Hafif pişirilir. Pişen bu sos tencerede pişmiş dolmaların üzerine yayılır. Bu avuc ici kadar actigimiz hamurlara bicak yardimiyla dört bir tarafindan cizik atip, resimde gördügünüz gibi poacalari kapiyoruz. Tencereye koyduğunuz zeytinyağını ateşe verin. Çam fıstığını pembeleşene kadar yağda kavurup kıyılmış soğanı ilave edin. Orta hararetli ateşte kevgirle karıştırarak soğanları pembeleştirin. Ardından pirinci katarak beş dakika daha kavurun. Kuşüzümünü ilave edip şöyle bir karıştırın ve bir su bardağı sıcak su ekleyin. İsteğinize göre tuz ve şeker kattıktan sonra tencerenin kapağını kapatarak suyunu çekmesini sağlayın ve demlenmeye alın. Demlenmiş için üzerine kıyılmış maydanoz ve dereotu serperek tarçın, yenibahar, karabiber, nane ve bir limonun suyunu ilave edip karıştırın.&lt;br /&gt;Yaprağınız salamura ise bol suyla yıkayarak tuzunu giderin, tazeyse kaynar suya atıp rengi sararıncaya kadar (yaklaşık iki dakika) haşlayın. Soğuk sudan geçirdiğiniz yaprakların saplarını koparıp düzeltin. Tencerenin dibini yırtık yapraklarla kaplayın. Yaprağın parlak kısmını avuç içinize gelecek şekilde sol elinize alarak üzerine hazırladığınız içten bir veya yarım çorba kaşığı koyun ve uç kısımları içine gelecek şekilde sigara gibi sarın. Yaprakları sararken hepsinin aynı kalınlıkta ve aynı boyda olmasına özen gösterin. Yaprak sarmalarını tencereye düzgünce dizdikten sonra kalan yapraklarla üzerini örterek tabakla kapatın. Dolmaların yarısını biraz geçecek kadar su ilave edin. Kapağı kapatıp bir taşım kaynatın. Hafif ateşte suyunu tamamen çekene kadar 25-30 dakika pişirin. Sarma pişirirken dikkat edilmesi gereken bir diğer nokta da pişmeyi takip etmeniz gerektiğidir. Bu yemeğin ortalama pişme süresi 25-30 dakika olsa da bazı durumlarda bu süreden daha az ya da daha çok tutabilir. Çünkü pişme süresi pirinç ve yaprağın kalitesine göre değişebilir. Tencereye aldığınız sıvı yağ içinde soğanları pembeleşene dek kavurun. Daha sonra kıymayı da ekleyerek pişirin. Ayıklanıp yıkanmış ıspanakları küçük küçük doğrayıp tencereye alın. Yumuşayana dek kavurun. Tuzu ve karabiberi ilave edin.Ispanaklı iç ılındığında 2 çorba kaşığı unu ıspanaklara yedirin (Ispanakların pişerken sulanıp yufkaları yapıştırmaması için). Bütün yufkaları ortadan ikiye kesin. Yarım daire şeklindeki yufkanın üzerine erimiş margarin ve süt karışımını sürün. Üzerine koyacağınız her iki yufkaya da aynı işlemi uygulayın. Yufkaların üzerine hazırladığınız ıspanaklı içten koyun. Yufkanın iki ucunu hafifçe içe çevirerek yufkayı rulo halinde sarın ve dilediğiniz uzunlukta kesin.Kalan diğer yufkaları da bu şekilde hazırlayın. Yağlanmış fırın tepsisine dizin. Yumurta sarısını ruloların üzerine sürün.
