So, where is the Prostate?

The prostate is centered behind the lower part of the pubic arch and in front of the rectum. It’s about three inches inside the anus. The prostate is shaped kind of like a walnut and is of a firm consistency, surrounded by a capsule of fibrous tissue and smooth muscle. It measures about 4 centimeters across, 3 centimeters in height, and 2 centimeters from front to back.

Okay, now how do I stimulate the Prostate?

There are 2 ways: Internal Stimulation and External Stimulation.

For internal stimulation, you must lubricate, lubricate, lubricate. Either use a latex glove or a finger cot. Apply a thicker, anal lubricant, like Adam & Eve Anal Lube, to your finger and slowly and carefully insert it into his rectum. Use a steady, gentle movement to push your finger into the rectum. Now I know that some people are allergic to latex so in that case another material must be used. Polyurethane condoms, like Avanti, are made out of a plastic material that is twice as strong as latex. It’s thinner, providing greater sensitivity, is compatible with oil based lubricants, it’s odorless and is more resistant to damage from heat and light. Vibrators can be wiped clean with a cloth moistened with warm water or alcohol. Now there are many moist antibacterial wipes available that can also be used to wipe down most sex toys. Silicone Toys
