Continui aventurile pe grillul &lt;a href="http://www.outdoorchef.com/index.php?lang=ro"&gt;Outdoor Chef &lt;/a&gt;de la&lt;a href="http://www.grill-society.ro/"&gt; Grill Society&lt;/a&gt; si pot spune ca decizia este luata: imi mut bucataria pe terasa si incep sa gatesc doar la gratar, mai ales vara cand e crima sa mai pornesti cuptorul in casa.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Weekendul acesta am biifat pe lista provocarilor mele pentru acest gratar doua puncte importante: sa gatesc un pui intreg si sa coc paine.&lt;br /&gt;
Puiul il vedeti in poze, de paine o sa va spun eu ca a iesit exceptional. Aroma data de jar, de carbuni, de fumul dulceag este deosebit si nu poate fi egalat de nici un artificiu la cuptor. &lt;br /&gt;

Dar sa revenim la pui.&lt;br /&gt;

Puiul l-am dezosat pornind de la sira spinarii. Am taiat pe sira spinarii si cu incizii usoare si dese am desprin carnea de pe carcasa, astfel incat sa pot scoate complet cosul pieptului si spatele din pui.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Oasele le-am pus intr-o punga la congelator pentru ca sunt bune pentru o supa.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Apoi am condimentat bine puiul cu genialul amestec de la Don Marco, l-am intins intr-o tava, l-am acoperit cu o folie si l-am lasat peste noapte in frigider.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Am pornit gratarul si am pus in gratar si plita de fonta. Cat am lasat sa urce temperatura spre 200 de grade, am invelit o caramida intr-o folie de aluminiu.&lt;br /&gt;
Am pus puiul pe plita, apa in dispozitivul special pentru umiditate, am pus peste pui caramida si l-am lasat cam o ora in gratar, la o temperatura constanta de 200 de grade.&lt;br /&gt;

Caramida actioneaza in doua sensuri - aplatizeaza puiul pe plita, dar il gateste si ea cand se incinge. &lt;/div&gt;

Puiul a fost absolut delicios. Nici nu mai stiu daca datorita condimentelor sau datorita carbunilor, dar a avut o aroma de te facea sa uiti de tine. &lt;/div&gt;
Mi-a placut in mod deosebit faptul ca a fost extrem de fraged, chiar si pieptul a fost extrem de moale. Drept dovada, o bucata buna de piept a fost servit chiar de Natalia (si stim ca un copil de un an nu poate mesteca o carne care nu este extrem de frageda!).&lt;br /&gt;

Macul este, fara urma de indoiala, unul dintre ingredientele mele favorite cand vine vorba de prajituri. De aceea, un muffin cu mac era de ceva vreme pe lista mea.&lt;br /&gt;

Si cu lista mea de cumparaturi, am aruncat o privire pe vegis.ro, magazin cu produse naturale, m-am aprovizionat cu cele necesare si m-am apucat de indata de copt bunatati.&lt;br /&gt;

1 lingura praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita bicarbonat&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr unt&lt;br /&gt;
180 gr zahar&lt;br /&gt;
2 oua&lt;br /&gt;
300 gr lapte
esenta de migdale&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingura coaja de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri mac&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr migdale macinate&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Se amesteca intr-un vas faina cu praful de copt, bicarbonatul si sarea.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Intr-un al doilea vas se pune untul cat mai moale si se bate cu zaharul si ouale adaugate treptat.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Cand se obtine o consistenta pufoasa se incorporeaza si macul, esenta de migdale, coaja de lamaie si apoi, treptat, laptele si amestecul de faina.&lt;br /&gt;
4. La final se adauga cam trei sferuri din migdalele macinate sau toata cantitatea daca nu mai doriti pentru decor.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Se toarna in forme de briose, se presara peste putine migdale si se da la cuptor pentru aproximativ 30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Din acest aluat mie mi-au iesit 17 briose.

Implicati copiii in aceasta reteta - lasati-i pe ei sa faca "cuibul" de spuma al oului cu palmutele, sa puna singur galbenusul in cuib si mai ales, lasati la final sa savureze rupand cu degetelele norisorii pufosi.&lt;br /&gt;

Pentru un plus de savoare, puteti adauga putina branza in spuma, data pe o razatoare fina pentru a ramane usoara. Topita in albus va fi irezistibila!&lt;br /&gt;

Albusurile le bateti intr-o spuma tare (cam 2-3 minute cu mixerul) si le formati in cuiburi intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. &lt;br /&gt;

Dati la cuptor pentru 2-3 minute, scoateti si adaugati in mijloc galbenusurile.&lt;br /&gt;

Pieptul l-am pus in slow cooker la putere maxima impreuna cu ceapa, morcovul si usturoiul si apa cat sa il acopere. &lt;br /&gt;
L-am lasat acolo timp de 4 ore.&lt;br /&gt;
Daca nu aveti un slow cooker, fierbeti puiul in jur de o ora. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Scoateti puiul si desfaceti-l in fasii cu o furculita.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o tigaie caliti usor ceapa si ardeii si adaugati peste carnea, vinul, sosul tomat, o canuta din zeama in care a fiert puiul si condimentele.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dati in clocot si lasati sa fiarba inca 10 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Serviti alaturi de orez sau salata.&lt;br /&gt;

4 oua&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita esenta de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr unt&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr zahar&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr cacao&lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 lingurita praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lingurita bicarbonat&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;

Sosul de portocale&lt;br /&gt;
sucul de la 3 portocale&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Se pune la fiert sosul de portocale din sucul de la portocala, zahar si coaja de portocala. Se lasa la fiert pana cand sosul scade si se ingroasa. &lt;/div&gt;

Puneti la fiert quinoa in apa. Cand apa da in clocot, dati focul incet si lasati pe foc inca 10 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati laptele cu ouale, untul si vanilia. Incorporati si quinoa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un vas separat amestecati ingredientele uscate si adaugati-le treptat in amestecul de mai sus.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Turnati amestecul intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si dati la cuptor pentru aproximativ o ora sau pana cand o scobitoare iese uscata.&lt;br /&gt;

Nu se poate 1 mai fara gratar. Mai ales cand ai curtea ta si nu esti nevoit sa cauti locurile special amenajate pentru a-l aprinde.&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Desertul a iesit exceptional!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Si astfel mi-am dat seama ca incepand cu aceasta vara nu imi mai bat capul cu cuptorul pornit vara in casa. La vara gatesc afara pe grill si salvez casa de caldura suplimentara a unui aragaz pornit.&lt;br /&gt;

170 gr zaharul&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr fulgi de cocos&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr faina&lt;br /&gt;
un praf de sare&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr unt&lt;br /&gt;

Merele se amesteca cu faina, zaharul, scortisoara si coaja de portocale. Se rastoarna in tava.&lt;br /&gt;

Intr-un vas se amesteca zaharul, cocosul, faina si sarea si se adauga untul taiat in cubulete si se framanta cu mana cateva minute. "Aluatul" astfel obtinut se sfaramiteaza peste mere.&lt;br /&gt;

Tava am pus-o pe gratar dupa ce am terminat cu carnea si grillul avea undeva peste 200 de grade si a stat acolo cat timp noi am mancat, deci in jur de 30-40 de minute. &lt;br /&gt;
Am lasat cateva minute sa se raceasca si s-a servit....direct din tava :)&lt;br /&gt;

Pofta buna si cat mai multe gratare la vara! &lt;br /&gt;

Dupa cum ati vazut de cateva luni incoace pe blogul meu sunt fericita si mandra posesoare a unui grill de la Outdoor Chef. Si acest grill vine cu multe beneficii: mi-a aratat cat de diferita este "viata" dincolo de gratarele noastre traditionale, cat de multe se pot pregati pe un grill in aer liber, cat de multe accesorii exista - de la tavi, la carbuni si lemne aromate, dar m-a si introdus intr-o lume complet noua mie, cea a pasionatilor de grilling si de gatit in aer liber.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Dar sa le luam pe rand :) &lt;br /&gt;

Am plecat dis-de-dimineata din Timisoara, am lasat un caine in gazda si celorlalti doi le-am lasat 3 kg de oase de vita sa le tina de foame, am pus copilul in masina cu toate accesorile sale (mancare, jucarii, patut etc) si am plecat in cea mai lunga excursie cu masina de cand am nascut.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Drumul a fost lung si anevoios pentru ca asa sunt drumurile noastre - intr-o vesnica si nesfarsita peticire, cu carute pe drum si cu o dezamagitoare autostrada la final.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Cand am intrat in Bucuresti, pe la 6 seara (fatidica ora!), dupa 10 ore de drum, aproape ca imi venea sa plang de nebunia din jur. De aglomeratie si agresivitate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Cu putine emotii am ajuns si la &lt;a href="http://carohotel.ro/"&gt;Hotel Caro&lt;/a&gt; si brusc m-am relaxat. Ajunsesem intr-o oaza de verdeata si de liniste.&lt;/div&gt;

Dupa ce ne-am cazat grabiti, am coborat de indata la evenimentul la care deja intarziasem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Ne-a intampinat Laura, cea cu care am povestit pe mail de multe luni si care a avut grija de toate detaliile participarii noastre la eveniment. A cerut chiar si un patut special pentru Natalia in camera noastra, gest care ne-a facut sa uitam instant de tot drumul lung si greu. Ca sa vedeti ce importante sunt micile gesturi :)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Am fost un pic stinghera la inceput, dar l-am vazut pe Cristi (aka &lt;a href="http://www.bucatarmaniac.ro/"&gt;Bucataru Maniac&lt;/a&gt;) si i-am cunoscut familia, iar apoi a venit la masa noastra si &lt;a href="http://www.reteteleluiradu.ro/"&gt;Radu Popovici&lt;/a&gt;. Noi trei suntem bloggerii care gatim pe aceste grilluri si a fost tare amuzant sa ne impartasim din experienta ultimelor luni.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Cand am ajuns eu tocmai ieseau scoicile din grilluri si desi cand citisem meniul cu cateva zile inainte, eram sceptica in ceea ce priveste acest preparat, pentru mine pot spune ca a fost surpriza serii :) am avut noroc sa mai prind si ultima tura de creveti facuti pe grill si seara incepea in cel mai delicios mod cu putinta!&lt;/div&gt;

S-a mai servit si somon cu vinegreta de lime si miere, pregatit pe placa de cedru.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Iar la final a urmat desertul - ananas condimentat cu scortisoara si chilli alaturi de inghetata si sos de ciocolata. Ananasul acela iute mi-a placut la nebunie si am vorbit indelung cu Don Marco despre el si ce alternative mai exista pentru deserturile la grill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Imi e teama ca nu posed un limbaj suficient de plastic si cred nici limba romana suficiente epitete culinare pentru a putea descrie fiecare preparat in parte. Va pot spune ca a fost o experienta remarcabila si un rasfat!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Desi totul - de la aperitive la desert! - s-a pregatit la gratar, tematica mediteraneana a evenimentului s-a pastrat la perfectie si am servit o cina usoara si aromata.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Alaturi de mancaruri exceptionale am avut bucuria sa gust si cateva vinuri deosebite.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

In loc de concluzie vreau sa va marturisesc ca mi-as dori sa particip mult mai des la astfel de evenimente.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

In primul rand pentru oameni. Am avut ocazia sa ii cunosc personal pe Radu si pe Cristi (desi stam aproape, a fost nevoie sa mergem la Bucuresti sa ne cunoastem) si dupa cum ii marturiseam si lui Radu vineri seara, am descoperit un om de o mie de ori mai simpatic decat lasa sa se vada blogul.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Am cunoscut in sfarsit personal echipa de la Grill Society si ma bucur nespus sa fi avut norocul sa colaborez cu o asemenea firma.&lt;/div&gt;

Mi-a placut sa descopar oamenii din spatele firmei, oameni pasionati de ceea ce fac si ceea ce isi doresc sa faca pe piata romaneasca. Implicarea lor, atentia si respectul pentru clienti ma face sa ii recomand cu caldura oricui pentru ca sunt unul dintre acele foarte rare cazuri de companii care chiar cred in produsele lor si isi doresc mult mai mult decat vanzarea lor - crearea unui comunitati si a unui educatii a gatitului in aer liber!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Si chiar fac ceva pentru asta!&lt;/div&gt;

Apoi am descoperit in Don Caruso si Don Marco doi bucatari extrem de simpatici si de dispusi sa te invete tot ce stiu.&lt;/div&gt;

Don Caruso este ceva mai sociabil si mai volubil, este mai usor de abordat, de aceea la el m-am dus pentru cateva intrebari legate de grillul meu. El a venit mereu la masa noastra sa ne intrebe daca ne place mancarea si sa schimbe cateva vorbe cu invitatii. &lt;br /&gt;
Abia la desert am inceput sa povestesc si cu Don Marco si m-a uimit caldura si pasiunea cu care impartasea din experienta lui. Pur si simplu mi-a incalzit sufletul!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Va imaginati ca este un efort logistic sa plec la un drum atat de lung cu Natalia, dar sunt tare entuziasmata&amp;nbsp; ca voi avea ocazia sa ii vad pe cei doi gatind live si sunt convinsa ca voi avea ATAT de mult de invatat! &lt;/div&gt;

Se poate folosi o bucata de lemn netratata si in functie de lemnul folosit si carnea va primi o anumita aroma. &lt;br /&gt;

Lemnul se pune la inmoi minim 30 de minute. Eu am folosit o tava mai inalta si am pus un pahar plin peste lemn pentru a-l tine scufundat.&lt;br /&gt;

Cand gratarul a fost pornit si s-a format jarul am pus peste carbuni firele de rozmarin. Ce mai aroma!&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru ca la acest grill se poate regla temperatura prin gurile de aerisire, se mentina temperatura putin mai scazuta - undeva la 150 de grade. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Crevetii i-am condimentat cu chilli si sare, i-am aliniat pe lemn si i-am pus pe gratar.&lt;br /&gt;
OBLIGATORIU! Nu puneti lemnul direct deasupra jarului/focului.&lt;br /&gt;

Cand au fost gata i-am trecut printr-un sos usor din ulei de masline, usturoi zdrobit si patrunjel verde.&lt;br /&gt;

In paralel am pregatit si sparanghelul.&lt;br /&gt;

Intr-o punga am pus sparanghelul, l-am sarat si piperat usor, am stors peste el putina zeama de lamaie si am pus cateva felii de lamaie. L-am lasat asa pana am pregatit gratarul.&lt;br /&gt;

Am lasat firele putin pe gratar si le-am servit alaturi de creveti. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Crevetii iau mult din aroma lemnului si de aceea sunt foarte incantata de aceasta metoda si abia astept sa mai experimentez cu ea.&lt;br /&gt;

Am ales sa pregatesc din ele celebra  &lt;i&gt;halászlé &lt;/i&gt; cu taitei proaspeti de casa atunci cand Electrolux m-a invitat sa prezint o reteta ardeleneasca (cu accente inevitabil unguresti la mine :))).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
diferite tipuri de peste (ptr bucata mare de carne eu am folosit crap)&lt;br /&gt;
ceapa&lt;br /&gt;
ardei&lt;br /&gt;
boia&lt;br /&gt;
sare&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Reteta este facuta in functie de proportii. Pentru fiecare 200 gr de peste puneti o ceapa mare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pestele marunt - se spune ca daca folositi mai multe tipuri de peste, supa e mai gustoasa - se pune la fiert cu ceapa si boiaua.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pestele mare se taie felii, se sareaza si se lasa o ora la rece. Se scurge de zeama care o lasa si se adauga la supa impreuna cu ardeii si se mai lasa pe foc cam o jumatate de ora.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cu cateva minute inainte se adauga taiteii.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Taiteii se fac in felul urmator:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* la fiecare 100 gr faina se pune un ou intreg * eu am facut taitei din 300 gr faina&lt;br /&gt;

Incalziti cuptorul si ungeti sase forme ceramice (ramekins) sau alte vase termorezistente. Puneti intr-o tava adanca.&lt;br /&gt;
Veti avea nevoie de aproximativ 6 ramekins.&lt;br /&gt;

Intr-un vas amestecati ingredientele uscate - faina, praful de copt si sarea.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In alt vas (mai incapator), amestecati galbenusurile cu 100 gr de zahar. Cand s-a omogenizat si a devenit pufos, adaugati untul, zeama de lamaie, laptele si faina amestecata cu praful de copt.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un al treilea vas, bateti bine albusurile cu restul de zahar, pana obtineti o spuma tare. Incorporati aceasta spume in aluat. Turnati aluatul in formele pregatite.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Turnati in tigaia in care sunt formele apa fierbinte pana ajunge nivelul la jumatatea formelor. Dati la cuptor pentru aproximativ 30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pudrati cu zahar inainte de a servi.&lt;/div&gt;

Am lasat sa se incalzeasca bine in interior, urmarind doar termometrul de pe capac. Tot mai mult imi place sa organizez aceasta provocare si ma emotionez la fiecare final de luna cand pregatesc aceasta postare. Mi se pare un lucru incredibil ca atatia oameni frumosi si talentati se aduna si gatesc pentru a isi arata aprecierea unul pentru altul.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In aceasta luna insa am si eu o mare rugaminte. Volumul de informatie devine tot mai mare de la o luna la alta, direct proportional si cu timpul pe care il revendica fetita mea si sunt mereu stresata ca uit un link, uit un mail, nu am adaugat pe cineva pe lista. Daca observati orice neconcordanta, daca nu va gasiti reteta sau nu primiti mailul de la mine cu linkul blogului desemnat, va rog din suflet sa ma trageti de maneca!&lt;br /&gt;
Toata lumea este primita cu drag la aceasta provocare, nu este vorba de rea-vointa, ci pur si simplu se intampla sa uit, sa ma intrerup fix cand pun lista cap la cap si sa sar din greseala pe cineva.&lt;br /&gt;
Asa ca, pentru linistea mea, va rog sa imi promiteti ca ma ajutati :)&lt;br /&gt;

Probabil pentru ca beneficiez de luxul unei curti micute.&lt;br /&gt;Dar cu fiecare utilizare ma tot minunez cat de usor si de rapid este sa faci un gratar. Si desi mai fac stangacii si ma trezesc cu fum in ochi de lacrimez minute in sir, tot nu as renunta la mirosul dulceag de fum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru acest inceput de primavara am decis sa incerc ceva usor - si de mancat, si de facut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cum am inceput sa cochetez tot mai mult cu dieta paleo (ca stil de viata, nu ca dieta propriu-zisa, desi nu stiu daca voi putea vreodata sa renunt la bucuria framantarii unui aluat si la farmecul de a trezi la viata drojdia), am decis sa incerc o reteta de pizza putin mai altfel - fara aluat si fara gluten. Se stinge tot cu apa si dupa ce da in clocot se pune peste carne.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Din faina si oua (faina puneti cat e nevoie la 3 oua) framantati un aluat mai tare.&lt;br /&gt;Intr-un vas puneti la fiert apa cu sare si puneti galustele la fiert. Aluatul se framanta ca cel de paine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;desfaceti drojdia in putin lapte caldut si zahar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cerneti faina si faceti in mijloc o gropita&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;puneti in gropita laptele cu drojdie si incepeti sa incorporati faina cu miscari circulare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;adaugati untul cat mai moale si oul&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;framantati pana aluatul este elastic si nu se mai lipeste de peretii vasului, iar daca mai e nevoie mai puteti adauga putina apa calduta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. Lasati aluatul la crescut o ora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Pregatiti intre timp siropul - puneti la incalzit apa si dizolvati in el zaharul. La final adaugati vanilia, romul si coaja de lamaie. Lasati sa se raceasca.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. Cand aluatul a crescut, se rastoarna pe o suprafata de lucru pudrata cu faina si se framanta usor. Puneti mucenicii intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, ii acoperiti cu un servet usor de bucatarie si ii mai lasati la crescut aproximativ o ora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7. Inainte de a baga mucenicii la copt ii ungeti cu galbenusul amestecat cu lapte. Adaugati ouale unul cate unul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apoi adaugati treptat faina, preferabil trecand la paletele de aluat. Adaugati cata faina cere aluatul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cand obtineti un aluat elastic si care nu se mai lipeste de peretii vasului, lasati-l la crescut pentru o ora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apoi puneti aluatul intr-o forma de paine tapetata cu hartie de copt, ungeti cu galbenusul si presarati macul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dati la cuptor pana se rumeneste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aceasta paine mie mi-a crescut foarte mult. Neasteptat de mult! De fapt a trebuit sa o culc sa o pot scoate din cuptor! Se adauga miezul de paine, verdeata, ouale, nuca pisata, sarea, boiaua si piperul. Se amesteca bine sa se lege.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu am pastrat putina paine cu care am umplut gaura de gat, cea care nu se poate coase.&lt;br /&gt;Apoi am umplut puiul cu umplutura obtinuta mai sus si la final l-am cusut pentru a nu se revarsa umplutura in timpul coptului. Este atat de sanatos si de gustos! Si vina ne apartine doar noua pentru ca....nu stim sa il gatim!&lt;br /&gt;Si pe acest blog exista o singura reteta de &lt;a href="http://amainbucatarie.blogspot.com/2008/09/pasta-de-mei.html"&gt;pasta de mei &lt;/a&gt;si aceea foarte veche. Drept sa va spun, pana de curand nici nu mai aveam mei in casa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apoi am rasfoit putin magazinul de produse naturale &lt;a href="http://vegis.ro/"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;vegis.ro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; si mi-am amintit de el. Initial l-am luat pentru Natalia. Iar ea il adora!!!&lt;br /&gt;Si va recomand cu caldura sa inlocuiti cerealele pentru bebelusi din comert cu altele precum meiul. Sunt infinit mai sanatoase si mai "curate".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dar sa revenim la reteta noastra. Dupa cum va spuneam, meiul a revenit in bucataria mea si daca pentru Natalia il gatesc cu usurinta, pentru noi nu prea aveam idei. Luati aminte ca meiul se va umfla.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se caleste putin ceapa.
