An increasing number of people are choosing to sell their property online. In the past this would have been seen as quite a ‘maverick’ move! Selling your property online has never been easier, the process is simple and you are sure to reach a wide variety of potential buyers from all over your area and even the world, see here just how easy it can be! Each and every house buyer will nowadays always go online to see the options available to them, it means that you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own house before organising viewings, there are no wasted hours sitting in an agent’s office whilst they try and sell the property that will make them the most commission.

The best thing is that you can do it at anytime of day, whenever you a re free you can go online to see what properties are available that suit your needs. Selling online has to be the easiest way to sell property online Australia, it’s the best way for sellers and buyers to connect directly without the interference of an agent. Selling or buying at your own leisure takes a lot of the stress out of the whole process. Here are some great tips for selling your property online.

Use Social Media

Platforms such as Facebook are new for people advertising their services and selling things. But you should not be put off using a social media platform, think how many people you can reach with just one advert. The best thing about using social media sites is that you will be able to target the audience that you are looking to attract, ignore the largest social media platform in the world and you will lose out!

You need to advertise your area

When you use online marketing you are able to post videos and photos, so really go to town and seek the area that you are living in. Even if people don’t think what your house is perfect for them, they may still buy because the neighbourhood is irresistible. If you have great schools, health care, community activities and also low crime then you really need to hammer these points home with potential buyers. The other beauty of online selling is that you can direct them to all sorts of other sites that brag about your community by just adding a few simple links. It really hasn’t been easier to sell your area and your property!

If you are searching for the ultimate display of beauty and culture when travelling to the Netherlands, be sure to delight your senses, with a trip to the city of Vollenhove, for their annual flower parade. While the Netherlands is famous for its truly beautiful displays of horticulture, Corso Vollenhove is said to be the most breathtaking of all flower events. The flower parade takes place in the city centre as cars, covered in flowers, make their way down the main street in a gracious display of Dutch beauty. While there are numerous flower events throughout the entire calendar year, this is said to be the greatest, as each individual car displays its own unique subject for their floral presentation.

The parade is held on the last Saturday of August each year, with shows taking place throughout the day and also in the evening. Spectators commonly recommend viewing an evening parade, as many of the cars have light displays designed specifically for night time events. If you are travelling with your family, however, children will most likely prefer the parade which takes place in the morning. The morning flower parade has been designed by children and for children, incorporating a vast array of vibrant colours and cheerful designs.

If you like the idea of experiencing a traditional Dutch festival, but are not an avid horticulturist, there is plenty more on offer throughout the parade. World class performers, including bands and singers take the stage to enchant the audience with displays of traditional Netherlands music, as well as that of other international countries. Whether you come to see the flowers or the bands, you’ll stay for the truly great atmosphere. One of the most understated Netherlands attractions, the Corso Vollenhove Flower Parade is an event not to be missed.

One of the most memorable moments in world history has been captured in a magnificent museum, outlining every moment of the struggle that Anne Frank faced during World War II. One of the most prominent attractions of the Anne Frank Museum would have to be Anne Frankhuis, the hideout where Anne and her Jewish family secretly lived for most of World War II, in order to evade capture.

Tours of the museum are truly inspiring, with letters written by Anne during World War II, displayed on exhibition. Anne’s father published these letters after the war was over and they provide the most personal and horrific insight into what life was like for Jewish people during the Second World War. Located in the Netherlands, the Anne Frank Museum is possibly one of the most visited Amsterdam attractions.

Along with many rooms in the museum that are filled with historical artefacts, exhibitions are regularly on display and change every six months, giving visitors something new to experience upon every visit. Tours are run every day at the museum, with English speaking guides readily available.

If you are planning a trip to the inspiring Anne Frank Museum in Amsterdam, it is a good idea to purchase your tickets online before your arrival, to avoid long queues that are known to form during peak tourist seasons. Although the museum does house some very horrific details about Anne Frank’s account of World War II, children over the age of 10 are welcome to visit with their families, as it can be a very insightful and educational experience. If you are travelling with your family, be sure to check out the Anne Frank Museum website to get some helpful suggestions on how to prepare your children for their visit.

Dierenpark or Animal Kingdom is open every day of the year from 10AM to 5 PM. Admission $24.18. Children under three get in free. Whether in a cosmopolitan city or idyllic countryside, the country has an assortment of romantic dining spaces for different types of clients.

Chateau St. Gerlach

The Chateau St. Gerlach is a historic Maastricht country estate converted into a restaurant and accommodation property. The Restaurant Chateau St. Gerlach features a choice of four or five course French menu accompanied by a wine package. Prices start at AUD$102.76 per person for the four course menu. There is a separate charge for the wine package.

De Librije

This three star Michelin rated restaurant is located in the Dutch municipality of Zwolle. The building is a converted 15th century library of a Dominican monastery. De Librije has a private salon on the first floor for cosy and intimate dinners. Menu ingredients are locally sourced and prepared in a variety of culinary styles. Dining at De Librije is a little expensive, with prices starting at AUD$193.73 for a menu selection. Although pricey, the dishes are innovative and worth the trip to Zwolle.

Enjoy an exquisite three course gourmet dinner on aboard an antique riverboat in Amsterdam. Designed for a cosy and intimate dining experience, all tables are located near windows so guests can enjoy the surrounding views of the canal.
