Okay, well maybe I am, but it is because if I forget to schedule next week’s post I don’t want you all do be upset with me, because in less than 2 weeks I am going to get to meet the beauty and brains behind All Mediocre, Meghan.  I don’t want our first interaction to be to fire me or to smack me around for disappointing you folks because I was busy have fun on my vacation, so could you put in a good word for me? 

You can? Great-Thanks! So where were we? Oh yes, today’s Mediocre Topic Tuesday….

Are you a Purse a Day or A One Purse All the Way kind of girl?  I have to admit that I would LOVE to be one purse all the way kind of girl, but sadly my purse also doubles as my camera bag since I carry it with me everywhere, and they don’t make many purse/camera bags that I can afford.  So right now I am One Purse All The Way.  But I did pick up another purse similar in size to my camera bag and I am hoping to convert it to hold the camera as well, so I don’t know if that would qualify as A purse a Day, but it def. takes me out of the One Purse all the Way camp.

So how many purses do you have, my AM peeps? Do you change them out frequently or wait til they turn to dust.  I really NEED to know!

So, now that we have that all out of the way, I was wondering something.  What are your shoes of choices this summer.  Do you flip flop or not? 

I have to admit that I really didn’t like flip flops for the longest time.  Why? My ginormus feet is why.  They are barely an eleven, but when you try to get flip flops in the larger sizes they normally are 11/12 which on my feet are like HUGE! I would trip over my flip flops all the time.  Then came last year and Payless had these Airwalk flip flops that FIT! I was a convert.  Now my fave pair of flip flops are my brown wedge ones from Kohl’s that I got in June.  They are so comfy and they look uber cute!  But when I am feeling the “Not” days, I typically wear my Crocs.  

So what have you; Flip Flop? Or Not?

For me, most of the time I would have them au natural, that is until I got a fake nail put on my big toe.  Yes, I said it, I have a fake nail on my big toe. The reason my toenail is fake is because they totally botched up my nail when removing it for an ingrown toenail problem.  I have been told that my nail bed is damaged and I could possibly grow a normal nail but will have to have the current “thing” that slightly resembles a toenail removed.  But there isn’t a guarantee, so until they can say with confidence the toenail will be restored to its former glory, I won’t be enduring any extra pain. 

But as I was saying…I used to have them au natural as to not draw attention to my funkadelic big toe nail, but since I have the fake one, which looks totally real, yo….I have had them painted.  And I have to say that I really am loving the painted piggies.  In fact I find myself looking at nail polish colors more often, and I know sooner or later they are going to jump into my cart and come home with me. 

So what say you? Painted Piggies or are you of the Paint Free Variety? I need to know!!

This week I actually managed to get this done on Tuesday, altho I haven’t actually hit publish yet, so I guess I should get my hopes all up about it….yet. But my question to you is about swimming.  When you are having your fun in the sun do you prefer it at the beach or near a pool? Myself, I prefer the pool action.  Bathrooms are plentiful and there is no sand.  And around here when you lounge by the poolside, it normally means parking wasn’t too bad. Because to go to the beach around here by Lake Erie, plan an extra 20 mins to lug all the crap you need to where you want to sit.  And did I mention there was sand.  Sand that finds every nook and cranny in your body to lodge itself in.  Not a happy feeling for me AT all!

So what do you declare the Pool or the Beach? Because I really need to know!

When it comes to shampoo do you follow the directions for lather, rinse, and repeat  or do you scoff at those and take your chances with the one time shampoo because it is just a crazy attempt from the shampoo companies to get you to use twice as much shampoo when you are in the shower thus needing to buy it all that more often.  As for me I am in the latter camp.  I think my girls later, rinse, and repeat more times than even the shampoo companies think nessesary, but that is for another day. 

So what have you? Lather, rinse, repeat or one time is good enough for me.

In other news, I heard about a new fundraising campaign that I thought I’d share with you, seeing as how todays is Memorial Day.  It’s called Tweet to ReMIND and it’s sponsored by the Bob Woodruff Foundation.  The idea is that you donate $5.25 to assist them in raising $1.25 million.  $1 for every military member who has served in the war.  I donated.  Will you?

But onto Mediocre Topic Tuesday, that is why you are here. Needing to know the answers to life’s most pressing questions such as apple or orange, credit or debit, cats or dogs.  Or for Today’s MTT-Washcloth or Body Poof?  We use Poof  things at our house.  Each person has their own color bath poof.  Altho I have a sneaking suspicion that I am not the only one using my Poof.  Can we all say Ewwww together? They all deny it, but I will catch them, or hide my Poof in my room like I do my bottled water.  But that is a topic for another day.  

So which do you prefer. Washcloth, Poof or maybe even a Loofah? We are dying to know!

Today I am curious about the ATM card in your wallet.  No, not the pin number, silly! But on how you use it.  Most places will let you use your ATM card as a debit card or a credit card.  Which do you find yourself saying more often?  Sadly I never get to say debit because for whatever reason my credit union’s checkcards are only for credit transactions.  I try to use it as a debit and I get declined everytime.  I said something last time I was in & they told me that I could go ahead and get a debit card if I wanted to use the debit function at the register.  Since I am able to take cash out of the ATM with it, I declined.  Because seriously, do I really need just one more thing? But when I do say credit to the cashier I always feel the need to explain myself-to reassure her (or the rare him) that I am really not charging anything-its the bank’s fault. 

So how about you…when you swipe it what do you say?

So do you have a pen preference, perhaps you prefer no pen at all.  But the big question today is Blue ink or Black ink.  If you want to elaborate more I won’t complain.

Today’s question is do you prefer Matte (or luster) finish or Glossy finish on your photos? You do print out photos still? Right? I, myself, prefer the matte or luster finish, its basically the same thing, but for whatever reason Costco doesn’t call it matte.  I like it for many reasons, mostly being that they don’t show the fingerprints like the glossy photos do, and they don’t seem to catch as much glare as they are hanging.  Secretly I wish that there wasn’t an option and all photos were Glossy, but what are you going to do? (Okay, okay, what am I going to do-in this case suck it up and make sure to check the luster box)

So, do you get your photos in the Glossy or Matte finish, because I won’t rest until I know!
