Vacuum Cleaners

2010-01-18T16:20:00.000+00:00

To keep you home dust and mite free healthy home, vacuum cleaner is used. This device uses air pump to create a partial vacuum and sucks up dust and dirt. For carpeted homes, vacuum cleaning is the must. The word hoover is a common term used for Vacuum cleaner.

Vacuum cleaner is available in two types, one with the bag and other one is a bagless. Bagless vacuum cleaners are cheaper as you save on the cost of the bag. The bag attached to Vacuum cleaner has to be a HEPA filter; they are usually disposable bags and needs to be changed after a certain time. If your vacuum cleaner is a bagless one, you spend more time as you need to empty the dirt container, which is in place of the bag. Your vacuum cleaner also would need maintenance on the filter regularly.

In the Vacuum Cleaner with the bag, you will get good performance, but as the bag starts filling up with the dust, the performance level will drop slowly of course depending on the quality and the actual placing of the attached bag. On an average, you will have to replace the bag every month. The performance level would be gradually decreased from 90% in the first week to 70% in the second to third week to 50% in the fourth week. If your vacuum cleaner has filtered cyclonic filters, they are made to last for longer duration, as long as even 18 months

If you have pets at home, then you have more reason to use vacuum cleaner, as pets tend to shed the fur throughout their lives. Furs not only are attached to the carpets it also does the same to the filter bags. It is then difficult to clean the filter. Sometimes filter retains the pet odor which then in turn can make your home stink.

Vacuum cleaners with the bag usually have a very neat dumping system. Company like BOSCH has designed the bag in such a way that makes not only dirt removal system easy but replacing the bag is also a one-step procedure.

Vacuum Cleaner with the Bag has the advantage but there are people who prefer to buy the vacuum cleaner without the bag. Vacuum cleaner with the bag is now outdated, whereas vacuum cleaner without bag is the latest trend.
