(confesso che in realta' ho una lunga lista dei desideri pronta da sfoderare al momento giusto)&lt;br /&gt;
Passare la domenica pomeriggio sul divano, fare zapping, possibilmente sgranocchiare qualcosina, avere tutto sottomano per non rischiare di doversi alzare e copertina.&lt;br /&gt;
Certo e' che noi&amp;nbsp; la tecnologia da quando siam tornati, quindi un anno, proprio non ne vuole sapere di funzionare in quel di Castel d'Argile: gestori telefonici che ci fanno impazzire per l'adsl, tv stranamente sintonizzata solo sul "maledetto" Real Time e gli altri canali che si vedono a singhiozzo. Finalmente quando credevamo di avercela fatta ed aver esorcizzato la casa, siam tornati punto e a capo. A questo punto e' bene chiamare le cose con il loro nome: sfiga!&lt;br /&gt;
Ma comunque, per due come noi che adorano divano, film e c. e' presto detto: in un anno abbiamo visto tutto il noleggiabile dei dintorni, e quando finalmente ci sara' l'allineamento astrale favorevole vedremo anche la pay per view!&lt;br /&gt;
Insomma alla fine il film a noleggio per il dopo cena e pomeriggio a guardare Alle falde del Kilimangiaro su Rai3 con scatti nervosi pensando alle valigie, accarezzando l'idea di preparare anche un piiiicccolissimo bagaglio a mano e di mettere la Dotti (il nostro cane) sul nastro del check-in!&lt;br /&gt;

Dinuovo tutti e tre divanati; lasciata la Licia Colo', il nostro movie ci ha portato in giro per gli Usa insieme ad un alieno verde e a una coppia di pazzi maniaci dei fumetti.&lt;br /&gt;

Che dire, tutto sommato, tra un reportage in Uganda, le slitte dei cani in Lapponia, e l'alieno poteva andarci peggio.&lt;br /&gt;

Ma vi ho gia' parlato/raccontato/tediato a proposito di Panera Bread?&lt;br /&gt;
Si',della loro &lt;i&gt;onion soup&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp; (&lt;a href="http://americanpieedintorni.blogspot.com/search/label/bowl%20and%20soup"&gt;zuppa di cipolle&lt;/a&gt;), meravigliosa, ma anche la &lt;i&gt;broccoli &amp;amp; cheese&lt;/i&gt; non scherza! Garantito! Un'altro di quei piaceri da gustare col cucchiaio, dentro a una grande ciotola o ad una bread bowl, rigorosamente calda e formaggiosa. La cosa divertente e'&amp;nbsp; pensare all'ultimo mestolo che ci siamo quasi litigati e al fatto che a me poi il broccolo non&amp;nbsp; piace neanche: ma quanto era buona! Io non sono un'esperta ma se tanto mi da' tanto, magari e' uno di quei piatti che anche un bambino capriccioso con le&amp;nbsp; verdure riesce a mangiare.&lt;br /&gt;

Saporita e cremosa con quei pezzettoni di broccoli qua e la', prevedo la rifaro' presto.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredienti x 2 persone&lt;br /&gt;
1 cipolla dorata piccola&lt;br /&gt;
2 carote&lt;br /&gt;
1 broccolo medio&lt;br /&gt;
1 patata&lt;br /&gt;
1 dado&lt;br /&gt;
2 tazze d'acqua (500 ml)&lt;br /&gt;
2 cucchiai di panna da cucina&lt;br /&gt;
sale, pepe e formaggio q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Soffriggere la cipolla a dadini con una noce di burro per 5/10 minuti, aggiungere la panna e mescolare.&lt;br /&gt;
Unire il dado e l'acqua.&lt;br /&gt;
Tagliare le verdure e metterle in pentola, i broccoli in modo grossolano. Lasciare cuocere finche' patata e carote son pronte.&lt;br /&gt;
Togliere i broccoli e frullare quello che rimane nella pentola.&lt;br /&gt;
Al momento di impiattare rimettere dentro i broccoli, aggiungere il formaggio grattuggiato e il pepe a piacere.&lt;br /&gt;

Accompagnare il Paolo al lavoro, un po' mi mancava o forse no data l'ora, ma l'aria gelida di questa mattina mi ha svegliato, tanto da rendermi conto che: le 7 a.m. sono un orario decoroso per essere in macchina e non c'era traccia di nessuno in giro (o quasi). Anomalo. Tutti spariti? Eh figurarsi, in vacanza a godersi l'ultimo strascico di feste, ecco dove sono!?&lt;br /&gt;

Ad ogni modo mi sembra proprio il momento di riprendere le buone abitudini con una bella ricettina, come protagonista un risotto. I risotti sono uno di quei comfort food irrinunciabili, a mio parere, che amo cucinare, mi&amp;nbsp; piacciono in tutte le versioni, dai classici agli azzardati, purche' caldi e cremosi. Ma oggi gioco in casa e la mia proposta e' un buon risotto autoctono all'aceto balsamico. L'idea viene da un'amica che e' stata adottata da Modena, e tempo fa ce lo siamo trovati nel piatto proprio a casa sua. Be' un risotto profumato, gustoso e delicato con del carattere: mi e' piaciuto tremendamente, tanto da copiarlo! Grazie Sara a buon rendere :) !!!&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredienti: riso (la quantita' dipende da quanti siete), un po' di cipolla da soffriggere, olio, aceto balsamico buono, Parmiggiano grattuggiato, 1 dito di vino bianco da sfumare, brodo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ho fatto soffriggere la cipolla in una padella capiente con l'olio e dopo pochi minuti ho "buttato giu'" il riso, due saltelli, una giratina e ho aggiunto due tazze di brodo. In base al tempo di cottura del riso, circa a meta' del tempo ho sfumato con del vino bianco, ho fatto evaporare poi ho aggiunto l'aceto balsamico a filo, un cucchiaio. Quando si termina la cottura il riso non dev'essere brodoso; si aggiunge una noce di burro (non posso non metterla!) e il formaggio grattuggiato.&lt;br /&gt;

Bentrovati!!! Sono felice di essere qui nel mio angolino di web! Un altro anno e' andato, vecchio e malconcio, e ora ne abbiamo a disposizione uno nuovo, appena arrivato, con un carico di sogni e buoni propositi.&lt;br /&gt;
Io per quest'anno passo, non ho fatto ne bilanci ne buoni propositi, spero sia un anno migliore, sfavillante per me e per tutti (piu' di cosi' si puo'?!). Ma si' insomma una nuova filosofia... prendere le cose come vengono, trarre le cose migliori; coccolarsi con gli amici e trattare con disinvoltura e un pizzico di indifferenza a chi proprio sto antipatica! Non si puo' piacere a tutti, ma e' valido anche per noi e in attesa di trovare finalmente un lavoro...avanti tutta, chi si ferma e' perduto!!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
E voi come state??? Avete iniziato bene il 2012??? Grandi abbuffate, ore piccole, forni, fornelli e super tavolate??? Io tutto questo me lo sono un po' scansata: una settimana lontana dalla cucina, pranzi e cene in giro; mamma, parenti e amici ci hanno tenuti ben occupati, tradotto significa: la cucina e' rimasta pulita e linda per tutte le feste! Un sogno o quasi, fatta eccezione per svariati kg di tortellini che mi hanno ordinato in estremis, biscotti e cup cakes vari ed eventuali. Ma a me piace accontentare tutti e se posso farlo facendo cio' che mi piace, ancora meglio!&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Wow e' iniziata la settimana di Natale e questo vuol dire diverse cose: controllare che tutto sia impacchettato, che biglietti e bigliettini vari siano pronti, preparare biscotti, cupcakes e tortellini da donare o consegnare ...e fa anche rima! Ecco fatto! La ricetta e' ispirata a quella di M.Stewart, dove per ispirata intendo un'idea delle dosi, e il cacao, be', puro esperimento. Ma se siete alla ricerca di un biscotto da sgranocchiare e al tempo stesso volete dare un tocco profumato e caldo in casa, questi sono proprio i biscotti giusti.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Davanti allo stampo, a guardare&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt; il &lt;span style="font-size: x-large;"&gt;MIO PANDORO&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt; Suona strano ma e' cosi, eppure continuo a guardarlo, nell'attesa che si raffreddi e di poterlo liberare dallo stampo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt; Il profumo nell'aria e' qualcosa:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;burro,&lt;/span&gt; vaniglia e &lt;span style="font-size: x-large;"&gt;zucchero&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt; per me e il mio naso una vera festa dei profumi!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Passano un paio d'ore e il gioco e' fatto, stasera lo completero' con una pioggia di zucchero a velo e neache a dirlo la PRIMA FETTA sara' la mia&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Nell'attesa di vedere come sara' venuto il dentro, ingredienti, procedimento e una raccomandazione: ci vogliono diverse ore, quindi niente fretta!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Dose per pandoro da 1 kg&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Biga: 70 g farina, 10 g lievito di birra, 50 g acqua tiepida&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Sciogliere il lievito nell'acqua e unirlo alla farina; far lievitare fino al doppio del volume (io l'ho lasciato per 1ora coperto nel forno)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Per l'impasto: 130 g farina, 2 uova, 40 g zucchero, 40 g burro morbido&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Lavorare insieme tutti gli ingredienti, unire la biga per bene e lasciare lievitare sempre al doppio del volume ( 2-3 ore)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Impasto 2: 270 g farina, 100 g zucchero, 2 uova, un pizzico abbondante di sale, 1 g vanillina, 250 g burro fuso&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Lavorare insieme tutto ed unire l'impasto precedente; formare una palla liscia* e posizionarla nello stampo precedentemente imburrato, lasciare a lievitare 10-12 ore&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;* una volta unito tutto, per rendere omogeneo e poter impastare ho aggiunto poco alla volta altra farina, finche' non si staccava bene dalle mani.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Cuocere per circa un'ora a 180 g. Capovolgere lo stampo e sformare solo quando e' raffreddato.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;(la ricetta era nello stampo)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Diffidate da questa frase, in realta' si parlera' con una voce registrata, si digitera' una serie infinita di numeri e non si concludera' un bel tubo di niente!&lt;br /&gt;

Avete gia' iniziato a decorare le vostre casine?? Sono curiosa, siiiiii' abbastanza, e con una vivace immaginazione che mi fa pensare a tante personcine laboriose intente a&amp;nbsp; impacchettare, decorare e cucinare dolci profumati, circondati da&amp;nbsp; una marea di bigliettini d'auguri che svolazzano qua e la'. E io.. per quanto mi riguarda ho diverse cosine work in progress, tra albero, ghirlanda, pensierini vari... presa dall'emozione ho iniziato a fare tutto e tutto insieme! Mi sento proprio lanciata dentro lo spirito natalizio! Forse e' che mi piace proprio tanto tutto questo brilluccicare di lucine e ne ho avuta l'ennesima riprova questa mattina: ero in centro a Bologna; dopo una lunga camminata a "distribuire" i benedetti c.v., mi sono ritrovata davanti all'albero di Natale in piazza Maggiore. L'ho guardato dal basso verso l'alto e ... "Bello, oooh quest'anno e' proprio un bell'albero!" Poi ho pensato che dopo tutto mi meritavo anche un cappuccino e che ci voleva un posto ad hoc come la libreria Ambascitori: bere qualcosa di caldo e leggere i titoli dei libri, suonava cosi' familiare...e insomma neanche farlo apposta sono inciampata nel primo regalino di Natale. Bello e inaspettato!&lt;br /&gt;

Sono in pieno Christmas mood, lo ammetto. Poi e' una delle mie feste preferite, gia' solo i preparativi, gli addobbi, le ricette e tutto quanto mi fa sentire felice.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungo che anche il clima si prepara: le temperature di questi ultimi giorni si sono abbassate brutalmente; e' arrivata la nebbia, che ci avvolge come una sciarpa e rende tutto sfocato, ma per certi versi affascinante; e ultimo ma non ultimo, e' comparso il ghiaccino sul vetro dell'auto (oggi compro un raschietto!).&lt;br /&gt;
Cosi' tra una job interview e l'altra, ho iniziato qualche piccolo lavoretto homemade, e posso garantire che ha molteplici effetti positivi sull'umore, almeno il mio. &lt;br /&gt;

Cercando nel mio quadernino "magico" degli appunti, un dolcino da preparare per la colazione, nuovamente mi sono soffermata sulla torta di mele. Allora ho continuato a sfogliare, dovevo trovare altro che catturasse la mia attenzione. Ma niente di fatto. Le mele che non mancano mai, cosi' come il burro sempre presente in frigo, sono stati richiamati al dovere un'altra volta!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;La ricetta e' una delle mie preferite, nonche' super collaudata e la trovate &lt;a href="http://americanpieedintorni.blogspot.com/2011/10/sweet-as-apple-pie-slice.html"&gt;QUI&lt;/a&gt;; la variante sono un pugno di noci circa 30 g, un cucchiaino di&lt;i&gt; all spices&lt;/i&gt; (potete sostituire con cannella e altre spezie in polvere).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Dunque, se qualcuno di voi e' stato da Panera Bread negli Usa, almeno una volta deve averla provata, servita nella bowl di pane, al contrario, essendo una delle mie caffetterie preferite,se dovesse capitarvi &lt;i&gt;"provatela!!!"&lt;/i&gt; ha il suo perche'. Se poi il clima esterno tende al freddo e al gelo...non aggiungo altro. Riscalda l'anima e assicura un effetto terapeutico (fortuna che la cipolla cotta perde gran parte del suo "odorino" altrimenti gli effetti si spargerebbero a km e km da noi!).&lt;br /&gt;
Insomma per farla breve, dopo la prima volta, l'ho provata, riprovata e con mia grande sorpresa negli Stati Uniti sembra abbia ovunque lo stesso sapore. Mah! Considerando che e' uno dei tanti piatti importati dal Vecchio Continente, la sanno fare bene non c'e' che dire. Quindi, dato che il mio ricordo e' ancora abbastanza vivo, sia di gusto che di profumo, in questi giorni mi son messa all'opera.&lt;br /&gt;

Tagliare le cipolle a rondelle non e' che sia il massimo  della vita, ma una volta superati i lacrimoni la strada e' in discesa,  poi, detto fra noi, il quantitativo non e' proibitivo e  il risultato c'e'. Ma non fate come me: aprire la finestra in lacrime con un coltello in mano ed essere sorpresa dal&amp;nbsp; vicino di casa che mi guardava incredulo.&lt;br /&gt;
Le cipolle vanno poi fatte rosolare in olio e burro, salate, zuccherate, infarinate e imbrodate. Sembro una pazza a piede libero! : /&amp;nbsp;&lt;i&gt; "Pero', seppur in modo riassuntivo,lo giuro, i passaggi sono questi!"&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Ma ci sono. Il week end e' stato lungo, a sorpresa siamo perfino riusciti a passarlo fuori: relax totale, cibo, amici, chiacchere, natura, con tanto di "bestioline pelose" al seguito. Abbandonato il pc a casa, niente internet, solo la digitale, un libro e il calduccio di un camino.&lt;br /&gt;
Al mio ritorno e' stato ancora piu' bello, tornare sul blog e vedere in quanti avete partecipato al contest (be' a me sembrate tanti!!!). GRAZIEEEEEE !!! e BENTROVATI !!!&lt;br /&gt;
Ok poche chiacchere e fatti: il tempo per inserire un programma di estrazione, avanzato e tecnologico, ops! proprio non l'ho avuto, quindi vado col buon vecchio metodo dei bigliettini e speriam bene. &lt;br /&gt;

Certo, condividere puo' suonare troppo dal momento che non e' rimasta neanche l'ombra!&lt;br /&gt;
La foto, be' almeno quella, son riuscita a farla, di corsa, ma l'ho fatta, quindi perdonatemi se la qualita' non e' proprio delle migliori.... &lt;br /&gt;

...ma quando sforno della pasta mi piace mangiarla bollente!!! E poi non so' se vi siete accorti quanto le temperature si sono abbassate in questi ultimi giorni, quindi qualcosa di caldo-caldo ci sta' proprio a pennello!&lt;br /&gt;
Lo spunto viene dal libro Buon Appettito America di Laurel Evans, seguito&lt;i&gt; quasiallalettera&lt;/i&gt;, dall'altra parte non son capace di non fare modifiche, devo pur lasciare il mio tocco (o no?).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Comunque gli ingredienti che ho usato sono:&lt;br /&gt;
300 g di pasta corta tipo pipe &lt;br /&gt;
50 g di burro&lt;br /&gt;
30 g di farina&lt;br /&gt;
1 bicchiere di latte&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 bicchiere panna fresca&lt;br /&gt;
200 g di Cheddar&lt;br /&gt;
una grattugiata abbondante di Parmiggiano&lt;br /&gt;
sale, pepe e noce moscata&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Per prima cosa si fa una besciamella, sciogliendo il burro in un pentolino, aggiungendo la farina e infine unendo il latte tiepido. Si toglie dal fuoco e sempre continuando a mescolare si aggiunge la panna, i formaggi, le spezie e si da' un'ultima girata. Nel frattempo i maccheroni dovrebbero essere sul fuoco a cuocere (dimenticavo!).&lt;br /&gt;
Quando sono cotti ma un po' al dente vanno scolati, tenendo da parte un bicchiere circa d'acqua di cottura.&lt;br /&gt;
Si trasferiscono in una teglia imburrata con la salsa-besciamella al formaggio e l'acqua di cottura, si mescola il tutto e in forno a 180 C per 20-30 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;

Ovunque mi giro, qualcosa cattura la mia attenzione: un albero, un mucchio di foglie secche, un melograno al supermercato. Trovo che la natura sia molto viva in questo periodo e magari complice anche un clima non troppo arrogante, fa proprio piacere stare all'aria aperta! Ma questo e' anche il periodo dei cambi di guardaroba, di riorganizzare la casa, insomma avere il tempo di fare ordine: le grandi pulizie d'autunno, altroche' di primavera! Il mio punto d'inizio sono sempre le riviste, una mia grande passione, probabilmente se avessi un edicola sarei rovinata: i magazines di cucina, ok vanno per la maggiore, ma poi ne seguono tanti altri a seconda dell'ispirazione... e guai a buttarli! Ricordo la mia sedia dei giornali nell'appartamento dove vivevo prima di trasferirmi negli States: vicina al muro, con una pila di riviste e quotidiani che superavano di gran lunga la spalliera, e si appoggiavano alla parete. Penso di averci messo una settimana a smistarli e alla fine ricordo di aver salvato solo ritagli presi qua e la'. A Rockford poi la storia si e' ripetuta, uguale, ma su uno scaffale; qui ho salvato molte piu' cose, finite poi in valigia. Di nuovo a Bologna, la raccolta sta ricominciando, per la gioia del mio edicolante! La casa e' piu' piccola, quindi dovro' darmi un contegno, o presto le riviste, con le loro belle copertine patinate, inizieranno a scivolare per terra sempre piu' spesso (e son gia' sulla strada buona!).&lt;br /&gt;
Proprio mentre riordinavo = leggevo una rivista, comodamente seduta, degli involtini con l'uva sono apparsi sfogliando una pagina.&lt;i&gt; "Mmm...tema autunnale, con l'uva non ho mai cucinato, con la carne non brillo di simpatia, quindi e' il caso di provarci".&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Lo spunto viene da Sale &amp;amp; Pepe di questo mese, nello spazio Carne d'autunno.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Gli ingredienti&lt;/u&gt; sono loro, tranne qualche piccola modifica (d'altronde a casa, cosi' su due piedi, non ero pronta): bacon, al posto del prosciutto crudo; cipolline sostituite con una cipolla dorata tagliata a rondelle.&lt;br /&gt;
4 Fettine di lonza, 4 fettine di bacon, mix di erbe aromatiche e sale, 150 g di uva bianca, 1 cipolla non grande, una noce di burro. (per 2 persone)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ho seguito la ricetta pari passo:&lt;br /&gt;
1) rosolare le cipolle in un filo d'olio evo, coperte per qualche minuto&lt;br /&gt;
2) preparare gli involtini: una fetta di carne, sopra il bacon, il condimento di erbe (io ho usato la salamoia bolognese) e arrotolare con il salume all'interno; unirli nella padella con la cipolla&lt;br /&gt;
3) lasciarli cuocere e girarli ogni tanto&lt;br /&gt;
4) schiaccare la meta' degli acini d'uva e col succo bagnare la carne, poi aggiungere l'uva rimasta tagliando a meta' gli acini e far appassire un po'&lt;br /&gt;
5) unire una noce di burro lavorato con un cucchiaino di farina per far addensare il fondo di cottura.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Entusiasmante e' solo uno degli aggettivi che sceglierei.&lt;br /&gt;

Ero a un colloquio di lavoro, forse si era prolungato troppo, o forse l'orario iniziava a farsi sentire: avevo fame! Lungo la strada del rientro, credo di aver pensato ogni minuto, quindi parlo di 15 minuti totali, a torte di mele, dolci con le mele, mangiarmi una mela, e questo non c'entrava nulla col mio colloquio. Avevo un gran mal di testa, avevo fame e avevo voglia di una fetta di torta alle mele, calda e soffice. Insomma, nel mio disegno perfetto la cena doveva essere una fetta di ciambella e una tazza di hot tea. E' inutile, quando sono stanca l'idea di cibi come la torta di mele o un toast al prosciutto, sono il massimo del comfort. Il pensiero non mi ha dato pace, fintanto che scaldando la cena, che era gia' pronta, ho iniziato a sbucciare le mele, pesare la farina, prendere fuori il burro dal frigo, ecc.... Gesti quotidiani, che ormai si ripetono automaticamente, e tutte le volte penso&lt;i&gt; "nella nostra casa non devono mai mancare burro, zucchero e farina!".&amp;nbsp; &lt;/i&gt;Non avevo mai fatto una torta alla velocita' della luce, ma e' pur vero che c'e' sempre una prima volta per tutto! Alla fine abbiamo cenato con spezzatino di piselli e patate, ma l' apple pie era bella al calduccio nel forno... che spettacolo.&lt;br /&gt;

L'assaggio c'e' stato verso mezzanotte, quando ormai la torta si era raffreddata e avevamo scampato il momento di toglierla dallo stampo.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;La mia ricetta: sperimentata, provata, ri provata nel corso del tempo, sempre lei.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;2 mele Golden o Granny&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;200 g farina&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;180 g zucchero (per questa ho fatto 1/2 bianco e 1/2 di canna)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;100 g burro morbido&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;1 uovo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;scorza grattugiata di un grosso limone&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;latte quel tanto che basta ad ammorbidire&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;1 bustina di lievito&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;1) Lavorare il burro e lo zucchero; unire l' uovo e la scorza gratuggiata&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;2) Incorporare la farina e il lievito uniti prima&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;3) Versare il latte poco alla volta continuando mischiare&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;(deve risultare soffice e cremoso, NON liquido)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;4) Unire le mele tagliate a dadini&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;5) In forno preriscaldato a 180 C per 30-40 minuti&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Difronte ad un'affermazione cosi' chiara c'e' ben poco da aggiungere.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Saranno i colori, i profumi, il sole ancora un po' caldo e l'arietta crispy del mattino; sara' che accendere il forno e sfornare ...non fa piu' sensi di colpa!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Autunno e' sinonimo di ciambelle, cake, mele, cioccolato, zucche, ma anche di maglie in cotone a manica lunga e sciarpine colorate per i primi freddi.&lt;br /&gt;

Appena in tempo per una foto, all'ultimo pezzetto di &lt;i&gt;cake morbidoso&lt;/i&gt; come l'ho chiamato io!&lt;br /&gt;
Sperimentato l'anno scorso e rifatto, avete capito bene, niente lasciato al caso, sopratutto se di caso si tratta.&lt;br /&gt;
Questa torta e' nata cosi', quando cercavo un'idea per la colazione domenicale. E' una coccola, provare per credere :) E visto che sono molto buona, dosi e ricetta:&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;100 g burro&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;100 g latte&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;200 g farina&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;1 uovo&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;quasi un bicchiere di latte&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;3 cucchiai abbondanti di ricotta o formaggio Philadelphia&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;mezza bustina di lievito&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Lavorare l'uovo con lo zucchero, unire il burro morbido e continuare con il mixer qualche minuto. Aggiungere la ricotta, lavorare e unire poco alla volta la farina al quale avevo unito il lievito; il latte l'ho versato a filo, poco alla volta per rendere cremoso il tutto. Alla fine ho aggiunto un pugno generoso di gocce di cioccolato, ma va bene anche del cacao amaro in polvere.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Io ho messo l'impasto nel mio stampo da plumcake, imburrato e infarinato. In forno a 200 C per 30 min. o fintanto che lo stecchino esce asciutto.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ho come l'impressione che questo sara' il primo post di una serie, annuso la sensazione! Vedremo!&lt;br /&gt;

Ma ne vogliamo parlare? Glitter commestibili, io che credevo che le decorazioni si potessero fare solo con la panna montata!&lt;br /&gt;

Molte cose sono cambiate, migliorate o semplicemente rimaste uguali: io e il blog siamo un po' tutto questo, o almeno mi piace crederlo. Rimane il mio angolo e quando lo guardo, non posso fare a meno di vederlo cambiato, arricchito. Del rientro a Bologna ne abbiamo risentito, credo piu' di quello che immaginavo, ma continuare a creare questo ponte tra Italia e Usa e' un modo tutto nostro di mantenere viva l'avventura iniziata la'.&lt;br /&gt;

Quest'anno non ci saranno altri cambiamenti drastici e mi riferisco al blog: colori, sfondi e compagnia bella. Solo alcune piccolezze, tra cui raggruppare in Daily Blogs le pagine che visito spesso (ma poi ce ne sono tante altre a dire il vero!!), e le pagine in alto, che con un po' di tempo tentero' di completare!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;In verita' ero consapevole di non essere andata a far la spesa, ma ero convinta che qualcosa ci fosse.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;E invece il frigo era vuoto, ma cosi' vuoto che dopo aver aperto la porta ho sentito lo scricchiolio della bottiglia di plastica dell'acqua.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Qualche verdura superstite.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Un paio di uova.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Salsine varie importate.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Uno yougurt all'ananas (scaduto!)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;E con questo ho toccato il fondo, non aggiungo altro.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Il mio primo pensiero e' stato...&lt;i&gt; "chissa' se qualcuno ci invita a pranzo?!"&lt;/i&gt;...ma ormai eravamo fuori tempo, perso anche il last minute.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Insomma in questi casi e' necessario e indispensabile andare a rovistare in tutti i pensili della cucina, radunare il bottino e vedere cosa salta fuori!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Naturalmente io che mi faccio prendere dai 5 minuti, in questi casi, rari, mi metto buona e tranquilla, insomma non sbraito piu' del dovuto!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;L'idea di leccare i surgelati dal frizer, si avvicinava, ma non era la mia massima aspirazione per il pranzo domenicale, diciamolo pure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Poi quella bresaola, adocchiata in frigo...era perfetta, Paolo l'avrebbe mangiata ...senza pane.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;"Ma nooo, senza pane, nooo!" &lt;/i&gt;E li' e' arrivata l'idea geniale: un &lt;span style="color: #38761d;"&gt;cake di zucchine&lt;/span&gt;! Ah no?!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Cosi' con l'occasione ho provato anche questi pirottoni di carta, trovati in giro (spero di ricordarmi in fretta dove!), sono niente male. Comunque sia, il cake e' venuto alla grande e il colore era proprio questo: un giallo caldo, caldo come le temperature di questi giorni, che tutto ricordano, tranno l'arrivo di un'altra stagione.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Gli ingredienti sono: due zucchine medie, 200 g di farina, 2 cucchiaini di lievito, 3 cucchiai abbondanti di parmiggiano grattugiato o un altro formaggio (dipende che avanzi avete), 2 uova, un po' di latte per rendere cremoso l'impasto.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Le zucchine vanno lavate e tagliate, a quadretti, a cubotti o listarelle fate voi! In una ciotola unire la farina e il lievito, aggiungere le uova, mischiare con una frusta elettrica; unire il parmiggiano, un pizzico di sale e pepe, e il latte a filo, l'impasto non deve essere troppo liquido. Per ultimo le zucchine e mischiare il tutto con una spatola o cucchiaio. Versare nello stampo da plumcake e in forno a 200 C per almeno 30-40 minuti.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Ahhh! Bisogna rimediare subito!!!&lt;br /&gt;
Nonostante corse e giochi per incastrare colloqui di lavoro vari ed eventuali, per non dire alle volte assurdi e totali perdite di tempo, cucinare con la digitale sul tavolo ormai e' diventato uno stile di vita. O forse sarebbe meglio dire, una valvola di sfogo. Eh si' perche' passare da un colloquio a un altro, intravvedere barlumi di speranza come ti fanno credere e poi prendere delle delusioni tremende, a me fa veramente incazzare ...ops! ormai l'ho scritto.&lt;br /&gt;
Poi settembre e' anche uno di quei mesi che mi mette malinconia: l'estate che e' finita, le vacanze&amp;nbsp; sfumate, leggere un po' ovunque&lt;i&gt; "back to school"&lt;/i&gt;, fare bilanci e nuovi propositi quasi come stia iniziando un vero e proprio anno scolastico. Wow! Ma in fondo quest'ultimo pensiero fa un po' parte di noi: da quando si inizia ad andare a scuola, settembre e' il mese in cui si da' il via a&amp;nbsp; qualcosa di nuovo e poi ce lo portiamo dentro col passare del tempo. Insomma, speriamo che arrivi presto qualche novita',intanto io continuo con i buoni propositi e ricominciare ad accendere il forno, sfornare cake, biscotti che stuzzicano la mia fantasia e di sicuro l'allegria in cucina non manchera'!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
E proprio sul numero di agosto di Sale e Pepe ho trovato lo spunto&amp;nbsp; (o lo spuntino?!) per qualcosina di simpatico e veloce, non troppi ingredienti e perche' no direi anche versatile: finti hamburger di ricotta!&lt;br /&gt;
Unica pecca e dico unica, perche' sono buonissimi...devono essere leggermente fritti, ma pazienza!!! &lt;br /&gt;

Per farli io ho usato&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
150 g di ricotta di mucca, quella buona del caseificio! che poi era nel frigo e non ho fatto una gran fatica...&lt;br /&gt;
2 cucchiai abbondanti di parmiggiano&lt;br /&gt;
1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;
una spolverata di prezzemolo fresco, tritato alla meglio&lt;br /&gt;
un po' di peperoncino&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Il procedimento e' di un facile quasi imbarazzante: basta unire bene, insieme tutti gli ingredienti, io l'ho fatto in quest'ordine; si fanno delle palline della misura che si vuole, le mie erano grandine per dar proprio l'idea del hamburger, si schiacciano e si mettono a friggere in olio caldo per qualche minuto su ogni lato.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Caldi devono essere squisiti, si sprigiona il profumo del formaggio che e' una favola, ma garantisco ustioni memorabili in bocca. Lasciare quindi raffreddare...ma non troppo e se ci arrivano sono buoni anche il giorno dopo per la lunch box.&lt;br /&gt;

E poi le varianti da fare sono cosi' tante che basta solo la fantasia e il gioco e' fatto!&lt;br /&gt;
In questi ultimi due anni posso dire di aver sperimentato e mischiato gli ingredienti piu' diversi, dal dolce al salato; variato le dosi, pasticciato e mai una volta, come mi e' stato fatto notare, ho replicato. Ma si sa' non tutte le ciambelle riescono col buco, e a forza di fare esperimenti qualche volta ho sfornato delle vere schifezze: muffins e cupcakes che strabordavano fuori o peggio ancora, una volta sfornati si sgonfiavano tristemente. &lt;br /&gt;

Questi invece li trovo perfetti!! Sara' merito del fatto che la ricetta era gia' stata collaudata? Ma non saprei, forse una congiunzione astrale favorevole, o forse era tanto che non li preparavo, o forse ho aggiunto quel pizzico di amore q.b che bastava? Ma chi lo sa'! Certo e' che con i 40 gradi di questi giorni nella Bassa Bolognese, dovevo essere fortemente motivata da una richiesta-sfida, per accendere il forno e prepararli.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti e ricetta per 12 pezzi:&lt;br /&gt;
120 g farina&lt;br /&gt;
120 g zucchero &lt;br /&gt;
100 g burro a temperatura ambiente, con questo clima vuol dire super morbido!&lt;br /&gt;
2 uova&lt;br /&gt;
2 cucchiaini di lievito&lt;br /&gt;
60 ml di latte (ho usato un misurino da 1/4 cup)&lt;br /&gt;
un po' di estratto di vaniglia (1/4 teaspoon)&lt;br /&gt;
60 g gocce di cioccolato fondente&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unire farina, zucchero, lievito da una parte; in un'altra ciotola lavorare prima il burro da solo, poi aggiungere le uova una alla volta. Unire i due composti, i secchi nei liquidi e lavorare con le fruste; incorporare il latte e la vaniglia e continuare a mischiare fino a ottenere una crema soffice. Per ultime le gocce di cioccolato e girare con una spatola. Riempire le cup o lo stampo con un cucchiaio e mezzo di impasto.&lt;br /&gt;
In forno a 200 C per 15 minuti. Sfornare e far raffreddare bene.&lt;br /&gt;

Chocolate fudge frosting (tratto da Joy of baking)&lt;br /&gt;
100 g cioccolato extra fondente&lt;br /&gt;
120 g burro mordido&lt;br /&gt;
100 g zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sciogliere il cioccolato a bagno maria o nel micro onde e farlo raffreddare benissimo. In una bowl montare il burro per circa un minuto poi aggiungere lo zucchero a velo setacciato, continuare con le fruste qualche minuto. Unire il cioccolato e mischiare finche' il frosting diventa liscio e cremoso.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Con queste temperature e' d'obbligo conservarli in frigo!&lt;br /&gt;

Scontato direi viste le temperature tropicali di questi giorni, e accendere il forno puo' scatenare grandi forme allergiche!! Ma che dire la mattina di ferragosto tutto sembrava tranne che una giornata di caldo, anzi, il cielo grigio tutto uniforme preannunciava acqua! Insomma con un tempo cosi' fare un dolce nel forno e' anche piacevole, no??! La scelta e' caduta sulla torta di carote, dopo ragionamenti contorti e tendenziosi (si' insomma, forse ho barato...) del tipo: con la grigliata Italian style, potato salad e verdure grigliate, poteva starci bene. Ormai qui si sa' che il nostro tavolo e' diventato una sorta di ponte Ita-Usa, dove difianco al condimento classico per la carne e' inevitabile trovare la salsa barbecue, o accanto a un vassoio di buonissimi mignon di pasticceria veder spuntare una carrot cake. &lt;br /&gt;

Anche questa volta posso dire che... era buOniSSima! sebbene viene sempre diversa, ma la colpa e' mia, continuo a fare modifiche e quindi di che mi meraviglio? La prima volta e' stata &lt;a href="http://americanpieedintorni.blogspot.com/2010/02/dolci-momenti.html"&gt;questa&lt;/a&gt;, della seconda ho perso traccia e questa e' l'ultima.&lt;br /&gt;
Lo spunto viene anche dal libro Buon Appetito America di Laurel Evans, e dico spunto o stravolgimento: nella mia versione dosi diverse e nessuna traccia di spezie, che non rientrano in questo momento nelle mie grazie.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Gli ingredienti&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
200 g di farina (quella per torte soffici)*&lt;br /&gt;
mezza bustina di lievito per dolci (1 teaspoon 1/2)*&lt;br /&gt;
2 carote grandi, pulite e grattugiate&lt;br /&gt;
150 g di zucchero di canna&lt;br /&gt;
1 cucchiaio d'olio d'oliva&lt;br /&gt;
2 uova&lt;br /&gt;
un po' di estratto di mandorle (1/4 teaspoon )*&lt;br /&gt;
un pizzico di sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;*( ) come mi sono regolata io&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Come si fa&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Da una parte ho unito farina, lievito e sale, mentre in un altro contenitore ho unito le uova allo zucchero e le ho lavorate con la frusta per un po' fino a quando diventano cremose, aggiungendo l'olio a filo durante questo passaggio. Ho poi unito le uova grattugiate, la farina e ho continuato con le fruste.&lt;br /&gt;
Visto che l'impasto mi sembrava troppo compatto ho aggiunto un goccio di latte, mi son regolata a occhio.&lt;br /&gt;
Infine l'aroma di mandorle e gli ho dato un ultima giratina.&lt;br /&gt;
In teglia imburrata e infarinata e' finita in forno per 30 minuti a 180 C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Prima di tagliare e' "saggio" farla raffreddare!&lt;br /&gt;
