Menyeru manusia kepada Allah s.w.t (ad-da’wah ila Allah) adalah kewajipan setiap

muslim dan muslimat di setiap masa. Terutamanya di zaman kita ini, ia lebih wajib

kerana umat Islam pada hari ini terdedah kepada serangan jahat musuh-musuh Allah

s.w.t yang bertujuan mencabut teras dakwah Islam dari jiwa umat Islam.

Menyeru manusia kepada Allah s.w.t adalah satu kemuliaan yang besar

kepada pendukung dakwah.

Firman Allah yang bermaksud:

“Siapakah yang lebih baik perkataannya daripada orang yang menyeru kepada

Allah, mengerjakan amal yang soleh dan berkata: Sesungguhnya aku termasuk

orang-orang yang menyerah diri.” (Fushilat: 33)

Menyeru manusia kepada Allah s.w.t menghasilkan pahala dan ganjaran yang

besar dan tidak ternilai sebagaimana pengakuan Rasulullah s.a.w yang bermaksud:

“Jika Allah s.w.t memberi hidayah kepada seorang lelaki lantaran anda, itu lebih

baik bagimu daripada setuap apa yang disinari matahari.” (Riwayt at-Tabrani)

Menyeru manusia kepada Allah s.w.t dan kepada jalan yang benar, adalah

sebaik-baik urusan dan amat perlu diketengahkan, terutama di zaman ini yang

berkecamuk dengan berbagai kefahaman dan ideology, trend semasa yang

memperbodoh, menyesat dan menyelewengkan.

Menyeru manusia kepada Allah s.w.t adalah salah satu peringkat (marhalah)

yang penting dalam amal Islami yang dilakukan secara bersungguh-sungguh. Ia

merupakan marhalah ta’arif (memperkenalkan), yang mendahului marhalah takwin

(pembentukan). Di sana terdapat dakwah ‘Ammah (dakwah umum) yang dicernakan

melalui pidato, ceramah-ceramah, majlis-majlis ilmu, media masa seperti buku-buku,

risalah-risalah, suratkhabar, majalah, kaset dan lain-lain. Di sana juga terdapat

dakwah Fardiah (dakwah individu) yang tidak kurang pentingnya.

Perbincangan mengenai dakwah fardiah ini akan kita perkatakan secara mendalam di sini:

Pertama: Mengenai methodologi dan peringkat-peringkat dakwah fardiah.

Kedua: Mengenai keistimewaan dakwah fardiah dan cirri-ciri para daie yang

melaksanakan tugas ini.

I got email from one of my friend and it contain the article about "why the jews are so smart". The article is wrote in Bahasa Melayu. Maybe it already been translated from English to Bahasa Melayu.

When I read this article I feel so amaze with the Jew lifestyle. How they train their community similar with Islam ways. Just read the article below. This article is wrote by Dr Stephen Carr Leon

Since I spent about 3 year in Israel for internship in few hospital there, It came to my mind about doing thesis/research of "Why the Jews are Intelligent?" It goes without denial that Jews are ahead in all aspect of life such as engineering, music, science and most obvious in business where nearly 70% of world trade/business are held by the Jews such as cosmetic, fashion, food, arms, hotels and film industries (Hollywood and others).

During the 2nd year, in December 1980, and I was about to go back to California, this idea came to me and I was wandering why God gave this gift/ability to them, is this a coincidence or is it man-made that could be produced like the goods from a factory. My thesis took about 8 years to gather all the information as accurately as possible, like the food intake, culture, religion, initial preparation of pregnancy and etc and I would compare them with other races.

Let’s start with initial preparation of pregnancy. In Israel, the first thing I noticed is that the pregnant mother would always sing and play piano and would always try to solve mathematical problems together with the husband, and I was very surprised to see the mother always carry math books and sometimes I would help her to solve some problems, I would asked, "Is this for your child in the womb?" she would answer "Yes to train the child still in the womb so that it would be a genius later on". She would solve the problem without let-up until the child is born.

Another thing I noticed, is about the food, she loved to eat almonds and dates with milk, for lunch she would take bread and fish without the head, salad mixed with almonds and other nuts, they believed fish is good for the development of brain and the fish’s head is bad for the brain. And also it is like the culture of the Jews for pregnant mothers to take cod liver oil.
When I was invited for dinner, I always noticed that they always like to eat fish (flesh and fillet) and no meat, according to their belief, meat and fish together will not give any benefit to our body. Salad and nuts is a must, especially almonds.
They would always eat fruits first before the main meal. Their belief if you eat the main meal first (like bread or rice) then fruits, this will make us feel sleepy and difficult to understand any lesson you learn in school.

In Israel, smoking is a taboo, if you are their guest, don’t smoke in their house, they would politely ask you to go out for a smoke. According to scientist in university of Israel, nicotine would destroy the main cell in our brain and will affect the genes and DNA, resulting in generation of moron or defective brain. So all those smokers, please take note (Ironically, the biggest producer of cigarettes is… you know who.. make your own guess).

The food intake for the child is always under the guidance of the parent, first, the fruits with almonds, followed by cod liver oil. In my assessment, the Jewish child, most of them knew 3 languages, ie Hebrew, Arabic and English, since childhood they would be train in playing piano and violin, it is a must. Accordingly, it is believed that this practice will increase the IQ of the child and will make him a genius. And according to Jewish scientist, the vibration of music would stimulate the brain and that is why there are lots of geniuses among the Jews…

Since grade 1 to 6, they would be taught business mathematic and science subjects would be their first preference. For comparison I could see the children in California, their IQ is about 6 years back. And Jewish children were also involved in athletics such as archery, shooting and running, accordingly it is believed that archery and shooting would make the brain more focus on decision and precision.

In high school, students are more inclined to study science, they would create products, indulged in all sorts of projects , although some looks very funny or useless, but all attention is given seriously especially if it is armaments, medicine or engineering, the idea will be introduced in higher institute in polytechnics or universities.

Business faculty will be given more preference, in the last year of university, the students in business would be given a project and practically they can only pass if their group (about 10 in a group) can make profit of USD1 million. Don’t be surprised, this is the reality and that is why half of the business in the world is held by the Jews, who design the latest levis, it is being designed in the Israel university by the faculty of business and fashion.

Have you seen them how they prayed, they always shake their heads, accordingly they believed this action will stimulate and provide more oxygen to the brain, same thing with Islam where you need to bow down your head. Look at the Japanese, they always bow down their heads as their culture, lots of them are smart, they love sushi (fresh fish), is this a coincidence?

In New York, the commercial/trading center for the Jews are based in New York, catering for the Jews only, if they had any beneficial idea, their committee will give free interest loan and will make sure the business prosper. Due to this, starbuck, dell computer, cocacola, DKNY, oracle, levis, dunkin donut , Hollywood films and hundreds other businesses were under their sponsorship. Jewish graduates from faculty of medicine in new york were encouraged to register with them and allowed to practice privately with this free interest loan, now I knew why most hospital in new york and California always lack of specialist doctors.

Smoking will lead to generations of moron. During my visit to Singapore in 2005, made me surprised to see smokers are regarded as an outcast and the price of a pack of cigarettes is about USD 7, like in Israel it is a taboo and their form of government is similar to the Israelis. And that is the reason why most of their universities are of high standard, even though Singapore is only as big as Manhattan.

Look at Indonesia, everywhere people are smoking, and price of a pack of cigarette is very cheap only USD0.70 cts. and the results with millions of people, you can count the number of universities, what product they produced that can be proud of, technology.. never… can they speak other than their own language, why it is so difficult for them to master English language for example, all this is due to smoking, think for yourself.

In my thesis, I do not touch in respect of religion or race, why the Jews are so arrogant that they were being chased around since the time of Paraoh until Hitler, for me it is about politic and survival, the bottom line is, could we produce intelligent generations just like the Jews. The answer could be in the affirmative that needs change in our daily habits of eating, parenting and I guess within 3 generations, it could be achieved. This I could observe in my grandson, for example at the age of 9 he could write a 5-page essay on "Why I love tomato"
May all of us be in peace and succeeded in producing a future generations of genius for the betterment of humankind no matter who you are.

A Smile On their Face

Im so jealous when I watch the video below. They are so lucky to die in the most honor way. They die to defend and protect their people, their country and especially their religion(Islam). They die as syuhada and they die on the road of jihad. Im also hope I will been given a chance by Allah to die in this way.

Allah never lie to us and what He promised is for sure will happen. Believe in Him and never lost faith to Him. When Allah promising that who die as syuhada or to protect the religion will be reward a Al-Jannah and he can enter from any door he want.

See for your own eye how they die. This man die to protect his contry and fight on the road of jihad. See there a smile on his face when he die

This man is die while give a speech in Taklim. At the end of his life he can say "Alla" and die so slowly and so calm. Subhanallah

For muslim people jihad is just not only to hold a weapon and fight the enemy. Die while you spreading Islam also been classified as jihad. Same also when you die while learning a religion of Islam. And hopefully what we know we will apply it in our life and remind the others to.

He create everything and organize it alone. Allah has no parent and child. If you has a brain ask yourself what a different between God and human if God can has a child and God died same as human?

What will happen if God has to many childs and all His childs arguing to replace their father to become a God? If you believe Yesus is God child that mean he should be immortal. If he can be kill that mean his father that Christian people believe is Godfather also can be kill by man. Then what happen to the world if God is dead? Allah already warned us never try to find Him but look at His creation and you will realize how great Allah is. See with your own eyes how Yahudi people make to our holy Al-Quran. They burn it and step on it. Do you realize Yahudi is just small colony of people but they can conquer the earth. Even America is bow under their feet. Their country is small and be surrounded by three large Islam's contry(Lubnan,Iraq, and Syria) but why Yahudi still can invade Lubnan and Iraq at the same time? Why this three Islamic country cant combine force and fight Yahudi? They can win easily. I don't know what to say anymore....

His father had passed away and his mother got older. He met again his beloved sisters Husna, Lia and Sarah.

At first he did not know what to do. He was unemployed. But then he had an idea to do business. With just very little money he decided to start operating a small restaurant selling bakso or Indonesian meatball soup. To win the hard competition in business he created a different bakso. Normally the bakso look like a small ball made of meat. But Azzam make it look like the symbol of love and call it bakso cinta (love meatball). He chose a good location nearby a university campus. Shortly after that his business grew rapidly.

Meanwhile Furqan, his friend in Al Azhar, married to Anna Althafunnisa, the daughter of Kyai Lutfi. But Furqan was not very happy with his wedding because he had a great problem. When he was in Egypt he had an affair with a woman and the laboratory test proved that he had HIV virus. Colonel Fuad from Egyptian police had asked him not to spread his virus but Anna received his proposal. So he had to marry Anna. He was very confused because he had to lie. He could not cancel his wedding plan but if he marries Anna he will destroy Anna with his virus. That’s why on the first night Furqan did not do his duty as a husband.

Before doing his bakso business Azzam had another business – distributing books from Egypt to Islamic schools in Central Java and east Java. This activity made him met Kyai Lutfi, Anna’s father. Kyai Lutfi was the principal of an Islamic school in Solo. He was an influential informal leader in his village. They liked each other and Kyai Lutfi asked him to come there often. Then Azzam joined Kyai Lutfi’s study group to learn the Holy Koran and other Islamic books. He came there each week. On his first visit to the study group he got a surprise. That day Kyai Lutfi had to go to a funeral of his senior who passed away. He asked Azzam to replace him as speaker. He had to teach Kyai Lutfi’s student. It was a success. Since that day Azzam was known as a good Islamic teacher.

As his business grows and he was mature enough, his mother asked him to marry soon. So Azzam tried to find a wife. Among devout Muslims who live in Islamic school there is no dating. He would directly propose the girl to her father. He tried several times but he always failed. One day through his neighbor he proposed a girl who worked as a doctor in Demak, central Java. Her name is Vivi. He was a beautiful girl. She accepted Azzam’s proposal. She was ready to be Azzam’s wife.

Furqan was very busy teaching at an Islamic school and a University in Yogyakarta, a neighboring city. He also runs a camera shop in Solo. One night he asked his wife to spend the night in Solo. There he honestly told Anna about his problem and the reason why he never do his duty to her. Anna was very surprised and upset. She lost her respect to Furqan. She asked Furqan to divorce her right away. That night she left Furqan. He agreed to divorce her on a condition that Anna keeps the secret. The next morning Anna told her parents that she had divorced. Kyai Lutfi and her wife were upset, surprised and disappointed. Several days later Furqan and his family came to see Anna and her family. A heated debate was almost happened but then Furqan confessed that he could not do his duty as a good husband and that Anna was remain virgin. Everybody was surprised.

Meanwhile four days to his wedding party Azzam was busy preparing for it. On a rainy afternoon her mother asked him to accompany her to see Kyai Lutfi. She asked him to give sermon on Azzam’s wedding. But Kyai Lutfi refused her. He said that he did not dare to do that because her daughter’s marriage was not successful. He felt he was not the right person. Then he recommended another clergyman who lives in a neighboring city. Azzam and his mother went there right away on a motor cycle. But as they went there an accident happened. A bus hit them. Azzam fell unconscious and broke his bones while his mother’s head hit the road. Shortly after that she passed away in a hospital. Azzam’s happy day was like a smoke in the air – slowly disappeared. He needed about one year to recover. Azzam’s sorrow was complete when he received a letter from Vivi telling him that she will marry another man. With the letter Vivi returned a golden ring that he gave.

After he recovered from all his wounds he went to see Kyai Lutfi. This time he gave the golden ring to Kyai Lutfi. He said he trusts Kyai Lutfi to find a wife for him. Kyai Lutfi then said that he wanted Azzam to marry her daughter Anna. Azzam was very happy because he loves Anna. And Anna did too. That same day the wedding ceremony took place in Kyai Lutfi’s mosque. After a long hard struggle finally Azzam and Anna found happiness.

Woman in Islam

Islam recognizes the position of a woman to be the same as that of man. It claims that both come from the same essence. In a woman we find three personalities
• A Mother
• A Wife
• A Daughter

The position of woman as mother in is very much exalted in Islamic tradition. Prophet Muhammad (May Allah Peace be Upon Him) has gone so far as to say, “Paradise lies underneath the feet of your mothers.” As regards the position of woman as wife, the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (May Allah Peace be Upon Him) is categorical, “The best among you is the one who is best towards his family.: with regards to woman as daughter, the Islamic attitude can be realized from the reproaches which the Holy Qur’an makes against the pagan pre-Islamic behavior at the birth of daughter.

The mutual relation of husband and wife is described in the Holy Qur’an as that of a single soul in two bodies. Islam describes the house as a unit in the greater organization of a nation as a whole. It speaks of husband as being “an administrator and supervisor over the people of the house” and the wife is described as “administrator of the house and her husband and children.” The home is thus described as a kingdom, where authority is exercised by both the husband and the wife.

Islam envisages a natural division of work between men and women. While man is best suited to fight and make his way through the thick and thin of life on account of his stronger physique and other attributes, woman is entrusted with the onerous tasks of bringing up the younger generations because of the preponderance of the quality of love and compassion in her. This functional division of work doesn’t mean that woman has entirely been excluded from other kings of activities.
So, Islam has clearly defined the determined status of woman in society. According to the teachings of Islam men and women enjoy equal rights in our society but their social responsibilities and duties are different. Woman in the queen of her house, her main and sacred duties are to look after the domestic affairs, to bring up children with care, to educate the children and to act according to the wishes of her husband. However, Islam doesn’t prevent the woman from service in various social institutions. They may work as teachers, doctors, lawyers, and many, they may take part in politics. Islam is clearly defined that Woman in no place lesser than men and men in no place lesser than women. The actual different made in them is by God/Allah

What is miswak?

According to wikipedia: The miswak (miswaak, siwak) is a natural toothbrush made from the twigs of the Salvadora persica tree, also known as the arak tree or the peelu tree. Other tree types that are used are the olive, walnut, and other trees with bitter roots.
Millions of muslims use miswak and know how amazing it is, once you use it, you will never need any dentist as it even takes care of your calculus, which in modern medicine has no other way than visiting a dentist. you don't need mouthwash, tooth brush and toothpaste.
Those of you who have never heard about it and might be wondering or laughing in mind that how can a stick take care of your teeth and gums, well let me put a few facts before you and then please decide.

Its use has spread from the Middle East to South and South East Asia, where it is known as 'Kayu Sugi' (Malay for 'chewing stick'). A 2003 scientific study comparing the use of miswaak with ordinary toothbrushes concluded that the results clearly were in favor of the users who had been using the miswaak, provided they had been given proper instruction in how to brush using it. The World Health Organisation WHO) recommended the use of the miswaak in 1986 and in 2000 an international consensus report on Oran hygiene concluded that further research was needed to document the effect of the miswak.
Recent research by Dr Otaybi from Saudi Arabia opened a new area for research on the systemic effects of Miswak (Sewak) after discovering its great positive effect on the immune system . Dr. Rami Mohammed Diabi who spent more than 17 years researching on Miswak effects on health and especially its anti-addiction effects on smokers (curative and preventive sides) had opened a great field of science and researches by his last research: "Miswak Medicine theory" or Sewak Puncture medicine which led him to what is so called Beyond Sewak: World of Science and Research. Miswak also is contributing in the fight against desertification, thereby affecting our environment and global climate.

Modern dental care theory:
Many people believe that it is the toothpaste which fights against the beacteria and prevent cavity. Yeah that is true to may be reduce the bateria count (No oral product can every completely irradicate the bacteria) , the main mechanish how the cavity prevented is that , we don't allow the bacteria to attach to our teeth.

So, it means, if you brush regularly without any tooth paste using the conventional plastic brush you won't have any cavity.
What I am trying to say is, if a platic brush (with nothing chemical constituents) can prevent cavity, then think about miswak, which has bitter oil in it. The wood which consists of cellulose acts as a deodorant because just like regular tissue paper( a cellulose) absorbs the spill on the surface, the miswak absorbs the odor of your mouth. The same miswak can be used as tongue cleaner. Other benefits (from the oil released) just follows.
Only precaution you have to is, use it properly.( The same rule is required for using conventional brush). Miswak has another additonal advantage, it can easily reach the molar teeth at the back, where toothbrush often don't reach.
I also want to mention another source, my favourite one, Neem tree ( Azadirachta indicahi), It's sticks are also great for brushing teeth.

Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) taught us the complete way of life, and using Miswak was highly recommended by him .

Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), said, "Siwak cleanses the mouth and pleases the Lord", and "if I had not found it hard for my followers or the people, I would have ordered them to clean their teeth with siwak for every prayer."

Abu Ayyub (R) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said:
'Four things are amongst the practices of the Ambiyaa(Prophets of ALLAH) —circumcision, application of perfume, Miswaak and marriage'. (Ahmed and Tirmizi)

Advantages of Miswaak:

1. Miswaak strengthens the gums and prevents tooth decay.
2. Miswaak assists in eliminating toothaches and prevents further increase of decay which has already set in.
3. Miswaak creates a fragrance in the mouth.
4. Miswaak is a cure for illness.
5. Miswaak eliminates bad odors and improves the sense of taste.
6. Miswaak sharpens the memory.
7. Miswaak is a cure for headaches.
8. Miswaak creates lustre (noor) on the face of the one who continually uses it.
9. Miswaak causes the teeth to glow.
10. Miswaak strengthens the eyesight.
11. Miswaak assists in digestion.
12. Miswaak clears the voice.
13. The greatest benefit of using miswaak is gaining the pleasure of Allah.

Environment-friendly prayer
Prayer in Islam is a simple activity that consists of a series of body postures and recitation of verses from The Holy Quran. It is an environment-friendly prayer in that it does not require the burning of paper or other substances.

The practice of making "offerings" to GOD is unacceptable in Islam. GOD is self-sufficient and has no needs.

NO Priests
The person who lead the prayer is called IMAM in Arabic. A person who has good knowledge of Islam and is able to recite The Holy Quran well and lecture to the gathering during the Friday noon prayer is appointed as the Imam of a Mosque.

The Imam is not a priest in that he is not an intermediary between GOD and man. Muslims seek the Mercy of GOD directly.

Reason And Logic
Islam calls on the Believers to base their faith on reason and logic and not on blind beliefs such as believing that sprinkling holy water on the body or stoking the body with peacock feathers will drive away bad luck and bring prosperity.

To receive the Mercy and blessings of GOD, Muslims are commanded to base their life on what is permitted, and keep away from the things prohibited (such as intoxicants, gambling and adultery) in The Noble Holy Qur'an and the traditions of the Prophet [pbuh] means (PEACE BE UPON HIM).

Furniture-Free
The Muslim prayer positions consist of standing, bowing, sitting and placing the forehead on the floor. It is not possible to do these while sitting on a chair. Thus all Muslim prayer places are furniture-free.

There are no reserved places in the Mosque. All Muslims pray as equals.

Prayer In Arabic
Muslims use the words of GOD when praying to Him. They recite from The Noble Holy Qur'an ensures uniformity. A Muslims can go to any Mosque in the world and join the prayer without any difficulty.

Praying in the language of THE QUR'AN ensures accuracy. Translations of the meanings of the verses in The Qur'an are not used in prayer.

At the end of the formal prayer, Muslims may seek the forgiveness and blessings of GOD in their own languages. This is called DOA = DU'A or Supplication.

Prayer In Any Clean Place.
Muslims can perform their prayers in Mosques, homes or in any clean area/place. In some places, only a small number pray in Mosques, and they are usually those staying near the Mosque and visitors.

Muslims are required to perform the Friday noon prayer in the Mosque. The Mosque is packed during this prayer and in some places, Muslims pray in the compound of the Mosque due to lack of space inside.

THE SACRIFICE OF MUHAMMAD SAW

Great aims to be achieved, call for great sacrifices, and success in making a reality out of them comes at high cost. The greater the aim, the higher is the price one has to pay to realise it. Man’s struggle to free him selves from the chains of slavery and tyranny is thousands of years old and it has taken countless lives. The struggle goes on today as it did in the past, and its story is endless because the struggle itself is endless.

3 of the most important landmarks in man’s struggle for freedom are the French revolution of 1789, the Russian Revolution of 1917 and the Chinese Revolution of 1949. They are also 3 of the most momentous events in world history. Tides of blood rose in the wake of these solutions and as they receded, they carried away the old system and symbols of oppression and exploitation with them. These revolutions generated new forces which are even today, churning the whole world. They were the price man had to pay to buy his political and economic freedom. (The Russian revolution & the soviet empire collapsed from within, after 73 years – in 1990. they didn’t prove to be viable.)

Many centuries earlier, i.e., in the 7th century, another revolution had changed the course of history. It was one of the greatest revolutions of all time but the remarkable thing about it was that it was peaceful. It didn’t whip up any tides of blood and in fact, ought to be called a “bloodless” revolution. It was a message of peace. Peace was its insignia and peaces or Islam was its name.

Though Islam upheld peace in the world, it didn’t become viable without a struggle. It was, in fact, locked up for 23 years, in a sanguinary struggle for survival and just like the other great movements of emancipation, it also called for sacrifice. Let back to the past in this our modern century and decade. HAMAS has lost so many warriors in defending Islam, their country and their movements. JI has lost their warriors such as Imam Samudera and Dr Azhari. But, as promised by Allah, the lost will be replaced with the glory and win of Islam and now, just see how famous HAMAS and JI. How important their names in this world. Without that kind of names, the world can’t act freely to insult Islam and Muslims.

It is remarkable that Muhammad-the messenger of Allah and the prophet of Islam- did not imitate other leaders who push their followers into the flames of war in the name of “sacrifice” for an ideal. He himself was the first one to offer sacrifices for Islam.

Webster’s definition of a sacrifice is to suffer loss for an ideal. Parting with one’s most highly treasured possessions for the sake of an ideal, constitutes sacrifice. Most of the apostles and prophets lived lives of sacrifice. Abraham offered his son, Ismail as a sacrifice. John the Baptist offered his own life as a sacrifice. Ismail might have been killed but was replaced just in time by an ibex. John however was executed and his head was represented to a wanton to soothe her vanity. He is one of the greatest martyrs of all the time. These are two out of many examples of sacrifice that called for great courage and great faith. But both from the qualitative and quantitative points of view, the sacrifices which Muhammad offered for Islam remain unparalleled in history. A distinction must be made hare between material sacrifices and the sacrifices of life. Muhammad made both. He sacrificed all his personal comforts and all his materials possessions for the sake of Islam. This of course, everyone knows. What is perhaps not so well-known is the fact that some of his nearest and dearest kinsfolk were killed in the defense of Islam. The relatives of Muhammad, who made their lives an oblation for Islam, are as follows:

1) Al-harith ibn Abi Hala(adopted son and nephew of Khadijah. He was killed in Makkah)
2) ‘Ubaidah ibn al-Hareth ibn ‘Abdul Mutalib(cousin. He was killed in the battle of Badr)
3) Hamzah ibn ‘Abdul Muttalib(uncle. He was killed in the battle of Uhud)
4) Mus’ab ibn ‘Umair(uncle. He was killed in the battle of Uhud)
5) ‘Abdullah ibn Jahsh(cousin. He was syaheed in the battle of Uhud)
6) Zaid ibn Harithah(adopted son. He was syaheed in the battle of Mu’tah)
7) Jaafar al-Tayyar ibn Abi Talib(cousin. He was syaheed in the battle of Mu’tah)
8) Ayman ibn ‘Ubayd(foster brother. He was syaheed in the battle of Hunayn)

This is a roster of some of the most distinguished names in all Islam and it includes 2 uncles, 3 cousins, 2 adopted sons and 1 foster brother of our beloved prophet Muhammad SAW. It was through such sacrifices that he made Islam invulnerable and indestructible.

Muhammad never made any attempt to be protective to his own loved ones. In fact, his loved ones who were the foremost taking up the challenges of enemy. There was no one he loved more than Ali and yet, the position of the greatest danger in every confrontation with the pagans-in Makkah or in Madinah – was invariably reserved for him.

The greatest sacrifices for Islam were all made by Muhammad and Ali. Umar also lost his maternal uncle, Abu Jahl who was killed in the battle of Badr.

The crown of martyrdom is the greatest honor and the greatest glory that Islam can bestow upon a Muslim in this world. The loved one of Muhammad and Ali won 8 of them in the lifetime of the former and they were destined to win many more after their death. May Allah bless them all.

Imam Amir al-Momenin ‘Ali (AS) told Imam al-Hasan (AS):“Shall I teach you four traits by which you will be in no need of any medical treatment?”“Yes,” Imam al-Hasan answered. Then, ‘Ali (AS) said:1. Do not sit for food (in order to eat) unless you are hungry;2. And, do not leave the (table of) food but you still have an appetite for it;3. Chew (your food in your mouth) well;4. And, when you want to go to bed, (primarily) go to the washroom to ease nature.If you take these in action, you will be in no need of any medical treatment.”

Birth of Imam Ja’far as-Sadeq (AS)

The sun of the existence of Imam Ja’far as-Sadeq (AS) arose from the lap of his mother Umm Farwah on the 17th of Rabi’ al-Awwal, 83rd year Hejrah, in the city of Madinah. Imam Ja’far as-Sadeq (AS) has the same birth date as that of our Holy Prophet Muhammad (S). Imam Ja’far as-Sadeq (AS) has three titles; they are as-Sadeq, al-Fadhel and at-Taher. His father Imam Muhammad al-Baqer (AS) was much happy and pleased by the birth of his son.His mother, Umm Farwah, was the granddaughter of Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr, who was one of the companions of Imam ‘Ali (AS). Imam ‘Ali (AS) repeatedly said about him that, “Muhammad is my spiritual and moral son.” Asma bint ‘Umays was the mother of Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr, and she was considered to be a pious woman. She was continuously in the service of Hadhrat Fatemah az-Zahra (SA) and took pride in it. After the martyrdom of her husband Ja’far ibn Abi Taleb in the Battle of Mu’tah, Asma bint ‘Umays married Abu Bakr as-Seddiq and after his death, married to Imam ‘Ali (AS).Imam Ja’far as-Sadeq (AS) said about her mother, “My mother was one of the pious, faithful and devoted women.” Imam Ja’far as-Sadeq (AS) was 15 years of age when his grandfather Imam as-Sajjad (AS) was martyred and 34 years old when his father Imam Muhammad al-Baqer (AS) was martyred. Consequent upon the martyrdom of Imam Husayn (AS) the government of Bani Umayyah was shaken which turned the people into their enemy and pessimist about them. This opened the avenue for the formation of the Bani ‘Abbas government. The gap in between these two powers opened the way for the propagation of Shi’ah ideology and school of thought. Imam Ja’far as-Sadeq (AS) could, through a learning movement, propagate the teachings of Islam in such a way to extend and make it reach all the people in the World.

Kumayl ibn Ziyad Nakhaei says that once Imam ‘Ali put his hand in his hand and took me to the graveyard. When he passed through it and left the city behind, he heaved a sigh and said “Kumayl, these hearts are containers of the secrets of knowledge and wisdom and the best container is the one which can hold the most and what it holds, it can preserve and protect in the best way. Therefore, remember carefully what I am telling you.

Remember that there are three kinds of people: one kind is of those learned people who are highly versed in the ethics of truth and philosophy of religion, second is the kind of those who are acquiring the above knowledge and the third is that class of people who are uneducated. They follow every pretender and accept every slogan, they have neither acquired any knowledge nor have they secured any support of firm and rational convictions. Remember, Kumayl, knowledge is better than wealth because it protects you while you have to guard wealth. It decreases if you keep on spending it but the more you make use of knowledge the more it increases.

What you get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but what you achieve through knowledge will remain even after you.Oh Kumayl! Knowledge is power and it can command obedience. A man of knowledge during his lifetime can make people obey and follow him and he is praised and venerated after his death. Remember that knowledge is a ruler and wealth is its subject.Oh Kumayl! Those who amass wealth, though alive, are dead to realities of life, and those who achieve knowledge, will remain alive through their knowledge and wisdom even after their death, though their faces may disappear from the community of living beings, yet their ideas, the knowledge which they had left behind and their memory, will remain in the minds of people.

”Kumayl says that after this brief dissertation, Imam ‘Ali pointed towards his chest and said, “Look Kumayl! Here I hold stores and treasures of knowledge. I wish I could find somebody to share it with me. Yes, I found a few, but one of them, though quite intelligent, was untrustworthy, he would sell his salvation to get hold of the world and its pleasures, he would make religion a pretence to grasp worldly power and wealth, he would make this Blessing of God (knowledge) serve him to get supremacy and control over friends of God and he would through knowledge exploit and suppress other human beings.

The other person was such that he apparently obeyed truth and knowledge, yet his mind had not achieved the true light of religion, at the slightest ambiguity or doubt he would get suspicious of truth, mistrust religion and would rush towards scepticism. So neither of them was capable of acquiring the superior knowledge that I can impart.Besides these two I find some other person One of them is a slave of self and greedy for inordinate desires, which can easily drag him away from the path of religion, the other is an avaricious, grasping and acquisitive miser who will risk his life to grasp and hold wealth, none of these two will be of any use to religion or man, both of them resemble beasts having appetite for food.

If sensible trustees of knowledge and wisdom totally disappear from human society then both knowledge and wisdom will suffer severely, may bring harm to humanity and may even die out. But this earth will never be without those persons who will prove the universality of truth as disclosed by God, they may be well-known persons, openly and fearlessly declaring the things revealed to them or they may, under fear of harm, injury or deaths hide themselves from the public gaze and may carry on their mission privately so that the reasons proving the reality of truth as preached by religion and as demonstrated by His Prophet may not totally disappear. How many are they and where could they be found? I swear by God that they are very few in number but their worth and their ranks before God are very high.

Through them God preserves His Guidance so that they, while departing, may hand over these truths to persons like themselves. The knowledge which they have acquired has made them see the realities and visualize the truth and has instilled into them the spirit of faith and trust. The duties which were decreed as hard and unbearable by them. They feel happy in the company and association of things which frighten the ignorant and uneducated. They live in this world like everybody else but their souls soar to the heights of Divine Eminence. They are media of God on this earth and they invite people towards Him. How I love to meet them Oh Kumayl! I have told you all that I have to say, you can go back to your place whenever you like.”

It should be of interest to know that a few decades ago, a group of Sunni and Shia scholars formed a center at al-Azhar by the name of "Dar al-Taqreeb al-Madhahib al-Islamiyyah" which translates into "Center for bringing together the various Islamic schools of thought". The aim of the effort, as the name of the center indicates, was to bridge the gap between the various schools of thought, and bring about a mutual respect, understanding and appreciation of each school's contributions to the development of Islamic Jurisprudence, among the scholars of the different schools, so that they may in turn guide their followers toward the ultimate goal of unity, and of clinging to one rope, as the well-known Quranic verse, "Hold fast to the Rope of Allah and do not diverge" clearly demands of Muslims.

So, let’s we unite together to built a new era, which continuity from the prophet to stand Islamic rules over the entire world…

From this words of Imam Jaafar, that is from his verdict, he remind us to always put our fear only to Allah. The fear to others such as fear to government, fear to ghost or so on will only can cause us to be a musyriq and the musyriq will be sentence as the ahlul nar...

thus, there is no point for us to be fear to kuffar or even the Jews. Jews are only the monkeys who appear as human for this time and they will turn back to their original appearance on the day of judgement soon...

Tawous ibn al-Yaman said that he heard when Imam ‘Ali ibn al-Husayn, Zayn al-‘Abedin (AS), that said the epithets of a believer were five then he asked him (AS) about them and he answered:

“Piety in private, donating charity at the time of need, patience when misfortunes come, tolerance at the time of anger, truthfulness when there is fear.”
