Diablo III is Out

Many avid PC game enthusiast waited now their long wait is finally over, last May 15,2012 Blizzard Entertainment's Diablo III is finally out in Latin America, Europe and North America. Here in the Philippines the atmosphere is no different. Many have already pre-ordered the game months before its scheduled release. Finally its here. Fans have waited now all we can do is sit back, relax and find out what they have to say to Diablo's latest installment. Will fans be satisfied with what Blizzard has come up with? Will they feel that the evolution the game builders did for the game was necessary or would they prefer a game not too different from how Diablo I and II were. Soon reviews will come out that will be the gauge at how the PC gaming community feels toward the game. Happy gaming everyone!

Gift For Our Church

Our church badly needs help. Our church is quite old. I was going to the same church since I was little. And the place looked the same ever since. If only I have the money I would love to have it renovated and buy new chairs for church and other stuffs used for worship.But since I not that wealthy all I can do is help them find people who are willing to help them. More and more people would surely be enticed to join the services.

God will surely help us because He can our efforts as well as our hearts.

My father's birthday this coming May 17, he will be turning 65 years old. We are planning to have a small get together and we'll be inviting some of his good friends. He is going to spend his birthday with us again after almost ten years.

I have been thinking of a gift to give him. We have been telling him to stop smoking for a long time but this time I want to give him something I am sure he will enjoy. I checked out some high quality cigars over at http://www.famous-smoke.com. He will have a happy birthday indeed.

The Broken House

If the London bridge is falling down in our case it is our house that is falling down. This house was constructed almost 20 years ago and it badly needs an overhaul. There are a lot of things that needed fixing. Faucets, the roof, the plumbing etc. We commissioned the services of a carpenter and a plumber, we were told that a lot of things really has to be done. One problem is causing another problem, it is like a domino effect. They even gave the list of things to buy for the fixing. The carpenter introduced us to socket head cap screw, instead of the ordinary screw he said it is better to use this one.

We need to have the house ready before my mom and company arrives from the US on the 19th. Talk about stress and pressure.

After almost three months of staying at home and taking care of my baby I am finally back to work. Excited? Not really. I miss my baby a lot. When I am at work all I can think about is going home and seeing my baby again. But I have to work because if I don't I would not afford all the things my baby needs.

So my first day at work was not so bad except for my first patient, I had not performed any kind of x-ray procedure for almost a year then upon going back to work I was welcomed by patient wearing bauerfeind braces because he had severe ankle injury. It was indeed a very warm welcome for me, but overall my first day went well. Went home early just when the clock hit 4 pm, super excited mommy who wants to see her baby again.

UFC to be specific. I used to watch UFC fights every Sunday before I got pregnant and its been more than two months since I gave birth and I have not watched a single UFC fight ever since. I have no idea at all how my favorite fighters are doing or if they are still around. Some of my fave UFC fighters include Forrest Griffin, George St. Pierre, Lyoto Machida and the Noguera brothers.

So I promise to update myself on what's going in UFC like upcoming fights and of course on how my idols are doing. I hop GSP is still the champion in his division. I would be very disappointed if he's not.

Urgently looking for zoom, a special request by a good musician friend of mine who is celebrating his birthday on the first week of May. I have no idea what its for but all I know is he will need it during their gigs. He plays a guitar and belongs to a popular local band here in Davao. We are planning to surprise him with our gift during his birthday gig on the day of his birthday. Hope we can find one very, very soon.

Whoever came up with the idea of electronic payment is the man or the woman (hahaha). He just made getting paid and paying bills so much easier. Hassle free and guaranteed safe way of receiving and sending payments is what most people, they do because online Payment processing saves them time since they can just do it at home using their computers, laptops or even cellphones. Like for example for a mom like me I usually cannot go to banks or other establishments to pay bills or receive payments from clients so when I learned about electronic payment it really helped me a lot. Thank God for internet and computers.

Liam's Two Months Old

Today my little boy Liam turns two months. I cannot believe that he is already that old. He has grown that for sure. He is getting heavier everyday. He still cries a lot. But he is starting to see now. He is also starting to respond and laugh. I love you baby boy, so much.

Are Electric Blankets Safe?

Are electric blankets really safe? From experience I would not know. The Philippine weather does not require you to own an electric blanker. There are even people I know who do not use blankets at all because of the tropical climate. But in countries that experiences extreme cold weathers I should say that is where electric blankets would come handy. Although relatively electric blankets are safe but like any other electrically operated appliances they pose some degree of risk especially when the blanket is quite old already. There are reports that blankets that are more used for more than six years and has defects would likely cause fire. So when you are using electric blankets make sure that they are not defective and replace them when you can.

I have seen a lot of movies stars who gave birth then just a couple of months later they are back to their old, sexy bodies. I gave birth exactly two months ago and I cannot say that my body is the same to how it was before. It is not easy to lose the pounds I gained when I was pregnant. How I wish I could be like those hot momma stars I see on television. A friend of mine told me to try calorie burner 643 though, she said it worked on her plus it is not too heavy on the budget which is something that made very interested. I am hoping to lose all the excess weight, I don't necessarily have to look like those movie stars.

My Baby Cries All The Time

Yes he does. I've experienced watching over other babies before like my nephew and cousins but they do not cry as much as my baby does. Well I guess each baby is different. It is just that sometimes it gets me frustrated especially when I really do not know what is wrong with him. And he usually cries at night when everyone else are sleeping. He is only two months old now, hopefully he will change in the coming days especially when he can already see.

I am pretty sure that I am not alone in my delimma. I know there are other mothers out there who have experienced what I am experiencing now maybe even worse. Motherhood is really a rollercoaster ride, it will give you both worlds. It can make you so happy and at times it will make you cry out of frustration. But despite that I am not complaining. For me my baby is the best gift God has given me. I am sure all of the mothers out there feel the same.

Have you heard of Foul Mouth Shirts? It is an online shop for custom design t-shirts , their designs allow foul languages. The shops founder made it that way because they believe in freedom of expression. They give their costumers the freedom to choose what they want to say, good or bad, and have them printed on their shirts. I must say their concept is quite intriguing I am sure there are many people, especially those rebel ones, who would patronize them.

Room Renovation

I want to renovate my room. Give it a paint job and change some things like the light switch. My current switch pad does not go along with my room paint and it looks really odd. I am repainting but still wants it green. I found this really nice ceramic switch plate covers that would look great with it. I love the accent, it looks very elegant.

I want to do the renovation soon, before I go back to work which is a little more than a month from now.

School is almost over here in the Philippines. Only a couple of days to go and school is out. Our youngest sister is trying to find something to do during the summer break. We are thinking of enrolling her in a summer guitar lesson with another friend's daughter. If not we will buy her a Brass French Horn so that she can one day join marching french horns band someday.Either of the two will be fine just as long as she can spend her summer well.

How I wish I am going back to work, but on second thought I am still trying to enjoy my time with my son. I won't be back to work till the second of May which means I still have a little over a month of staying at home. I am not complaining because I know once I go back to work I would have very little time to spend with my son.

Since I still have a month before going back to work, I still have ample time to lose weight. I am afraid my old nursing scrubs won't fit me anymore. I have gained a lot of weight when I got pregnant. At this time I cannot afford to buy new sets of scrubs.

Patio Furniture Upgrade

There is a patio furniture clearance sale over at the local furniture shop where I saw this set. Fell in love with it and wants to buy it for our patio. Our old patio furniture set needs to be replaced ASAP. Its been there for years now and I think its only right to replace it.

But I have to consult with my mom first, because she will be the one who will provide the money to buy the set.

I have become someone I never thought I would be. Before I became a mother I was never really fun of taking pictures (of myself), but suddenly all of that changed when my little Liam came out. Would you believe I have to pick out the best among all the digital cameras available in the market to be able to get also the best photos of my baby. He is only two weeks old but I have to confess that he has more photos than me. I can't believe I have become a stage mother. Maybe I am just proud to be a mom, and proud of my baby.

Coffee and Cocoa Growing and More

My father loves to farm. It has been his dream to own his own farm someday. Since he is not doing anything he decided to plant coffee and cocoa trees in the land that his second wife owns. He has started planting 100 coffee and 100 cocoa seedlings. We helped him buy buying the seedlings, all he has to do and make sure that after a given period of time at least 90% of what he planted will bear fruit.

Me and my sister is planning to buy a bunn commercial coffee maker, we are contemplating on putting up a coffee shop. We will use whatever my father will harvest from his farm. Talk about coming up with one income generating project to another.

Fifty nine years ago an adorable and loving little girl was born. Flora Cuison Bajarias the 5th child of Patrocinio and Sinforosa Bajarias. To her siblings she is known as Payong (umbrella), why I cannot divulge it is a family secret. To us her five kids she is our mommy, a cool one that is. More than being a mother she was able to establish the kind of relationship with us that made us comfortable to open up everything and anything about our lives.

Now that I am also a mother myself I am able to appreciate my mom more. The more fitting for us her kids to celebrate her natal day. We love you mom and we miss you. Thank you for everything. Happy birthday!

New Friendship

Two weeks ago, before giving birth, I met up with my old friends whom I have not seen for quite a while. And sure was I glad to have decided to do so, because aside seeing my old friends I also met some new ones as well. There is this one new addition to the group who just arrived from New York and is working as DJ in one of the popular club here in Davao City. She, yes she is a girl, brought us to her place and showed us her newly acquired dj equipment.I was so amazed, I can't wait to see her do her thing but I think it won't be so soon. Still it is something to definitely look forward to.
