Therefore, Plano had a hotness ratio of 25.6  (201/784). In another example, Richardson had 70 homes pending out of 237 active listings. Therefore, Richardson had a hotness ratio of 29.5  (70/237). The biggest Hotness ratio was The Colony at 32.8. This indicates a pretty good Sellers Market in The Colony. The smallest Hotness ratio was Addison/Far North Dallas at 16.4.
