ASP returns from spring break with plenty of smarts to drop on your gray matter. C fibers, Murder Money, iPhone games, Metroid Prime 3, WoW, sleepwalking dogs, Psyconaughts, Killzone 2, what is Zeno's paradox, and Resident Evil 5 were the topics of episode 16. We talked a little about GDC and a some of the news that sprung up during the week. In the wake of every other podcast, ASP dog piles onto the issue of racism in Resident Evil 5. Lots of laughs and surprising amounts of singing mark this episode extra silly.

The grand finale of ASP in 2008. Griff, Matt, Mike, and Phil gather in the studio for one bittersweet last time to talk about video games. Chrono Trigger is the subject of game education and every one sings the praises of horde mode in Gears 2. A noticeable lack of WoW talk and "that's what she said..." lines mark Kies absence but Griff makes up for it by obsessively gushing over Persona 4. We give our on-the-spot predictions about Game of the Year and all its sub-categories for '08 and wrap up by talking about what we plan on playing during the holidays. Episode 8 of ASP or shall we say AS3, since there is only three people on board this episode, is chalk full of laughs and explicit humor. This one is probably not for the kids this week. We discuss more WoW, more LBP, Gears 2, and Left 4 Dead. We also recount stories of our favorite voice talents and games with memorable voice acting. Much fun was had during the breaks so they have been kept in for your listening pleasure. There will be no ASP next week because we will all be in disparate locations for T-Givin' break.

A powerful week ends with ASP number 6, on November 7, 2008. Four men strong, we regret Matt's absence as little did we know it was his stalward interjections that held the sanity of ASP in check. Like a bipolar toddler at snack time, the tone of ASP bounces around while fighting back its own lethargy culminating in a drooling sugar coma. Discussed topics were bears, Fallout 3, Mirror's Edge, overlooked great games, bobby pins, LBP, and Linger in Shadows. Pardon the sniffles and goofiness.
