Finalmente è arrivata la neve! Candida, morbida, soffice ed avvolgente, da due giorni sta imbiancando tutto il paesaggio regalando uno spettacolo incredibile, letteralmente da cartolina!




E questo clima è perfetto per gustare una calda e confortante zuppa casalinga, magari con un tocco di originalità che la rende adatta anche per essere servita in caso di ospiti.

Una delle cose più belle che si può fare in cucina è sperimentare!
Ed è proprio per puro caso che è nata questa insalata d’orzo, ideale per un pasto sano e veloce, non richiede molto impegno per realizzarla ma il risultato è sorprendente. I chicchi d’orzo rimangono croccanti mentre i funghi e il formaggio donano un tocco più morbido che ben si presta per questa ricetta.

L’estate è ormai agli sgoccioli e per non farci trovare impreparati alle prime cene autunnali, o ai classici pranzi della domenica in famiglia, ho pensato di proporre una ricetta classica: il risotto ai funghi porcini.
