally in this nonsense. And the irony is that she even bought him the camera. These two were hooking up for the grand total of a day.

A woman then calls the station claiming that her husband is trapped underneath the rubble in Syria. Then why is she calling a news station?! Oh, that's right, because it later turns out this call wasn't real. It was actually a prank call. Why in the actual hell is that a necessary part of the story line?

Tonight I Root for Your Failure

Twitter seems to be off the the hook on News Night. A woman tweeted about Will being a douche bag and somehow thats getting buzz on Twitter. Shocker. I'm sorry, I missed the memo on how this was at all related to the news.

Somewhere in the background, a presidential election is going on.

This just in: Maggie's haircut was not her rock bottom. The good news: it looks like she ditched her Miranda from Sex in the City-inspired locks (that was such an eyesore). The bad news: she's gone completely bat s**t insane.

Sloan and Dawn sit in a dark room together and attempt to be hipsters. Sloan also thinks she's the next Rudyard Kipling. Dawn even wears plaid for the occasion. Where the bong at?

Mackenzie jumps into girlfriend mode and sticks her nose where it doesn't belong by haranguing Will to call his sick father sooner than later. She then takes a gigantic crap on Neal for reporting even more pointless tweets.

Jim gets all uppity and judgmental trying to call Maggie out on her oh so hardcore party girl ways while they are waiting for the 911 call from the Trayvon Martin case to download. Yup, that news story is going on as well. She may be off her rocker but jeez, Jim, girls just wanna have fun. Hop off. He even twists the knife by calling her "unpleasant and volatile." Harsh, Tai.

In other events, Mackenzie brings down the sledgehammer on a gay kid trying to come out on air. Please, Mackenzie, we're begging you to read even more hashtags out loud. It's just so melodious.

Will continues to keeps pretending that he actually cares whether viewers thinks he's an asshole or not. This trend in the episode is getting annoying.

Bababooey Motherf**kers

Maggie couldn't handle the pre-game and messed up the 911 call. Words to the wise, three tequila shots maximum before work.

Sloan realizes girls gone wild is not her thing and decides to go bad girls club instead. She crashes a big boy meeting of her ex hookup, assaults him and then takes a picture. Well played. Hopefully that's on Instagram. #nofilter

Stop trying to make Genoa happen. Honestly, no one cares. It's not even real. It was a glorious screw up on the part of the News Nightteam. A fact which we already knew from the first episode of this season.

Will drops the bomb that his father has in fact been dead the whole time he's been on air and he freezes up on camera.

TEEN CHOICE AWARDS: WATCH LEA MICHELE'S TOUCHING TRIBUTE TO CORY MONTEITH

Glee star Lea Michele made her first TV appearance August 11 since the death of her co-star and real-life boyfriend Cory Monteith in July. Accepting the award for Choice TV Actress, she dedicated the award to Monteith and said to legions of Gleeks that "we're going to get through this together."

“He was very special to me, and also to the world, and we were very lucky to witness his incredible talent, his handsome smile, and his beautiful, beautiful heart,” she continued. “So whether you knew him personally or just as Finn Hudson, Cory reached out, and he became a part of all of our hearts — and that’s where he’ll stay forever, so thank you guys so much.”

Last week, Michele released her first on-set photo from Glee since Monteith's death. The Fox series will return Sept. 26 and feature a tribute to Monteith in the third episode of the season.

Jessica Biel Bails on 'The Wolverine,' a Superhero Movie That Can't Get a Break

After three successful X-Men with a total domestic gross of nearly a $1 billion, a spin-off,X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and one of the greatest modern cameos of all time (his f-bomb in X-Men: First Class is truly inspired), one would think Hugh Jackman getting another round of mutant comic book action off the ground would be easy peasy lemon squeezy. Not so.

The latest hiccup for Wolverine's second outing, simply titled The Wolverine, sees Jessica Bielvacating a role that she never quite had. Rumors were swirling around Comic-Con that Biel was in talks for the costarring role of "Viper" in the film. The actress was in talks with the studio for the part on Friday, but the negotiations fell through. Biel, who previously lent her action acting skills to the third installment of the Bladefranchise and the upcoming Total Recall, reportedly had "cold feet" regarding the role and opted out of joining the sequel.

The departure of Biel is another bump in the road for The Wolverine. After the middling success of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, questions over whether the gruff, ballbusting hero would get another chance at a solo career. Director Gavin Hood insisted that a second film was on the way, with writer Christopher McQuarrie (The Usual Suspects, Jack Reacher) hired to pen a script in August 2009. When Hood was not asked to return for a follow-up, plans for a sequel were stuck in limbo. But after the success of Black Swan, Jackman's former Fountain director Darren Aronofsky stepped in to helm the picture with a revamped title that separated it from the previous Origins series: The Wolverine.

Aronofsky boarded The Wolverine in October of 2010, but by March of 2011, he was bowing out of the project, citing the need to remain in the country with his family (the director had split from his wife Rachel Weisz in November, following the announcement). The departure of the director wasn't even The Wolverine's biggest issue: McQuarrie's script for the film took the action to Japan, following one of the character's most famous arcs, but just before Aronofsky's departure, Japan suffered a massive earthquake that devastated the country and left business out to dry. Once again, Fox was stuck with a project they were dying to make but with no one and no where to make it. An immediate search began for a new director, and by June 2011, the studio settled on James Mangold (3:10 to Yuma, Knight & Day) to helm the picture. The film was on the fast track to shoot in fall of that year in Australia.

With whether concerns in Japan a lingering problem, The Wolverine bounced around start dates with its star eventually taking on another project in the interim, the musical Les Miserables. But after years of false starts, the pieces for the comic book sequel are falling into place, Jackman confirming at this year's CinemaCon that production would begin in August for a release date of July 26, 2013.

The Wolverine has already begun assembling its primarily Japanese cast, signing on Hiroyuki Sanada, Hal Yamanouchi , Tao Okamoto and Rila Fukushima for key roles, but the loss of Biel comes as a blow to the production. The star is one of the few go-to female action heroines — and her profile is only growing. Who can go toe-to-toe with Jackman on both a physical and emotional level. In the comics, The Viper character begins in a romantic relationship with Wolverine before double-crossing him and taking him down. The casting of Biel is an indication that, at the very least, Viper will be seeing a bit of the action in the film (and with a name like Viper, how could she not?). There's no word yet on who could fill Biel's shoes, but if Total Recall is any indication, actress Kate Beckinsale has the chops to contend with Biel. An ample replacement? Who should take over Viper from the quickly-departed Biel?

'The Amazing Spider-Man' Second in his Class

The Amazing Spider-Man would prefer if you didn't call it the fourth Spider-Man movie. See, this ain't the Spider-Man your older brother knew from ten years ago — it's a reboot. The latest adventure to feature the comic book webslinger throws three movies worth of established mythology straight out the window, swapping the original cast with an ensemble of fresh faces and resetting the franchise with a spiffy new origin story. "New" in the loosest sense of the word — the highlights of ASM, mainly a sleek new design and spunky reinterpretation of Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) and gal pal Gwen Stacey (Emma Stone), are weighed down by overpowering sense of familiarity. Nearly a beat for beat replica of the 2002 original with some irksome twists of mystery thrown in, Amazing Spider-Man fails to evolve its hero or his quarrels. The film has a great sense of cinematic power, but little responsibility in making it interesting.

We're first introduced to Peter Parker as a young boy, watching as his parents rush out of the house in response to a hidden danger. Mr. and Mrs. Parker leave their son in the care of his Aunt May (Sally Fields) and Uncle Ben (Martin Sheen), who raise him into Andrew Garfield's geeky cool spin on the character. Parker's a science whiz but faces the challenges of every day life — passing classes, talking to girls, the occasional jock with aggression issues — but all of life's woes are put on hold when the teen discovers a new clue in the mystery behind his parents' disappearance. The discovery of his dad's old briefcase and notes leads Peter to Dr. Curt Connors (Rhys Ifans), a scientist working for mega-conglomerate Oscorp and his Dad's old partner. When they cross paths, Connors instantly takes a liking to the wunderkind, and loops him into the work he started with his father: replicating the regeneration abilities of lizards in amputee humans (Connors is driven to reform his own missing arm). But when Parker wanders into Oscorp's room full of spiders (a sloppily explained this-needs-to-be-here-for-this-to-happen device), he receives his legendary spider bite that transforms him into the hero we know.

Director Marc Webb (500 Days of Summer) desperately wants Amazing Spider-Man to work as a high school relationship movie, but with the burden of massive amounts of plot and mythology to introduce, the movie sags under the sheer volume of stuff. Stone turns Parker's object of affection, Gwen Stacey, into a three-dimensional character. Whenever they happen upon each other, an awkward exchange in the hallway, a flirtatious back-and-forth in the Oscorp lab (where Stacey is head…intern), or when the two finally begin a romantic relationship, the two stars shine. They're vivid characters chopped to bits in the editing room, diluted by boring, franchise-building plot threads and routine action sequences. Seriously, Amazing Spider-Man, another mad scientist villain who uses himself as a test subject only to become a monster? And another bridge rescue scene? Amazing Spider-Man desperately wants to disconnect from the original trilogy, but it's trapped in an inescapable shadow and does nothing radical to shake things up. Instead, it settles for the same old same old while preparing for inevitable sequels instead of investing in its dynamic duo.

There's a sweet spot where the film really hits his stride. After discovering his spider-abilities, Peter hits the streets for the first time. He's superhuman, but still a headstrong teen, full of obnoxious quips and close calls with shiv-wielding thugs. The action is slick, small and playful, Webb showing us something new by melding his indie sensibilities with big scale action. If only it lasted — the introduction of Ifans reptilian half, The Lizard, implodes Amazing Spider-Man into incomprehensible blockbuster chaos. A gargantuan beast wreaking havoc around New York City promises King Kong-like escapades for the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, but the lizard man has other plans: to rule the world! Or something. Whatever it takes to get Lizard and Spider-Man fighting on the top of a skyscraper over a doomsday machine — logic be damned.

Amazing Spider-Man peppers its banal foundation with great talent, from Denis Leary as Gwen's wickedly funny dad and the police captain hunting down Spider-Man, to Fields and Sheen as two loving adults in Peter's life, to Garfield and Stone, whose chemistry demands a follow-up for the sake of seeing them reunited. But it's all at the cost of putting on the most expensive recreation of all time with new demands imposed by the success Marvel's other properties (except, that franchise teasing worked). Amazing Spider-Man introduces too many ideas that go nowhere, undermining the actual threat at hand. No one wants to be unfulfilled, but that's the overriding difference between the original movie and the update. You need to pay for the sequel to know what the heck is going on in this one.

Daniel Tosh's Animated Series 'Brickleberry': Doomed From the Start?

The panel for Daniel Tosh's new animated series, Brickleberry, is taking place atComic-Con today, Friday the 13th. A bad omen or just bad timing? While Tosh — who caused a societal firestorm this week when a rape joke he directed at a female audience member at one of his shows caught the attention, and many opinions, of the Internet — won't be at the panel (creators and executive producers Waco O'Guin andRoger Black and voice actors David Herman, Tom Kenny, Jerry Minor will be), his presence, and the weight of the controversy, will no doubt be felt.

The series, about a dysfunctional group of forest rangers, features Tosh voicing the character of a bear cub named Malloy. But, as is often the case with Comedy Central cartoons, this one most definitely isn't for kids. In the wake of the Tosh controversy, it might not go over so well with adults, either. According to the websiteRumorFix, an unnamed source claims the pilot episode features rape jokes and Tosh and co. have scrambled to take out the references before the Comic-Con debut. (Hollywood.com has reached out to Comedy Central for a comment regarding the story.)

But how far will Tosh have to backpedal before this thing subsides, if it ever does? If Tosh has, in fact, opted to get rid of a rape joke in the upcoming Brickleberry, he still can't erase the supposed misogyny some feel he's built his comedy empire on. (This and this and this will live on the Internet forever.) And it's that very legacy that's found him in this career-threatening position. If Tosh continues to apologize and edit himself, he'll no doubt disappoint his defenders and rabid fan base, but if he doesn't, he'll likely continue to feel the wrath of those who find his attitude about women and the subject of rape nothing to laugh about.

The Brickleberry panel takes place tonight at SDCC at 6 PM PT (check back in to Hollywood.com for news from the event), while the series is slated to premiere on Comedy Central on Sept. 25.

'Dark Knight Rises' Ending Might Have Just Been Spoiled by Letterman

So, anyone wishing to avoid even a possible spoiler about the ending toThe Dark Knight Rises, beware of everything to follow, as well asDavid Letterman in general. For those brave (or crazy) enough to voyage into this emotional whirlwind, we suggest you turn down the volume and shield your screen as an act of courtesy for innocent bystanders. And now, as a great man once said, here... we... GO:

On Thursday night, Letterman welcomed TDKR star Anne Hathawayonto The Late Show to discuss her role in Christopher Nolan'supcoming Batman finale. Letterman, who has already seen an advanced screening of the movie, began to introduce a clip, saying, "This is going to be enormous. This is a huge movie. People say, 'I haven't seen the first three or four,' but that's not necessary. It's not essential to see all previous installations of Batman. I think this is it." And without even taking a breath, Letterman added, "And in the end, Batman is dead."

At this point, Letterman paused and awaited response from his guest, who simply gave him a knowing sneer. Letterman laughed, exclaiming to Hathaway and the crowd, "He's not dead! He ain't dead! Just relax, will ya?" almost as if the notion of Batman dying were ridiculous (perhaps he hasn't spent a lot of time on the Internet lately).

The joke Letterman was playing is a classic: the fake spoiler setup. However, in this case, considering the hotbed of speculation on the matter, Batman surviving is just as much a spoiler as Batman dying. If we're meant to take Letterman's latter statement as fact, then this does present quite a blow to some fans who were expecting, and perhaps hoping, to see Christian Bale's Bruce Wayne lose his life at the end of TDKR, perhaps to have his Dark Knight persona usurped by Joseph Gordon-Levitt's character.

Whatever ending Nolan grants his characters will likely be one of merit to the themes he has been illustrating since Batman Begins. Letterman's "spoilers" aren't likely to hurt ticket sales, as the host jokes. This is a movie the world has been waiting to see for four years now — on July 20, we will finally find out if Wayne lives or dies, if Batman continues to survey over Gotham or he calls it quits, if evil does prevail or if good trounces it again.

Bachelorette's Sean: I'd Be a Better Bachelor Than Roberto

When Sean Lowe was eliminated from The Bachelorette by Emily Maynard, most fans of the show weren't surprised. Sure, they had a lovely connection between the two of them, but those watching from home knew that Jef and Arie were the men to beat. Unfortunately for Sean, that knowledge wasn't easily attainable on the other side of the lens, so homeboy had his heart hurt, big time.

But he's taking it in strides, it seems--which shouldn't be too hard, since there are rumblings that he may be being considered for next season's The Bachelor. And what does Sean think about all of this? " It would be a difficult decision, if they were to ask me, only because it was so emotionally taxing and I don’t know if could go through that again. On the flip side of the coin, I understand that the process works. I believe in the process and ultimately if I were to find my wife, it would certainly all be worth it." The process! The process!

And if he was to be chosen, what would make him such an ideal candidate? Well he said, "I don’t want to sound like I'm selling myself but I think people have come to understand that I'm genuine, I'm loving and ultimately I want to find love."

Fans of the show are aware that Sean's genuine love of love was what endeared him to people, and also made him a frontrunner from the get-go, but also what possibly clouded his vision about his standings in the competition. "To see her have such stronger feelings for two other guys, it helped me because I might have built it up a little more than it really was in my head, thinking Emily and I had this strong relationship," Sean explains. "I'm pretty sure she made a mistake. At the end of the day, her relationship with Jef and Arie was just as strong, if not stronger, so it was good for me to see that. It helped me move on a little bit quicker."

Was it heartbreak? Yes, says Sean. "It was pretty difficult to get over. That was the first time I had ever experienced heart break in my life and I was certainly prepared to be a stepfather and get married and Now that we’ve had some time and distance, I think she ultimately made the right decision. Shes not the one im supposed ot be with for the rest of my life, so in a way, im thankful it ended where it did for me."

In the end, it comes down to Arie and Jef--so who does he will win the competition? He's tight-lipped, but open to complimenting his fellow men. "I think Jef is his own person, which would probably be an attractive quality to most women, and he's really funny and he's fun to be around. Arie is kind of his own person, too. He's got that European flair to him where hes not the macho American guy like we’re so used to."

We have to wait two weeks until we see who gets down on one knee, but the men will be telling all (as they say) next week, and we're hopeful that there's more dirt to be spilled once the cameras are rolling. What do you think about Sean's exit? Sound off in the comments!

Kelly Clarkson is back on top. The original Idol has just surpassed fellow American Idol winner Carrie Underwood for the spot as the top-selling winner of the Fox talent series. Her single, “Stronger” has officially sold 1,000 more copies than Underwood’s previous title holder “Before He Cheats,” according to Nielsen SoundScan, via The Hollywood Reporter. Clarkson’s single sold 3,510,000 while Underwood’s hit reached 3,509,000. (It’s okay Carrie, those sales will still make that cheatin’ ex of yours green with envy.)

But now that Clarkson is once again Queen of the Idol alums on the charts, we couldn’t help but wonder, is she the Idol Queen in the eyes of the media (and in our hearts)? We pitted the two peppy singers against each other in a battle of pop culture clout. And as Ryan Seacrest would say: Dim the lights, here we go!

Apple’s Rumored Mini iPad: Is It Necessary?

Does the phrase ‘tablet computer’ even mean anything anymore? With phone sizes growing and computer sizes shrinking, we’re on the wired path to an equilibrium in which both tech toys are indistinguishable from one another—and that may come sooner than you think.

Tech poohbah Apple is reportedly prepping component manufacturers in Asia to mass produce a tablet computer with a smaller screen than that of the iPad, with production starting as early as September, according to the Wall Street Journal. Although the rumored "iPad Mini" has been just that—a rumor—for some time now, WSJ’s report cites quasi-confirmation from people familiar with the situation, including higher-ups at the component supplier companies, who say that the new tablet’s screen could be smaller than eight inches.

That means we’re talking about something halfway between a Kindle and an iPad… but is that any more or less useful than what’s already out there?

Let me throw some stats at you: that lovely little iPhone squeezed into the front pocket of your skinny jeans is 3.5 inches. The iPad’s screen is 9.7 inches, a measurement which hasn’t changed since the doodad was first launched way back in the ancient tech age of 2010. Motorola and Samsung’s tablet options skew slightly smaller at 8.2 and 8.9 inches. Google’s Nexus 7 and Amazon’s Kindle Fire clock in at seven—a slab size easily handled by one hand, as anyone who’s Kindled at the beach can tell you. Toshiba hits the high end of the spectrum with a 13-inch screen, which is essentially of laptop scope.

A smaller iPad may mean better things for Apple’s standings in the tablet market, etc., but for the average user, what’s the point? The iPad bridged the gap between phone and laptop (with the benefits of neither), but is anybody really clamoring for something to fill the void between iPhone and iPad?

Sure, Apple-philes will still eat it up, and celebs will inevitably add the new miniature to their head-wear, but until Apple releases a product that actually thrills instead of bores, chalk this one up to being pure market filler and yet another delay on society's road to achieving its true tech calling: becoming Minority Report.

Tom Cruise Is 'Forbes' Highest Paid Actor: Proof People Love Him Again?

It's going to be a while before you stop talking about Tom Cruise. Even before the divorce, the fiftieth birthday, the release of the Jack Reacher trailer, and now the Forbes report that he is the highest paid actor in Hollywood, the dude was relevant. Mash all of that together in a five-day span, and he's bound to occupy the supermarket aisle headlines for months to come. As up-and-down a week as the star has been having, there is a silver lining here: people are starting to love him again.

As mentioned above, Forbes ranks Cruise as the highest paid actor — he reportedly earned $75 million between May of 2011 and May of 2012 (Leonardo DiCaprio and Adam Sandler were the runners-up with $37 million). Aside from providing opportunity for a Scrooge McDuck style swim in a pool of gold coins, this bit of news does come with other positive connotations: it means he's the most valuable actor alive today. It means he's the hottest commodity in show business. It means people love him, which would seem normal to anyone who hasn't been keeping up with the media since 1998 — but is probably quite a shift in gears for those who were have been affected by the actor's affiliation with Scientology and couch jumping.

And as morbid as it may be, the actor's divorce isn't exactly working against his popularity. The timing of the announcement that Katie Holmes had filed was particularly conducive to Cruise-directed sympathies, as the news came only days before his fiftieth birthday. A slew of pieces "promoting" Cruise have hit the Internet, in places like The Huffington Post (at least in some aspects) and Jehovas-Witness.net. Many people are taking Cruise's side — going on what limited knowledge they have of the personal affairs between he and Holmes, but taking his side nonetheless.

The past few years of obtaining the "crazy celebrity" image be damned; Maverick is getting back in everybody's good graces. And with projects like Oblivion on the horizon and ideas like Top Gun 2 and Mission: Impossible 5 being tossed around, he doesn't look to be falling from this high point any time soon.

Tom and Katie's Divorce Hits Twitter: People Are Mean

Earlier today, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes announced they would be getting a divorce after five years of marriage. In a society built on basic humanity, news of any longtime romantic pair's splitting would be treated with a somber mood and, perhaps, best wishes to both parties involved. However, we do not live in such a world. We live in a world with Twitter.

After quite a while perusing the social networking site to get a taste of how the public was reacting to Cruise's and Holmes' split, a pattern became apparent. For, after immersing itself in the deepest, darkest knolls of the Twitterverse, Hollywood.com couldn't come across a single Tweet about Tom and Katie that was not making fun of their divorce.

Whether you find this to be shameful or entertaining, it's simply the turn our society has taken. So here it is: just a sample of the mass of Cruise/Holmes hate that is encompassing the Internet.

Alec Baldwin Gets in a Fight with Another Paparazzo? — PIC

Sure he's all sly jokes and GOP smarm on 30 Rock, but Alec Baldwin is quickly turning into Public Enemy # 124,892,341. Well, at least when it comes to the paparazzi. He reportedly got in another altercation with a camera man in front of his apartment in New York Friday. Doesn't he know the more he fights with them, the more interest he is to the paparazzo and the more they'll swarm to him like moths to that creepy blue light thing your Nana has hanging from her porch?

This morning, Baldwain and his fiance, Hilaria Thomas, were leaving their apartment, and Alec reportedly found a parking ticket on his windshield. Sure, that would ruin everyone's day, but it seems he took it out on this camera man and got all up in his grill about something or other. Baldwin's rep has yet to return a request for comment.

At least Baldwin wasn't as mean as he was 10 days ago when he attacked a New York Daily Newslensman who snapped a shot of Baldwin and Thomas leaving City Hall after reportedly securing their wedding license. Baldwin claims that the photog assaulted him with his camera and he was only fighting back.

What's he going to say this time? Did the photographer upset his Rainbow Unicorn Pillow Pet? Yes, that is what Alec is holding. Why? Oh, who knows. Maybe he learned to hug his spirit animal close in anger management class and that helps him to keep his hands to himself?

‘The Good Wife’ Nabs Kristin Chenoweth for Season 4

Kristin Chenoweth is a jack(tress) of all trades. Between belting out musical numbers on Broadway and nabbing recurring TV guest spots on shows such as The West Wing, Glee, and her award-winning turn on the beloved, but short-lived Pushing Daisies, it seems there's nothing this small wonder cannot do. So it should come as no surprise that Chenoweth is deciding to add another TV cameo to her belt notch now that she's been picked up to join the well known drama series, The Good Wife.

Just yesterday we learned Maura Tierney was coming aboard the CBS show for a Season 4 guest arc, so the fact that Good Wife was able to round up yet another big name power player demonstrates just how well the show is doing. According to theCBS press release, Chenoweth will make her debut during the series' September Season 4 premiere and will play "a top-of-her-game political reporter who wants to know more about the Florrick campaign and marriage."

Time for the requisite SPOILER ALERT: If you saw Brave this weekend, you'd know that among its great, empowering moments, there was one that made your eyes roll to the back of your heads. If you didn't see Brave this weekend, you wouldn't know that the moment I speak of involved Princess Merida's mother being turned into a bear. That's right, the film about a spunky young princess featured an awkward plot twist about Merida coping with a mother bear. (And a literal one at that!) ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Jenelle Evans Arrested for Drugs and Assault

Joining the ranks of some of her fellow stars from the Teen Mom universe, Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has been arrested yet again following a domestic dispute with fiancé Gary Head. The event took place between late Saturday night and early Sunday morning. Evans herself made the 911 call at this time.

"She was arrested early Sunday morning," Evans' lawyer, Dustin Sullivan, tells Hollywood.com exclusively. "She spent the night in jail Sunday night. She went in front of a judge Monday to get bond set. It was set at $500. Gary's bond was set at $1,500. Jenelle was charged with simple assault, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of Klonopin. Gary was charged with all that, except it was assault on a female."

This marks Evan's fifth arrest; previous incidents have involved drug possession, assault, breaking and entering, and violation of probation, among other charges. Evan's most recent arrest took place on March 5; however, Evans is not presently on probation, so this new arrest does not present a violation of probation.

Sullivan also tells Hollywood.com, "She called 911, police came. They made an arrest against Gary and arrested Jenelle as well. No drugs were found on Jenelle. She told 911 they were fighting," adding, "A victim who called 911 was charged. I'm curious to know why."

Surprise! 'Avatar' Star Giovanni Ribisi & Supermodel Agyness Deyn Elope

Kudos to Ted actor Giovanni Ribisi and supermodel Agyness Deyn for not only getting married in total secrecy but for dating without anyone knowing.

"Agyness Deyn and Giovanni Ribisi quietly married in Los Angeles over the weekend," a rep for Ribisi, 37, told E! News.

Ribisi is best known for his roles in Saving Private Ryan, Avatar, and of course as Phoebe's brother on Friends.

Deyn has appeared in ads for Burberry, Armani, and Vivienne Westwood and graced many a fashion magazine cover. In 2010, she made the popular transition from modeling to acting, playing Aphrodite in Clash of the Titans.

Rodney King Found Dead at 47 -175-966-826-

Rodney King, the man at the center of the infamous 1992 L.A. riots, has died at age 47.

King was found in his pool at his Rialto, Calif. home by his fiancee, Cynthia Kelly, according to initial reports by TMZ. Law enforcement pronounced King dead at 6:11 AM PT. Rialto police will are opening a drowning investigation to confirm the cause of death.

King was the famous victim of a police brutality case in 1991. After leading highway officers on a high speed chase, four LAPD officers caught up with King and were caught brutally beating King by an amateur cameraman. The footage was later made public, and when the three of the officers were acquitted and the fourth was set free after an inconclusive trial, the city of Los Angeles broke out in riots in protest. President George H.W. Bush was also quoted expressing his shock at the verdict, which was in direct contest with the video evidence of the violent beating.

Since then, King has struggled with alcohol addiction, even acting as a guest/patient on Dr. Drew Pinsky'sCelebrity Rehab series on VH1. He also participated in the spin-off series Sober House, where he discussed the remaining trauma from the LAPD beatings.

King is survived by three children and his fiancee.

Details on Radiohead Concert that Turned Deadly

Rock band Radiohead was one hour from starting their sold-out show in Toronto when the stage collapsed, killing one person and injuring others.

Fans had yet to enter Downsview Park where the concert was scheduled to take place around 5pm, but crew members were still setting up when the scaffolding above the main stage fell. One person was reported dead on the scene while another was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

The concert was planned for Saturday night, but cancelled according to a post on the Park's official Facebook page. "There has been an incident, more details forthcoming."

Drake Expected to Be Charged for Fight with Chris Brown

Fans in attendance at the Drake concert Saturday night in Jones Beach, NY could get more of a show than they bargained for.

Just days after the rapper allegedly attacked Chris Brown in a New York nightclub, the singer — who also dated Rihanna — could be arrested as early as tonight if he doesn't agree with the police's request to turn himself in by next week.

There is still debate over whether the bottle that left a gash on Brown's chin came from Drake or someone in his entourage, but The Post has learned that it's the 25-year-old singer who is expected to be charged with reckless endangerment.

Another celeb who was in attendance at the Manhattan club W.i.P where Ne-Yo's manager, Javon Smith was holding his birthday party was San Antonio Spurs player (and Eva Longoria's ex-husband) Tony Parker. As a result of the fight, the NBA player sustained an eye injury, but was cleared to play basketball again in a week, just in time for the Olympics next month where he will represent France.

Drake might not be as lucky when it comes to playing at his concert tonight. Stay tuned!

Lindsay Lohan Tweets About Being Found Unconscious

If Lindsay Lohan does half as good a job playing Elizabeth Taylorin Liz & Dick as she does getting the new Lifetime movie in the press, her career should be back on track in no time.

First she made headlines for the car crash in Los Angeles — where she is currently filming the movie — and less than a week later the actress was found unconscious in her hotel room. Lohan, who is already back on set, says she can explain. Naturally.

According to a post earlier today on her Twitter page, she says, "Note to self… After working 85hours in 4days, and being up all night shooting, be very aware that you might pass out from exhaustion & 7 paramedics MIGHT show up @ your door…. Hopefully theyre cute. Otherwise it would be a real let down."

At least her love of boys is keeping in the spirit of the iconic dramatic actress, who walked down the aisle a headline-grabbing eight times.
