&lt;li&gt;Now heat the oil in a pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;Fried 1 piece of onion and paste it with &amp;nbsp;curd.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare the fried spices powder.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;And paste rest of the onion.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now mix all spices with mutton kima.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now in the dried pan, saute the chickpea powder and mixed with mutton kima. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Divide the kima equally and cover over the 8 egg surface.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now deeply fry it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat&amp;nbsp;Ghee(clarified butter) in another pan and fry ginger, garlic and onion paste with fried spices powder.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When the gravy is prepared add the salt and&amp;nbsp;Kewra water (screw pine) in it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cut the kofta and keep in the gravy.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Now marinate the mutton with curd,garlic paste,ginger paste and onion paste and keep it for 1 hour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now heat the oil on a pan and fry the potato till their colour changed in golden brown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now pour the water in a cooker and add the dal and steam it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When the potatoes are fried then keep it aside and add the bay leaves,cumin,red chilli and garam masala.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add the chopped onion and fry them till the colour is changed brown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When the onion fried then we add giner paste,juilenne ginger and tomato and lightly fried them.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add the marinated mutton and mix the spices very well in the oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;And add the turmeric powder and green chillies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now when the mutton is cooked then add the rice and mix them very well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mixing the dal very well with them.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;On the other hand we heat water on separate pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add the hot water with the mutton,rice,dal and patatoes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;And also add the salt &amp;nbsp;and sugar as per requirement.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now keep a lid on the pan and cooked it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When it cooked we add the ghee and garammasala paste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now on the other pan fry the chopped onion.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add the cashew nut paste and fried onion in the kichdi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;And saute them for few minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add the palak paste and stir them.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If the gravy is too thick then we added some water.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Before adding the paneer cube it&#39;s better to shallow fry them.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When the gravy is come to prepare then the paneer is added.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now mix them well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After that add the lemon juice and stir well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now fresh cream is added and our palak paneer is prepared.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;Fry them lightly and &amp;nbsp;now add the ginger paste,garlic paste, onion paste ,salt.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now cook them until the oil is separated from the spices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add the kismis and kaju paste and coconut milk.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook them 5 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After 5 minutes add the curd and cook for 2 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add garam masala powder and turn off the flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Now our shet sundari rohu is ready to serve.If you wish &amp;nbsp;you can add green chilies.It serve with hot plain rice or fried rice. &amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Then turn all the pieces and cook other side for 10 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1 diced carrot&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;PREPARATION&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Now take 5/6 chicken drumsticks&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take three medium size tomatoes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make the smooth paste of tomato.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat oil in a pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry the chicken drum stick&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;It coloured brown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add the tomato paste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add the garlic paste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add red chili powder&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix with chicken very well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add salt and warm water&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;cooking the gravy in low heat&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In a separate pan heat the ghee.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tomato cut in medium pieces.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add it in  ghee.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 min saute it.a,/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add the chicken with gravy.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;add 2tsp sugar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Coriander leaves for garnishing.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tbsp tomato puree.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;finely chopped 2 large size onion

PREPARATION&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;li&gt;heat the oil in a pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;fry the onion till golden brow&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;now move the onion from oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;add onion paste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;and ginger-garlic paste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;and all the spices added to the chicken.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;now the chicken is marinated by all the spices&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;the chicken is added in the remaining oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;now cook them in low heat&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;cook them until oil is separated from spices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;now add some hot water and cover it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;now the chicken is cooked&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;add the fried onion.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;turn off fire.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;garnish with chopped coriander leaves.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Now our chicken curry is ready to eat.Serve it with rooti or hot rice.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;The mixture added in the pan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;potatoes are also added.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now cook them in low heat.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Until the oil separated from spices&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If you wish you can add some water&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;And now add kasuri methi and cover it&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remove the pan from heat.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add garam masala.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Garnish with green coriander leaves.&lt;/li&gt;

Ingredients&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;potato-4 middle sizes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;coriander leaves&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;salt to taste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tsp red chili powder&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 tsp garam masala(clove,cinnamon,cardamom)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;lemon juice&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;h1&gt;
Preparation&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At first steam the potatoes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now drain the water from potatoes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The following spices are added  with boiled potatoes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Added the  finely chopped coriander leaves&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Added salt.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Added red chili powder&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Added lemon juice&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;chopped green chilies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now smashed them very well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now make drough with adding salt and small amonut of oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now make a small ball from the drough.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then  stuffing  balls with smashed potatoes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now make them as a paratha.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;And fry then on a low heat&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Now our aloo ka paratha is ready to eat.Please enjoy the dish with pickle or dahi.&lt;br /&gt;
