I did it....I was so wrapped up in my project that I forgot to take pictures. I initially took a couple pictures and then....well I will give you the idea.

I started with covering my pages with guava and lavender gelatoes, spritz them and blended the color with my fingers. I love finger painting. I always heat set in between each layer with my heat gun.

For me its very exciting to do the first mow of the season...its the smell of the freshly cut grass, the sound of all the mowers in the neighborhood and the feeling of being outdoors. My favorite shoes....well it would have to be going barefoot for me. So I chose my favorite shoes as horseshoes, even though my Belle doesn&#39;t wear shoes because she has nice strong hoofs. I have been playing catch up with my monthly tip-ins for my journal. This one is April. I decided to do the letter of my first name and then put a little inspiration in it. I am thinking I might add a &quot;bee&quot; to the heart. This is how it looks in my journal. As I sit through a car wash, it never ceases to entertain me the beauty of the colors during this one cycle. Oh and it smells nice to, two senses in one, love it. I just love fresh maple syrup....oh and the maple tea before its at syrup stage. Many of you probably already know that it takes a lot of sap to make a little syrup, I call it liquid gold. My first and second harvest ended up being just one of these buckets 3/4 of the way full and I received 3 cruets and 25 little pieces of candy from two days work.

I am stepping out of my comfort zone with this prompt....who am I kidding I have been out of my comfort zone for this whole project. Playing with bright colored inks and paints, art pages and journaling, all things I have struggled with in the past.
