I've been getting questions about the Pink Pony t-shirts that the bikini contestants were wearing in the photos - wondering if all the girls are entertainers at the Pink Pony. The answer is no.

Pink Pony was one of the major sponsors of the Bikelanta event and earned the right to have the Bikelanta Bikini Contest girls wear their t-shirts in the first round of the competition. There were a couple girls in the competition that actually worked a the Pink Pony club but only a couple.

BIKELANTA 1of4 - Mountain Motorsports, Conyers GA - SUNDAY 5/22

BIKELANTA – SUNDAY, MAY 22, 2011: Hats off to GM Robert, the Mountain Motorsports staff, the DJ/MC crew from V-103, stunning Bikini Contestants, generous Sponsors, service minded Vendors, Stunt Bike “Magicians”, stage performers, judges, contest promoters and managers and hundreds of enthusiastic visitors to the Fourth Annual Bikelanta event (including dozens of professional and amateur photographers and every other person holding their camera phones high in the air)!

This event was second to none in its presentation. It came off without a hitch. And those of you who frequent bike rallies can almost expect the regular visit by police to stop a fight or calm down a crowd or the occasional injury at fast-paced events like this or even the major hiccup of performers not being on stage at the right time. The teamwork and organization that Robert and his crew put into Bikelanta 2011 made it seem effortless, efficient and definitely a blast had by all who attended. I have a hunch that even if the weather wasn’t perfect like it was this weekend, Team Mountain Motorsports would still have made a way for an amazing show to happen.

If the annual progression of Bikelanta has been improving steadily year after year, next year’s Sunday contest deserves national media coverage. MC Bubby Love from V-103 kept the contestant girls moving smoothly on and off the stage like a televised pageant while making sure the crowd was adequately entertained during the breaks. Lawrence Givens, president and creative director of Bikini Nirvana, managed the background elements of the contest taking care of what need not be noticed so that the production itself, resulted in an exciting and beautiful experience for the audience.

There were 38 bikini contestants Sunday vs. the 14 who competed Saturday. All of the girls were beautiful and none less than an “8” in my opinion. Most would score 9-10 in any contest or pageant. It was definitely time well spent with beauty that deserves high recognition! See for yourself below.

It's pretty easy to do and would be fun to just put "bikelanta" in the URL address bar and have it all come up on the screen. Right now, it does nothing. BIKELANTA BIKINI CONTEST 2 of 2 Mountain Motorsports, Conyers GA

It was an energetic crowd and I'll be back there Sunday to see if it's more of a mainstream Bikini Contest that has a bit more class. Definitely a "Spring Break style bikini contest!. There are 60 contestants anticipated to participate in Sunday's contest. That's 400% more than today. It should be a tough contest. Come on out, everybody. Great food and drinks! Great motorcycle stunt show and lots of entertainment from the stage! Come see for yourself.

FYI: Major traffic back up on I-20 due to repaving both directions. I haven't been around Metro Atlanta long enough to know any short cuts but if you know any, this weekend would be a good time to try them out.

COME ON OUT TO THE HOTTEST BIKINI CONTEST GOING ON IN THE METRO ATLANTA AREA! Mountain Motorsports presents the annual HUGE Bikelanta show happening in Conyers, GA Saturday and Sunday, May 21-22. There is a Bikini Contest both days at 3:00 until about 5:30 p.m. It looks like the contest on Sunday will have about twice as many contestants as the Saturday show but I will be covering both of them and posting the results on AllstarCalendarGirls.com.
