Story Behind the making of Advertisement:
It was the time in my 2nd semester of MBA, we a team of six random people who hadn't worked together in past one year had to produce presentation anything related to marketing(SWOT, 4/7 P's, Branding, Life cycle, etc...) considering a product/ company/ industry anything. So our group opined on REVIVAL OF HERBAL CIGARETTE - NIRDOSH....
And as different people have different views, every team member had different view regarding the presentation some wanted to show some thing unasked and some were bound to the rules of the game.
Two of our team member, including me were in favor to make an advertisement but others were not supportive and ultimately we both quieted as the rule of Democracy ( Majority Wins). Itne jaldi to quit nahin karne waale....
So on one odd day (exactly one evening before our final presentation) I made a bet with a fellow team member on advertisement, that one can create an advertisement with stills (not moving/ stationary / simple language mein bole to pics) so we must make an attempt, though we have limited resources ( limited pics, dat too with camera of mobile and time limitations)
But finally the product is in front of you......... ( Got 37/40 on the presentation)
please let me know what you can infer from the advertisement.

Chikaldara, a hill station near Amravati, Maharashtra. The place got its name from a mythological story which says that Bhim (Warrior of Mahabharat, a Pandava) had killed a devil name Kichak ('Chikal' sounds good) in this valley ('Dara' in Hindi)

The slide show contains pics of our trip with comments on most of the pics inspired from Filmy duniya (Bollywood/Hollywood) and my efforts were limited to comments rest all done by the web tool or software.

I had used many soft-wares earlier to make slide shows but this software was too easy to use with
some limitation off-course.

The best part is, you can create your slideshow within 10-15 min, you have to just select pics, the song and template as soon as you finish it your slideshow will be complete.
And hello no one is paying me to advertise this tool.

This was taken in Mumbai in our college lift (elevator). In public places all over India – we've seen images of Gods Pasted on walls excellent tool used to stop our so called painful unbearable unsupportive जनता
(people) from splitting and attending natures call (Peeing) just anywhere … though,

I think it is against the law (pasting or sketching our deity).

However,It is cool to see the two doors whiz shut and the pictures appear.

starts from 3rd floor, and ground floor lift is improved to   carry 16 persons at one go but doesn t  have Sai baba)
Its not that i am too religious
but it is always be on safer side and not to take pangas

Feeling uneasy, feeling sleepless

After a long sleep, i woke today to write in, thanks to uneasiness, my body temperature is about 102® Fahrenheit and because of sound sleep in the day time i am feeling sleepless in the night.

This sleeplessness is somewhat similar to the sleeplessness
of some civil society activist in India

(Annaji Hazare and et.al) regarding Jan Lokpal Bill, it is similar in the manner that both woke up after a sound sleep and that’s why, feeling sleepless

And thanks to God, as some among us woke up against corruption.

Whatever be the format of the bill it must attack the main cause.

Currently the focus of bill is more on पोलिसिंग (As group of person will scrutinise and have a close eye on unwanted activities of our Democratic leaders and Bureaucratic officers).

But according to me it will not be effective, as we do have various policing organisation (CBI, CID, State Police, RPF etc.) but they are not autonomous and hence the effectiveness is influenced.

So while constituting this bill we have to keep in minds that there must be some kind of autonomy to work them effectively ( like Election commission,Supreme Court, CAG).

It is always better to sleep when you feel sleepy (i am feeling now) and avoid medication for the same.

In the similar way it is always easier to remove corruption when the citizen restricts themselves (Self policing), rather than external policing.

But if there is no possibilities of cure use medication.

Today morning, it was raining heavily and i was in no mood to go for Internship, so called my mentor and told or rather shared my thought (excusing me for a day), but he bluntly said
NO, Thanks to him. As i met a person in a local train, on my way towards Goregaon for internship, name Amar Akbar Anthony, a character fully filmy, talkative and full of life, aged around 45-47years. I think he started from Churchgate station and i started my journey from Mahalaxmi station.

The local running with its full passenger carrying capacity, and so there was no place to sit, and i got a place to stand beside him. Suddenly local stopped after Lower Parel station (because of heavy rain, i think).
I was not in Mumbai on 26 July, 2006 but know what Rain can do. Also i had to reach for my internship so bit worried about reaching there in time. I was not the only person to feel so every fellow passenger had the same thought. But this character was an exception, he not only calming everyone by his filmy dialogues but also sharing his past experience in dramatic way, he was from other state and not fluent in Marathi but can understand the language. Professionally he is an artist ( Shahrukh Khan of 70's in movie Om Shanti Om) but was unable to get a break on Big screen, and now working as junior artist in small screen. One can feel the pain in his story but at the same time with his flamboyant dialogue delivery everyone ends with a laugh. today he was going to his audition or screening test for a role of lead actor in a new TV series on a regional channel, his story was full of up and downs but now he is living his life Kingsize, and train started after 30min, he left the local at Bandra station and we wished him good luck for his test. Meanwhile i got the SMS from our mentor saying, "Due to heavy rain forecast today's session was cancelled."
I learned one thing in my this journey that Life is a tragedy for those who feel, and a comedy for those who think.

I hadn't seen Salman Khan starer movie Ready, but i feel life is all about Dhinkaa Chikaa.

What do I mean by Independence?

As a person or an individual each of us is some how dependent on the surrounding, like family, friends, relatives, society, media etc for love, care, knowledge and many materialistic things like money appraisal etc., only few of us have independent thoughts. Some may ask, "Your blog name is interrogative, your first post is
also interrogative and this post too has interrogative title, what is the reason behind it?" I will answer it as I am dependent, my thoughts also depends on the questions which are raised by someone(including me).

Most of people ask me, "Are you relative of freedom fighter 'Rajguru' ?" I answer, " We do have common surname, but we don't have any kind of relationship. He is a Maharashtrian from Nasik district and my ancestors are from Rajkot district, Gujrat. The name bestowed to my grand father because he was serving the Gondal kingdom(राज [Raj]) as teacher(गुरु[Guru]) of their Estate { so राजगुरु [Rajguru]). And basically I am Gujrati Brahmin and he was Maratha (क्षत्रिय [warrior]) so no chance of being in relation. But the answer doesn't differentiate me from the creators of this kind of answers (means The Thackrey, DMK supremo es,Rajasthani Gujjars and list goes .....). I think I must answer it as I am an Indian and and he was also Indian apart from this one thing we share is ........Fight for Freedom(FFF), one may think how? but we all are fighting for freedom, he had fought for the freedom of united India and I am fighting for the freedom of my Thoughts.

Again in most of us the patriotic feeling is on the rise occasionally when Team India is playing, on 15th of August & 26th of January or when we are watching some movie or documentary on same theme, so our thoughts and now feeling is also dependent(As the case with me I posted this because of same feeling and wanted to express it).This feeling is missing when we break Laws or Rules(Including jumping traffic signals), violating the rights given by the Constitution of India to every individual(Includes unused voting power during election) and the list goes.....

According to me it is easy to raise the questions but it is always difficult to give the answer which will not raise further question/s because no one is perfect so always think of answer before raising questions viz., if we are questioning why corruption is too much in our country? simplest answer is because we are provoking it so it is better to question ourselves.

Some say, in India, Pizza delivery system, is more efficient than Police, Ambulance and Fire brigade (as former takes less than 30 minutes and latter takes more than one hour). The respective authority answers this as Pizza तो जल्दी ठंडा हो जाता हैं और लाश ठंडी होने में टाइम लगता हैं [Pizza not remains hot for long and dead body takes time to cool down].Satire apart but the reason for this is, they lack professionalism so it is the duty of responsible youth to join these services and serve the society but the hurdle is our dependency.So why dependent every time.....

From year 2000 onwards (after Kargil incident), every year I am have been dreaming. Dream in which I am sitting near लाल किल्ला [Red Fort in Delhi] to see the flag hosting ceremony every year a lady used to sit beside me and this year I was so eager that I want to ask her who she is and how she manages to come in my dream every year.
My Dream starts(Date 13/08/2010): Every year her mood was different in the beginning of the ceremony, but this year she is nervous and in fear too. Anyhow I had to start conversation to find answers of my query so..

Anoop: Good morning mam
Old lady: Good morning son
Anoop: MAAm, you are calling me as son can I ask you some questions? {Why son ?)
Old lady: Yes, my son
Anoop: Why are you so nervous and in fear too?
Old lady: I am in fear because of terrorists,
Anoop:(I interrupted her) Don't worry MAAm we are in one of the safest country and safest place.
Old Lady: Also my children are fighting amongst themselves.
Anoop: Wait a minute mam, may I ask who are you?
Old Lady: I am INDEPENDENCE, Independence of INDIA.
Anoop: (ohh! how to answer her now she knows every thing and asking about naxal problem, internal riots...)
   Mam don't worry children will fight for some time and will again love each other { mam if you remember this happened in 80's: Khalistan problem}
Old lady: Yes, my son you are right.
               (with some pause hesitantly) I am also nervous because my pride is also on stake in common wealth games and my children are fighting will they save my prestige?
Anoop:(Again) MAAm don't worry, you may have same fear during Asian Games(in 80's) which held in Delhi,but MAAm your children are जुगाडू [Knows how to complete it in 11th hour]
Old lady:[some relaxed but in worry]
             PM's speech starts and after some time when I saw on that sit no one was sitting their, so I thought she is satisfied with PM's speech and my answer so left....

Finally I want to wish each Indian on the occasion of 63rd anniversary of our nation's Independence and also want to wish that every individual will become INDEPENDENT soon. At the Last, on this node, may I ask

Why I am here? - Purpose of living on Earth

This particular question had been in my mind since childhood when I was around 6-7years in age.
But the answers have been changing with respect to time.
         I had usually spent my Summer and Diwali holidays in Akola with my Grandma (maternal)
During those days
my grandma used to told me the stories about various Gods & Goddess of Hindu mythology. Also those were the days of B&W television with only Doordarshan.(Their was no Astha or any other channel from which one can know about these nowadays).
                     According to Hindu mythology in every yuga (viz . Satyuga, Tretayuga, Dvaaperyuga, Kalyuga) lord Vishnu takes birth (avataar)as Narsinha, Ram, Krishna to demolish the Evil kingdom, Kalki will do in kalyug(from यदा यदा ही धर्मस्य ....in the Bhagvat Gita). I was born on Janmashtami(Birth day of lord Krishna) so my grandma always used to co relate me with Krishna as she have affection for both.and so at that time as heard from these mythological stories from that view I thought my purpose of being on Earth was to kill the demons, another reason is महाभारत और रामायण [Mahabharat and Ramayana] were on air that time (thanks to B.R. Chopra & Ramanand Sagar) and I was amazed to see the powers of these warriors

                Then impact of Cable T V came (I was in middle school at these time), I was also one of the big aficionado of WWF( World Wrestling Federation) now known as WWE and martial art series on Home TV(Zu Mountain saga, Legend of the Condor-Hero, Blood Strain Intrigue) which were related to the history and mythology of China, so the answer was not changed till middle school.( One may think killer instinct, destruct-or.....but...). so the purpose remain same

                In high school; science their is Rutherford & Bohr's atomic theory , so I used to think किसने discover किया इसे ! [oh man who discoverd this theory](almost every second person thinks so). Again on every birthday I used to get a gift from my parents which were either some sport stuff or some constructive game, then thought engineer बन सकता हूँ ! [i can become an engineer] as some of surrounders and well-wisher told me and specially my parents so in HSC {11-12th}science stream and specifically Electronics.( So on constructive path... purpose is changing but not clear)

               In Jr. college I used to think that if any how I can challenge the atomic theory( सब बच्चे दुआ देंगे [each student will bless me]) means no electron , proton , neutron then no chemistry, physics, electronics so again my kiddish purpose changed as save the friends and other student from reading this irrelevant thing and for this I have to become scientist or engineer.(neglected the benefits of that theory as it serves human society in many aspects)

          But in engineering I came to know that for every theory to get universal recognition or approval you it is necessary for it to undergo several litmus test ( As only universal truth is always written in present tense, my English teacher told me when he taught me Direct indirect speech) so my purpose changed again as "Change is the only constant thing in Universe." So this time my purpose is to serve the society by my technical knowledge.Time came..
Interviewer : anything u want to ask?
Anoop: Yes Sir, what will be my work profile can u tell me my job description?
Interviewer:You will be recruited as GET and after training you ll be assistant manager.
Anoop: Do i have to just open and close the valve and operate from a room only?
Interviewer: No, Mr. Rajguru you have complete work freedom.
Anoop: Thank you sir for clearing my doubts. (grin and bear it सोचा देख लेंगे [will see])
... carrying offer letter in one hand and other being busy in receiving greetings I thought मज़ा क्यूँ नहीं आ रहा है [why I am not happy]. Some of my friend noticed and told me why are you not happy it is good company having revenue turn over around $4.6 billion, good money and came first from core sector (our professors also feels so that's why they allowed it at that place) . I had no answer (because I am not mentally prepared for it I think because I attempted the process without even my resume with me may be the reason).

      Initial 2months were very difficult in my job then I pick up quite well according to my seniors but I feel the same as I want to know every single process, in induction I suggested a plan to increase output but it was not consider by saying that it is not practical thing to do and they tried another way to ramp up the production which caused them a loss of around Rs.240-300 crore as plant was not designed to ramp up and now they quieted that plan. ( focusing on plan suggested by me). I thought work freedom is here but I am not having job satisfaction though my seniors were more than satisfy with me(mainly because others were not performing, I was the same as on day one). I was not having decision making power & this demotivated me to continue with that job. So with more qualification I can have the authority and responsibilities, so do MBA(in my mind) and purpose become to serve the society with my knowledge and its applicability. But again if it doesn't work then...

            I may have to start my own enterprise which will not only serve the human society but also the mother earth and its other creature, it will be related to Agriculture, Forest, Industrial sector so hoping your support and blessing for the same...

                     As we take birth we have certain liabilities to our surroundings. So, in my opinion if it is possible to satisfy every person we meet then the purpose of taking birth on this Mother Earth will be fulfilled. So just try to make everyone surrounding you happy and satisfy and then you might not have to search for the purpose.(As it is said what you feel outside the same you will feel inside).
