Sketcher's Shapeups

I just removed 95% of the advertising on this blog. One reason I chose tonight is because I wanted to comment on the Sketcher's shoe settlement and sine I am an affiliate of the program, this post would be considered biased. There were also other ads that I wanted to make posts but the affiliate agreements prohibited me from doing so. without having the limitations advertising placed on me, I'm freer to comment on what I want to comment on.

For those who do not know what Sketcher's Shapeups are, they are design that are claimed to help tone your body when walking. There was a class action settlement for alleged false advertising by making that claim and another pending lawsuit alleging the shoes are unsafe.

I hesitated in purchasing the shoes because of the cost (over $100.) and because I was skeptical on how they would work. I purchased them at Kohl's and was reassured by the salespeople and Kohl's policy I could return the shoes at any time if I did not like them or was unsatisfied for any reaon.

I have high arches and need to wear prescription orthotics. Even with the prescription inserts, I always had sore shins when walking any length of time to the point I had numerous stress fractures. When I started walking in my Sketcher Shapeups, I felt the change from the shins to the buttocks, thighs, and down the lower legs and for the first time in my life, I could walk ANY length of time without my shins getting sore and legs tightening up. I felt like a horse that long needed corrective shoeing that had corrective shoeing the first time in its life.

Yes, Sketchers Shapeups take a bit of getting used to and you need to learn to walk in them but even so, they are much less dangerous than high heeled shoes!

While I'm supposedly entitled to part of the settlement (which I understand will be around $20.) I disagree with the claims of fraudulent advertising - the shoes work exactly as advertised. I'm going to research the settlement and if there are no moral reasons to not accept my part of the settlement, I will take that amount and use it towards another pair of Sketcher's Shapeups!

Steve Powell was convicted for taking pictures of his neighbor's 8 and 9 year old daughters. During his june 15 hearing, prosecutors will be asking for longer than the standard maximum sentence of four years. He remains in custody.

Who owns the Zebra?

I absolutely love logic problems. The one attributed to Einstein (sometimes called 'Einstein's puzzle' or 'the Zebra puzzle' or 'Einstein's Zebra Puzzle) is the classic and my most favorite. The goal is to discover who drank water and who owns the zebra by using the clues below. If there is any interest in a step by step on how to solve it, please leave a comment and I'll write one out and how it can be easily solved. You do not need a grid to solve it although that may be helpful for some. I'll post the solution in a couple of days (maybe in a previous post so you don't accidentally see it before you want the answer) Answer can also be found online. Find out what house position is which color, what is the nationality of the person who lives there, what type of pet they own, what type of cigarette they smoked, and what beverage they drank. None of them share any common attribute. Not mentioned in the clues is water or the zebra but they can be figured out. This version was originally published in Life Magazine in 1962 and this is the original version. I solved this version in 15 minutes. I think only INTJs can solve it since supposedly only 2% of the people are said to be able to solve it without cheating:

   1. There are five houses.
   2. The Englishman lives in the red house.
   3. The Spaniard owns the dog.
   4. Coffee is drunk in the green house.
   5. The Ukrainian drinks tea.
   6. The green house is immediately to the right of the ivory house.

Josh Powell : a narcissist would rather kill their children than face prosecution

Once again, the Pierce County Washington courts allowed a violent psychopath to go free just to murder again. One infamous previous time, Maurice Clemmons was released on bail for child rape only to murder four Lakewood police officers a week later before being executed by a Seattle police officer two days later.

This time Josh Powell was ordered to undergo a psycho sexual mental evaluation while out of custody and the imbecile judge continued to allow him supervised visits. During the "supervised" visit, Josh Powell locked out the DSHS worker and ignited the gasoline causing an explosion that killed himself and his two young sons. Anyone who knows how a narcissist operates is not surprised at these events. I saw it coming just like I see Kaine Horman doing something bad to Kiara (and Kyron if he hasn't killed him yet)

It has come out Josh Powell's oldest son had told attorneys that the night his mom disappeared, and his dad had taken them camping, his mother was in the trunk of the car, they stopped, his mom and dad got out and he never saw his mother again. What was the court thinking in allowing ANY visit by these children with their father after this boy had given this damning statement against his dad?

Josh Powell was obviously a narcissist and it was evident whenever he gave statements in the media. It was also obvious he was guilty of vanishing his wife. Yet the Pierce County sheriff department (incompetent as Multnomah County sheriff department) never arrested him or charged him even after knowing his son had information about Susan's (Josh's wife and the boys' mother) disappearance. Why were these children not in protective custody or kept from having to face their father who had murdered their mother? What was the judge thinking in allowing the children to have ANY contact with their dad especially before his mental evaluation?

Once again the court system was manipulated by a malignant narcissist who obviously would do anything to keep his children away from anyone else and would do anything to protect himself from prosecution. Those of us who know how narcissists operate are not at all surprised this happened.

One only has to wonder what became of Kyron Horman at the hands of his narcissistic father and how safe Kiara is when she is with her dad. Narcissists kill and they think nothing of it. Kaine Horman is not beyond killing his children to either cover up sexual abuse or just to keep them away from their mothers. Litigation abuse by Kaine Horman and his manipulation of the media SHOULD be a wake up call to anyone who cares about Kyron and Kiara. Both of Kaine's children are in as much danger as Josh Powell's children were in - yet it will take a murder or "accident" or another "disappearance" for anyone to wake up to the facts about Kaine Horman being a malignant narcissist who will do ANYTHING to get his own way - while ripping off people by soliciting donations to "search" for Kyron when no searches ever take place.

It is time for Kaine Horman to be investigated for Kyron's disappearance and for Terri Horman to be given full custody of Kiara instead of just visitation. Kiara is in danger as long as she is near her dad. If something happens to Kiara or Kyron at the hands of Kaine, his media sock puppet Oregonlive should be held just as responsible. It is because of them focus was taken off Kaine (and fingers pointed at Terri) Narcissists manipulate and they kill - but that is no excuse for tabloid journalism Oregonlive has printed regarding Kyron Horman.

komen, planned parenthood, the government, and baby murder

The United States has not been right for a long time. A nation that forces an organization to continue funding another organization is no longer free. Whether or not you agree with murdering babies or not, when senators band together to coerce a non profit organization to do something is scary and everyone should be concerned because of it. Anyone who thinks it is acceptable for a government to meddle into what an organization does and pressures an organization to do something deserves to live under a dictatorial socialist state this nation is rapidly becoming.

If Komen for the cure wants to discontinue funding baby murders, that is their right - just as it is your right to no longer contribute funds to find a cure for breast cancer. I never supported komen because of their involvement with planned parenthood - which is my right. I would have reconsidered in supporting them if they had not capitulated and said they would resume funding planned murders.

As for killing unborn babies. It is NOT a woman's body. The baby is a unique individual with unique DNA. The baby grows inside of a woman but it in no way is her body - the DNA proves it is a unique individual. The murder of the baby is a murder of a human being by another human being. In most cases (exception being rape) the baby was conceived by the "mother's" willful actions. A "mother's" murder of her baby because of it is "inconvenient" is nothing short of barbaric and narcissistic. Anyone who supports the murder of babies is untrustworthy. Any organization that exists to kill babies should not exist. It is blood money and this nation will be judged because of the murder of the innocent babies. People blame God for judgments on this once great nation but this nation brings it on itself.

If you support baby murder that is your choice (and you will be judged because of it) but if an organization chooses to not fund baby murders - that is THEIR choice. Those who are so narcissistic they demand others to do what they want shows how low this nation has become. If komen chooses to no longer fund baby murders that is THEIR choice and you need to respect their CHOICE --- and if you disagree, just stop funding them and give your money directly to the baby murderers which will make you happier anyway.

Komen for the cure will be judged for their willingness to continue to donate money to kill babies. WOE on them. They were making a decision they thought best for their organization and they caved in because they baby murderers demanded they continue to fund baby murders. Strange thing is that baby murder is linked directly to a higher incident of breast cancer. You would think if komen really wanted to reduce breast cancer they never would have started giving money to baby murderers in the first place.

Unrepentant baby murderers will be judged and judgment is coming VERY soon. The upcoming war with Iran is making mainstream media news so it won't be much longer now. Either get right with God and repent of your wicked ways and accept His Messiah Yeshua to atone for your sins (IE: accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior) or you are about to face the worst seven years in human history.

Oregonlive has been Kaine Horman's sock puppet / propaganda machine since the day Kyron Horman disappeared. They take every opportunity (at Kaine Horman's request) to point the finger at Terri Horman for Kyron Horman's disappearance on june 4, 2010.

Legislation in Oregon was introduced in response to the Casey Anthony case making it a felony for a parent to not report a child's death or disappearance within 24 hours of the child's death or disappearance. Lynne Terry of the tabloid Oregonlive and Kaine Horman is spinning this to involve Kyron and point their fingers at Terri Horman even though the legislation has absolutely NOTHING to do with Kyron Horman or his disappearance:

For one thing: Kyron was reported missing within 24 hours. Even if this unconstitutional feel good legislation was in affect when Kyron went missing, it would have nothing to do with Kyron Horman's disappearance or the case. Yet this does not stop Oregonlive or Kaine Horman from using it to gaslight Terri Horman and claim the legislation is due to Kyron Horman's disappearance. Kyron vanished during Kristina Porter's (Kyron's teacher) watch after Terri Horman left Kyron at school. On a normal (non science fair) day, Kyron would have ridden the school bus and the school district would have been responsible for him when he got on the school bus yet there are those who blame Terri claiming she should have walked Kyron into his classroom (what little boy would have wanted his mother to walk him into the class in front of his friends? - not many)

Even though Kaine Horman is under gag order by the family court to stop bad mouthing Terri , he still finds every way possible to point his finger at her and blame her for Kyron's disappearance. Kaine Horman had never acted like a parent with a missing child. He never questioned the school's responsibility, never searched for his son (just raised money in his name for his new truck and other toys) and never gave an account to the public where he was on june 4, 2010 between 8AM and 3PM. We have Terri's timeline but not Kaine's and not Desiree Young's (Kyron's birth mother) Kaine is the one who had money and motive to kidnap Kyron. Desiree had motive but probably not the money and Terri had neither money nor motive (unless she was rescuing Kyron from his dad's sexual abuse)

LynneTerry needs to be held accountable for her tabloid "journalism" and Oregonlive needs to decide whether they are going to continue to be a tabloid and a sock puppet for a dad who kidnapped his son and blaming his wife or whether they are going to try and become a respectable newspaper and report stories with integrity. Oregonlive has proven once again they are nothing more than a tabloid who will print whatever someone pays them in spite of it being a pack of lies. This is not journalism - it is propaganda. If Oregonlive and its parent company The Oregonian cannot be trusted to print the news, they should shut down and let journalists with integrity cover the news. Oregonlive and Lynne Terry are hirelings and will print whatever sells and whatever raises their page views in spite of the truth.

If the Multnomah County barney Fifes and Kaine Horman had not pulled their idiotic murder for hire sting attempt, Terri Horman would never have hired Houze and would have still been cooperating. Alaska Airline passengers reject God's protection for their flights

People are rejecting God and His protection. Instead of rejoicing that a once Christian company such as Alaska Airlines passes out tracts with Psalms on them with their meals and enjoys a superior safety record, passengers of Alaska Airlines prefer to reject God and His protection of their flights. If they do not want to "mix God with transportation" then they will have absolutely no right to blame God if something happens to them or one of their loved ones if God removes His protection from their transportation.

This country has enjoyed superior protection and wealth from God. Now this country is rejecting God and they blame Him for what goes wrong. Schools used to be a safe place and now that this nation has stopped allowing prayers, school violence and teen drug use and pregnancies has escalated. Now Alaska Airlines - which had a superior safety record in spite of flying into many risky airports has rejected God - I fear that God will lift His hand of protection and people will reap what they sow. This country is doomed and the more it rejects God, the bigger the judgment will be.

God will not be mocked. He is storing up His wrath for the time of the tribulation that is about to begin. Time is extremely short and if you have not yet given your life completely to God and accepted his Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) to atone for your sins (accept he died for your sins), you are about to go through at least part of the worst seven years in human history. You will either 1. die during the upcoming nuclear war or 2. ^(a) you will either select to follow the world leader (antichrist) and take his mark (666) only to be tormented before being cast into hell for eternity or ^(b) refuse the mark and be martyred by beheading.

Time is extremely short. Was may begin the next few hours or days - it looks extremely likely - and God is waiting for you to make the decision to either follow Him or reject Him. The choice is yours. If you refuse to accept him, you reject Him by default.

Kyron Horman / Horman family biography to be released

One of Kaine Horman's close friends or family members (I won't identify them on request) is writing a tell all book on Kaine Horman and his family. It will include information that suggests that Kaine may have been behind Kyron Horman's disappearance. Projected release date for the book will be on june 4, 2012 (second anniversary of Kyron's vanishing) Like the sheriff said: there are things (in the book) that you wish you had not known about. I have absolutely nothing to do with the book and the information was discovered by one of Dr. Pickles wife's associates.

So far nothing in the news although I still believe this is no longer a criminal case and has become a family case and that the whereabouts of Kyron Horman is known by the authorities. If you think law enforcement would announce Kyron had been found if the parents requested they not release the information (especially since detective Tony Young is "family") then you have not paid close attention to how law enforcement (and their media puppets) operates.

Once the Pickles return from Australia, they should be able to obtain some more information from their contacts.

Anyone hear about any new fundraisers? After all, Kyron's "favorite holiday" (this time valentines) is coming up and Kaine needs new golf clubs or some new toy.

I apologize if anyone was freaked out thinking the rapture happened and they were left behind. Fortunately for you, you have a second chance to make sure about your walk with God.

The Seattle area had snow --- 6" at my place - followed by freezing rain and ice --- four inches at my place --- this brought down trees and power lines. Where I am at, whenever the power goes out, it is out usually less than two hours. It was out for over 35 hours. Because the roads were horrible and the immediate area including all of the wireless hot spots was without electricity and because I do not own a cell phone with internet capability, and lastly because Dr. and Mrs. Pickle are in the Outback with no internet access, there was no way to stop the after rapture message from posting.

You have a second chance to get right with God and accept Yeshua as Messiah and follow God before the rapture really happens. For all of the fence sitters that was shaken up thinking you were left behind (the left behind letter was very unintentional to be posted on my part) you have a second chance. The rapture will happen and it will happen very very soon and the next time will not be a false alarm (it is set to post four days out instead of eight hours as was the previous plan) The after rapture posts about Kyron Horman are set to post 10 days out (and will move to 14 just to be sure)

‘US builds hospitals in Georgia, readies for war with Iran’

President Mikhail Saakashvili is roaming the republic opening new hospitals in its regions.

“These are 20-bed hospitals…It’s an American project. This looks like it will be the gog-magog war in Ezekiel chapters 38-39 and the destruction of Damascus in Isaiah 17:1 and will likely lead to the prophecies in Obadiah (all of these are scripture references in the "Old Testament")

Please do not put off accepting Yeshua as Messiah any longer. If you wait until after the rapture, you will be martyred for your faith. If you wait until it is to late, there will be some survival information that are set to automatically post after the rapture happens.

US, Russian French and British air and naval forces streamed to the Syrian and Iranian coasts over the weekend on guard for fresh developments at the two Middle East flashpoints.

This was the first time the US has deployed unmanned aerial vehicles over Iran since its RQ-170 stealth drone was shot down by Iran on Dec. 4. It was also the first time the huge drone was ordered to take off from an aircraft carrier for a Broad Aerial Maritime Surveillance Mission (BAMS).

You will eventually be forced to accept a mark (implant?) in order to be able to buy and sell (and likely to have a job) If you accept this mark of allegiance to the upcoming world ruler, your eternal fate is sealed and there is no chance of salvation.

Before the rapture of the TRUE Christians (most will be left behind - do not be deceived) it is easy to accept Messiah Yeshua's atonement for your sins. After the rapture, you will either be forced to accept the mark (sealing you eternal damnation) or you will most likely die a martyr by beheading.

After the rapture there will be a post with some information that may help you survive. It is set to post in the future. As long as the rapture doesn't happen, I change the date on it so it will only post when I'm gone.

Thousands of US troops land in Israel. Aircraft carrier coming soon

Thousands of US troops began descending on Israel this week. Senior US military sources told debkafile Friday, Jan. 6 that many would be staying up to the end of the year as part of the US-IDF deployment in readiness for a military engagement with Iran and its possible escalation into a regional conflict. They will be joined by a US aircraft carrier. The warplanes on its decks will fly missions with Israeli Air Force jets. The 9,000 US servicemen gathering in Israel in the coming weeks are mostly airmen, missile interceptor teams, marines, seamen, technicians and intelligence officers.

The incoming American soldiers are officially categorized as participants in Austere Challenge 12, the biggest joint US-Israeli war game ever held.

The maneuver was originally designated Juniper Stallion 2012. However, the altered name plus the comment heard from the exercise's commander, US Third Air Force Lt. Gen. Frank Gorenc, during his visit two weeks ago, that the coming event is more a "deployment" than an "exercise," confirmed that Washington has expanded its mission. The joint force will now be in place ready for a decision to attack Iran's nuclear installations or any war emergency.

Our sources disclose that it was decided at the last minute in Washington and Jerusalem to announce the forthcoming Austere Challenge 12 on Thursday night, Jan. 5, ahead of the bulletin released by Tehran about another Iranian naval exercise at the Strait of Hormuz to take place in February, although its 10-day drill in the same arena only ended Monday, Jan. 2.

The early release was decided in consultations among US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak and the two army chiefs, US Gen. Martin Dempsey and Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz.
British Defense Minister Phillip Hammond, on a visit to Washington, was brought into the discussion.
The handout circulated to US correspondents from Hammond's talks in the US capital affirmed that Britain stands ready to strike Iran if the Strait of Hormuz is closed.

However, that phrase was omitted from the British minister's remarks at a news conference, following a last-minute request from Panetta, signifying the Obama administration's interest of keeping a low profile on plans for attacking Iran.

Tehran too is walking a taut tightrope. It is staging military's maneuvers every few days to assuring the Iranian people that its leaders are fully prepared to defend the country against an American or Israeli strike on its national nuclear program. By this stratagem, Iran's ground, sea and air forces are maintained constantly at top war readiness to thwart any surprise attack.

The joint US-Israeli drill will test multiple Israeli and US air defense systems against incoming missiles and rockets, according to the official communiqué.

debkafile's military sources add that they will also practice intercepting missiles and rockets coming in from Syria, Hizballah in Lebanon and Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

It will not be the first time a US aircraft carrier docks in Israel for joint operations with the Israeli Air Force. On June 9, 2010, the USS Truman dropped anchor opposite Israel to test a joint deployment against Iran and its allies. The carrier and its air and naval strike force then staged joint firing practices with the Israeli Air Force over the Negev in the South.

Washington and Jerusalem are doing their utmost to present a perfectly synchronized military front against Iran: American officers are stationed at IDF command centers and Israeli officers posted at the US European Command-EUCOM. At the same time, debkafile's military sources disclose that full consensus has not been reached on every last particular of shared operation against Iran, should one go forward.

Iran raises anti-US threat level. Israel's C-of-S warns of potential for regional war

Thursday afternoon, Dec. 29, Tehran raised the pitch of its threats to the United States when Dep. Chief of the Revolutionary Guards Gen. Hossein Salami declared: "The United States is in no position to tell Tehran what to do in the Strait of Hormuz," adding, "Any threat will be responded [to] by threat… We will not relinquish our strategic moves in Iran's vital interests are undermined by any means."

The Iranian general spoke after the USS John C. Stennis aircraft carrier and its strike group passed through the Strait of Hormuz to the Sea of Oman and into the area where the big Iranian naval war game Veleyati 90 is taking place.

At around the same time, Israel's chief of staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz spoke of "the rising potential for a multi-arena event," i.e. a comprehensive armed conflict. Facing in several directions as we are "between terrorist organizations and Iran's progress toward a nuclear weapon… we can't afford to stay on the defensive and must come up with offensive measures," he said.

Earlier Thursday, Dec. 29, debkafile reported that an Iranian plan to mine the Strait of Hormuz had put US and NATO forces in the Persian Gulf on the alert.

US and NATO task forces in the Persian Gulf have been placed on alert after US intelligence warned that Iran's Revolutionary Guards are preparing Iranian marine commandos to sow mines in the strategic Strait of Hormuz.

The new deployment, debkafile's military sources report, consists of USS Combined Task Force 52 (CTF 52), which is trained and equipped for dismantling marine mines and NATO Maritime Mine Counter measures Group 2 (SNMCMG2). The American group is led by the USS Arden mine countermeasures ship; NATO's by the British HMS Pembroke minesweeper. Other vessels in the task forces are the Hunt-class destroyer HMS Middleton and the French mine warfare ships FS Croix du Sud and FS Var.
Also on the ready are several US Expeditionary Combat Readiness units of the US Fifth Fleet Bahrain command. Seventeen of these special marine units are attached to the Fifth Fleet as America's answer to the Iranian Navy's fast assault boats and marine units.

US military sources told debkafile Wednesday, Dec. 28, that United States has the countermeasures for sweeping the waterway of mines and making it safe for marine passage after no more than a 24-48 hour interruption.

At the same time, leading military and naval officials in Washington take Tehran's threats seriously. They don't buy the proposition advanced by various American pundits and analysts that Iran would never close the Strait of Hormuz, though which one third of the world's oil passes, because it would then bottle up its own energy exports. Those officials, according to our sources, believe that Tehran hopes the mines in the waterway will blow up passing oil tankers and other shipping. It doesn't have to be sealed hermetically to endanger international shipping; just a few mines here and there and an explosion would be enough to deter shippers and crews from risking their vessels.

As Adm. Habibollah Sayari commander of the Iranian Navy put it Wednesday, Dec. 28: "Shutting the strait for Iran's armed forces is really easy – or as we say in Iran, easier than drinking a glass of water." He went on to say: "But today, we don't need [to shut] the strait because we have the Sea of Oman under control and can control transit."

debkafile's Middle East marine sources said the Iranian admiral's boast about the Sea of Oman was just hot air. For the big Iranian Velayati 90 sea exercise which began Saturday, America has deployed in that sea two large air and sea strike groups led by the USS John C. Stennis aircraft carrier and the USS Bataan aircraft amphibious ship.

And they are highly visible: Thursday morning, Dec. 29, Iranian Navy's Deputy Commander Rear Adm. Mahmoud Mousavi reported an Iranian Navy aircraft had shot footage and images of a US carrier spotted in an area where the Velayat 90 war games were being conducted – most probably the Stennis. Its presence, he said, demonstrated that Iran's naval forces were "precisely monitoring all moves by extra-regional powers" in the region.

Clearly, the US navy is very much on the spot in the Sea of Oman and other areas of the Iranian war game.

Middle East sources warn however that the repeated threats to close the Strait of Hormuz coming from Tehran this week and the framework of its naval exercise clearly point to the manner in which Iran intends to hit back for the tough new sanctions which the West plans to approve next month. The new round is expected to shear off 80 percent of the Islamic Republic's revenues.
The European Union's 27 member-states meet in January to approve an embargo on Iranian oil, with effect on 25 percent of Iran's energy exports. Next month, too, President Barack Obama plans to sign into law an amendment authorizing severe penalties for foreign banks trading with Iran's central bank, CBI, including the loss of links with American banks and financial institutions.

Tehran is expected to strike back hard by sowing mines in Hormuz and in the waters opposite the oil fields and terminals of fellow Persian Gulf oil producers, including Saudi Arabia.

It would not be the first time. In 1987 and 1988, sea mines were sown in the Persian Gulf for which Iran never took responsibility. It was generally seen as Tehran's payback for US and Gulf Emirates' backing for Iraq in its long war with the Islamic Republic. A number of oil tankers and American warships were struck by mines, including the USS Samuel B. Roberts. Such disasters can be averted today by means of the sophisticated countermeasures now in US hands.

christmas surprise? New moon this weekend - will Israel or the U.S. / coalition strike Iran ?

This weekend is the new moon - the last before winter settles in over the middle east and prohibits aircraft strikes. New moons are important for tactical reasons - no light so the aircraft are harder to see.

It looks like the U.S. is now agreement that there needs to be strikes in Iran to cripple its nuclear weapon production. This weekend may be the very last opportunity due to weather and moon phase.

If you have not accepted Yeshua (Jesus) as your Messiah, time is running out before the tribulation begins.

Iran starts building a nuclear weapon: US and Israel tighten cooperation

Iran has embarked on "activities related to possible weaponization," said American sources Thursday, Dec. 22, thereby accounting for the dramatic reversal of the Obama administration's wait-and-see attitude on attacking Iran. The change was articulated this week by US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Chairman of the Joint US Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin Dempsey.

debkafile's Washington sources report that the Islamic Republic crossed the red line President Barack Obama had set for the United States, i.e., when Tehran begins using the technologies and fissile materials (enriched uranium) it has amassed for assembling a bomb or missile warheads. This marks the moment that Iran goes nuclear and only a short time remains before it has an operational nuclear weapon.

Our military sources report that all these developments were covered in the short and epic conversation between President Barack Obama and Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak at the Gaylord Hotel in Maryland on Dec. 16. It ended with accord on the US and Israeli responses to the new situation arising in Iran.

The White House has since accepted the Israeli assessment of Iran's nuclear bomb time table and endorses the conviction that unless Iran retreats from its decision to build a nuclear bomb and steps back from the process it set in train this month, the only option remaining will be a military strike to disable its nuclear program.

Why hasn't Kaine Horman or Desiree Horman - Young ever search for Kyron?

One of the many odd things in the Kyron Horman case is that neither birth parent has ever searched for their son (except the one day a few months ago Desiree made a show of searching in order to claim she searched) In contrast, all other birth parents of missing children (unless they were guilty) would do anything at all to search for their missing child. The inconsistencies and contradictions in the Kyron Horman case is what attracts many into following this case. Contrast to this, the thing that keeps the search for Sky Metalwala in the focus of many is the never ending searches and interviews by his dad who is constantly looking for his son.

Searchers for sky Metalwala state they would do anything to search for their child if their child were missing - so the question is: Why hasn't Kaine Horman or Desiree Horman - Young EVER search for Kyron (not including the few minutes Desiree spent for the cameras) ? Yet they spend time raising money for searches that NEVER happen. Solomon Metalwala (Sky Metalwala's dad) has spent more on fliers in searching for Sky than Kaine and Desiree has spent on the entire search for Kyron - and Solomon Metalwala is leading the search and, so far, has not held even one fund raiser. Even though he believes his wife took Sky (in this case, I believe he may be right), he doesn't go on the cameras and bad mouth his wife. The times he gives interviews is to ask for Sky's return and ask for help to find him - something neither Kaine nor Desiree has done in spite of the numerous nationwide (as well as local) interviews.

Even though Sky Metalwala went missing from Bellevue, WA (near Seattle), there has been more searches for him in Oregon (as well as numerous and repeated searches in Washington) than there has been for Kyron Horman. Even though Solomon Metalwala believes his wife has Sky hidden, he has never given up the search for him - yet neither Kaine nor Desiree has ever searched for Kyron. More fliers for Sky Metalwala have been posted in Gresham OREGON than for Kyron Horman - even though Gresham is about 30 miles from where Kyron vanished and 145 miles from where Sky Metalwala went missing.

Several of Kaine's friends and acquaintances (and at least one of his family members) believes Kaine has something to do with Kyron's disappearance. One person thinks Kaine has Kyron hidden and that the Seattle area should be searched for Kyron or at least for evidence of where he is.

Volunteers launch dual-state search for Sky Metalwala

LACEY, Wash. - Each passing day makes Solomon Metalwala more anxious.

“It’s a very sad thing," said Metalwala.

Metalwala's two-year-old son, Sky, was reported missing on November 6. Members of the group Search and Seek have paid close attention to news story about the toddler's disappearance.

“He was in his car seat. His mom ran out of gas. She left him in the car, and went to go get gas. She came back. He was gone,” said Sharon Mitchell, a Search and Seek volunteer.

"I don’t think the story adds up. There are definitely a lot of loopholes in it," said Jennifer Mau, the coordinator for Search and Seek. "We are here to find that one loophole and get him home.”

From Oregon to the Canadian border, Search and Seek volunteers plan to spend the next two days passing out flyers with information about Sky along the I-5 corridor.

"The holiday travel season is definitely a big reason for this," said volunteer Amy Walcott, who started passing out flyers Tuesday night.

At this time, when many people are focused on traveling to family, volunteers just want to bring one back together.

“If it was my kid out here I would want every single person out looking for her, so that’s why we do it," said Mau.

"Everybody just opened their hearts," said Metalwala. He added he's hopeful this holiday effort will help find Sky.

Flyers posted in Gresham for missing WA boy

GRESHAM, Ore. – Volunteers in Gresham are trying to help in the search for a missing Seattle boy by spreading the word about his disappearance and posting flyers.

Two-year-old Sky Metalwala has been reported him missing on Nov. 6.

The volunteers have mostly been focusing on freeway routes stretching from Seattle, south to Portland and Gresham and then on to the Canadian border.

"I do this because I'm a mom. And if it was my kids, I'd hope someone would do the same thing for me. I've done it for a couple other missing kids as well and it's kind of struck a place in my heart I can't get away from now," said Gresham volunteer Amy Walcott.

The boy’s mother told police that she left him alone in a car in Bellevue when she ran out of gas and had to go and get help.

She said when she returned to the car, he was gone.

Sky’s father said he believes his estranged wife knows what exactly what happened to the boy and has lied to police.

As for the flyers, the volunteers said they were trying to target the busy holiday travel season in their effort to spread the word about the missing boy.

Russia sent advanced rockets to Syria due to ‘threats from Turkey’

MOSCOW — Russia has delivered an advanced surface-to-surface rocket to Syria.

Russian sources said the Kremlin has approved the transfer of the Iskander-E rocket to the regime of President Bashar Assad. They said nearly 100 Iskander rockets arrived in Syria in November as part of Moscow’s determination to bolster Damascus.

“These missiles were sent because of threats from Turkey,” a source said.

Iskander was said to have a range of 280 kilometers. Russia, training the Syrian Army to use Iskander, has touted the rocket as capable of penetrating Israeli- or U.S.-origin missile and rocket defense systems, something sought by Ankara.

The sources said Russia had long promised the Iskander to Assad but repeatedly delayed delivery amid Israeli or U.S. pressure. But they said the Kremlin decided to ship the rockets to Syria amid threats by Turkey as well as expanded operations by the U.S. Navy’s Sixth Fleet.

“The Kremlin is sending a message that it will not tolerate military intervention in Syria or another regional war,” the source said.

Russia also concluded its delivery of two Bastion coastal defense systems to Syria. The sources said about 75 P-800 Yakhont cruise missiles, with a range of up to 300 kilometers, were sent to Syria as part of Bastion batteries.

“There will be strict supervision over the latest weapons sent by Russia to make sure they are not used to begin a regional conflict,” the source said.
